    The Influence of Brand Image and Green Product on Green Purchase Decision: A Case Study of Somethinc Skincare

    This study aims to evaluate the impact of brand image and green products on environmentally friendly purchasing decisions for Somethinc skincare products in Indonesia. The international cosmetics industry, including the domestic industry, has experienced significant expansion but faces obstacles related to sustainability and the phenomenon of greenwashing. The method used is an integrative quantitative approach with a sample of 97 respondents in Bandar Lampung who have used Somethinc products. Data collection was conducted through a questionnaire with a Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that both partially and simultaneously, brand image and green products have a positive and significant influence on green purchasing decisions. Brand image plays a role in shaping initial trust, while green product attributes provide concrete verification of the brand's commitment to sustainability. Practically, this study provides managerial implications for Somethinc's marketing strategy in increasing the loyalty of environmentally conscious consumers in a growing market

    The Effect Of The Implementation Of E-Performance Assessment, Work Environment, Competence, And Motivation On Employee Performance In The Health Office Of Mesuji District

    This study aims to analyze the effect of the implementation of the E-Performance System, work environment, competence, and work motivation on employee performance at the Mesuji District Health Office. Employee performance is an important factor in supporting the success of health service delivery, so effective, professional, and performance-based human resource management is needed. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach. The population in this study were all employees of the Mesuji District Health Office with a sampling technique using the census method (total sampling). Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing was carried out through partial tests (t-tests) to determine the effect of each independent variable on employee performance. The results showed that the implementation of the E-Performance System had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a calculated t value of 3.118 and a significance of 0.003. The work environment also had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a calculated t value of 2.334 and a significance of 0.023. Competence had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a calculated t value of 1.198 and a significance of 0.039. In addition, work motivation showed a positive and significant influence on employee performance with a t-value of 2.380 and a significance of 0.025. The implications of this study confirm that strengthening the implementation of the E-Performance System, improving and organizing the work environment, developing employee competencies on an ongoing basis, and increasing work motivation are important factors in improving employee performance at the Mesuji District Health Office. The results of this study are expected to be a consideration for leaders in formulating human resource management policies to improve the quality of health services to the community

    Episodic Sustainability Narratives & Ephemeral Awareness in Fast Fashion: Social Listening Insights

    The discourse on sustainability within the fast fashion industry often finds itself trapped in a paradox between massive information volume and the actual depth of public engagement. This study aims to analyze the dynamics of sustainability narratives in the digital space, focusing on the phenomenon of episodic narratives and platform amplification effects. Utilizing a social listening method via the Brand24 platform, this research gathered a dataset of 19,378 mentions, reaching an accumulated digital audience of 97 million during the period of December 2025 to January 2026. The results indicate a "triple spikes" pattern, proving that public awareness of sustainability issues is episodic and unstable, with discussion volumes surging up to 29% from the baseline (693 mentions) only when triggered by viral events. Furthermore, a reach-depth paradox was identified, where visual platforms such as TikTok dominate audience reach (40%) despite having very low textual engagement (3.4% mentions). These findings confirm the occurrence of ephemeral awareness, where massive information exposure through social media only triggers momentary virtue signaling behavior without fostering sustainable changes in consumption patterns. This study recommends a strategic shift in communication from mere visual amplification toward more authentic and integrated narratives to address consumer information saturation

    Scaffolding in Mathematics Learning: A Literature Analysis of Its Impact on Conceptual Understanding

    Conceptual understanding is a central objective of mathematics education; however, national and international reports consistently indicate that students’ levels of conceptual understanding remain relatively low. One pedagogical approach widely recommended to address this issue is scaffolding, defined as the provision of gradual and temporary instructional support aligned with students’ learning needs. This study aims to systematically examine empirical evidence on the implementation of scaffolding in mathematics learning and its impact on students’ conceptual understanding through a systematic literature review. The study employed a systematic literature review (SLR) methodology. Relevant articles were retrieved from reputable academic databases, covering publications from 2020 to 2025. Seven selected studies were analyzed based on educational context, types of scaffolding, research design, and key findings related to mathematical conceptual understanding. Data were analyzed using thematic synthesis to identify recurring patterns, emerging trends, and existing research gaps. The findings indicate that scaffolding consistently exerts a positive effect on students’ conceptual understanding of mathematics across different educational levels. Conceptual and metacognitive scaffolding were identified as the most effective forms, particularly in fostering relational understanding and deep mathematical reasoning. Furthermore, recent developments in technology-based and digital scaffolding demonstrate considerable potential for enhancing personalized learning, although their effectiveness largely depends on instructional design quality and appropriate fading strategies. This study concludes that while scaffolding is an effective instructional approach, it is inherently complex, underscoring the need for further longitudinal and integrative research to optimize its application in mathematics education

    Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong organisasi untuk mengadopsi sistem informasi terintegrasi sebagai sarana meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan data keuangan dan operasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara kualitatif pemanfaatan sistem informasi terintegrasi dalam mendukung kualitas pelaporan keuangan serta efisiensi proses bisnis pada suatu organisasi. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, serta dokumentasi terkait proses pelaporan keuangan dan alur kerja operasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan sistem informasi terintegrasi memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan akurasi data, ketepatan waktu pelaporan, konsistensi informasi, serta transparansi pencatatan transaksi. Selain itu, integrasi sistem juga berdampak pada efisiensi proses bisnis melalui pengurangan pekerjaan manual, percepatan aliran informasi antar divisi, dan peningkatan koordinasi kerja. Namun demikian, penelitian ini juga menemukan adanya tantangan dalam implementasi sistem, seperti keterbatasan kompetensi pengguna, resistensi perubahan, serta ketergantungan pada stabilitas sistem. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam memahami peran sistem informasi terintegrasi sebagai faktor strategis dalam penguatan tata kelola organisasi dan peningkatan kualitas laporan keuangan

    Analisis Risiko Harga Daging Sapi dan Daging Ayam di Sulawesi Selatan

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui fluktuasi dan trend harga komoditas daging sapi dan daging ayam ras di pasar tradisional Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan pada Januari 2021 hingga Desember 2025 serta untuk menganalisis tingkat risiko harga komoditas daging sapi dan daging ayam ras di pasar tradisional Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan pada Januari 2021 hingga Desember 2025. Jenis data yang digunakan merupakan data kuantitatif dan sumber dari data sekunder (time series) berupa harga bulanan komoditas daging sapi dan daging ayam ras di pasar tradisional Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan selama periode Januari 2021 hingga Desember 2025 atau selama 60 bulan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear sederhana dan analisis koefisien variasi (CV). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga daging sapi relatif stabil dengan rata-rata Rp121.367 per kilogram, fluktuasi dari Rp110.000 (Januari 2021) hingga Rp127.500 (November 2025), dan trend meningkat sebesar Rp244,43 per kilogram per bulan (R² = 0,7749). Sebaliknya, harga daging ayam ras lebih berfluktuasi dengan rata-rata Rp26.190 per kilogram, fluktuasi dari Rp21.750 (Maret 2021) hingga Rp35.350 (Mei 2022), dan trend mendatar dengan kenaikan Rp14,423 per kilogram per bulan (R² = 0,0073).     Pembangunan Gapura Dusun Sumbersari Oleh Mahasiswa KKN Kelompok 7 Desa Jambangan

    Pembangunan gapura merupakan salah satu bentuk program kerja fisik yang dilaksanakan oleh Mahasiswa Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Kelompok 7 di Desa Jambangan, Dusun Sumbersari. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menyediakan penanda wilayah dusun sekaligus memperkuat identitas dan keindahan lingkungan masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi observasi lapangan, koordinasi dan musyawarah dengan perangkat desa serta masyarakat, perencanaan teknis, dan pelaksanaan pembangunan secara gotong royong. Proses pembangunan gapura melibatkan partisipasi aktif mahasiswa dan warga setempat sehingga tercipta kerja sama yang baik. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa gapura Dusun Sumbersari berhasil dibangun dengan struktur yang kokoh dan tampilan yang representatif sebagai penanda masuk wilayah dusun. Selain memberikan manfaat fisik, kegiatan ini juga memberikan dampak sosial berupa meningkatnya kebersamaan, kepedulian, dan semangat gotong royong antara mahasiswa KKN dan masyarakat. Dengan demikian, pembangunan gapura ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat jangka panjang serta menjadi simbol kebanggaan bagi masyarakat Dusun Sumbersari

    Transformasi Digital IKM Berbasis Komoditas Lokal: Strategi Penguatan Branding dan Marketplace pada Keripik Ubi Ungu Desa Karanglo

