Teachers’ Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) represents extra-role behavior that is essential for enhancing school effectiveness and organizational sustainability, particularly in private vocational high schools facing increasing performance demands and institutional competition. This study aims to examine the effects of servant leadership, organizational culture, personality, and work motivation on teachers’ OCB, as well as to determine priority indicators for improvement using SITOREM analysis. A quantitative survey approach was employed involving private vocational high school teachers in West Jakarta. Data were analyzed using path analysis to investigate direct and indirect relationships among variables, and SITOREM analysis to classify indicators into priority areas for immediate improvement and indicators to be maintained or further developed. The results of the path analysis reveal that servant leadership and individual factors significantly influence teachers’ OCB. Furthermore, the SITOREM analysis identifies several priority indicators requiring immediate improvement, including good faith, tolerance, virtue, conscientiousness, willingness to listen, organizational norms, self-confidence, willingness, and emotional stability. Conversely, indicators such as empathy, mutual cooperation, responsibility, appreciation, humility, and openness to experience are categorized as strengths that should be sustained and enhanced. This study contributes to the development of organizational behavior and educational leadership theory and provides an evidence-based strategic framework for school leaders to systematically strengthen teachers’ OCB in vocational education settings

The Effect of Business Capital Financing Utilization on MSME Development: The Moderating Role of Financial Literacy (Evidence from MSMEs in East Kota District, Gorontalo City Financed by Amartha Point)

    No full text
This study aims to analyze the effect of business capital financing utilization on the development of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and to examine the role of financial literacy as a moderating variable. The research employed a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 96 MSME owners who received financing from Amartha in East City District, Gorontalo City. Data analysis was conducted using Moderated Regression Analysis with the assistance of SmartPLS software. The results indicate that the utilization of business capital financing has a positive effect on MSME development. However, the moderation test results show that financial literacy does not moderate the effect of business capital financing utilization on MSME development. The t-statistic value of 0.712, which is smaller than the significance threshold of 1.96, and a significance value of 0.477, which is greater than 0.05, indicate that financial literacy does not function as a moderator. These findings suggest that improvements in MSME development are primarily influenced by the amount and form of financing utilization itself rather than by the financial literacy level of business actors

    No full text
Teacher performance plays a crucial role in educational quality and school effectiveness and is influenced by both organizational and psychological factors. This study examines a multivariate model of teacher performance by analyzing the direct and indirect effects of transformational leadership, empowerment, trust, and achievement motivation among junior high school teachers in Bekasi City. A quantitative survey design was employed involving 177 teachers selected through multistage proportional random sampling from 19 schools. Data were collected using validated five-point Likert-scale instruments and analyzed using SEM-PLS, supported by SITOREM for indicator prioritization. The results show that transformational leadership (β = 0.351), empowerment (β = 0.195), trust (β = 0.271), and achievement motivation (β = 0.189) have significant positive effects on teacher performance. Leadership and empowerment also demonstrate indirect effects through trust and achievement motivation. The model explains a substantial proportion of variance in teacher performance. SITOREM analysis identifies work quantity and achievement orientation as priority areas for improvement, while work quality and teamwork should be maintained
