Cabaran dan Peranan Dakwah Semasa Pandemik Covid-19 dalam Kalangan Remaja Islam di Pontian, Johor: Challenges and The Role of Dakwah During The Covid-19 Pandemic Among Muslim Youths in Pontian, Johor
Remaja merupakan salah satu golongan yang terkesan dengan pandemik COVID-19 semenjak ia melanda negara pada tahun 2019. Banyak cabaran yang dihadapi oleh golongan remaja ketika fasa pandemik COVID-19 ini. Salah satu cabaran yang dihadapi adalah perkara berkaitan dengan pelaksanaan dakwah Islamiah. Hal ini kerana pelaksanaan dakwah islamiah tidak dapat dilaksanakan dan diterapkan kepada golongan remaja secara langsung dan bersemuka seperti kebiasaannya. Dalam fasa COVID-19, pelaksanaan dakwah memerlukan kepada metod yang lebih sesuai dan signifikan. Oleh yang demikian, objektif kajian ini adalah untuk menganalisis tahap pengetahuan remaja tentang dakwah Islamiah dalam fasa pandemik ini. Selain itu kajian ini juga turut menganalisis cabaran yang dihadapi oleh golongan remaja berkaitan pendekatan dakwah dalam fasa pandemik COVID-19. Kajian ini juga turut menganalisis peranan dakwah Islamiah semasa pandemik COVID-19 dalam kalangan remaja di Pontian, Johor. Kajian ini berbentuk kuantitatif yang melibatkan kajian lapangan sebagai kaedah pengumpulan data. Dalam kajian ini, instrumen yang digunakan bagi proses pengumpulan data adalan kaedah soal selidik. Soalan soal selidik dibentuk dan diedarkan kepada pihak responden yang dipilih sebagai sampel kajian untuk dijawab. Sampel kajian ini terdiri daripada 50 orang remaja Islam di sekitar Pontian Johor. Setelah mendapat maklum balas daripada pihak responden, pengkaji menganalisis data dengan menggunakan perisian Statistical Packages for The Social Sciences (SPSS). Hasil daripada kajian ini mendapati bahawa tahap pengetahuan remaja di Pontian, Johor berada pada tahap yang baik. Namun, remaja di Pontian, Johor sukar menerima pendekatan dakwah semasa pandemik COVID-19. Remaja lebih tertarik kepada aktiviti lain secara dalam talian berbanding dengan program dakwah. Justeru cadangan yang dikemukakan oleh pengkaji diharapkan dapat memberi kesan dan membantu usaha pendakwah dalam pelaksanaan dakwah di Negeri Johor.
Teenagers are one of the communities affected by the COVID-19 pandemic since it hit the country in 2019. There are many challenges faced by teenagers during the COVID-19 pandemic. One of the challenges is the implementation of Islamic preaching among teenagers. This is because the implementation of Islamic preaching cannot be implemented and applied to the teenage group directly and face to face as usual. In the phase of COVID-19, the implementation of preaching requires a more appropriate and significant method. Therefore, the objectives of this study are to analyze the level of teenagers' knowledge about Islamic preaching and the challenges faced by teenagers related to the preaching approach in the phase of the COVID-19 pandemic. This study also analyzes the role of Islamic preaching during the COVID-19 pandemic among teenagers in Pontian, Johor. This is a quantitative study that involves field research as a data collection method. Questionnaires were created and distributed to 50 Muslim teenagers around Pontian Johor as respondents. After receiving feedback from the respondents, the researcher analyzed the data using Statistical Packages for The Social Sciences (SPSS) software. The results of this study found that the level of knowledge of teenagers in Pontian, Johor is at a good level. However, teenagers in Pontian, Johor find it difficult to accept the preaching approach during the COVID-19 pandemic. Teenagers are more interested in online activities rather than in preaching programs. Therefore, the suggestions presented by the researcher are expected to have an impact and help the implementation of preaching in the State of Johor
Prosedur Terjemahan Unsur Alam dalam Puisi Unshudat Al-Matar Karya Badr Shakir Al-Sayyab: Translation Procedures of Nature Element in the Poem Unshudat Al-Matar by Badr Shakir Al-Sayyab
Alam sangat penting dan dekat dengan seorang penyair. Renungan penyair pada alam menemukan makna kehidupan yang dilalui manusia. Puisi adalah reaksi kreatif seorang penyair setelah berinteraksi dengan alam. Makalah ini merupakan kajian terhadap terjemahan bahasa Melayu bagi unsur alam dalam puisi Arab Unshudat al-Matar karya Badr Shakir al-Sayyab. Makalah ini menganalisis terjemahan unsur alam berteraskan prosedur terjemahan Vinay & Darbelnet. Didapati bahawa terdapat pelbagai bentuk prosedur terjemahan yang digunapakai dalam terjemahan puisi Arab tersebut ke bahasa Melayu. Dicadangkan agar prosedur terjemahan sebegini terus dimanfaatkan dalam terjemahan puisi Arab – Melayu.
