El TEA y las dificultades en la competencia sociocomunicativa de las personas que lo manifiestan: un repaso histórico
No full textThe present work aims to carry out a historical review through the contributions of the main authors and institutions that have collaborated to the definition of autism spectrum disorder, both in general and with respect to the deficiencies in the socio-communicative competence of people who present it. Thus, through an exhaustive bibliographic review, it has been possible to observe how its description and the explanation of the difficulties in the social and communicative skills of the people who manifest it have varied over time through the different theorists and currents who have addressed it. Since the term autism was expounded for the first time in 1911 by Bleuer until reaching the DSM-V’s and the ICD-11’s definition, this disorder’s conceptual delimitation has undergone several changes, as will be seen in this document.El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo realizar un recorrido histórico por las aportaciones de los principales autores e instituciones que han contribuido a la definición del trastorno del espectro autista, tanto de manera general como respecto a las carencias en la competencia sociocomunicativa de las personas que lo presentan. Así, a través de una revisión bibliográfica exhaustiva, se ha podido observar cómo su descripción y la explicación de las habilidades sociales y comunicativas de las personas que lo manifiestan ha variado a lo largo del tiempo a través de los diferentes teóricos y corrientes que lo han tratado. Desde que el término autismo fue expuesto por primera vez por Bleuer en 1911 hasta llegar a la definición del DSM-V y la del CIE-11, la delimitación conceptual de este trastorno ha sufrido múltiples cambios, tal y como se verá en este documento
Mapeamento neural: Análise jus-filosófica do experimento de Nicolelis sobre as consequências da alta exposição à realidade virtual
No full textAbstract: This article will address the neural mapping work carried out by Professor Miguel Nicolellis's team and the consequences of high exposure to virtual reality, bringing an analysis of philosophical, anthropological, neuroscience and law thinking about escaping reality and human behavior . In an interview, Nicolellis informed that there were some adverse reactions from the guinea pigs when they were removed from the virtual reality system, so the general objective of the work will be to analyze the doctrine and contemporary and classic studies in relation to the escape from reality. As specific objectives, it will seek to carry out a case study and the perspective of neuroscience on the abuse of new technologies; address the behavior of guinea pigs after deprivation of virtual reality in analogy to human behavior with available technology with the help of existing doctrine in the field of Anthropology; to enumerate the norms of Law already arranged in the national order under the subject and to explore the knowledge of the doctrine already debated on the subject of Virtual Rights and Human Rights in the cybernetic scope and finally to discuss the classic and contemporary philosophical thoughts subjectively linked to the subject with the observation from a philosophical and literary perspective. The methodology of the work will be based on the deductive method, with a qualitative approach, descriptive objective and bibliographic procedure and the case study of Nicolellis (2013) and its developments, with a zetetic and multidisciplinary analysis of the foundations and evolution of Virtual Rights both in Human Rights as in the posted norm. It concludes based on the doctrinal teachings that the balance of the use of new technologies is the key to the social and personal improvement of the individual and consequently the confrontation of the abuse of Virtual Rights.Resumen: Este artículo abordará el trabajo de mapeo neuronal realizado por el equipo del profesor Miguel Nicolellis y las consecuencias de la alta exposición a la realidad virtual, trayendo un análisis del pensamiento filosófico, antropológico, de neurociencia y de derecho sobre el escape de la realidad y el comportamiento humano. En entrevista, Nicolellis informó que hubo algunas reacciones adversas por parte de los sujetos de prueba al ser retirados del sistema de realidad virtual, por lo que el objetivo general del trabajo será analizar la doctrina y los estudios contemporáneos y clásicos en relación al escape de la realidad. . Como objetivos específicos se buscará hacer breves consideraciones sobre el trabajo de Nicolellis y la perspectiva de la neurociencia sobre el abuso de las nuevas tecnologías; abordar el comportamiento de los conejillos de indias tras la privación de la realidad virtual en analogía con el comportamiento humano con la tecnología