Get PDFWe analyze some symptomatic features of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) that lead to disruptions in the judgment of agency in affected subjects. The introductory section examines the notion of agency and its theoretical and practical approach. The second section presents the methodology used in the elaboration of the article. The third section presents the diagnostic criteria stipulated by the DSM-V and ICD-11 for OCD, the main types of obsessions and compulsions, and the neuropsychological hypotheses that explain the disorder. The fourth section proposes that features of OCD that influence judgment of agency disturbances include the dysfunctional beliefs underlying the symptoms, the intrusiveness of the obsessions, and the uncontrollability of the compulsions. In conclusion, we state some limitations and future directions of the work presented.
Keywords: judgment of agency; OCD; dysfunctional belief; obsession; compulsion.Se realiza un análisis de algunos rasgos sintomáticos del trastorno obsesivo-compulsivo (TOC) que conducen a disrupciones en el juicio de agencia en sujetos afectados. En el apartado introductorio se examina la noción de agencia y su abordaje teórico y práctico. En el segundo apartado se presenta la metodología empleada en la elaboración del artículo. En el tercer apartado se exponen los criterios diagnósticos estipulados por el DSM-V y el ICD-11 para el TOC, los tipos principales de obsesiones y compulsiones y las hipótesis neuropsicológicas que explican el trastorno. En el cuarto apartado se propone que las características del TOC que influyen en las perturbaciones del juicio de agencia incluyen las creencias disfuncionales que subyacen a los síntomas, la intrusividad de las obsesiones y la incontrolabilidad de las compulsiones. A modo de conclusión, establecemos algunas limitaciones y futuras directrices del trabajo presentado.

Desarrollando Basura Hero: Un Videojuego Educativo para la Concienciación sobre Reciclaje y Sostenibilidad en Niños
No full textThis study explores the design, development, and evaluation of Basura Hero, an interactiveeducational video game created with the purpose of teaching school-aged children the correctclassification of waste and the great importance of recycling as an essential part of environmentalcare. Through a playful and immersive approach, Basura Hero not only seeks to transmit theoreticalknowledge about sustainability, but also to promote positive practices and attitudes towards theenvironment from an early age, encouraging students to reflect on the impact of their actions and tomake responsible decisions in their daily lives. The game is designed to be engaging and fun, usingvarious levels and challenges to teach concepts such as waste segregation, recycling processes,and the environmental impact of improper waste management.To evaluate the effectiveness of Basura Hero, a quasi-experimental study was designed withelementary school students, who were evaluated before and after the intervention to measurechanges in their knowledge and willingness to recycle. This evaluation was carried out through apre-test and a post-test that allowed observing the impact of the game on the understanding ofrecycling concepts and on the motivation to adopt sustainable practices. The results indicated asignificant improvement in students\u27 learning and attitude towards recycling, demonstrating thepotential of educational video games to positively influence the development of environmentalawareness.These findings highlight that the use of video games such as Basura Hero in the schoolenvironment could strengthen environmental education and foster a culture of sustainability in futuregenerations, becoming a valuable resource for the formation of more responsible andenvironmentally conscious citizens.Este estudio explora el diseño, desarrollo y evaluación de Basura Hero, un videojuego educativointeractivo creado con el propósito de enseñar a los niños en edad escolar la correcta clasificaciónde residuos y la gran importancia del reciclaje como parte esencial del cuidado ambiental. A travéssobre sostenibilidad, sino también fomentar prácticas y actitudes positivas hacia el medio ambientede un enfoque lúdico e inmersivo, Basura Hero no solo busca transmitir conocimientos teóricosdesde una edad temprana, alentando a los estudiantes a reflexionar sobre el impacto de susacciones y a tomar decisiones responsables en su vida cotidiana.Para evaluar la efectividad de Basura Hero, se diseñó un estudio cuasi-experimental conestudiantes de educación básica, quienes fueron los evaluados antes y después de la intervenciónpara medir cambios en su conocimiento y disposición hacia el reciclaje. Esta evaluación se realizómediante un pre-test y un post-test que permitieron observar el impacto del juego en lacomprensión de los conceptos de reciclaje y en la motivación para adoptar prácticas sostenibles.Los resultados indicaron una mejora significativa en el aprendizaje y la actitud de los estudianteshacia el reciclaje, demostrando el potencial de los videojuegos educativos para influir positivamenteen el desarrollo de una conciencia ambiental.Estos hallazgos destacan que el uso de videojuegos como Basura Hero en el ámbito escolar podríafortalecer la educación ambiental y fomentar una cultura de sostenibilidad en futuras generaciones,convirtiéndose en un recurso valioso para la formación de ciudadanos más responsables yconscientes de su entorno

