Concrete mix design for the production of pavers with recycled tire material in the province of Huancavelica
Get PDFEl presente trabajo de investigación permite el analizar el reemplazo del material reciclado del caucho en el diseño de un adoquín que cumpla con características mecánicas, comparado a adoquines que se encuentran en el mercado de la construcción, a través del uso de una mezcla de concreto que utilice polvo de neumático en determinada proporción como agregado fino. Los neumáticos fuera de uso, son perjudiciales para la salud, asi como también para el medioambiente, debido al uso irracional que se les ha dado durante muchos años en países como Perú, es por ello que mediante esta investigación se pretende minimizar el daño ocasionado por los mismos, como material primario en una mezcla de concreto para elaboración de adoquines. Finalmente, en términos generales se puede concluir que es factible utilizar el 25% en peso de polvo de neumático de tamaño aleatorio (al azar), ya que no deteriora las características del concreto, además lo vuelve más liviano y al mismo tiempo ayuda a disminuir los efectos negativos que generan los desechos de caucho en el medio ambiente.This research work allows the analysis of the replacement of recycled rubber material in the design of a paving stone that meets mechanical characteristics, compared to paving stones found in the construction market, through the use of a concrete mixture that uses tire dust in a certain proportion as fine aggregate. End-of-life tires are harmful to health, as well as to the environment, due to the irrational use they have been given for many years in countries such as Peru, which is why this research aims to minimize the damage caused by them, as a primary material in a concrete mix for the production of paving stones. Finally, in general terms, it can be concluded that it is feasible to use 25% by weight of tire powder of random size (random), since it does not deteriorate the characteristics of the concrete, it also makes it lighter and at the same time it helps to reduce the negative effects generated by rubber waste in the environment
Application of the Virtual Work Principle in obtaining the structural response of isostatic frames
Get PDFEste trabajo de investigación tiene como finalidad determinar la respuesta estructural de un pórtico isostático sometido a distintos sistemas de carga, mediante el método de la carga unitaria y el software SAP2000, con ello obtener qué efectos aportan más hacia la deflexión, de igual manera para desplazamientos horizontales afectados por temperatura, el alcance es descriptivo-comparativo con una metodología de investigación descriptiva, donde se obtuvo que la deflexión por el software SAP2000 y el PTV tiene una variación de 0.006347%, siendo un margen de error despreciable, además el aporte del efecto por deformación axial y cortante tiene una influencia mínima del 0.01385% siendo el efecto de la deformación por flexión el predominante con un 99.98614%, para el desplazamiento horizontal afectado por temperatura, a través del software SAP2000 y PTV, se obtuvo un margen de 0.0054% que no es significativo, donde los aportes relevantes hacia el desplazamiento horizontal fueron los efectos de deformación por flexión y axial, con un aporte de 95.5962 % y 4.4038 % respectivamente. Por tanto, se concluye que por medio del PTV y el software SAP2000, los desplazamientos horizontales y verticales tienen una variación no significativa, por otro lado, para obtener una deflexión se considera solo el efecto de deformación por flexión, y para un desplazamiento horizontal afectado por temperatura se analiza tanto el efecto por deformación axial y flexion.The purpose of this research work is to determine the structural response of an isostatic frame subjected to different load systems, through the unit load method and SAP2000 software, thereby obtaining what effects contribute more towards deflection, in the same way for displacements. horizontal lines affected by temperature, the scope is descriptive-comparative with a descriptive research methodology, where it was obtained that the deflection by the SAP2000 software and the PTV has a variation of 0.006347%, being a negligible margin of error, in addition to the contribution of the effect by axial and shear deformation has a minimum influence of 0.01385%, with the effect of bending deformation being the predominant with 99.98614%, for the horizontal displacement affected by temperature, through the SAP2000 and PTV software, a margin of 0.0054% was obtained which is not significant, where the relevant contributions towards horizontal displacement were the effects of bending and axial deformation, with a contribution of 95.5962% and 4.4038% respectively. Investigative Creativity in the Development of Critical Thinking in University Students of the First Cycles