Nature is very important and close to a poet. The poet's reflection on his nature discovers the meaning of life that he goes through. Poetry is a poet's creative reaction after his interaction with nature. This paper is a study of the Malay translation of the elements of nature in the Arabic poem Unshudat al-Matar by Badr Shakir al-Sayyab. This paper analyzes the translation of natural elements based on Vinay & Darbelnet translation procedures. It is found that there are various forms of translation procedures used in the translation of the Arabic poem into Malay. It is suggested that such translation procedures to be used continuously in the translation of Arabic-Malay poems
Etika dan Tanggungjawab Khalifah dalam Pengurusan Laut Menurut Perspektif Al-Quran: Ethics and Responsibilities of Caliphs in Sea Management According to Al-Quran's Perspective
Allah menciptakan laut dengan pelbagai keadaan dan tujuan sebagaimana yang dinyatakan di dalam al-Qur’an. Artikel ini akan membincangkan tiga perkara iaitu, (1) konsep dan hikmah penciptaan laut berdasarkan ayat-ayat al-Qur’an, (2) pengurusan laut dalam pelayaran dan kehidupan, (3) etika dan tanggungjawab khalifah terhadap laut. Kajian ini merupakan kajian kualitatif dan deskriptif dengan menggunakan sumber al-Qur’an sebagai rujukan utama. Artikel ini akan memaparkan keluasan lapangan ilmu berkenaan laut di dalam al-Qur’an yang menyentuh aspek keperluan manusia serta hubungannya terhadap laut dan penciptaan hidupan di dalamnya. Kesimpulannya, manusia merupakan khalifah yang bertanggungjawab dalam menjaga dan memulihara bumi terutamanya laut. Manusia perlu sedar akan hakikat hikmah penciptaan laut dan sentiasa merujuk al-Qur’an sebagai dasar panduan dan pengetahuan berkenaan laut dan hidupannya agar dapat dimanfaatkan di dalam kehidupan.
God created the sea with various conditions and purposes as stated in al-Qur'an. This article will discuss three things, (1) the concept and wisdom of the sea creation based on the verses from al-Qur'an, (2) the management of the sea, (3) the ethics and responsibility of the caliph towards the sea. This study is a qualitative and descriptive study using the Qur'anic source as the main reference. This article will display the vastness of knowledge about the sea in al-Qur'an that includes human needs as well as its relationship to the sea and the creation of life in it. In conclusion, humans are the caliphs who are responsible for looking after and conserving the earth, especially the sea. Humans need to be aware of the wisdom through sea creation and always refer to al-Qur'an as a basis for guidance and knowledge about the sea and its life so that it can be used in life

Universiti al-Azhar merupakan institusi ulung yang melahirkan puluhan ribu ilmuwan besar dunia Islam selari dengan usia penubuhannya yang mencapai 1052 tahun iaitu sejak ia mula diasaskan pada tahun 970M. Sepanjang sepuluh abad ilmuwan al-Azhar terbukti menjadi komuniti intelektual yang efektif dan berjasa terutamanya dalam bidang kepakaran pengajian Islam termasuk ilmu Hadis. Terdapat lapan aspek sumbangan ilmuwan al-Azhar dalam memajukan ilmu pengajian hadis. Salah satunya adalah konsisten menggerakkan kegiatan pembacaan dan pendengaran hadis secara berkesinambangan sanad serta prihatin dalam meneruskan tradisi pengamalan ijazah hadis. Komitmen ini membawa dampak kesinambungan ilmu hadis komuniti al-Azhar terhubung sampai kepada Rasulullah s.a.w dalam rantaian sanad berteraskan kitab-kitab turath hadis muktabar serta dicatatkan secara sistematik dalam karya kategori thabat. Namun rantaian sanad ilmuwan al-Azhar jarang didedahkan secara terperinci terutama yang melibatkan sentuhan nusantara. Justeru makalah ini bertujuan untuk mendedahkan rantaian sanad al-kutub al-sittah salah seorang ilmuwan al-Azhar yang terkenal di Malaysia iaitu Sheikh Salih al-Ja‘fari. Makalah memfokuskan pengumpulan data secara analisa dokumen terutama terhadap kitab thabat tokoh berjudul al-Jawahir al-Ghawali min Asanid al-Imam al-Azhari. Kitab ini diselenggara dan disusun oleh ilmuwan al-Azhar Malaysia iaitu Sheikh Muhammad Fuad bin Kamaluddin al-Rembauwi. Dapatan dihurai secara deskriptif. Penemuan menunjukkan rantaian sanad tokoh bersambung