No full textتسلط هذه الدراسة الضوء على واقع اعتماد الرقمنة والتقنيات التعليمية الحديثة في تحسين جودة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة الى ان التكنولوجيا الرقمية تساهم في تطوير العمل الإداري وذلك لدورها في تنمية الموارد البشرية من خلال تنمية العنصر البشري عن طريق توظيف التكنولوجيا، والتكوين فيها حسب المعطيات العصرية، وتحسين تحكم الطلبة والأساتذة في الأجهزة الرقمية. ولها دور في التنمية بجميع أنواعها لما لها من قدرة على توفير المعلومات بسرعة لاتخاذ القرارات بأسرع وقت وبأقل التكاليف ومن خلال قاعدة البيانات التي تملكها الجامعة وسرعة الاستجابة. وإن التكنولوجيا الرقمية تؤدي إلى تحسين جودة الخدمات إذ لها ايجابيات على مستوى قطاع التعليم العالي، من خلال توفير أفضل للخدمات وتوفير تعاملات متطورة للطلبة والأساتذةThis study aimed to shed light on the reality of adopting digitization and modern educational technologies to improve the quality of higher education and scientific research. The results of the study showed that digital technology contributes to the development of administrative work due to its role in developing human resources through developing the human element by employing technology, training in it according to modern data, and improving students’ and professors’ control over digital devices. It has a role in development of all kinds because of its ability to provide information quickly to make decisions as quickly and at the lowest costs, through the database owned by the university and the speed of response. No full textتمر المكتبات العمومية الجزائرية بنفس القيود التي تعرفها المكتبات في العالم إثر تفشي جائحة كوفيد 19، والتي تجعلها أمام حتمية إعادة التفكير في الشكل والصيغة التي تقدم بها خدماتها في البيئة الرقمية. يلجأ القائمين على المكتبات عادة، ومجتمع البحث المشتغلين في حقل المكتبات والمعلومات دائما إلى التجارب الدولية الناجحة والرائدة لتطوير وابتكار الخدمات الرقمية، وكذلك لحل الأزمات والمشاكل التقنية التي تمر بها هذه الفضاءات. يأتي مفهوم الفضاء الرابع في سياق هذه الجهود الموجهة لترقية مكانة وخدمات المكتبات الجزائرية، حيث نحاول الوقوف من خلال هذه الورقة العلمية على خصائص ومكونات هذا النموذج الجديد، وتحديد بعض المؤشرات والقرائن التي تبرز ملامحه، لنقوم على هذا أساس بتقريب خدمات المكتبات العمومية الجزائرية من منطق وفلسفة الفضاء الرابع، وقد تم العمل والتركيز في هذا السياق على تجربة المكتبة الرئيسية للمطالعة العمومية المجاهد المرحوم الهاشمي قويدر لولاية أدرار وذلك للمكانة التي تحظى بها في سياسة السلطات الوصية الموجهة لعصرنة ورقمنة شبكة المكتبات، وكذلك لما تقدمه هذه المكتبة من مشاريع ابتكارية ريادية، وخدمات رقمية متقدمة. تشير نتائج هذه الدراسة إلى أنه لا يوجد إرادة سياسية قوية لنشاط هذه المكتبات في الفضاء الرقمي، إذ لا نجد مشاريع رقمية حقيقية مع عودة نشاط هذه المكتبات في الفضاء المادي ما بعد كوفيد 19. Algeria's public libraries are experiencing the same limitations as the world's libraries following the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, which make them inevitable to rethink the form and format of their services in the digital environment. Librarians and the research community working in the field of libraries and information always resort to successful and pioneering international experiences to develop and innovate digital services, as well as to solve the crises and technical problems experienced by these spaces. The concept of the fourth space comes in the context of these efforts aimed at upgrading the status and services of Algerian libraries Where we try to see through this scientific paper the characteristics and components of this new model, identifying some of the indicators and evidence that highlight their features, in order to bring Algeria's public library services closer to the logic and philosophy of the fourth space, In this context, work and focus have been placed on the experience of the main Library of Public Reading, the late Mujahid El-Hashemi Kouidar of the Wilaya of Adrar, because of the place it enjoys in the policy of the custodial authorities to modernize and digitize the library network as well as for the Library's innovative pilot projects and advanced digital services. The results of this study indicate that there is no strong political will for the activity of these libraries in the digital space, as we do not find real digital projects with the return of the activity of these libraries in the physical space after Covid-19