Get PDFThis research is based on investigative creativity as one of the pillars in university academic formation, given that the level of demand is increasingly higher and constant from the first cycles of studies. The objective is to demonstrate the levels of development within the required standards to generate advancing strategies as appropriate. The study was carried out at Norbert Wiener Private University in Lima, with first and second-year students from General Studies courses during the 2022 - I semester. The methodology employed is a descriptive quantitative approach to identify the specific characteristics of each selected group of students, obtaining staggered results regarding their progress in terms of the strategies they practice to promote their creative capacity and critical thinking, respectively. Finally, the efforts of the teachers to encourage the investigative culture of their students are appreciated, using various techniques that are being developed according to the needs of their students.La presente investigación se basa en la creatividad investigativa como uno de los pilares en la formación académica universitaria, en razón que el nivel de exigencia es cada vez mayor y permanente desde los primeros ciclos de estudios, el objetivo es evidenciar los niveles de desarrollo dentro de los estándares exigidos para generar estrategias de avance según corresponda, la ejecución del trabajo se realizó en la Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener – Lima, con los estudiantes de I y II ciclo de las asignaturas de Estudios Generales, durante el semestre 2022 – I, la metodología empleada tiene enfoque cuantitativo de tipo descriptivo para identificar las características propias en cada grupo de estudiantes seleccionados, obteniendo resultados escalonados sobre su avance en cuanto a las estrategias que practican para fomentar su capacidad creativa y pensamiento crítico respectivamente. Get PDFEn esta oportunidad es una gran ocasión el poder presentar a nuestros lectores nacionales e internacionales y a la comunidad universitaria el quinto número de la Revista Oeconomicus UNH. Este número inicia con la investigación titulada “MARKETING DIGITAL Y RESILIENCIA EMPRESARIAL EN EL SECTOR HOTELERO DE LA PROVINCIA DE PASCO-PERÚ” de José Antonio Cárdenas Sinche, José Luis Guerrero Febres, Cesar Wenceslao Ramos Inga y Fortunato Tarcisio Inga Jacay; quienes realizaron un importante análisis sobre el sector hotelero en una región de la sierra central peruana, asimismo, los reconocidos investigadores sitúan un tema sumamente relevante para el sector empresarial y la toma de decisiones, sin duda, una lectura importante para quienes estés cercanos al sector de la economía, la contabilidad y las finanzas.
Por otro lado, el artículo titulado “PASATIEMPO DE LOS ESTUDIANTES DE UNA ACADEMIA EN LA REGIÓN HUANCAVELICA: UN ANÁLISIS PREMILINAR” de Mariluz Quispe Mendoza y este servidor, es una muestra del trabajo práctica de la asignatura de Metodología del Trabajo Universitario llevada por los estudiantes de la carrera profesional de Contabilidad, de igual forma, este aporte centra su atención en un caso abordado desde la perspectiva cualitativa, ya que es necesario dentro de la formación del estudiante de pregrado un acercamiento multidisciplinario a los diversos temas y problemas recurrentes en nuestra sociedad. Sin duda, este apartado, es la evidencia de que los estudiantes universitarios están preparados para asumir retos, además, de poder iniciar una línea base para emprender más investigaciones en el futuro.
De igual forma, el artículo intitulado “PRENDIZAJE Y JUEGO, UN DERECHO NO SATISFECHO” de docente investigador Wilfredo Fredy Paco Huamani, revela un panorama importante dentro de la educación y escenario formativo del estudiante en su temprana edad, de igual manera, hace una interesante reflexión al respecto y manifiesta su interés por situar el tema dentro del contexto de debate.
Asimismo, el artículo titulado “PLANTAS MEDICINALES ORIGINARIAS DE HUANCAVELICA: EL CONOCIMIENTO DE LOS CIUDADANOS “HERBORISTAS” DE HUANCAVELICA” de Kenia Miluska Huamán Matamoros y María Guadalupe Torres Lizana; evidencia una vez más lo importante de brindar a nuestros estudiantes universitarios la oportunidad de publicar sus ideas e investigaciones con la finalidad de que sigan acrecentando el interés por la ciencia en nuestro medio, en este sentido, los señalados investigador, bajo un enfoque cualitativo, abordaron un temas de interés, además de proporcionar evidencia ineludible de la realización de un trabajo de campo diferenciado e interdisciplinario. Este aporte, es la muestra de llevar lo aprendido en las aulas a un escenario real.
Finalmente, esta quinta edición se destaca reunir investigaciones hechas desde diversos puntos de vista, realizadas desde la posición formadora y contrastada desde quienes se van formando en las aulas universitarias. Así, consideramos que éstos últimos, son a quienes debemos de tener en cuenta para seguir acrecentando una cantera de futuros investigadores, con interés social y comprometidos con el desarrollo de nuestras comunidades. De esta manera, estamos seguros que este número brindará una amena lectura.

This issue begins with the research entitled "DIGITAL MARKETING AND BUSINESS RESILIENCE IN THE HOTEL SECTOR IN THE PROVINCE OF PASCO-PERU" by José Antonio Cárdenas Sinche, José Luis Guerrero Febres, Cesar Wenceslao Ramos Inga and Fortunato Tarcisio Inga Jacay; who made an important analysis of the hotel sector in a region of the central Peruvian highlands, also, the renowned researchers place a highly relevant topic for the business sector and decision making, undoubtedly, an important reading for those who are close to the sector of economics, accounting and finance.
