Analysis Of The Effectiveness Of Online-Based Personnel Administration Services In Company 3A Mobile Brigade Of The Lampung Regional Police
No full textThe 3A Mobile Brigade Corps of the Lampung Regional Police has begun adopting an online-based administrative service system. This system is expected to improve the effectiveness of personnel administration by providing easier access, accelerating process flow, and reducing the risk of errors in data processing. This research design uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. qualitative descriptive analysis. The research design aims to describe and qualitatively analyze the Effectiveness of Administrative Services On Line Based Personnel at Company 3a Mobile Brigade of Lampung Regional Police. The results of the study show that the effectiveness of personal administrative services online-based at Company 3A Mobile Brigade of Lampung Regional Police, has been implemented according to dimension (1) time unit, the online-based administration system has help speed up the administrative service process, (2) output units, Service online-based administration is able to produce more structured documents and organized (3) quality of work, Online-based systems provide potential improving work quality with easy data access and increased accuracy document . The inhibiting aspects are (1) Time units, network limitations internet, technical problems with the system, and lack of familiarity with personnel towards technology is still a major obstacle in achieving efficiency maximum time. (2) Result Unit, Errors were still found in data entry, lack of automatic validation, and formatting discrepancies documents that hinder the achievement of optimal administrative results. (3) Quality of Work, limited technical training, resistance to change, and inadequate technological infrastructure remains a major challenge in maintaining the quality of personnel work

Development of Interactive Learning Media for Fundamental Pencak Silat Techniques in Junior High School
No full textThis study aims to develop, validate, and test the effectiveness of interactive learning media for fundamental Pencak Silat techniques for junior high school students. The background of this research is the difficulty students face in visualizing complex motor movements in Pencak Silat through conventional methods. This research employed the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The study was conducted at SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Yogyakarta with 8th-grade students as the subjects. Data were collected using validation sheets from material and media experts, as well as student response questionnaires. The results showed that the developed media achieved a validation score of 83.9% from both material and media experts, placing it in the "Very Feasible" category. Furthermore, the media proved to be effective in improving student learning outcomes, evidenced by an average post-test score of 84.8% and an N-Gain score of 0.757, which is categorized as "High Effectiveness." This study concludes that the interactive learning media created with Adobe Flash CS6 is a viable and effective tool for enhancing the mastery of fundamental Pencak Silat techniques in physical education

No full textKonservasi sumber daya alam merupakan bagian sub-integral penyelenggaraan negara yang telah memainkan peran penting guna menjamin keberlangsungan kehidupan masyarakat Indonesia. Upaya negara sampai saat ini dalam hal merawat dan menjaga sumber daya alam keanekaragaman hayati ekosistem lingkungan hidup melalui ketentuan hukum yang berlaku yaitu UU Nomor 32 Tahun 2024 Tentang Perubahan Atas UU Nomor 5 Tahun 1990 Tentang Konservasi Sumber Daya Alam Hayati dan Ekosistemnya. Pada dasarnya, semangat negara dengan menata dan mereformulasi aturan perundang-undangan konservasi sumber daya alam dan ekosistemnya justru belum terlaksana secara efektif dari sisi implementasi substantif karena masih adanya disharmonisai tafsir teks normatif pengaturan hukum konservasi sumber daya alam meliputi satwa dilindungi sebagaimana dengan adanya perkara pidana dalam Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Tasikmalaya Nomor 267/Pid.Sus-LH/2024/PN Tsm. Metode yang dipergunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah berupa pemberian ceramah dan diskusi tanya jawab. Pendekatan yang dipergunakan dalam mendukung metode pengabdian ini adalah dengan pendekatan edukatif, kolaboratif, dan partsipatif. Kegiatan penyuluhan hukum mengenai implementasi UU Perubahan Konservasi Sumber Daya Alam dan Ekosistemnya secara signifikan telah memberikan peningkatan secara sigifikan bagi kesadaran, pemahaman, dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam penegakan hukum satwa yang dilindungi, meskipun masih terdapat hambatan struktural dan sosiologis yang memerlukan penguatan berkelanjutan melalui pendekatan hukum progresif. Gagasan konsep penegakan hukum berbasis pendekatan hukum progresif dalam ketentuan UU Perubahan Konservasi Sumber Daya Alam dan ekosistemnya perlu dilaksanakan atas keyakinan penegak hukum sendiri dalam menjalankan undang-undang baik oleh Pihak Kepolisian, Kejaksaan dan Pengadilan untuk memastikan kepastian dan kedudukan masyarakat dalam penegakan hukum satwa yang dilindung

The background of this research stems from the increasing use of digital devices among children, which is believed to affect their social interactions and interpersonal communication patterns. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, the data will be collected through observations, in-depth interviews with children, parents, and as well as relevant documentation. The focus is to understand how gadget usage may influence the way children express themselves, interact with others, and build relationships in both family and social settings. The study also seeks to provide input for developing healthier communication patterns between children and their environment in the digital era

