This study aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurship education and social environment on technology-based entrepreneurial intentions through entrepreneurial self-efficacy in vocational high school students in Mojokerto Regency. The low level of technology-based entrepreneurship among students is caused by a lack of understanding, social environmental support, and effective entrepreneurial skills development. The approach used is quantitative with a survey method, using a questionnaire distributed to 198 respondents from four schools. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive and inferential statistics with the Partial Least Square (PLS) technique through SmartPLS software to test the relationship between variables. The results show that entrepreneurship education, social environment, and self-efficacy significantly and positively influence technology-based entrepreneurial intentions, and self-efficacy acts as a mediating variable. It is recommended that educators increase innovation in entrepreneurship learning and strengthen students' social support and digital competence to increase their interest and readiness in technology-based entrepreneurshi
Identification of Soil Bacteria in Several Paddy Fields (Oryza sativa L.) in Wita Ponda District
Rice (Oryza sativa L.) is a major agricultural commodity in Wita Ponda District and serves as the primary livelihood and economic support for local communities. However, rice productivity in this area remains relatively low, partly due to limited farmer knowledge regarding crop management and insufficient information on soil conditions, particularly soil nutrient content. This study aimed to identify soil bacteria present in paddy fields (Oryza sativa L.) in Wita Ponda District. The research was conducted from March to May 2024. Soil samples were collected from five locations in Wita Ponda District at a depth of 0–20 cm. One composite soil sample from each location was used for bacterial identification as well as for soil pH and organic carbon (C-organic) analysis. The results showed that a total of 1,184 bacterial isolates were identified from paddy fields located in Lantula Jaya, Bumi Harapan, Puntari Makmur, Emea, and Solonsa Jaya villages. Among these, 362 distinct bacterial isolates were grouped into four genera: Azotobacter (119 isolates), Bacillus (45 isolates), Marinococcus (181 isolates), and Corynebacterium (17 isolates). Soil pH values ranged from slightly acidic to neutral, with values of 6.49, 6.44, 6.90, and 6.68. Soil organic carbon content ranged from low to moderate, with values of 1.18%, 1.37%, 2.44%, 1.16%, and 1.81%
The Influence of Price, Service, and Product Quality on Interest in Buying Cattle at MJR Farm Boyolali
The purpose of this research is to determine how price, service quality, and product quality which are considered independent variables affect purchasing intent. Using the purposive sampling method, 42 respondents were chosen for the research sample. Questionnaires were used to gather data, which was then analyzed using multiple linear regression methods in SPSS version 26.0. Research instrument reliability and validity were confirmed by the results of the reliability and validity test. In addition, the regression model passes the traditional assumption test for normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity. The results of the hypothesis tests (t-test and F-test) and multiple linear regression analysis were as follows: (1) The quality of the service has a positive and substantial effect on the interest to buy. (2) The quality of the product also has a positive and significant effect on the interest to buy. At the same time, there is a statistically significant relationship between interest in purchasing and the three independent variables of price, service quality, and product quality. R2 shows that the model's independent variables can explain a large portion of the variance in purchase intent
The Role Of Service Quality In Influencing Consumer Purchase Decisions At The Sociolla Cosmetic Store, Mall Boemi Kedaton, Bandar Lampung
The cosmetics industry is currently navigating a dynamic landscape where the convenience of online shopping increasingly intersects with the enduring appeal of physical retail experiences. Recognizing the continued significance of offline channels and the pivotal role of service quality in shaping consumer purchasing behaviors within this context, this study aimed to analyze the impact of service quality on consumer purchase decisions at the Sociolla cosmetics store in Mall Boemi Kedaton, Bandar Lampung. This research was theoretically grounded in purchase decision theory, service quality principles, and marketing concepts. To investigate this relationship, a quantitative approach with an explanatory design was employed. Data were collected through a survey instrument comprising 15 questions, administered to 100 customers who had made purchases at the store to identify specific service quality elements influencing their behavior and subsequent purchase choices. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, correlation tests, simple linear regression, linearity tests, t tests, and the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R²). The findings reveal that service quality exerts a substantial impact on purchase decisions, explaining 72.6% of the variation in consumer behavior. This underscores the central role of service quality in shaping the in store shopping experience and fostering customer satisfaction and loyalty. Notably, each dimension of service quality reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangible evidence was found to affect purchasing decisions. Consequently, this study highlights the importance of these service quality attributes at Sociolla and contributes to the development of marketing strategies within the cosmetics sector by emphasizing the critical role of service quality in attracting and retaining customers
Analysis Of Poverty Gap Index (P1) Districs/Cities On The Sumatera Island By Quantile Regression Approach
This study analyzes the effect of years of schooling, per capita expenditure, life expectancy, access to proper sanitation, and gini ratio on the poverty gap index (P1). The poverty gap index (P1) explains how much the average consumption income of the poor is compared to the poverty line. This research uses two analysis methods namely, OLS method and quantile regression. The results of the OLS regression analysis show that the per capita expenditure and life expectancy variables have a significant effect on the poverty gap index (P1). The results of the quantile regression analysis show that the per capita expenditure variable has a significant effect on regions at each quantile level, namely 25%, 50%, and 75%, the life expectancy variable is significant in regions at the 25% and 75% quantile levels, and the gini ratio variable is significant in regions at the 50% quantile level
Analysis Of International Law on Extradition Treaties Between Countries In Indonesia: A Juridical Review
Interstate extradition treaties are a key instrument in addressing these complexities, although diplomatic challenges often influence their decisions. This research aims to examine and understand the international legal perspective on interstate extradition treaties in Indonesia.