disponible con ayuda de la doctrina existente en la materia de Antropología; enumerar las normas de derecho ya establecidas en el ordenamiento jurídico nacional sobre el tema y explorar el conocimiento de la doctrina ya debatida sobre el tema de los Derechos Virtuales y los Derechos Humanos en el ámbito cibernético. Finalmente, discutiremos los pensamientos filosóficos clásicos y contemporáneos vinculados subjetivamente al tema con la observación de perspectivas filosóficas y literarias. La metodología de trabajo se fundamentará en el método deductivo, con enfoque cualitativo, objetivo descriptivo y procedimiento bibliográfico, con un análisis zetético y multidisciplinario de los fundamentos y evolución de los Derechos Virtuales tanto en los Derechos Humanos como en la norma establecida. Se concluye con base en enseñanzas doctrinales que el equilibrio en el uso de las nuevas tecnologías es la clave para el mejoramiento social y personal del individuo y en consecuencia el enfrentamiento al abuso de los Derechos Virtuales.Resumo: O presente artigo abordará o trabalho de mapeamento neural realizado pela equipe do professor Miguel Nicolellis e as consequências da alta exposição à realidade virtual, trazendo uma análise do pensamento filosófico, antropológico, da neurociência e do direito sobre a fuga da realidade e do comportamento humano. Em entrevista, Nicolellis informou que houve algumas reações adversas das cobaias ao serem retirados do sistema de realidade virtual, assim o objetivo geral do trabalho será analisar a doutrina e os estudos contemporâneos e clássicos em relação à fuga da realidade. Como objetivos específicos buscará realizar breves considerações sobre o trabalho de Nicolellis e a perspectiva da neurociência sobre abuso de novas tecnologias; abordar o comportamento das cobaias após a privação da realidade virtual em analogia ao comportamento humano com a tecnologia disponível com auxílio da doutrina existente na matéria da Antropologia; enumerar as normas de Direito já dispostas no ordenamento pátrio sob o tema e explorar o conhecimento da doutrina já debatida sobre o tema de Direitos Virtuais e Direitos Humanos no âmbito cibernético. Por fim, iremos discorrer sobre os pensamentos filosóficos clássicos e contemporâneos subjetivamente ligados ao tema com a observação da ótica filosófica e literária. A metodologia do trabalho se baseará no método dedutivo, com abordagem qualitativa, objetivo descritivo e procedimento bibliográfico, com uma análise zetética e multidisciplinar dos fundamentos e evolução dos Direitos Virtuais tanto nos Direitos Humanos quanto na norma posta. Conclui-se com base nos ensinamentos doutrinários que o equilíbrio da utilização de nova tecnologias é a chave para a melhoria social e pessoal do indivíduo e consequentemente o enfrentamento do abuso de Direitos Virtuais

The concepts of nature andculture, aspects of human behavior and its relationship with the environment will be analyzed, with afocus on Amerindian perspectivism, in addition to the possibility of making the satisfaction of humanneeds compatible with sustainable development and the preservation of natural resources.Este artigo discute questões envolvendo a ação humana no meio ambiente. A proteção do meioambiente como direito fundamental exige a reflexão sobre o impacto da ação humana,principalmente quando passa a ameaçar a sobrevivência de espécies, inclusive do ser humano. The financial economy requires specific instruments for the future evaluation of the productive units, which make up the production of goods and services. For this reason, tools are used for the future evaluation of financial variables from the short to long term, which will allow the evaluation of options for integrating proposals in a successful system, which responds in an environment of uncertainty to the investment function and its impact on the production process.
Mastering the future evaluation, knowing its methodology, are part of the basic knowledge of the financier, so that higher education in this area makes sense.El objetivo general de la investigación es el diseño de modelos metodológicos para la elaboración de los presupuestos financieros, cuya función es la de efectuar la evaluación a futuro de la unidad productiva, a través de técnicas innovadoras. A cada tipo de presupuesto se elaboró un flujograma de solución.
La economía financiera, requiere de un instrumental específico para la evaluación a futuro de las unidades productivas, que conforman la producción de bienes y servicios. Es por ello, que se utilizan herramientas, para la evaluación a futuro de variables financieras del corto al largo plazo, las cuales permitirán valuar opciones de propuestas integradoras en un sistema acertado, que dé respuesta en un ambiente de incertidumbre a la función de inversión y su impacto en el proceso productivo.
