Get PDFيهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة موضوع من موضوعات الإسناد اللغوي في معجم تهذيب اللغة، وهو موقف الأزهري من الروايات الأفراد (ما انفرد راوٍ واحد في روايته) والمفاريد (ما روي عن متكلم واحد)، وذلك بغية الكشف عن موقف الأزهري من التعامل مع هذه الروايات قبولًا وردًّا وتصحيحًا، معتمدًا في ذلك على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي.
فقد قمت باستقراء (تهذيب اللغة) واستخراج ما وصفه الأزهري بأنه لم يسمع من غير مَنْ رواه أو روي عنه، والوقوف على تعقيباته وتصحيحاته في التعامل مع هذه الروايات، اعتمادًا على معطيات علم الإسناد وصحة الرواية وعدالة الراوي، ومن ثم وقفت على المسائل اللغوية المختلفة التي كان لها دور في وقوع ظاهرة ما لم يسمع من غير راوٍ واحد أو متكلم واحد.This study aims at studying one of the linguistic attribution topics in Tahtheeb Al-Lughah lexicon by Al-Azhari and his attitudes towards Al-Afrad narratives (one of which is unique in his narrative) and Al-Mafarid (as narrated by one speaker), in order to reveal Al-Azhari's attitude towards dealing with these narratives whatever it was accepting, rejecting or correcting, depending on the analytical descriptive approach.
I have extrapolated (Tahtheeb Al-Lughah lexicon) and extracted what Al-Azhari described as unheard from who narrated it or by who narrated about him, and to find his comments and corrections in dealing with such narratives, depending on the data of. The attribution science, authenticity of the narrative and on narrator`s morality, and then I highlighted linguistic issues which had a role in the occurrence of a phenomenon that has not been heard by one narrator or one speaker

يعد "الربيع العربي" حدثا تغييريا مفصليا في الفضاء والتاريخ العربيين. كتب، وسيكتب الإعلاميون والمثقفون العرب والأجانب في مسبباته وصيرورته ومآلاته وارتداداته الاجتماعية والسياسية والدينية الكثير، إلا أن مصطلحاته لم تلق الاهتمام المنشود، رغم أنها صقلت مفاهيم جديدة ومجددة من ناحية التركيب اللغوي أو من ناحية المعنى أو كليهما. صرخت بهذه المصطلحات حناجر الجماهير العربية أو دونتها أقلامها على أسس ثنائية متضاربة متعارضة مبنية على تناقضيه "الأنا" و"الآخر"، ونقلت رسائلها ونشرتها مستخدمة المصطلح الفصيح والعامي، البسيط والمركب، التقني والعام، الأصيل الموروث والمستورد المترجم. وانطلاقا مما سبق هدف هذا البحث هو دراسة مصطلحات الحركات المطلبية العربية على أسس علم المصطلحات الاجتماعية « Socioterminologie »الذي يدرس المصطلح من خلال الخطاب ويعتبره نشاطا مجتمعيا مرتبط بشكل عضوي بسياقي نشأته: المكاني والزماني ومستخدميه وبمبررات استخدامه وظروف توليده وبدينامكية انتشاره وتطوره.
The so-called Arab Spring is one of the most pivotal events that will continue to change the face of the Arab history. In spite of all the light shed by Arab and foreign writers and journalists on its engenderers, instigation, future and impacts on the social, political and religious levelsand despiteall the new and the renovated terms it has conceived on both the syntactic and the semantic aspects,its terms did not receive the expected attention. Those terms reverberated throughout the protestations and writings of the Arab Spring country by country through dialectical concepts based on the paradox of Ego and Super-ego and transmitted their message through multifaceted terms; simple and complex, classic and colloquial, technical and general, inherited and translated, authentic and borrowed.This paper analyses the terms of The Arab Rights Movements through socioterminology, which studies discourse as a social activity organically attached to its physical context, its users, purposes, initiation, diffusion and development.

Get PDF يناقش البحث أدب الرحلة العربي القديم من ناحيتي: تجنيسه وطبيعة خطابه، ويرى أن المدونة الرحلية العربية القديمة تحمل نصوصا أدبية يتربص في خطابها مجموعة من الخصائص التي تسمح بتجنسيها في زمرة الأدب الجميل، ومنها المراوحة بين السرد والوصف وبروز ضمير المتكلم والتخييل والعجائبية. ويشير البحث إلى ضرورة الاهتمام بالنص الرحلي وخطابه والانطلاق منه، ولا ينفي القيمة العلمية للموضوعات التي حملتها نصوص المدونة وتقاطعها مع علم الجغرافيا والتاريخ والأنثروبولوجيا وعلوم أخرى، ويعدّها خارج إطار التناول الأدبي وينهج طريقة الاستقراء في الوصول إلى بغيته.