No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel Reward, Lingkungan Kerja, dan Promosi Jabatan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan di Maxwell Ship Management, PTE., LTD. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda, dengan data yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 karyawan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel independen memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, dengan Reward dan Lingkungan Kerja memberikan kontribusi yang paling kuat. Uji F simultan menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Temuan ini mendukung teori motivasi dan memberikan implikasi penting bagi manajemen dalam merancang kebijakan yang dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi beberapa keterbatasan, termasuk ukuran sampel yang terbatas dan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan, serta merekomendasikan agenda penelitian mendatang untuk memperluas pemahaman tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja di berbagai konteks industri
The Effectiveness of Village Fund Allocation Management in Improving the Development of Petak Village, Nuhon District, Banggai Regency
No full textVillage Fund Allocation (ADD) is an essential instrument in supporting village governance and promoting community development and empowerment. However, in practice, the effectiveness of ADD management still faces various challenges in terms of planning, implementation, and accountability. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) management in enhancing the development of Petak Village, Nuhon Subdistrict, Banggai Regency, as well as to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors in its management. The research method employed is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were conducted through interviews, observations, and documentation, with primary informants including village government officials and the community. Data analysis was performed through the stages of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the management of ADD in Petak Village covering the stages of planning, implementation, administration, reporting, and accountability has generally operated effectively and in accordance with applicable regulations. ADD contributes positively to village infrastructure development and community empowerment, although several obstacles remain, such as limited human resources, suboptimal community participation, and technical constraints in reporting

No full textThis study aims to analyze the accounting system of gold pawnshop financing at PT Pegadaian CP Gorontalo Sentral. Gold financing is one of Pegadaian's flagship products that involves financial transactions and high-value collateral management, so it requires an accurate, integrated, and supported accounting system by adequate internal control. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation of related parties in the gold financing process. The results of the study show that the gold financing accounting system at PT Pegadaian CP Gorontalo Sentral has used a computerized system based on the PASSION application that is integrated online, so that it is able to support transaction recording, collateral assessment, margin calculation, and the preparation of financial statements more quickly and systematically. However, there are still several obstacles, such as network disruptions, potential data input errors, and reliance on the ability of human resources to operate the system. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the quality of internal control, continuous training for employees, and optimize the use of technology to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and transparency of the gold financing accounting system

No full textThe quality of the questions produced by teachers is still very minimal and less interesting for students to use because they are only paper-based and only copied from existing books . Research purposes for develop an item question-based world wall to increase results Study in science subjects. Special purpose done for analyzing needs, designing product question-based worldwall, and describing results study science. Study this including in study development using the ADDIE development model. Subject study participants educate school-based class 4 Bulu 3 Madiun with a total of 15. Data collection techniques were carried out with questionnaires, validation, and tests. The instrument use sheet questionnaire needs a question-based word wall at the school base, sheet validation expert material and media, and questions test-based word wall. Research results produce questions that have been tested for validity, and reliability until you get 20 questions best and done validation by media experts and receiving materials the respective scores are 88% and 85% with the very worthy category. Response participants educated as many as 15 children and also received very good responses with give response of 90% and the results study increased from the initial average pre-test result of 51 to 89. Implementasi Laporan Keuangan Sederhana sebagai Upaya Meningkatkan Tata Kelola Keuangan UMKM Kopi Joglo Kota Madiun
Full text linkPendahuluan: Kopi merupakan salah satu komoditas yang banyak diminati masyarakat. UMKM Kopi Joglo Kota Madiun sebagai usaha yang berkembang menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan keuangan, masih terbatasnya keterampilan pelaku UMKM dalam menyusun laporan keuangan secara sistematis yang berdampak pada lemahnya tata kelola keuangan usaha. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah mengimplementasikan sistem laporan keuangan sederhana (Laba Rugi, Arus Kas) untuk meningkatkan tata kelola keuangan yang baik. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi tahapan persiapan pelaksanaan, pendampingan, monitoring dan evaluasi, penutup. Kendala yang dihadapi pelaku UMKM adalah adanya keterbatasan waktu untuk konsisten melakukan pencatatan keuangan, dan kurangnya pemahaman terkait pemisahan keuangan usaha dengan pribadi. Hasil dan pembahasan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan kemampuan mitra dalam membuat pencatatan transaksi, menyusun format laporan laba rugi sederhana, dan upaya memisahkan keuangan usaha dengan pribadi. Implementasi kegiatan ini menghasilkan buku saku catatan laporan keuangan sederhana, dan pencatatan keuangan harian yang bisa diterapkan secara berkelanjutan untuk membantu pelaku UMKM dalam memonitoring kondisi keuangan dan meningkatkan tata kelola keuangan secara lebih akuntabel dan terencana