El cuerpo vivido en el trastorno límite de personalidad: construcción de sí mismo desde la intersubjetividad distorsionada y la identidad narrativa.
Get PDFThe narrative of identity is an activity that gets its feedback by experiences held along one’s life, and its contents change according to the interactions that one may have. These interactions are oriented to the self, the other, and the world. The result of this activity leads to a lived body that endows itself of particular meanings. It may seem, nevertheless, that when there is a current psychopathology the agency to one’s self-construction becomes a brittle point delegated to the another. A key point in this construction, besides the interpretation of the contents of the world, is the intersubjective interaction as well as the reflection of experience. Self-consciousness would not exist without the gaze and the body of the alterity. However, is the presence of the other necessary? Is it possible to develop a psychopathology from the interaction with the other? From this context, the objective of the present paper is to explore the limits that alterity presupposes for the narrative identity in the case of Borderline Personality Disorder.

La narrativa de la identidad es una actividad retroalimentada por las experiencias que se tienen a lo largo de la vida, sus contenidos cambiarán según las interacciones de las que se parta. Estas interacciones están orientadas hacia sí mismo, al otro y al mundo. El resultado de esta actividad da paso a un cuerpo vivido que se dota a sí mismo de significados particulares. Sin embargo, pareciera que cuando hay una psicopatología presente la agencia sobre la construcción del sí mismo se vuelve un punto endeble que se relega al otro. En esta construcción, además de la interpretación sobre los contenidos del mundo, un punto clave es la interacción intersubjetiva, así como la reflexión de la experiencia. Sin la mirada y el cuerpo de la alteridad no podría haber consciencia de sí, pero ¿es necesaria la presencia del otro?, ¿se puede desarrollar una psicopatología desde la interacción con el otro? A partir de este contexto, el objetivo del presente artículo es explorar los límites que la alteridad supone para la identidad narrativa a partir del Trastorno Límite de Personalidad.

Get PDFNature represents a foundational milestone in the figuration, presentation, and representation of America. Throughout the conquest process, conquerors faced difficulties attempting to identify, describe and narrate what they had discovered, which translated into a lasting devaluation of the vegetation, fauna and inhabitants of the new world. In time, this matter became a place of material and symbolic struggle among the criollos, in particular through the Historias Naturales produced by the expelled Jesuits Juan Ignacio Molina y Francisco Javier Clavigero. Both works are central to convey the political use of nature in the figuration of America. The initial emancipatory gesture exhibited by these works validated nature as it faced attacks from Cornelius de Pauw, William Robertson and Hegel; these works also reveal a radical impulse in confronting Linneos’s taxonomic system as a proof of intellectual autonomy. The article presents the conceptual triad nature, politics and image in order to establish coordinates from which to trace the genealogical relevance of the imaginary character of nature for the later establishment of states and national narrations.La naturaleza es un hito central para la figuración, presentación y representación de América. A lo largo del proceso de conquista, las dificultades de los conquistadores por identificar, describir y narrar lo descubierto se tradujo en una constante devaluación de la vegetación, fauna y habitantes del nuevo mundo; ello se tradujo también en un lugar de disputa material y simbólica por parte de los criollos, en específico con las Historias Naturales de los jesuitas expulsos Juan Ignacio Molina y Francisco Javier Clavigero, ambas antecedentes centrales para evidenciar el uso político de la naturaleza en la figuración de América. El inicial gesto emancipatorio presente en dichas obras, que validan y exaltan la naturaleza americana frente a los ataques de Cornelius de Pauw, William Robertson o Hegel, exhibe un impulso radical que proviene de su confrontación con el sistema taxonómico de Linneo como una muestra de autonomía intelectual. El presente artículo expone una triada conceptual de naturaleza, política e imagen con el objeto de ofrecer una clave legible más extensiva al trabajo de los expulsos, y con ello configurar ejes que tracen la importancia genealógica de la naturaleza, devenida en sustrato imaginario, para la posterior conformación de los estados y sus relatos nacionales

Get PDFRationalism is the current of modernity on which the foundations of science and modern and contemporary thought are practically based, both theoretically and practically. Inescapable representatives of such a current are René Descartes and Francis Bacon, of theoretical and practical rationalism, correspondingly. Although the bibliography on both authors is extensive, the novelty of this article lies in the understanding of both thoughts with the same axis, namely, the method as a mortgage of truth. The present article therefore intends to briefly develop the way in which the truth would be mortgaged to the method, both from a theoretical rationalism, such as the Cartesian, as well as a practical one, such as the Baconian.

Representantes ineludibles de tal corriente son René Descartes y Francis Bacon, del racionalismo teórico y del practico (empirismo), correspondientemente. Si bien es extensa la bibliografía en torno a ambos autores, la novedad del presente artículo se sitúa en la comprensión de ambos pensamientos con un mismo eje, a saber, el método como hipoteca de la verdad. El presente artículo pretende entonces desarrollar brevemente el modo en que la verdad quedaría hipotecada al método, tanto desde un racionalismo teórico, como el cartesiano, así como práctico, como el baconiano.