الكلمات الدالة: ،،.The study discusses the literature of the ancient Arab journey in terms of: naturalization and the nature of his speech. The study believes that the ancient Arab nomadic blog carries literary texts lying in its speech a set of characteristics that allow to be included in the group of beautiful literature, including the narration, description, the emergence of the conscience of the speaker, the imagination and wonder. The research indicates the need to pay attention to the text of the journey and the departure from it. The study does not neglect the scientific value of the subjects that the texts of the code have carried out, and their intersection with the science of geography, history, anthropology and other sciences, rather, it considers it as being outside of the framework of literary treatment and takes the method of induction to reach its goal.

ولتحقيق ما سبق اتبعت الدراسة منهجا بنيويا تحليليا، مشفوعا بأدوات من المنهج المقارن، تتسلسل في عرض لأبرز المناهج النقدية الغربية، وترصد نماذج من محاولات النقاد العرب إثبات الوعي النقدي العربي التراثي بها، وانتهت إلى بيان قيمة الجهود النقدية العربية الحديثة في رصد جهود النقاد العرب القدماء، ومقاربة أبرز ملامح هذه الجهود، ومناقشة موضعيتها وتحيزاتها.This study aims at monitoring the efforts of contemporary Arab researchers to examine the features of contemporary literary critiques, and trends in the Arab critical heritage. It also indicates the levels of rooting that the researchers have established for each of the approaches that have been received, and presents their results in order to achieve a balance between the efforts of the ancients Arab critics versus Western modern critical approaches.
In order to achieve these aims, the study followed an analytical descriptive approach, accompanied by tools from the comparative approach, which are sequenced in a presentation of the most prominent Western critical methods, and monitored examples of attempts by Arab researchers to prove the critical knowledge of the ancient Arab researchers.
The study concluded by identifying the value of modern Arabic literary criticism efforts in monitoring the efforts of the ancient Arab critics, and identified the most prominent characteristics of these efforts, in addition to discussing its position and biases

No full textتُعدُ الدعوى الإدارية حالها كحال الدعاوى الأخرى من حيث ارتباطها بالميعاد وما يترتب على ذلك من آثار تمتاز بها بحكم خصوصية القانون والقضاء الإداري، وذلك حفاظأً على استقرار التعامل وحماية المراكز القانونية للأفراد، وهذا الميعاد قد ينقطع أو يتوقف بناء على عدة أسباب منها تقديم الدعوى إلى محكمة غير مختصة، وبناءً عليه يتناول البحث أثر رفع الدعوى الإدارية إلى محكمة غير مختصة على الميعاد وفق قانون القضاء الإداري الأردني رقم 27 لسنة 2014، فقد نص المشرع على هذه الحالة واعتبرها حالة وقف للميعاد، ولهذا جاء البحث على النحو التالي: تمهيد يبين الفرق بين الوقف والانقطاع للميعاد، والمطلب الأول: رفع الدعوى إلى محكمة غير مختصة، والمطلب الثاني: أحكام رفع الدعوى لمحكمة غير مختصة، وذلك ضمن دراسة مقارنة بين فرنسا ومصر والأردن
The Criminal Liability of the Licensed Notary in Jordanian Law
Get PDFالهدف من هذه الدراسة هو بيان النقص والقصور في النصوص القانونية الناظمة لأحكام المسؤولية الجزائية لكاتب العدل المرخص وفقا لنظام ترخيص الكاتب العدل، وبيان الأفعال التي تقع منه أثناء أداء عمله وتعتبر مجرمة أو غير مجرمة. وتوصلت هذه الدراسة إلى وجود نقص وقصور في النصوص القانونية الناظمة لعمل الكاتب العدل المرخص، بدلالة أن هناك أفعالاً يصعب حصرها تقع من الكاتب العدل المرخص ولا تعتبر مجرمة رغم خطورتها وجسامتها، الأمر الذي يستلزم ضرورة إضفاء صفة التجريم عليها وفرض عقوبات رادعة وزاجرة لها ولباقي الأفعال المجرمة الواقعة منه.
وقد قسمت هذه الدراسة إلى مبحثين تناولت في المبحث الأول ماهية المسؤولية الجزائي للكاتب العدل المرخص والمبحث الثاني أحكام المسؤولية الجزائة للكاتب العدل المرخص، وانتهت الدراسة بخاتمة تتضمن النتائج والتوصيات.The purpose of this study is to explain the lack and deficiencies in the legal texts governing the provisions of criminal liability of the licensed notary public, in accordance with the system of licensing the notary public, and the statement of acts that occur during the performance of his work and is considered criminal or not criminal. The study found that there is a lack and deficiency in the legal texts governing the work of the licensed notary, in the sense that there are acts occurred from the licensed notary that are difficult to limit, which are not considered a criminal despite their seriousness and its gravity, which necessitates the need to criminalize them and impose deterrent penalties and counterfeiting and the rest of the criminal acts occured from it.