No full textترصد هذه الدراسة إستراتيجية التمدد الإسرائيلية تجاه منطقة الخليج العربي في الوقت الراهن من منظور جيوبولتيكي، وذلك باعتبار المنطقة من أهم فضاءات التحول الإقليمي الإسرائيلي. وتسعى إسرائيل عبر إستراتيجية تمددها إلى محاولة تطويع تخومها الجغرافية، من أجل اختبار تفاعلاتها، ومن ثم ضبط خطة لاحتواء أي خصوم إقليميين محتملين. وقد اعتمدت هذه الإستراتيجية على المشروع الأمريكي المتمثل في اتفاقية أبراهام للتطبيع الإسرائيلي- الخليجي، كأداة لتحالف ثلاثي إسرائيلي - أمريكي - خليجي لتأكيد توسع نفوذ إسرائيل في كل المنطقة العربية، وتثبيت نفوذها في الشرق الأوسط الكبير. وقد عرجت الدراسة في الأخير على أبرز معيقات تلك الإستراتيجية في ظل المتغيرات الإقليمية، وفي مقدمتها الحرب الإسرائيلية الراهنة على غزةThis study monitors the current Israeli expansion strategy towards the Arabian Gulf region from a geopolitical perspective, as Israel seeks to impose its influence in Regional Transformation Spaces, and the Gulf is one of them, as it is directly related to Israeli geostrategic interests at all levels. Through this strategy, Israel seeks to subjugate its Arab neighborhood in order to test its interactions, and then adjust a plan to contain any potential regional adversaries. This strategy relied on the American project represented by the Abraham Agreement for Israeli-Gulf normalization, as a tool for a tripartite Israeli-American-Gulf alliance to confirm the expansion of Israel’s influence throughout the Arab region, and to consolidate its influence in the greater Middle East. Finally, the study addressed the most prominent obstacles to this strategy, in light of regional changes, most notably the current Israeli war on Gaza

No full textإن التغييرات الاجتماعية التي فرضها عصرنا الحالي أنتجت مواضيع وقضايا جديدة للمرأة. ويحمل الإعلام مسؤولية كبيرة في مواكبة ذلك التغيير من خلال البرامج التلفزيونية الموجهة لها، وسنحاول من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية الكشف عن نوعية المواضيع التي تقدم في البرنامج التلفزيوني الجزائري "جلسة وانسا"، ومعرفة ما إذا كانت تواكب هذا التغيير أم لا باستخدام أداة تحليل المضمون. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن البرنامج لا يواكب التغييرات الجديدة في مواضيع المرأة، فعلى الرغم من تنوع مضامينه إلا أنه يغلب عليه الطابع الفني كونه يعطي للمواضيع الفنية فقرة ثابتة ومساحة زمنية كبيرة مقارنة بالمواضيع الأخرى، ناهيك عن التركيز على المواضيع النمطية أكثر من المواضيع التعليمية الثقافية.The social changes imposed by the current era have produced new topics and issues for women. The media has a great responsibility to keep pace with this change through television programs aimed at women. Through this research paper, we are about to reveal the type of topics presented in the Algerian TV program "Jalsat Wansa", and to know whether it keeps pace with this change or not using a content analysis tool. The study concluded that the program does not keep pace with the new changes in women's topics

No full textتعدّ الأحاديث القدسيّة رسالة تواصليّة متميّزة بسند المعنى وحيا من الله -عزّ وجلّ-ومن الله إلى الرّسول ﷺ الّذي لا ينطق عن الهوى موجّهة إلى متلقّ أبديّ لا يحدّه مكان ولا يحويه زمان. جرى التّواصل من خلال هذه النّصوص على النّسق المألوف بين تواصل لفظيّ وآخر غير لفظيّ، لكنّ الحظوة فيه كانت للتّواصل اللّفظيّ تأكيدًا على أهمّية اللّغة الشّفهيّة ذات البعد الإنسانيّ والحضاريّ... فما هي خصائصها؟ وماهي أهدافها؟ للإجابة على هذه التّساؤلات اخترنا الموضوع تحت عنوان: (الأحاديث القدسيّة وآليّات التّواصل اللّفظيّ) في محاولة لتمييز هذه الآليّات عن بعضها من ناحية وتقريب ما ترومه من أهداف من ناحية أخرى.The sacred hadiths are a distinct communicative message based onmeaning and revelation from God Almighty and from God to the Messengerwho does not speak out of desire, addressed to an eternal recipient who is notlimited by place or time.Communication took place through these texts according to the familiarpattern between verbal and non-verbal communication, but the predominancein it was verbal communication, emphasizing the importance of oral languagewith a human and cultural dimension... No full textللأفعال دور مهم في التّعبير عن نفسية الشّاعر وتبليغ مقاصده والوصول إلى غاياته، ولذلك يهتمُّ منها بما يُناسب أفكاره، ويقع موقعًا حسَنًا في أذن السّامع، كما يُركّز على دلالتها الزّمانية، والأزمنة في اللُّغة العربيّة ثلاثة: ماض، وحاضر، ومستقبل، وفي هذه الدّراسة نرصُد استعمال الأفعال بأنواعها الثّلاثة (ماضٍ، مضارع، أمر) كما نرصُدها بأزمنتها الثّلاثة السّالفة الذّكر عند محمّد بلقاسم خمّار في ديوانه "ظلال وأصداء"، لنتعرّف على أهمّيتها في شعره، وكيفية توظيفه لها، ومدى بلوغه أهدافه من خلالِها، فكيف تجسّدت هذه الأفعال عند الشأعر؟ وأيّ الأنواع غلب في استعماله لها؟ وما دلالة هذا التّوظيف؟Verbs have an important role in expressing the poet's psyche, communicating hisintentions, and reaching his goals. Therefore, he cares about them in what suits hisideas, and is well located in the ear of the listener. He also focuses on their temporalsignificance. There are three tenses in the Arabic language: past, present, and future. Inthis study, we present the use of verbs in their three types (past, present, imperative).Wealso present them with their three tenses mentioned previously by MuhammadBelkacemKhammar in his divan “Shadows and Echoes” so that we can learn about theirimportance in his poetry, how he employs them, and the extent to which he achieveshis goals through them. No full text يسعى هذا المقال إلى دراسة العلاقة الجدلية بين النسق اللساني والنسق الأيقوني، متخذا الأدب والسينما نموذجا لبحث مواضع التقاطع بين اللغة والصورة، من خلال رواية جاتسبي العظيم التي تمت أفلمتها، وحُوِلَتْ لفيلم سينمائي حَمَل الاسم نفسه، حيث يمثل نص الرواية النسق اللغوي، وتمثل مشاهد الفيلم وصوره النسق الأيقوني، فبالرغم من الإشكاليات المطروحة حول علاقة الفن الأدبي والفن السينمائي، فقد كان لتعالقهما فوائد جمة على الفنين، وهو ما سنحاول الوقوف عليه من خلال هذه الدراسة.Abstract: The following study seeks to shed light on the dialectical relationship between the linguistic pattern and the iconic pattern, using literature and cinema as models for this investigation. This is through exploring "The Great Gatsby" novel, which has been adapted into a film bearing the same name, where the text of the novel represents the linguistic pattern, while the scenes and images of the film represent the iconic pattern. Despite the raised challenges regarding the relationship between literary and cinematic art, the interconnection between them has brought substantial benefits to artists. This study aims to explore and understand these benefits.

No full textتتلقى الأسرة الطفل كائن بيولوجي فارغ من كل بناء معرفي أو الثقافي يمكنه من التعامل بسلاسة ويسر في جماعته الاجتماعية، وعليه فإن مهمتها الأولى والأساسية حياله هو تحويل الرصيد المعرفي المجتمعي إلى وعيه يعنى إكسابه الصفة الاجتماعية، ليتمكن من التخاطب مع غير من أفراد المجتمع، منحه لغة التواصل، التي هي في مجتمعنا المعاصر متعددة تعدد الثقافات المحلية والعالمية ، وهنا فإن الأسرة بناءً على اللغة أو اللغات المتداولة فيها تحول مفرداتها ومعانيها للطفل او الابناء، وعليه فإن أي خلل في تواصل الفرد مع غيره في مختلف الجماعات الاجتماعية يعود إلى جزاً في قيام الأسرة بوظيفتها الأساسية، وهنا يتشكل موضوع البحث الميداني في السوسيولوجية يتقاطع فيه مجالين هما سوسيولوجية اللغة أو اللسانيات وسوسيولوجية الأسرة، والتي تعمل إلقاء الضوء على الاسرة ودورها في تعلم الابناء للغات خاصة الاجنبية منها، وهنا تنطلق الدراسة الميدانية للإجابة على تساؤل رئيسي مفاده: ما علاقة الاسرة بمشكلات تعلم اللغات الأجنبية لدى الابناء في المجتمع الاوراسي ؟The family receives the child as a biological being emptied of every cognitive or cultural structure that enables him to interact smoothly and easily in his social group. Therefore, its first and primary task with regard to him is to transform the societal knowledge balance into his awareness, meaning giving him a social character, so that he can communicate with other members of society, giving him a language. Communication, which is in our contemporary society a multiplicity of local and global cultures, and here the family, based on the language or languages spoken in it, transforms its vocabulary and meanings for the child, and accordingly, any defect in the individual’s communication with others in the various social groups is due to a part in the family’s carrying out its basic function, Here, the topic of field research in sociology is formed in which two fields intersect: the sociology of language or linguistics and the sociology of the family, which sheds light on family and its role in children’s Learning for languages ,especially foreign ones , and here the Field begins to answer a main question : what is the Relationship of the family to the problems of Learning foreign languages among children in Auréssien society