La constitución social de la psicopatología: una revisión histórico-filosófica acerca de los distintos modos de comprensión del sufrimiento psíquico
Get PDFThe main objective of this paper is to elaborate a philosophical review about the three approaches through which the psychic suffering has been described in the West history, i.e., the concepts of madness, mental illness, and psychopathology. To achieve this aim, the paper has four parts. Firstly, through an exegesis of Michel Foucault’s philosophical propose, we will establish that the appearance of the modern notion of madness reveals the social dimension that is typical of this way to describe psychic suffering. Secondly, and from a description of the emergence of psychiatry in the 19th century, we will analyze the two great transformations the concept of madness through the appearance of the naturalistic notion of mental illness, and the irruption of mental disorder’ concept (psychopathology). Thirdly, and in the light of a reading of the constructivist approach of antipsychiatry and ethnopsychiatry, we will establish that the notions of illness and mental disorder, as heirs of the modern notion of madness, are permeated by a certain dimension of social orthopedics. Finally, and considering the phenomenological approach, we will propose a holistic understanding of psychic suffering that, taking precautions against the disciplinary dimension of the three concepts studied in the paper, allow to think about this kind of experience in all its complexity.El siguiente artículo tiene como objetivo realizar una revisión filosófica acerca de las tres categorías mediante las cuales se ha comprendido la experiencia del sufrimiento psíquico en la historia de occidente, a saber, los conceptos de locura, enfermedad mental y psicopatología. Para llevar a cabo esta empresa nuestra consideración dispone de cuatro momentos. En primer lugar, y a través de una exégesis de la propuesta esbozada por Michel Foucault, estableceremos que el surgimiento de la noción moderna de locura deja en evidencia la dimensión social que subyace a este modo de nombrar esta experiencia. En segundo lugar, y a partir de una descripción del surgimiento de la psiquiatría a en el siglo XIX, analizaremos las dos grandes transformaciones que experimenta el concepto de locura mediante el nacimiento de la noción naturalista de enfermedad mental, y la irrupción de la categoría de trastorno mental (psicopatología). En tercer lugar, y a la luz de una lectura del enfoque constructivista de la antipsiquiatría y la etnopsiquiatría, estableceremos que, si bien las nociones de enfermedad y trastorno mental suponen cierta metamorfosis en la forma de comprender el sufrimiento psíquico, ambos conceptos, en cuanto herederos de la categoría moderna de locura, están permeados por cierta dimensión de ortopedia social. Para finalizar, y a la luz de la propuesta fenomenológica, propondremos una comprensión holística del sufrimiento psíquico que, tomando recaudos ante la dimensión disciplinadora propia de los distintos conceptos estudiados en el texto, siente las bases para pensar este género de vivencia en toda su complejidad
La falla y el funambulismo: Estudio de la noción de comunicación en Donald W. Winnicott a la luz de la filosofía de Jacques Derrida
Get PDFThe present document aims to establish a dialogue between the thought of Donald W. Winnicott and the philosophy of deconstruction of Jacques Derrida based on the notion of communication. A comparative analysis of the ideas of both authors on communication is carried out using as a starting point a clinical vignette by Winnicott, highlighting how communication is conceptualized both in the analytical setting with the child and in the environment, in relation to the bond between the analyst and the patient\u27s mother. Derrida\u27s deconstruction is important insofar as it places equivocation at the center of communication and as its condition of possibility. It is argued, in short, that the notion of communication in Winnicott and Derrida can be enriched through the dialogue between both perspectives. The metaphor of the tightrope walker is proposed to describe the work of the analyst, who is constantly threatened with failing in communication, but that this very condition validates his vocation.El presente documento busca establecer un diálogo entre el pensamiento de Donald W. Winnicott y la filosofía de la deconstrucción de Jacques Derrida a partir de la noción de comunicación. Se realiza un análisis comparativo de las ideas de ambos autores sobre la comunicación utilizando como punto de partida una viñeta clínica de Winnicott, destacando cómo la comunicación se conceptualiza tanto en el dispositivo analítico con el niño como en el ambiente, con relación al vínculo entre el analista y la madre del paciente. La deconstrucción de Derrida tiene importancia toda vez que pone en el centro de la comunicación y como su condición de posibilidad el equívoco. Se argumenta, en definitiva, que la noción de comunicación en Winnicott y Derrida puede ser enriquecida a través del diálogo entre ambas perspectivas. Se propone la metáfora del funambulista para describir la labor del analista, quien se encuentra en constante amenaza de fallar en la comunicación, pero que esa misma condición valida su vocación
