Implementation of the Use of Digital Technology in Buying and Selling Transactions and Its Impact on Digital Marketing in Rural Communities in Tellu Limpoe District, Sidrap Regency
This study aims to determine the ability and digital literacy of rural communities in Tellu Limpoe District, Sidrap Regency in the use of digital technology regarding buying and selling transactions and its impact on digital marketing. This study uses a qualitative approach where the population of people who use the E-Commerce application with a sample of 20 people. The results of this study illustrate that rural communities in Tellu Limpoe District, Sidrap Regency are quite familiar with using digital technology in buying and selling activities. The impact on digital marketing is divided into two impacts, the first is the positive impact, namely 1) Being able to develop marketing for rural communities in Tellu Limpoe District, Sidrap Regency which can be reached anywhere, 2) Marketing by simply posting on social media Facebook or Whatsapp. While the negative impacts are, 1) With digital technology, rural communities in Tellu Limpoe District, Sidrap Regency do not consider what is needed and what is desired, 2) With digital technology, rural communities in Tellu Limpoe District, Sidrap Regency do not consider what is needed and what is desired, 3) With digital technology, rural communities in Tellu Limpoe District, Sidrap Regency do not consider what is needed and what is desired. Sidrap is easily tempted by promotions offered on online shop platforms, so that it becomes a habit and every day they make purchases without considering their usefulness
Exploring Growth Pathways: Strategic Approaches for MSMEs to Thrive in Southeast Asia’s International Markets
Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are vital to the economic growth of ASEAN; however, only 15% have successfully established a sustained presence in international markets, revealing a gap in their internationalization capabilities. This research aims to explore how digital competence, market intelligence, and international networks affect the internationalization performance of MSMEs within the ASEAN region. Utilizing a quantitative approach, we conducted a cross-sectional explanatory study, gathering data from 250 MSME exporters across five key ASEAN countries: Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and Singapore, through a structured survey. The results from multiple regression analysis demonstrate that digital capabilities, market insights, and international networking significantly and positively impact the internationalization performance of MSMEs. These findings highlight the urgent need for a comprehensive strategy to enhance MSME capabilities, thereby improving their effectiveness in international expansion. Additionally, the study provides valuable strategic guidance for policymakers in developing programs that support MSME internationalization throughout the ASEAN region

Implementation Of Work Discipline On The Productivity Of Civil Servants (BKPSDM Bekasi Regency)
This study examines the implementation of work discipline on employee productivity at the Bekasi Regency Personnel and Human Resource Development Agency (BKPSDM), prompted by issues such as tardiness and non-compliance with dress codes. A qualitative approach was employed, using observation, semi-structured interviews with six informants, and documentation (February-June 2023, May 2025). Findings reveal that the GPS-based attendance system is hindered by signal issues, with personal awareness as the main barrier. Theoretical review highlights the link between discipline and productivity, along with preventive-corrective approaches. Discussion suggests optimizing technology and enforcing strict sanctions. Conclusion: enhanced work discipline can boost productivity, with recommendations including infrastructure improvements, sanctions, and training

Implementation Of Instagram Marketing Strategy To Enhance Engagement And Brand Awareness By Indibiz Yogyakarta
Economic development and digital transformation have intensified competition among business entities, compelling them to adopt increasingly innovative approaches to engaging with consumers. In the contemporary digital landscape, organizations are required to effectively leverage digital platforms, particularly social media, as primary marketing instruments. Instagram has emerged as one of the most widely used platforms in digital marketing strategies due to its ability to reach broad audiences and facilitate direct interactions. This study examines the implementation of Instagram marketing strategies by Indibiz Yogyakarta, a subsidiary of PT Telkom Indonesia, to enhance engagement and brand awareness. The research employs a qualitative, thematic, and narrative approach, utilizing data collection methods that include in-depth interviews and observations of @indibiz.yogyakarta account activities. The findings demonstrate that relevant content strategies, effective utilization of Instagram features such as reels and stories, and active audience interaction significantly enhance engagement levels. This increased engagement contributes to strengthening Indibiz's brand awareness as an emerging product. These findings underscore the critical importance of strategic content planning and the integration of social media in supporting marketing objectives within the digital era
Improving Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction, Engagement, and Organizational Support
This study aims to analyze the influence of job satisfaction, employee involvement, and organizational support on employee performance at PT BPR BKK Boyolali. The quantitative approach was used by a survey method through a questionnaire distributed to all 180 employees of PT BPR BKK Boyolali. The data was analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the help of SmartPLS software. The results of the structural model analysis show that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Similarly, employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Finally, organizational support also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This model is able to explain 72.6% variation in employee performance
Influence of The Receivables Turnover Ratio and The Receivables Collection Period Ratio on Profitability with The Level of Non-Performing Financing as a Moderator at PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk
This study aims to analyze the effect of the receivable turnover ratio (RTO) and the ratio of the average collection period (ACP) to profitability (retun on assets/ROA) with the level of non-performing financing (NPF) as a moderation variable. The data in this study is in the form of secondary data, namely the quarterly financial statements of PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk for the 2019-2023 period obtained from the company's official website. The data analysis techniques carried out were in the form of descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption tests which included normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests and autocorrelation tests (durbin-watson), multiple linear regression analysis, moderated regression analysis (MRA) analysis, hypothesis tests and determancy coefficients. The results of the study show that the receivables turnover ratio has a significant effect on profitability at PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk. The ratio of the receivables collection period does not have a significant effect on profitability at PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk. The non-performing financing rate is not able to moderate the effect of the receivables turnover ratio and the ratio of the receivables collection period to profitability at PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk
An Empirical Analysis of the Impact of Board Gender Diversity, Managerial Ownership, and Intellectual Capital on Financial Distress
This study aims to analyze the effect of board’s gender diversity, managerial ownership, and intellectual capital on financial distress in healthcare sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2019–2023 period. The sample consists of 31 companies selected using a saturated sampling method. This research is a quantitative study using secondary data obtained from annual reports and financial statements of the companies. The data analysis techniques used include descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression to test the hypotheses. The results of the study indicate that the board of commissioners and intellectual capital have a positive and significant effect on financial distress, suggesting that gender diversity on the board of commissioners and intellectual capital in these companies are already at an optimal level, thus helping them avoid financial distress. Meanwhile, gender diversity on the board of directors, gender diversity on the audit committee, and managerial ownership do not show a significant effect on financial distress. These findings imply that governance structure and intellectual assets should be managed wisely to minimize the risk of financial distress in healthcare sector companies
The Influence Of Product Quality On The Buying Decision Of Marina Hand & Body Lotion Among Consumers In Bandar lampung
The increasingly intense competition in Indonesia's beauty industry, particularly in the skincare product segment, has encouraged local brands such as Marina to continuously innovate in order to survive and grow amid market dynamics. This research seeks to investigate the extent to which product quality affects consumers’ decisions to purchase Marina hand and body lotion. This research employed an explanatory method with a quantitative approach. A total of 100 consumers of Marina hand and body lotion participated as respondents by completing a questionnaire. The collected data were then quantified using a Likert scale. Data analysis involved descriptive analysis, validity and reliability testing, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing including t-test and coefficient of determination (R²) using SPSS version 22. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that product quality had a positive influence on purchasing decisions, with a contribution of 36.5%. These findings indicate that consumers' positive perceptions of product quality can enhance satisfaction, trust, and ultimately their purchasing decisions
