The Effect of Influencer Credibility and Influencer Attractiveness on Trust and Purchase Intention: A Survey of Instagram Followers of @facetologyofficial in Indonesia
With the growing dominance of social media, influencer marketing has become a crucial strategy in shaping consumer trust and purchase intentions. Facetology, a skincare brand active on Instagram, collaborates with mega-influencers to engage its audience. This study investigates the impact of influencer characteristics (i.e., expertise, authenticity, physical attractiveness, and homophily) on customer trust and the subsequent effect of that trust on purchase intention. Grounded in the Stimulus-Organism-Response (SOR) theory, influencer characteristics are viewed as stimuli, trust as the organism, and purchase intention as the response. A total of 174 Instagram followers of @facetologyofficial in Indonesia were surveyed using a purposive sampling method. Data were analyzed using SmartPLS 4. The findings show that all four influencer characteristics have significant effects on trust, which in turn influences purchase intention. These findings highlight the importance of credible and attractive influencers in building customer trust and shaping purchase intentions, especially within the Indonesian cosmetics industry

The study adopts a quantitative approach using the Cochran formula for sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 96 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires measured on a Likert scale. The data analysis method used was Partial Least Square (PLS), processed using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results indicate that both digital financial literacy and locus of control have a significant effect on financial satisfaction. Digital financial literacy also has a significant positive effect on financial well-being. However, locus of control does not significantly affect financial well-being. A Systematic Literature Review on Teacher Performance: Determinants, Measurement, and Practical Implications in the Education Sector
This study aims to map and analyze scientific literature related to the concept of teacher performance using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. A total of 25 peer-reviewed articles published between 2020 and 2024 were analyzed to identify key themes, theoretical foundations, and practical implications. The results indicate that teacher performance is influenced by a combination of internal factors (such as self-efficacy, stress, and job satisfaction) and external factors (such as principal leadership, organizational climate, and digital transformation). The five key themes identified include: (1) self-efficacy and psychological factors, (2) school leadership and management, (3) job satisfaction and organizational climate, (4) work stress and burnout, and (5) digitalization and adaptation to technology. This synthesis also presents a conceptual model and theoretical-practical implications, which can serve as a basis for developing integrated teacher performance evaluation strategies in the post-pandemic era
The Influence of Service Quality, Price, and Promotion on GoFood Food Delivery Purchase Decisions in Medan City
This research examines the influence of service quality, price, and promotion on purchasing decisions for the GoFood application in Medan City. The backdrop is the rapid development of information technology, which pushes companies to continuously innovate. GoFood, as a food delivery service, once dominated the market, but data indicates a significant decline in user interest in Medan from 2023 to 2024, with GrabFood now leading the market. This decline is attributed to several factors. Consumers have complained about GoFood's service quality, including delivery delays and damaged orders. In terms of price, GoFood is perceived as higher compared to its competitors. Furthermore, GoFood's promotional activities are considered less aggressive than GrabFood's. The objective of this study is to analyze the partial influence of service quality, price, and promotion, as well as their simultaneous influence, on GoFood purchasing decisions in Medan City. Purchasing decisions are defined as a series of steps consumers take, influenced by internal and external factors. Service quality is the degree of difference between customer expectations and their perceptions of the service received. Price is the exchange value for a product or service, and promotion encompasses all forms of communication used by companies to persuade and influence consumers. This research employs a quantitative method with a causal/explanatory approach. The study was conducted in Medan City from November 2024 to June 2025. The research population consists of GoFood application users in Medan, with a sample of 80 respondents determined by multiplying the number of indicators (16) by five. Data was collected via questionnaires and analyzed using data quality tests (validity and reliability) and classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity). Multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing (t-test and F-test) were used to examine the influence of the variables. The results indicate that service quality and promotion have a significant partial influence on GoFood purchasing decisions in Medan City. However, price does not have a significant partial influence. Simultaneously, service quality, price, and promotion collectively have a significant influence on GoFood purchasing decisions in Medan City
The Influence Of Social Media Advertising On Ice Cream Purchase Decisions In Indonesia
This study examines the influence of advertising on consumer purchasing behavior and brand loyalty, highlighting the mediating role of brand awareness and the moderating effect of perceived quality. Previous studies, such as Zhao et al. (2022), have demonstrated this relationship within the cosmetics industry, but the application of a similar framework remains limited in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector in emerging markets like Indonesia. Furthermore, the role of perceived quality in influencing the strength of brand awareness on purchasing outcomes has not been widely explored empirically. To address this gap, this study adapts the Zhao et al. model using Wall’s ice cream as a case study. A quantitative approach was employed by collecting data from 300 respondents through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) via SmartPLS 4. The findings indicate that advertising significantly affects brand awareness and brand loyalty but does not directly influence consumer purchasing behavior. Brand awareness serves as a mediator, while perceived quality only moderates the relationship between brand awareness and purchasing behavior

The Influence of Social Media Marketing Features on Purchase Decisions in Education Services
The present research examines the impact of various social media marketing features, including interactivity, entertainment, perceived relevance, and informativeness, on consumer purchasing decisions in the educational service sector. The present study is anchored in the theoretical framework of consumer behaviour theory. A quantitative research design was employed, utilising a structured questionnaire administered to 100 high school students who actively utilise social media and have participated in educational programmes at the Brain Academy Centre in Semarang. Multiple linear regression analysis was performed using SPSS software. The findings suggest that perceived relevance (β = 0.220, p = 0.027) and informativeness (β = 0.280, p = 0.001) exert a statistically significant positive influence on purchase decisions, accounting for 44.6% of the variance (R² = 0.446). Conversely, interactivity and entertainment did not demonstrate significant effects. These findings contribute to the extant literature on social media marketing for intangible services and emphasise the practical importance of aligning content with consumers' informational needs. It is recommended that future research extend this analysis across a range of other social media platforms and demographic groups. This would allow for the validation and expansion of the insights derived from this analysis