Dominar la evaluación a futuro, conocer su metodología, son parte de los saberes básicos del financista, para que la educación superior en esta área tenga sentido

No full textThis paper argues that manga X, created and published by the CLAMP collective in Japan in 1992, and imported into Mexico by Editorial Vid between 2003 and 2005, represents a survival of the myth of the ambiguous woman, marked by the scheme of the image, both day and night. This is observed in the reiteration of motherhood as a sacrifice, in the case of the character of Tōru Magami; and the woman threatens linked to betrayal and death in the case of Saya Monou. We examine the manga from a visual analysis of symbolic, historical and iconographic references in conjunction with the narrative of the manga. In this sense, we return to the paradigm of indexical inferences proposed by Carlo Ginzburg, as well as the semiotic analysis proposal of Jenaro Talens.En este trabajo se argumenta que en el manga X, creado y publicado por el colectivo CLAMP en Japón en 1992, e importado a México por Editorial Vid entre 2003 y 2005, representa una pervivencia del mito de la mujer ambigua, marcada por el esquema de la imagen, tanto diurna como por el nocturna. Lo anterior se observa en la reiteración de la maternidad como sacrificio, en el caso del personaje de Tōru Magami; y la mujer amenaza ligada a la traición y muerte en el caso de Saya Monou. Examinamos el manga a partir un análisis visual de referentes simbólicos, históricos e iconográficos en conjunto con la narrativa del manga. THE INTEGRATED TERRITORIAL DEVELOPMENT TOOLS - A KEY COMPONENT OF THE EUROPEAN COHESION POLICY
No full textThe publication aims to study the implementation of the instruments for integrated territorial development in the EU in the context of the Cohesion policy. The research framework covers a literature review and a critical comment on the concept of the idea of introducing an integrated territorial approach to achieve convergence, emphasizing the applicable three territorial development approaches in the Member States: Community-Led Local Development, Sustainable Urban Development and Integrated territorial investments. Key conclusions are drawn, which are the result of an analysis of secondary data on the financial performance of the territorial development approaches for the 2014-2020 planning period. The authors focus on the specific challenges that the EU faces in measuring the effectiveness of the integrated territorial instruments in the new programming period. This study also puts an emphasis on the need for the development of a new generation of territorial impact assessment methods, instruments and indicators for measuring combined actions capable of evaluating the integration of EU. Based on an expert assessment of interrelationships, specific recommendations are made to over-come the challenges of implementing and monitoring of the instruments for integrated territorial development during the new programming period

No full textThis article presents a study on the use of the body in Severo Sarduy’s novel Beach Birds (1993). It evidences the duality of the aged body/rejuvenated body present in the novel as a way of creating a simulation device that aims to create a reality of existence. This, however, also allows the writer to present his conception of the void as a generative element of existence, which is expressed in the body as a simulation.El presente artículo presenta un estudio al manejo del cuerpo en la novela del escritor cubano Severo Sarduy en su novela Pájaros de la playa (1993). En tal dirección, se evidencia la dualidad cuerpo envejecido/cuerpo rejuvenecido presente en la novela como la forma de crear un artificio de simulación que intenta crear una realidad de la existencia. Sin embargo, tal situación permite al novelista presentar su concepción del vacío como elemento generador de la existencia, la cual queda expresada en el cuerpo como simulació

No full textThe productive and organizational changes in ejidos, following Mexico's integration into trade agreements, have brought about shifts in national agricultural policy. These changes have led to, on one hand, disparities among ejidos, inequitable production systems, unstable incomes, and poverty in rural population, and on the other hand, the growth of commercial networks and the development for one ejidal sector. Analyzing it from official sources of information, interviews, and on-site observations, this study addresses the role of social capital in the productive reconfiguration of ejidos over the past three decades in the municipalities of Acatzingo and Quecholac, Puebla, Mexico. The study identifies organization, cooperation, and the formation of social networks as key elements of social capital, which enable the management of access to various resources, primarily financial and water-related. This, in turn, facilitates greater access to local, national, and international trade and encourages the retention of the local population in their territoryLos cambios productivos y organizativos en los ejidos a partir de la incorporación de México en tratados comerciales generaron cambios en la política agrícola interna provocando por un lado desigualdades entre los ejidos, sistemas productivos dispares, ingresos inestables y una población rural empobrecida y por otro lado el crecimiento de redes comerciales y desarrollo de un sector ejidal. A partir de fuentes de información oficial, entrevistas y observación del territorio, se aborda el papel del capital social en la reconfiguración productiva de los ejidos durante las últimas tres décadas en los municipios de Acatzingo y Quecholac, Puebla México. Se identificaron a la organización, cooperación y formación de redes sociales como elementos clave del capital social, los cuales permiten gestionar el acceso a distintos recursos, principalmente financieros e hídricos, que proporcionan un mayor acceso al comercio local, nacional e internacional y promueven la retención de la población local en su territorio
