The Effect of E-Service Quality, Perceived Value, Customer Satisfaction on Willingness to Pay Spotify Premium App in Indonesia
This study aims to analyse the influence of E-Service Quality, Perceived Value, and Customer Satisfaction on Willingness to Pay. The population for this study consists of individuals in Indonesia who use the Spotify Premium application. The sample includes 240 respondents, all aged 17 and above, who use Spotify Premium and are distributed across Indonesia. Questionnaires were used to collect the data needed for the research. The analysis method employed is Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) using AMOS version 24.0. The results of this study indicate that E-Service Quality positively influences Customer Satisfaction, Perceived Value positively influences Customer Satisfaction, E-Service Quality positively influences Willingness to Pay, Perceived Value positively influences Willingness to Pay, and Customer Satisfaction positively influences Willingness to Pay
Analysis and Business Development Strategy of Sumil Kayu (A Study on Sumil Kayu PK. Putra Bakung in Jati Agung District)
The increasing demand for timber due to population growth and technological advancements presents both opportunities and challenges for timber processing businesses. This study examines the development strategies of Sumil Kayu PK. Putra Bakung, a timber processing company in Jati Agung, Lampung Selatan, through SWOT analysis. The research aims to identify internal strengths and weaknesses as well as external opportunities and threats to formulate strategic recommendations. Employing a qualitative descriptive method, the study explores ways to enhance product quality, expand market reach, and adopt sustainable practices. The findings highlight key strategies to optimize business operations and improve competitive positioning (Afridhal, 2017)
Exploring Sustainable Tourism Through the Theory of Planned Behavior: A Study in Pemuteran Tourism Village, Buleleng, Bali
Unsustainable tourism can cause environmental damage, cultural degradation, and socio-economic inequality. Pemuteran Tourism Village in Bali applies sustainable tourism principles to balance economic benefits, environmental preservation, and community empowerment. This study aims to analyze tourist behavior in supporting sustainable tourism in the destination using Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) as the theoretical framework. A quantitative approach was used with a sampling of 100 respondents, namely foreign tourists who have visited Pemuteran Tourism Village and have an interest in sustainable tourism. The sampling technique applied was purposive sampling, with data collection through questionnaires. Data were analyzed using the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with SmartPLS software, supported by qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that tourists' intention to participate in sustainable tourism, as predicted by the TPB model, comprising attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control significantly influences their actual behavior in practicing sustainable tourism at the destination
Integration Of Local Wisdom And Islamic Entrepreneurship: Building Opportunities And Motivation For Makassar Migrants In Surabaya
This study aims to examine more deeply how the Makassar ethnicity implements local wisdom values to create opportunities and motivation in entrepreneurship in accordance with Islamic teachings in the city of Surabaya. This study uses a qualitative approach with the type of ethnographic research. In this study, the data used was obtained from interviews, documentation, and in-depth observations. The results of the study show that the value of local wisdom that still exists in the Makassar ethnicity, especially in the immigrant community, is the value of siri', pacce, and reso temmangingi. This study aims to first determine the role of Case Manager in its influence on patient satisfaction at Ulin Banjarmasin Regional Hospital, second determine the influence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior on patient satisfaction at Ulin Banjarmasin Regional Hospital, and third determine the influence of the role of Case Manager and Organizational Citizenship Behavior simultaneously on patient satisfaction at Ulin Banjarmasin Regional Hospital. Ulin Regional Hospital, BanjarmasinThe population of this study is all patients at Ulin Banjarmasin Regional Hospital who have used the facilities provided by the Case Manager during the period of 2022 to 2023, totaling 24,482 patients , so the number of samples is 24,482 respondents . This study is a quantitative study with a quantitative descriptive approach. The analysis tools used in this study include data validity and reliability tests. The hypothesis testing methods used are Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Multicollinearity Test, Autocorrelation Test and Heteroscedasticity Test,obtained in the form of conclusions obtained, namely the role of the case manager has an effect on patient satisfaction at Ulin Banjarmasin Regional Hospital , then Organizational Citizenship Behavior has an effect on patient satisfaction at Ulin Banjarmasin Regional Hospital , and the role of the case manager and Organizational Citizenship Behavior simultaneously have an effect on patient satisfaction through Organizational Citizenship Behavior . It is expected that there will be similar development research with more complete attention to other aspects as indicators of assessing factors that influence patient satisfaction. Also to use more and varied research subjects. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence employee performance at PT. Goto Gojek Tokopedia Tbk, one of the leading technology companies in Indonesia. In an era of increasingly fierce competition, understanding the elements that contribute to employee performance is crucial to achieving organizational goals. This study identifies several key factors, including work motivation, work environment, leadership, training and development, and social relations between employees. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection through in-depth interviews and surveys of employees in various departments. The results of the study indicate that high motivation, a conducive work environment, and effective leadership contribute significantly to improving employee performance. In addition, ongoing training programs and positive social relations among employees have also been shown to increase productivity. The Influence Of Social Media Marketing On Consumer Engagement And Its Influence On Brand Knowledge Strengthening In The Digital Marketplace
This study aims to analyze the influence of social media marketing elements including entertainment, interaction, trends, customization, and electronic word of mouth (EWOM) on consumer engagement, as well as the influence of consumer engagement on strengthening brand knowledge on the Instagram account @spotifyid. The object of this study is active followers of the Spotify Indonesia Instagram account, with a total of 210 respondents obtained through purposive sampling techniques. This study uses a quantitative approach with the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis method processed using SmartPLS software. The results of the study show that interaction, trends, and EWOM have a significant effect on consumer engagement, while entertainment and customization do not show a significant effect. Furthermore, consumer engagement is proven to have a positive effect on brand awareness and brand image, which overall strengthens brand knowledge @spotifyid in the digital market
The Effect of Reward and Punishment on Employees' Performance at Gulung Janebora, Balikpapan City
This study aims to analyse the effect of reward and punishment on employee performance at UMKM Gulung Janebora, Balikpapan. Reward and punishment are strategies in human resource management that can affect employee motivation and productivity. This research uses quantitative approach with survey method through questionnaires to 32 employees in four branches of Gulung Janebora. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression to measure the effect of reward and punishment on employee performance. The results showed that reward has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while punishment has a positive but insignificant effect. Simultaneously, reward and punishment have a significant influence on employee performance. This finding shows that giving the right reward is more effective in increasing productivity than punishment. The Role of MSMEs in Tourism Development in Balikpapan Case Study: Salakilo MSMEs
This study explores the role of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in fostering sustainable tourism development in Balikpapan, with a specific focus on Salakilo MSMEs as a case study. Employing a qualitative research approach, data were collected through semi-structured interviews, participant observation, and document analysis to understand the economic, environmental, and socio-cultural contributions of local MSMEs to the tourism sector. The findings indicate that Salakilo MSMEs play a critical role in creating employment opportunities, especially for women and youth, and contribute to local economic resilience through income diversification and the development of local supply chains. Environmentally, Salakilo MSMEs adopt eco-friendly practices such as the use of biodegradable packaging and the organization of environmental education initiatives. These efforts align with sustainable tourism principles by reducing ecological footprints and engaging tourists in conservation awareness. Socio-culturally, Salakilo has successfully revived traditional culinary practices, fostered community pride, and promoted cultural exchange between locals and visitors. Moreover, the empowerment of women through entrepreneurship and leadership in tourism-related activities reflects a broader trend toward inclusive development. Overall, the research underscores the significant yet under-recognized contributions of MSMEs to sustainable tourism and recommends enhanced policy support, training, and infrastructure development to maximize their potential