sehingga sampai kepada enam pengarang kutub sittah menerusi lima orang guru utama. Setiap guru memiliki karya thabat masing-masing. Tiga daripadanya merupakan tenaga pengajar Universiti al-Azhar. Metode persambungan rantaian adalah al-ijazah dan talaqqi hadis yang menepati disiplin al-tahammul wa al-ada’. Implikasi daripada penemuan ini adalah kendati ilmuwan al-Azhar mendepani pelbagai asakan komodenan pendidikan arus perdana sepanjang ribuan tahun tetapi mereka tekal konsisten memelihara ketulenan manhaj pewarisan rantaian sanad ilmu yang paras tertinggi sandaran kembali termeterai dengan sumber mutlak ilmu iaitu Rasulullah s.a.w.
Al-Azhar University is a leading institution that has produced thousands of great Muslim scholars since its’ establishment 1052 years ago when it was first founded in 970 AD. Throughout the ten centuries, al-Azhar scholars has proved to be an effective and meritorious intellectual community especially in the field of expertise in Islamic studies including Hadith. There are eight aspects of the contribution of al-Azhar scholars in advancing the hadith studies. One of them is to consistently mobilize the activities of reading and listening to hadith in a continuous chain of transmission as well as being concerned in continuing the tradition of practicing ijazah hadith. The impact of such commitment is the continuation of the hadith knowledge amongst the al-Azhar community connected to the Prophet s.a.w in the chain of sanad based on the books of turath of hadith muktabar and recorded systematically reaching the thabat category. However, the chain of sanad of al-Azhar scholars is rarely revealed in detail, especially those involving the Malay archipelago. Thus this paper aims to reveal the chain of sanad al-kutub al-sittah of one of the famous al-Azhar scholars in Malaysia, namely Sheikh Salih al-Ja‘fari. This paper focuses on the collection of data through document analysis, especially on the book of thabat of a character called al-Jawahir al-Ghawali min Asanid al-Imam al-Azhari. This book was maintained and compiled by al-Azhar Malaysian scholar Sheikh Muhammad Fuad bin Kamaluddin al-Rembauwi. Findings are described descriptively. The findings show a chain of connected figures up to six authors of the al-kutub sittah through five main teachers. Each teacher has their own thabat work. Three of them are al-Azhar University academic staff. The method of connecting the chain is al-ijazah and talaqqi which conforms to the discipline of al-tahammul wa al-ada'. The implication of this discovery is that even though al-Azhar scholars have faced various modernization over the mainstream education for thousands of years, they have remained consistent in preserving the authenticity of the manhaj of the inheritance of chain of knowledge whose highest level of backup is sealed with the absolute source of knowledge which is Rasulullah s.a.w
Amalan dan Pelaksanaan Tahkim dalam Kes Permohonan Perceraian Tanpa Persetujuan Satu Pihak: Satu Kajian Perbandingan di Mahkamah Syariah Selangor dan Sarawak: The Practice and Implementation of Tahkim in the Case of Application for Divorce without the Consent of One Party : A Comparative Study in the Syariah Courts of Selangor and Sarawak
Pasangan suami isteri tidak dapat lari daripada menghadapi pelbagai konflik dalam rumah tangga yang akhirnya membawa kepada perceraian. Menurut undang-undang keluarga Islam negeri-negeri, terdapat banyak peruntukan undang-undang yang boleh digunakan untuk mendapatkan perceraian sebagai contoh peruntukan permohonan perceraian di bawah seksyen 47 Enakmen Undang-undang Keluarga Islam (Negeri Selangor) 2003 dan seksyen 46 Ordinan Undang-undang Keluarga (Sarawak) 2001. Permohonan perceraian tersebut memerlukan persetujuan kedua-dua pihak-pihak untuk bercerai. Jika salah satu pihak tidak bersetuju, mahkamah tidak akan membenarkan suami melafazkan talak dan melantik Jawatankuasa Pendamai. Sekiranya di peringkat Jawatankuasa Pendamai gagal untuk mencapai perdamaian atau persetujuan untuk bercerai dalam tempoh yang ditetapkan, mahkamah akan memerintahkan kedua-dua pihak melantik hakam bagi menyelesaikan pertikaian yang berlaku. Di Negeri Selangor, terdapat kaedah yang khusus