The study was divided into two sections dealing with the first topic, what is the criminal liability, the licensed notary, and the second topic dealt with the provisions of the criminal liability of the licensed notary.
The conclusion of the study concluded with the most important consequences and recommendations
The Role of Social Media in Creating Human Rights Culture Among Jordanian University Students
Get PDFتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل ومعرفة دور وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي في نشر ثقافة حقوق الإنسان لدى الشباب الجامعي، من خلال التعرف على دور هذه الوسائل في زيادة المعرفة حول قضايا حقوق الإنسان، والإسهام بإيجاد تشريعات، وغرس قيم، وتعزيز سلوكيات، تتوافق مع مبادئ حقوق الإنسان.
استخدمت الدراسة المنهج العلمي من خلال الأسلوب الكمي، حيث صمم الباحثان استبانة حسب تدريج ليكرت الخماسي من اجل جمع المعلومات، وبعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتها تم توزيعها على عينة الدراسة المكونة من 1195 طالب وطالبة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها:
أن هناك انتشاراً كبيراً ومتزايداً يوميا في مستوى استخدام وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي المختلفة، بين طلبة الجامعات، وأن أغلبهم يعتمدون بدرجات كبيرة على هذه الوسائل مصادر للمعلومات.
أثبتت الدراسة أنه على الرغم من التزايد في استخدام وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي إلا أنها ظلت قاصرة على تحقيق بعض وظائفها المتمثلة بتغيير الثقافة التقليدية لدى الطلبة، وتعزيز ثقافة حقوق الإنسان لديهم.The present study aims to analyze the role of social media in disseminating the human rights culture among university youngsters by identifying its role in increasing their knowledge of the related issues. It further aims at providing legislations, developing values, and reinforcing certain behaviors and respecting principles of human rights.
The qualitative method is used as the researchers developed a questionnaire according to Likert five-point scale which was tested for its reliability and validity and then distributed to a sample of 1195 male and female students. The main findings of the study are:
There has been an increasing use of social media by university students who highly depend on them as sources of information.
The study proves that in spite of this heavy use of social media, it still does not succeed in fulfilling some of its functions related to changing and reinforcing the students' traditional culture of human rights
Societal Trends in Karak Governorate About Political Reform From the Point of View of Members of Civil Society Institutions According to the Election Law
Get PDFهدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى التوجهات المجتمعية في محافظة الكرك حول الاصلاح السياسي من وجهة نظر أعضاء مؤسسات المجتمع المدني، وكذلك التعرف إلى مستوى إدراك التوجهات المجتمعية حول الاصلاح السياسي وفقاً لقانون الانتخاب ومراحل المشاركة السياسية وخصائص ومتطلبات المشاركة السياسية. وتقاس درجة تحضر الشعوب بمعيار ممارستها للديمقراطية الفعلية والحقيقية، وتصقل هذه الممارسة بما يحظى به المواطنون من وعي وإدراك بحقوقهم السياسية، وتعد الحقوق السياسية أبرز مجالات الحريات العامة، وتتضمن –بحسب المستقر في الأوساط الدستورية والسياسية – حق الانتخاب، والترشيح لعضوية المجالس النيابية.
واعتمدت الدراسة على التكامل المنهجي الذي يتفرع عنه مناهج عدة منها: المنهج التحليلي والمنهج التاريخي والمنهج المقارن ومنهج تحليل النظم، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية:
وجود أثر لمتغير قانون الانتخاب في إدراك التوجهات المجتمعية حول الاصلاح السياسي.
وجود أثر لمتغير مراحل المشاركة السياسية في التوجهات المجتمعية حول الاصلاح السياسي.
وتوصي الدراسة بالقيام بمبادرات توعوية تُشجع على الانتساب للأحزاب السياسية لممارسة دور سياسي نشط في خدمة الشعب والوطن والأمة، وتعديل قانون الانتخاب لمجلس النواب بما يساعد على تشجيع الأحزاب السياسية للمشاركة في الانتخابات وتحقيق نتائج جيدةThis study aimed to identify the societal trends in the Karak governorate about political reform from the point of view of members of civil society institutions, as well as to identify the level of awareness of societal trends about political reform according to the elections law, the stages of political participation, the characteristics and requirements of political participation, and the degree of peoples' urbanization is measured by the criterion of their practice of democracy. Actual and real, and this practice is refined by what citizens enjoy in terms of awareness and awareness of their political rights. The existence of an impact of the variable of the election law on the perception of societal trends about political reform, and the presence of an effect of the variable stages of political participation in the societal trends about political reform.
The study recommends carrying out awareness-raising initiatives that encourage affiliation with political parties to exercise an active political role in the service of the people, the country, and the nation, and amending the election law for the House of Representatives to help encourage political parties to participate in the elections and achieve good results
