Postawy mieszkańców małych miejscowości wobec Unii Europejskiej na przykładzie Trzcianki
Before the referendum on the Polish society accepting or opposing Poland’s accession to the EU, the diagnosis of social support for the process of European integration assumed particular significance. A mundane negotiation process and widespread information campaign resulted in the changes in the citizens’knowledge of the European structures, their emotions stirred by the accession process and their readiness to support Poland’s accession to the European Union. One of Polish towns served as an example to survey the attitudes of its inhabitants towards the European Union. The paper presents the methodology and results of this survey. Before the referendum on the Polish society accepting or opposing Poland’s accession to the EU, the diagnosis of social support for the process of European integration assumed particular significance. Kontrowersyjna twórczość: opracowanie, kontynuacja, rekonstrukcja
The conclusion of the considerations in this paper is that the analysis, reconstruction and continuation of a given work of art will probably always raise some doubts since they concern the existing work, and any kind of intervention infringes on this work’s right to remain integral. Therefore the original work of art should always come first whereas an analyst, translator, continuator and reconstructor should stay respectfully in the background. The conclusion of the considerations in this paper is that the analysis, reconstruction and continuation of a given work of art will probably always raise some doubts since they concern the existing work, and any kind of intervention infringes on this work’s right to remain integral. Demokracja a religia w świetle klasycznych teorii umowy społecznej
In the author’s opinion we can agree that the theories of contractualism provide an excellent foundation for the legitimization of democracy. At the same time, he claims that democracy, and liberal democracy in particular, cannot be said to be the necessary outcome of social contract. Hobbes was the advocate of absolute monarchy, although his theory permiabsolute aristocracy as well as absolute democracy. Locke, a supporter of a limed monarchy, emphasized the principles of people’s sovereignty. Rousseau, an apologist for the l will, tended to support such the solon that it is not the people’s will but the wisest ones’ whichrulthe sciety as long as they have the people’s benefit in mind. Glorifying his general will, Roussau has become the founder of modern political totalitarianism. When discussing the relations between state and religion/church the above three classic speculators on the theory of social contract assumed the individual freedom of religious beliefs. Ultimately, it is the state though that regulates the external manifestations of faith, as it is the only political entity to arbitrate conflicts between individual interests, and express the pubgood, whatever that means. In the author’s opinion we can agree that the theories of contractualism provide an excellent foundation for the legitimization of democracy. Ater the war numerous state investments carried out which have completely altered these businesses. At the same time, apartments which became state property at some time were being sold on a great scale. The paper discusses Czech and Hungarian ideas concerning the implementation of the reprivatization program, which are compared with Polish reprivatization programs in the conclusion. Geneza postawy antykapitalistycznej
The objective of this paper is to analyze the social and economic phenomenon of dislike or hostility towards the capitalist system, which human history has proven to be the most efficient system of enriching nations and an optimum method for using scarce economic resources. The research hypothesis proposed in this study is that an anti-capitalist attitude is relatively common in modern society, and its origins can be found both in some intrinsic features of human nature and in the spreading social and economic system of a welfare state, which opposes capitalism. The objective of this paper is to analyze the social and economic phenomenon of dislike or hostility towards the capitalist system, which human history has proven to be the most efficient system of enriching nations and an optimum method for using scarce economic resources. Both rhetoric and eristic can be exercised as disciplines that facilitate the emergence of an understanding and trustful public domain. Nevertheless, rhetoric and eristic can only fon in such a manner provided that other disciplines which make up the current system of education in political science, and education in general, function in a similar way. Neither rhetoric nor eristic will contribute to a public debate which o consensus as long atical and economic system, including schooling, promotes individuls who can compete most skillfully. The relations between rhetoric and politics is ernal and indestructible.