berkaitan pelantikan dan kuasa hakam iaitu Kaedah-kaedah Hakam (Negeri Selangor) 2014 manakala di Sarawak tiada langsung kaedah-kaedah hakam yang diperuntukkan oleh mahkamah syariah tetapi hanya tertakluk kepada Arahan Amalan Ketua Hakim Syari’i Sarawak No. 1 Tahun 2006. Justeru, kajian ini dilaksanakan bagi mengkaji pelantikan, peranan, kesan dan kuasa hakam menurut undang-undang dalam kes-kes perceraian tanpa persetujuan satu pihak serta isu-isu berkaitan amalan dan pelaksanaan Tahkim di Negeri Selangor dan Sarawak. Kajian ini merupakan kajian kualitatif yang menggunakan pendekatan analisis dokumen dan metode temu bual separa struktur dalam pengumpulan data. Hasil kajian mendapati terdapat beberapa isu berkaitan amalan dan pelaksanaan Tahkim di Negeri Selangor dan Sarawak. Di Negeri Selangor, meskipun telah wujud kaedah hakam, masih berlaku ketidak patuhan hakam terhadap etika hakam dan tatacara Majlis Tahkim. Selain itu juga kredibiliti dan kelayakan hakam turut menjadi isu selain kekurangan infrastruktur bagi pelaksanaan Majlis Tahkim. Manakala di Sarawak, di samping ketiadaan kaedah-kaedah hakam yang khusus, majoriti kes-kes perceraian tidak sampai kepada Majlis Tahkim kerana masalah logistik pihak-pihak yang agak sukar untuk hadir ke mahkamah disebabkan jarak yang jauh dan kos tambang yang tinggi. Oleh itu, pihak-pihak bersetuju secara persetujuan bersama untuk bercerai atau tinggal secara berasingan. Kekurangan pegawai yang layak menjadi pegawai hakam di Sarawak juga merupakan salah satu faktor Tahkim tidak dapat dilaksanakan sepenuhnya di Sarawak.
Married couples cannot escape from facing various conflicts in the household which eventually lead to divorce. According to the Islamic family laws of the states, there are many legal provisions that can be used to obtain a divorce, for example the provisions for divorce applications under section 47 of the Islamic Family Law Enactment (Selangor State) 2003 and section 46 of the Family Law Ordinance (Sarawak) 2001. The divorce application requires the consent of both parties to divorce. If one of the parties does not agree, the court will not allow the husband to pronounce divorce and appoint a conciliation committee. If the conciliation committee fails to reach reconciliation or an agreement to divorce within the specified period, the court will order both parties to appoint a hakam to resolve the dispute. In the State of Selangor, there are specific rules related to the appointment and judicial authority, namely the Hakam Rules (Selangor State) 2014 (Kaedah-kaedah Hakam (Negeri Selangor) 2014), while in Sarawak there are no legal rules provided by the syariah court but only subject to the Sarawak Chief Shari'i Chief Justice's Practice Instruction No. 1 of 2006. (Arahan Amalan Ketua Hakim Syari’i Sarawak No. 1 Tahun 2006). Therefore, this study was carried out to examine the appointment, role, effect and power of hakam in accordance with the law in cases of divorce without the consent of one party as well as issues related to the practice and implementation of Tahkim in the State of Selangor and Sarawak. This study is a qualitative study that uses a document analysis approach and a semi-structured interview method in data collection. The results of the study found that there are several issues related to the practice and implementation of Tahkim in the State of Selangor and Sarawak. In the State of Selangor, even though there is a legal system, there is still non-compliance by the legal system with legal ethics and the procedures of the Tahkim Council. In addition, the credibility and qualifications of judges are also an issue in addition to the lack of infrastructure for the implementation of the Tahkim Council. While in Sarawak, in addition to the absence of specific court rules, the majority of divorce cases do not reach the Tahkim Council due to the logistical problems of the parties that are quite difficult to attend the court due to the long distance and the high cost of transportation. Therefore, the parties agree by mutual consent to divorce or live separately. The lack of officers qualified to be judicial officers in Sarawak is also one of the factors that Tahkim cannot be fully implemented in Sarawak.
