    Get PDF
This study aims to analyze the marketing strategies applied by PT Bank X (Persero) Tbk in selling non-performing loan (NPL) collateral assets through auction mechanisms. The research adopts a qualitative method with a narrative approach, using in-depth interviews with three key informants from the bank’s Special Asset Management Unit (RSAM). The results show that offline marketing remains the dominant strategy due to its higher effectiveness in building trust with prospective buyers. Digital promotion via platforms such as WhatsApp, Instagram, OLX, and Rumah123 serves as a supplementary tool to raise awareness and expand audience reach. However, the marketing process faces several challenges, including non-strategic asset locations, third-party occupancy, and incomplete legal documents. In addition, the limitations of digital infrastructure and trust issues in online transactions are also significant. This research contributes to understanding practical marketing strategies for problem assets in the banking sector and provides strategic recommendations to optimize sales efforts through a combination of integrated offline and digital approaches

    Get PDF
This study aims to examine the influence of transformational leadership and work-life balance on employee performance through the mediating role of job satisfaction. While previous studies have highlighted the importance of these variables individually, their integrated effect remains underexplored in state-owned enterprise contexts. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 120 employees of PT Virama Karya Branch Kalimantan through a saturated sampling method. The analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4.0. The results show that transformational leadership and work-life balance both have significant positive effects on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction, in turn, significantly enhances employee performance and mediates the relationships between both independent variables and performance. However, transformational leadership and work-life balance do not directly affect performance without the mediation of job satisfaction. These findings confirm the mediating mechanism of job satisfaction in shaping employee outcomes. This study contributes to the body of knowledge by confirming the central role of job satisfaction in performance enhancement and provides practical insights for improving HR strategies in state-owned technical service firms

    Get PDF
Everyone, including people with disabilities, especially the blind, has the right to visit museums. Museums, as public spaces, provide a variety of information based on their collections. The Brawijaya Museum, located in Malang, East Java, houses a collection of artifacts from the Indonesian Army's struggle. Visitor services at the Brawijaya Museum have not yet implemented inclusive services. Therefore, this study attempts to address several issues, such as the lack of universal design, limited access to information, and inadequate staff skills to provide inclusive services. This explorative study used a qualitative approach. Data were obtained through observations and interviews with museum staff, academics, and blind visitors. The study focused on addressing the issue of limited access to information for visually impaired visitors to enjoy the collection. Therefore, this study proposed a solution: creating braille labels for the collection. This will provide an interactive browsing experience for the blind, while they are passive when information is presented through audio. The experience of browsing with braille will provide a lasting and lasting memory after visiting the Brawijaya Museum. Inclusive services can be implemented gradually; the important thing is that there is an effort to achieve it

The Effect Of Tax Planning On Earnings Management Moderated By Tax Rate Reductions

    Get PDF
This study aims to analyze the effect of tax planning on earnings management and examine the role of tax rate reductions as a moderating variable. Secondary data were obtained from the annual reports of manufacturing companies in the Consumer Non-Cyclical subsector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2018–2023 period. Using a purposive sampling technique, 62 companies were selected out of a total of 67 that met the criteria, resulting in 372 observations. This research applies a quantitative approach using documentation methods and moderation regression analysis processed with SPSS version 27. The results show that tax planning has a significant and positive effect on earnings management, indicating that companies tend to engage in earnings management as tax efficiency increases through tax-saving strategies. However, when tax rate reduction is used as a moderating variable, the effect of tax planning on earnings management weakens. The tax rate reduction acts as a pure moderator that reduces the intensity of earnings management practices, as the incentive to manipulate earnings becomes lower. Thus, fiscal policies in the form of tax rate reductions can serve as an effective instrument to curb non-transparent financial reporting practices

Next-Generation Pasta: Trends and Challenges in Plant-Based and Protein-Enriched Formulation

    Get PDF
The high demand for healthier food is contributing to the innovation in pasta formulations, traditionally based on durum wheat semolina. In this context, recent reformulation has focused on the addition of plant-based and protein-rich ingredients, such as legumes, pseudocereals, fish protein, and dietary fiber, to enhance nutritional value and functional properties of pasta product. The reformulations cause an increase in protein, fiber content, amino acid, antioxidant capacity, glycemic control, and prebiotic activity. However, ingredient substitutions pose technological challenges, including changes in texture and high losses during the cooking process. Therefore, this study aims to optimize functional pasta product and address technological challenges by applying different processing methods such as fermentation, extrusion, and enzymatic treatments. The results showed that pasta fortification provided substantial nutritional benefits, although the impact on sensory characteristics posed a significant concern. This was because physicochemical properties of functional ingredients could alter the texture, color, and flavor of product, directly impacting consumer acceptance

    Get PDF
This study specifically investigates how segmentation and targeting strategies, which are often considered conventional steps in marketing, actually show unusual dynamics in encouraging an increase in sales of NU Salt brand consumption salt products, especially in the market of NU Muslimat religious organizations in the Central Java region. NU Salt products are produced by the Sari Makmur Rembang Farmers Cooperative, which is one of the national salt production centers. The marketing approach through the NU Muslimat community was chosen because of the characteristics of a loyal market, homogeneous in values, and having an organizational structure that allows for more targeted market penetration. This study adopts a quantitative approach through a survey method, with the collection of primary data directly from a total of 96 respondents who are NU Muslimat members who are NU Salt consumers. The data analysis technique applied was multiple linear regression using the help of SPSS software, to test the relationship between segmentation (X1) and targeting (X2) variables to increase sales (Y). The results of the study showed that both segmentation and targeting had a positive and significant effect on the increase in sales, both partially and simultaneouslyThe results of the F test indicated that both variables simultaneously had a significant influence on the increase in sales with a significant value of 0.000. The t-test showed that the variables X1 and X2 also had a significant influence separately. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.611 indicates that 61.1% of the variation in sales increase can be explained by segmentation and targeting strategies, although this fairly high proportion appears in the context of low-differentiated commodity products, which in theory rarely show such a strong correlation. These findings make a practical contribution to developing community-based marketing strategies, especially for religious organizations, and at the same time affirm the importance of a deep understanding of market characteristics in improving the sales performance of local products
