Systematic Literature Review: Development of a Traffic Engineering Management Model at Unsignalized Intersections Using a Multiobjective Analysis Approach
The rapid growth of urban vehicle ownership has intensified traffic congestion and decreased mobility efficiency, particularly at unsignalized intersections, which remain common in developing countries. These intersections, lacking automated control mechanisms, often experience high delays, long queues, and increased accident risks. This study conducts a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) to synthesize research developments on traffic engineering management models aimed at optimizing unsignalized intersections using multi-objective analysis. Following the PRISMA framework, 48 peer-reviewed articles published between 2013 and 2026 were systematically analyzed from major databases such as Scopus, ScienceDirect, IEEE Xplore, and Google Scholar. The findings reveal a significant evolution from single-objective to multi-objective optimization approaches, emphasizing trade-offs between efficiency, safety, and environmental sustainability. The most frequently applied algorithms include NSGA-II, PSO, and Fuzzy-MCDM, often integrated with simulation tools like VISSIM and SIDRA Intersection. Recent trends indicate growing adoption of AI-driven and machine learning-based hybrid models, enabling adaptive and real-time traffic management. However, research gaps remain, particularly regarding model validation under mixed traffic conditions and real-world implementation using IoT-based traffic data. This study contributes to both theory and practice by providing a structured overview of optimization frameworks and identifying future research directions toward developing adaptive, data-driven, and context-sensitive models. The results serve as a foundation for designing intelligent traffic management systems that improve the performance and safety of unsignalized intersections while supporting sustainable urban mobility

Financial Feasibility Study of Nursery Business at CV Kebun Sari, Bengkulu City
This study aims to analyze the feasibility of CV Kebun Sari's nursery business. The advantage of this business lies in the diversification of six cultivated commodities, so the risk of loss is smaller compared to other nurseries that only rely on one commodity. The feasibility analysis was carried out using the Net Present Value (NPV), Benefit Cost Ratio (B/C), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Payback Period (PP) methods. The NPV value remains positive at Rp4,857,854,973 at a bank interest rate of 10% to a discount of 51%, so the project is quite strong against the risk of increasing capital costs. In addition, the B/C Ratio value is greater than 1, namely 1.440, indicating that every Rp1 of capital produces Rp1,440 of net profit, the IRR of 51.558% is higher than the Discount Factor level of 10%, indicating very good investment returns and the Payback Period of only 4 years 6 months 7 days is much faster than the initial estimate of 5 years, reducing capital risk and accelerating investment returns. The results of the study show that CV Kebun Sari's nursery business is considered very feasible and has minimal financial risk, so this business has good prospects to be maintained and developed in the future

The Percentage Of Internal Organ Weight Of Broiler Chickens Fed Containing Corn Leaf Flour With Different Levels
This research aims to determine whether feeding corn leaf meal at different levels can increase the percentage of internal organ weight in broiler chickens. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD), consisting of 5 treatments and 5 replicates. The analysis used was Analysis of Variance, and if there was a significant effect, it was followed by Duncan's multiple range test. Experiments were given as follows: P0 (100% commercial feed) (Control), P1 (feed with 5% corn leaf flour), P2 (feed with 10% corn leaf flour), P3 (feed with 15% corn leaf flour), P4 (feed with 20% corn leaf flour). The results showed that the addition of corn leaf meal in the diet had no significant effect (P>0.05) on the percentage of liver, heart, and stomach in broiler chickens. The addition of corn leaf meal in the feed at levels of 5-20% had no significant effect, but it could increase the weight of internal organs in broiler chickens

The Effect Of Sustainability Reporting On Company Value With Intellectual Capital As A Moderation
This study examines the relationship between sustainability reporting and firm value and investigates whether intellectual capital strengthens this relationship in companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). Firm value is proxied by Price to Book Value (PBV), sustainability reporting is measured using the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) disclosure index, and intellectual capital is assessed using the Value Added Intellectual Coefficient (VAIC™) model. The sample consists of 30 JII-listed firms in 2024, analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS).
Drawing on signaling theory and the resource-based view, sustainability reporting is expected to function as a credible signal of long-term value creation, while intellectual capital is assumed to enhance the firm’s ability to transform sustainability disclosure into competitive advantage. However, the findings indicate that sustainability reporting does not significantly affect firm value, and intellectual capital does not moderate this relationship.
These results suggest that sustainability disclosure in the Islamic capital market context may not yet be perceived as value-relevant information by investors. The absence of a significant effect also raises concerns regarding disclosure quality and the potential perception of greenwashing, where sustainability reporting fulfills regulatory compliance but lacks substantive strategic integration. The study contributes to the literature by highlighting the signaling limitations of sustainability reporting and the underutilized strategic role of intellectual capital in emerging Islamic markets
Social Media, Spiral of Silence and Audience Reaction to Religious Media Contents: A Critical Analysis
This research paper examines the impact of social media on public engagement with religious media content, the Spiral of Silence theory, and audience reactions to such content. Social media has transformed the way religious content is created, distributed, and consumed. However, the Spiral of Silence phenomenon holds that individuals are less likely to express views or opinions that they believe others will disagree with. The study explores how social media is affecting the willingness of individuals to discuss and engage with religious media contents and how individuals react to these contents. The paper highlights real-life examples of controversies in Nigerian religious social media and analyzes the potential risks and rewards of religious media content dissemination on social media. The study concludes that social media platforms have become key players in the dissemination of religious media contents and have created unique challenges and opportunities for religious communication. The Spiral of Silence theory is still applicable in the context of discussions about religious media contents on social media, and it has the potential to silence minority opinions and magnify the impact of dominant ones. Additionally, audiences' reactions to religious media contents on social media are diverse and complex, driven by a range of factors such as religious affiliation, personal beliefs, and broader societal trends. However, it is important to be mindful of the potential ethical and theological challenges that arise from producing and sharing religious media content on social media. Audiences' reactions to religious media contents are complex and can vary widely depending on several factors, including religious affiliation and societal trends. Finally, the study recommends ways to improve the dissemination of religious media content, increase user privacy and make algorithms more transparent, and prevent the spread of misinformation and hate speech. Future research should focus on further examining the impact of social media on the distribution and reception of religious media contents