 
Keperluan Pembinaan Modul Kursus Pembangunan Keluarga Islam Mesra Oku Pendengaran: Analisis Isu-Isu Berkaitan: The Need of Developing the Islamic Family Development Friendly Courses for Disabled with Hearing Impairment: Analysis on Related Issues
Kursus praperkahwinan Islam yang dianjurkan oleh Jabatan-jabatan Agama Islam Negeri di Malaysia (JAIN) adalah berdasarkan Modul Bersepadu Kursus Pra Perkahwinan Islam (MBKPPI) yang disediakan oleh Jabatan Kemajuan Islam Malaysia (JAKIM). Walau bagaimanapun, kursus tersebut hanya diwajibkan kepada bakal-bakal suami isteri yang normal dan tidak diwajibkan kepada golongan OKU. Penyertaan golongan OKU adalah agak terhad disebabkan halangan penyertaan OKU secara fizikal, kemudahan serta prasarana kaedah penyampaian serta kefahaman OKU terhadap isi kandungan modul. Oleh yang demikian kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengenal pasti isu-isu berkaitan dalam membangunkan satu modul kursus pembangunan keluarga bersifat mesra OKU pendengaran yang lebih komprehensif. Kajian ini merupakan kajian kualitatif lapangan melibatkan metode pengumpulan data melalui perbincangan meja bulat (Round Table Discussion) melibatkan informan yang terdiri daripada wakil NGO OKU, ahli akademik, wakil Jabatan Agama Islam Negeri-negeri, wakil Jabatan Kemajuan Islam Malaysia sebagai penggubal MBKPPI, wakil Jabatan Kebajikan Masyarakat dan wakil Lembaga Penduduk dan Pembangunan Keluarga Negara (LPPKN). Kajian mendapati terdapat beberapa isu dalam penganjuran kursus praperkahwinan Islam untuk golongan OKU pendengaran melibatkan fasiliti, keperluan jurubahasa, minat dan penyertaan golongan OKU pendengaran dan kesesuaian isi kandungan modul sedia ada untuk disampaikan kepada OKU tersebut. Justeru, kajian ini merumuskan wujud keperluan membina modul kursus pembangunan keluarga mesra OKU pendengaran yang lebih sesuai dan relevan digunapakai untuk penganjuran kursus pra perkahwinan golongan OKU pendengaran. Kajian ini menjangkakan sumbangan kepada pihak JAKIM untuk memperkasa penganjuran kursus-kursus pembangunan keluarga Islam khusus untuk golongan OKU pendengaran.
The Islamic Pre-Marriage Course conducted by State Islamic Religious Affairs in Malaysia is based on the Integrated Islamic Pre-Marriage Course Module (MBKPPI) provided by the Department of Islamic Development Malaysia (JAKIM). However, this course is only meant for normal people and is not mandatory for the disabled. The participation of the disabled is very limited due to the physical barriers, no proper facilities, and the content as well as the method of delivery are not friendly for disabled. Therefore, this study aims to identify some relevant issues relating to the need of developing a more comprehensive module which is friendly to disabled especially for those with hearing impairment. This study is a qualitative in nature where data was collected through Round Table Discussion involving informants from several parties including representatives from JAKIM, JAINS, NGOs of Disabled People, Social Welfare Department (JKM), National Population and Family Development Board (LPPKN), academicians and researchers. The study found that there are several crucial issues to be addressed. Among others are, facilities of the seminar rooms which are not disabled-friendly, methods of delivery, the need for interpreters, interest of the target groups and the appropriateness of the content. Thus, this study concludes that there is a need to develop a more comprehensive module that is more appropriate and relevant for the disabled with hearing impairment. It is a hope that the findings could contribute to the body of knowledge and assist the authorities especially JAKIM to better improve the module that could also cover all types of couples including those with hearing impairment.