On the other hand, the article entitled "PASATIEMPO DE LOS ESTUDIANTES DE UNA ACADEMIA DE UNA ACADEMIA EN LA REGION HUANCAVELICA: A PREMILINARY ANALYSIS" by Mariluz Quispe Mendoza and this servant, is a sample of the practical work of the subject of Methodology of University Work carried out by the students of the professional career of Accounting, in the same way, this contribution focuses its attention on a case approached from the qualitative perspective, since it is necessary within the formation of the undergraduate student a multidisciplinary approach to the diverse themes and recurrent problems in our society. Undoubtedly, this section is evidence that university students are prepared to take on challenges, in addition to being able to initiate a baseline to undertake more research in the future.
Similarly, the article entitled "PRENDIZAJE Y JUEGO, UN DERECHO NO SATISFECHO" by research professor Wilfredo Fredy Paco Huamani, reveals an important panorama within the education and formative scenario of the student at an early age, in the same way, it makes an interesting reflection on the subject and expresses its interest in placing the topic within the context of debate.
Likewise, the article entitled "MEDICINAL PLANTS ORIGINARY TO HUANCAVELICA: THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE "HERBORIST" CITIZENS OF HUANCAVELICA" by Kenia Miluska Huamán Matamoros and María Guadalupe Torres Lizana; shows once again the importance of giving our university students the opportunity to publish their ideas and research in order to continue increasing the interest in science in our environment, in this sense, the above mentioned researchers, under a qualitative approach, addressed a topic of interest, in addition to providing unavoidable evidence of conducting a differentiated and interdisciplinary fieldwork. This contribution is a demonstration of taking what was learned in the classroom to a real scenario.
Finally, this fifth edition stands out for bringing together research done from different points of view, carried out from the formative and contrasted position of those who are being trained in university classrooms. Thus, we consider that the latter are the ones we should take into account to continue to increase a pool of future researchers, with social interest and committed to the development of our communities. In this way, we are sure that this issue will be an enjoyable read.

Internal factors and economic income of alpaca producers in the district of Pilpichaca period 2022
Get PDFEl presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre los factores internos e ingresos económicos de los productores alpaqueros en el distrito de Pilpichaca periodo 2022 para lo cual se utilizó una investigación de tipo aplicada con un nivel correlacional y un diseño no experimental, además se utilizó la encuesta como técnica de recolección de datos teniendo una población de 190 y una muestra de 128 productores alpaqueros en el distrito de Pilpichaca. Get PDFLas evidencias y la necesidad de reactivar las actividades económicas de las Mypes (Medianas y pequeñas empresas) ante la crisis sanitaria del covid_19 permitieron establecer posibles consecuencias del programa reactiva en la fuerza laboral particularmente en los sectores económicos de las regiones pobres del Perú (Ayacucho, Cajamarca, Huancavelica, Huánuco, Loreto, Pasco y Puno). El propósito de este estudio fue determinar el efecto del “Programa Reactiva” en la fuerza laboral de Mypes en regiones pobres del Perú. El estudio asumió una investigación cuantitativa, basada en la unidad de análisis de Mypes con acceso a créditos de reactiva Perú; el método de estimación “Mínimos Cuadrados Ordinarios” (MCO) y el data utilizada de las variables de mayor incidencia fueron extraídas del portal de la SUNAT y “Reactiva Perú”. Los resultados propiciaron un ajuste de bondad del 93.3%, es decir que el modelo es explicado por las variables independientes en un 93.3%, así mismo respecto al sector de mayor impacto de los fondos de reactiva Perú en cada región, predomina el sector comercio con un 48.6% en promedio. Por consiguiente, el efecto fue significativo, los fondos de reactiva Perú evitaron el rompimiento de pagos de la fuerza laboral en las Mypes.The evidence and the need to reactivate the economic activities of Mypes (Medium and small companies) in the face of the covid_19 health crisis allowed us to establish possible consequences of the reactive program in the labor force, particularly in the economic sectors of the poor regions of Peru (Ayacucho, Cajamarca, Huancavelica, Huánuco, Loreto, Pasco and Puno). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the "Reactive Program" on the Mypes labor force in poor regions of Peru. The study assumed a quantitative investigation, based on the analysis unit of Mypes with access to reactive Peru credits; the estimation method "Ordinary Least Squares" (OLS) and the data used for the variables with the highest incidence were extracted from the SUNAT and "Reactiva Perú" portal. The results led to a goodness adjustment of 93.3%, that is to say that the model is explained by the independent variables in 93.3%, likewise with respect to the sector with the greatest impact of the reactive Peru funds in each region, the commercial sector predominates with 48.6% on average.