    Transformasi digital menjadi strategi kunci dalam meningkatkan daya saing Industri Kecil dan Menengah (IKM), khususnya pada sektor pangan berbasis komoditas lokal. IKM Keripik Ubi Ungu di Desa Karanglo memiliki potensi ekonomi yang tinggi, namun masih menghadapi keterbatasan dalam aspek branding dan pemasaran digital. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan digital marketing pelaku IKM guna memperluas jangkauan pasar dan meningkatkan daya saing produk. Program dilaksanakan melalui metode sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan pendampingan selama tiga minggu, dengan fokus pada optimalisasi media sosial (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), pemanfaatan marketplace (Shopee, Tokopedia), penguatan branding, desain kemasan, serta pengenalan iklan digital berbayar. Pendekatan ini didasarkan pada temuan empiris yang menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi digital dan orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing UMKM [1], serta bahwa implementasi e-commerce mampu meningkatkan daya saing industri kecil [2]. Selain itu, inovasi produksi dan strategi pemasaran yang adaptif terbukti meningkatkan efisiensi dan nilai tambah produk olahan ubi [3]. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta dalam pengelolaan akun bisnis digital, pembuatan konten promosi berbasis smartphone dan Canva, penyusunan copywriting persuasif, serta perbaikan identitas visual produk. Beberapa pelaku IKM mulai aktif melakukan promosi digital dan membuka toko online, yang berdampak pada meningkatnya interaksi dan minat konsumen. Secara keseluruhan, program ini memberikan fondasi awal bagi kemandirian digital marketing IKM Keripik Ubi Ungu di Desa Karanglo. Penguatan branding dan pemanfaatan platform digital tidak hanya memperluas jangkauan pasar, tetapi juga berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kapasitas adaptif pelaku usaha dalam menghadapi persaingan pasar modern. Ke depan, keberlanjutan program memerlukan monitoring, penguatan konten kreatif, serta optimalisasi strategi digital berbasis analitik untuk mendorong pertumbuhan penjualan yang berkelanjuta

    A Structural Model of Teacher Performance: Examining Empowerment, Self-Efficacy, Creativity, and Trust

    This study examines a structural model of teacher performance by positioning empowerment, self-efficacy, transformational leadership, and creativity as exogenous variables, with trust as a mediating variable. The purpose of this study is to analyze the direct and indirect effects of these variables on vocational high school teacher performance in Bogor Regency, Indonesia. A quantitative survey design was employed involving 175 teachers from 45 vocational high schools selected through multistage proportional random sampling. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and path analysis. The results indicate that all exogenous variables significantly influence teacher performance, both directly and indirectly through trust. The indirect effect analysis shows that empowerment (β = 0.016; t = 2.793; p < 0.01), self-efficacy (β = 0.021; t = 3.467; p < 0.001), transformational leadership (β = 0.018; t = 3.830; p < 0.001), and creativity (β = 0.060; t = 9.070; p < 0.001) have significant effects on teacher performance through trust, with creativity demonstrating the strongest mediating effect. These findings confirm trust as a critical mechanism for enhancing teacher performance. This study contributes to the development of an empirically validated trust-based teacher performance model and provides evidence-based implications for school leadership development and vocational education quality improvement policies

    Analysis of Green Manufacturing Approach in SDGs-Based Tempeh Waste Management

    Small and Medium Industries (SMEs) have an important role in the local economy, but often face challenges in environmentally friendly waste management. This study aims to examine tempeh waste in Tempe Sanan IKM and its management based on the principles of green manufacturing and SDGs, in order to formulate sustainable management recommendations for tempeh SMEs in Sanan Village, Malang, with reference to the principles of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially the 6th goal (clean water and sanitation), the 12th (responsible consumption and production), and the 13th (handling climate change). The research method used is a qualitative case study with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation. The results of the analysis show that most of the Tempe Sanan SMEs have not fully implemented the principle of green manufacturing, especially in the aspect of liquid and solid waste treatment. However, there is great potential for the development of more sustainable waste treatment technology, such as the use of tempeh pulp waste into animal feed or organic fertilizer. This study recommends the need for support from local governments and related institutions in the form of training, incentives, and supporting infrastructure to encourage the transformation of SMEs towards greener and more sustainable industries