 
Aplikasi Kaedah Fiqh “Al-Masyaqqah Tajlibu Al-Taysir” dalam Fiqh Banjir di Malaysia: The Application of the “Al-Masyaqqah Tajlibu Al-Taysir” for Flood Fiqh in Malaysia
Bencana banjir yang berlaku di beberapa negeri di Malaysia merupakan fenomena alam yang telah memberi kesan besar kepada mangsa banjir. Hal ini kerana ia bukan sahaja melibatkan kemusnahan harta benda, bahkan melibatkan kemusnahan nyawa dan memberikan kesan psikologi dan mental yang mendalam kepada mangsa banjir. Fenomena banjir yang berlaku juga telah menimbulkan kesulitan dan kesukaran kepada mangsa banjir. Prinsip Islam menjadi panduan yang dapat digunapakai dalam memberi jalan keluar terhadap kesulitan yang dihadapi oleh mangsa banjir. Artikel ini akan membincangkan aplikasi kaedah fiqh al-masyaqqah tajlibu al-taysir dalam fiqh banjir di Malaysia. Bagi mencapai objektif tersebut, reka bentuk kualitatif dilihat menepati isu yang dikaji dan teknik analisis dokumen pula digunakan sebagai kaedah bagi mengumpulkan data. Pemilihan kaedah fiqh pula dilakukan menggunakan kaedah persampelan bertujuan (purposive sampling) berdasarkan situasi yang berlaku semasa musibah banjir. Bagi memastikan dapatan dihasilkan secara objektif, maka data dianalisis menggunakan kaedah analisis tematik (thematic analysis). Dapatan kajian menunjukkan bahawa terdapat sembilan kaedah fiqh sughra (pecahan) yang terkandung di bawah kaedah kesukaran membawa kemudahan yang boleh diaplikasi dalam isu fiqh banjir di Malaysia. Kajian ini mencadangkan agar kajian diteruskan dengan melihat aplikasi kaedah al-darar yuzal dalam isu fiqh banjir di Malaysia.
The flood that occurred in several states in Malaysia is a natural disaster that had major impacts. Flood does not only destroy the property but also cause loss of lives and has a profound psychological and mental impact on the victims. The floods phenomena also caused difficulties and hardships to the victims. Islamic principles offer a guide that can be used in facing difficulties. This article will discuss the application of the al-masyaqqah tajlibu al-taysir for flood fiqh in Malaysia. To achieve these objectives, qualitative design was seen to suit the study, and document analysis techniques were used as a method to collect data. To ensure an objective finding, the data were thematically analyzed. The findings showed nine fractional fiqh methods contained under the ‘hardship begets facility’ method that can be applied to the flood fiqh issue in Malaysia. This study suggests a continuation by looking at the application of the al-darar yuzal method for the flood fiqh issue in Malaysia

Maj?z mursal adalah suatu lafaz yang digunakan bukan pada makna aslinya karena adanya alaqah ghair musyabahah (hubungan bukan perumpamaan) disertai qarinah (petunjuk) yang mencegahnya dari makna asli dan antara hubungan tersebut adalah seperti hubungan sebab, hubungan musabab (kesan), hubungan separa, hubungan berkaitan perkara yang telah berlaku, hubungan berkaitan perkara yang belum berlaku, hubungan tempat, keadaan dan lain-lain. Hubungan antara maksud asal dengan maksud dikehendaki bukan berunsurkan penyerupaan, tetapi mengandungi hubungan kemaknaan. Oleh itu, gaya bahasa maj?z mursal perlu diterjemahkan dengan jelas agar maksudnya yang sebenar dapat disampaikan dengan tepat ke dalam bahasa sasaran. Justeru, kajian ini bertujuan meneliti terjemahan ayat al-Quran yang mengandungi gaya bahasa maj?z mursal ke dalam bahasa Melayu untuk melihat kesepadanan maksud sebenar yang terdapat dalam mesej al-Quran dengan teks sasaran dengan menggunakan metod kajian teks. Sepuluh ayat al-Quran dalam surah al-Baqarah yang mengandungi maj?z mursal daripada alaqah (hubungan) yang berbeza dipilih untuk dianalisa. Antara tujuan analisis tersebut adalah untuk melihat dengan lebih dekat metodologi penterjemahan Maj?z mursal yang digunakan oleh penterjemah al-Quran terjemahan perkata terbitan Yayasan Restu. Dapatan kajian ini dapat dirumuskan bahawa penterjemah menterjemahkan ayat-ayat al-Quran yang dikaji berdasarkan zahir nas tanpa menekankan aspek metafora Maj?z mursal dan tujuan lafaz itu dibuat. Ia boleh dikategorikan sebagai terjemahan harfiah/literal. Dalam hal ini penulis berpandangan bahawa penterjemahan Maj?z mursal dari bahasa sumber ke bahasa sasar khususnya bahasa Arab ke bahasa Melayu perlu kepada penjelasan maksud dari sudut balaghah dengan menjelaskan tujuan lafaz itu dibuat agar para pembaca terjemahan tersebut dapat memahami dengan jelas maksud yang tersirat. Penjelasan tersebut boleh dijadikan sebagai nota kaki atau kurungan pada setiap terjemahan berkaitan. Selain itu, pemahaman penterjemah tentang unsur metafora dalam budaya asal merupakan faktor penting bagi menghasilkan terjemahan yang bermutu. Diharap dapatan kajian ini akan menyumbang kepada perkembangan penterjemahan al-Quran terjemahan perkata di Malaysia dan membantu para pembaca dalam memahami makna ayat dengan jelas.
Maj?z mursal is a word that is not used in its original meaning because of the presence of alaqah ghair musyabahah (non-parable relationship) accompanied by qarinah (hints) that prevents it from its original meaning and the relationships between these are such as causal relationships, causal relationships (effect), partial relationships, relationships related to things that have happened, relationships related to things that have not happened, relationships of places, circumstances and others. The relationship between the original meaning and the desired meaning is not based on similarity, but contains a meaningful relationship. Therefore, the language style of maj?z mursal needs to be clearly translated so that its true meaning can be conveyed accurately into the target language. Therefore, this study aims to examine the translation of verses of the Qur'an that contain the maj?z mursal language into Malay to see if the true meaning found in the message of the Qur'an matches the target text by using the text study method. Ten verses of the Qur'an in Surah al-Baqarah that contains maj?z mursal from different alaqah (relationships) is selected for analysis. One of the purposes of the analysis is to take a closer look at the translation methodology of Maj?z mursal used by the translators of the al-Quran word for word translation published by Yayasan Restu. The findings of this study can be summarized that the translator translated the verses of the Qur'an that were studied based on the zahir nas without emphasizing the metaphorical aspect of Maj?z mursal and the purpose of the utterance. It can be categorized as a literal translation. In this case, the writer is of the opinion that the translation of Maj?z mursal from the source language to the target language, especially Arabic to Malay, is necessary to explain the meaning from a rhetorical point of view by explaining the purpose of the pronunciation so that the readers of the translation can clearly understand the implied meaning. The explanation can be used as a footnote or bracket on each related translation. In addition, the translator's understanding of metaphorical elements in the original culture is an important factor in producing a quality translation. It is hoped that the findings of this study will contribute to the development of word-by-word translation of the Qur'an in Malaysia and help readers understand the meaning of the verse clearly

Abstrak
Perpaduan merupakan agenda penting yang dicetuskan dalam Rancangan Malaysia ke -12, bicara perpaduan sentiasa menjadi sebahagian daripada hala tuju Malaysia ke arah negara maju. Dalam bidang sosial, terutamanya di peringkat Badan Bukan Kerajaan (NGO), hampir semua program yang berkaitan dengan sukarelawan dilakukan perlu mempunyai elemen perpaduan dan kesepaduan sosial. Walaupun elemen perpaduan mempunyai pelbagai cabaran terutama apabila membabitkan NGO berteraskan Islam dan bukan Islam, namun kaedah diversiti terhadap intergerasi program perpaduan ini merupakan sesuatu yang baru perlu di adaptasi bagi setiap NGO. Oleh itu, kajian awal ini dijalankan terhadap NGO di Selangor tentang perlaksanaan program perpaduan. Kajian ini berbentuk kuantitatif yang akan meninjau pandangan responden dengan menggunakan instrumen borang soal selidik. Kajian menggunakan kaedah pensampelan rawak dan responden adalah terdiri daripada 193 orang ahli NGO yang mengikuti program perpaduan di Selangor. Data yang dikumpul dianalisis dan akan diberikan interpretasi mengikut nilai min. Kajian mendapati bahawa ahli NGO di Selangor berpandangan bahawa perlaksanaan program perpaduan adalah sederhana dengan skor min 4.38 (sp=.627). Oleh itu, terdapat ruang yang boleh ditambah baik agar program perpaduan dapat berjalan dengan efisyen di masa hadapan.
Abstract
Unity is an important agenda that was triggered in the 12th Malaysia Plan, the talk of unity has always been part of Malaysia's direction towards a developed nation. In the social field, especially at the level of Non -Governmental Organizations (NGOs), almost all programs related to volunteering should have an element of unity and social cohesion. Although the element of unity has various challenges, especially when involving Islamic and non -Muslim -based NGOs, but the method of diversity to the integration of this unity program is something new that needs to be adapted for each NGO. Therefore, this preliminary study was conducted on NGOs in Selangor on the implementation of unity practices. This study is a quantitative study that will survey the views of respondents by using a questionnaire instrument. The study used random sampling method and the respondents consisted of 193 NGO members who participated in the unity program in Selangor. The collected data are analyzed and will be given interpretation according to the mean value. The study found that NGO members in Selangor were of the view that the implementation of unity practices was moderate with a mean score of 2.83 (sp = 1.142). Therefore, there is room for improvement so that the practice of unity can run efficiently in the future

Abstrak
Pengulangan kes jenayah dalam kalangan bekas banduan di Malaysia menjadi satu ancaman kepada masyarakat. Pemulihan yang telah dijalani seakan tidak memberi kesan yang baik terhadap bekas banduan. Walaupun telah ditahan dalam tempoh tertentu dengan tujuan untuk merubah dan mengembalikan semula jati diri, namun masih ada segelintir bekas banduan yang kembali ke kehidupan gelapnya. Pengulangan kes jenayah agak meningkat, tetapi kajian tentang pola pengulangan dalam kategori kes jenayah kurang dispesifikkan sedangkan ia perlu dititikberatkan untuk memberi kemudahan pihak berwajib menanganinya. Justeru, artikel ini membuat sorotan karya bersistematik terhadap kajian lepas tentang pola pengulangan kes jenayah dalam kalangan bekas banduan di Malaysia. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pola pengulangan kes jenayah dalam kalangan bekas banduan dan faktor penyebab berlakunya pengulangan kes jenayah di Malaysia. Kajian ini dijalankan secara sistematik melalui Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA). Terdapat empat bahagian dalam metode kajian yang memandu analisis iaitu proses pengenalpastian sumber, kriteria tapisan, proses ulasan bersistematik dan menganalisis data kajian. Analisis mendapati bahawa pengulangan kes jenayah dadah kerap berlaku berbanding kes sosial yang lain. Tiada sokongan sosial, kurang kesedaran komuniti dan konsep kendiri yang negatif atau gangguan emosi menjadi faktor pengulangan kes jenayah ini berlaku. Artikel ini mencadangkan kajian akan datang untuk mengatasi masalah pengulangan ini iaitu bimbingan kaunseling terhadap bekas banduan selepas keluar dari pusat atau penjara.
Abstract
The repetition of criminal cases among former prisoners in Malaysia has become a threat to society. The recovery that has been undertaken does not have a good impression on former prisoners. Although they have been detained for a certain period of time to change and restore their identity, there are still a handful of prisoners who return to their dark life. Indeed, criminal case recurrence is on the rise. However, studies on patterns of recurrence in criminal cases are lacking, even though they should be highlighted to make it easier for authorities to deal with them. Hence, this article presents a report of systematic literature review of previous studies on the repetition patterns of criminal cases among former prisoners in Malaysia. This study aims to analyse the pattern of repetition of criminal cases among former prisoners and the causes of the repetition of criminal cases in Malaysia. This study is systematically conducted through Preferred Reporting items for systematic reviews and meta-analyses (PRISMA). There are four parts in the research method that drives analysis that is the process of identification of resources, screening criteria, systematic commentary processes and analysing research data. Analysis found that the repetition of drug crime cases often occurs compared to other social cases. The repetition factor of this criminal case is non-social support, lack of community awareness, and negative self-concept or emotional disorders. This article suggests an upcoming study to address the problem of this repetition of counselling against former prisoners after exiting the centre or prison
