The Role of Viral Marketing Value “Instagram” in Building Customer Relationships Performance: Perspectizing SDL Theory
In the context of social media platforms, it is important for MSMEs to differentiate themselves in order to attract the attention of potential customers. This study uses the Viral Marketing Value Effect Model to examine the role of social media platforms in customer relationship performance. Data from 219 culinary MSMEs in Central Java shows that social media influencers and characteristics have an effect on customer relationship performance, while social media influencers do not. The study also explores how viral marketing value moderates the relationship between social media influencers and social media characteristics on customer relationships. The findings provide insights that extend the Service Dominant Logic (SDL) theory to social media marketing literacy in MSMEs
Building Public Awareness In Preventing Flood Disasters (Case Study Of Environmental Communication In Bumi Waras Urban Village)”
This study aims to describe how environmental communication plays a role in building public awareness to prevent flooding, focusing on Bumi Waras Village, Bandar Lampung City. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collection techniques including in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation analysis. The results indicate that environmental communication efforts in the area are still dominated by top-down communication patterns and have not been fully adapted to the local socio-cultural context. The level of public awareness regarding flood risks is relatively low, influenced by limited public participation and ineffective information dissemination. However, a participatory communication approach through the involvement of local leaders, neighborhood forums (RT/RW), and community activities such as mutual cooperation has proven more effective in conveying flood mitigation messages. This study concludes that an inclusive, culturally relevant, and dialogical environmental communication strategy is crucial for building collective awareness and encouraging active community participation in disaster risk reduction efforts in flood-prone areas
Empowerment Of Single Mothers as Family Heads in Tapos 1 Village, Tenjolaya District, Bogor Regency, West Java: A Strength-Based Approach
This study examines the empowerment of single mothers as family heads through a strength-based approach implemented by non-governmental organizations (NGOs) with the SOS Children’s Village program. A strengths-based approach is a collaborative process between service recipients and providers to determine outcomes by identifying and mobilizing an individual's inherent resources and assets. This approach views the risks or problems that clients have as enablers rather than obstacles. The role of the professional is not only to reduce risk; it is also to support the individual in managing risk. As single-mother households face socioeconomic vulnerabilities and societal stigma, NGO-led interventions that emphasize resilience and existing capabilities—rather than deficits—are critical for sustainable family strengthening. Using qualitative data from SOS Children’s Village participants, this research highlights how the family strengthening program leverages single mothers’ inherent strengths to improve household stability, financial independence, and child well-being. The results of the study demonstrate that a strengths-based approach, incorporating activities such as network development, stakeholder collaboration, provision of support facilities and initial business capital, and regeneration, can enhance the capacity of assisted families, particularly those led by female heads of households, to comprehend and implement effective parenting strategies. This approach can also facilitate increased income, enhanced access to government service programs, and reduce dependency on institutional aid. The study underscores the role of NGOs in filling gaps left by public welfare systems and proposes a framework for scaling strength-based interventions in similar contexts

"Community Response to Political Communication Behavior of Mayoral Candidates in the 2024 Local Election (A Political Communication Study in Bukit Sukabumi Indah Housing Complex)
Indonesia's rich and diverse culture continues to adapt amidst the currents of globalization, including the influx of Japanese popular culture that influences the younger generation. One form of this adaptation is seen in the phenomenon Cosplay, which is the practice of wearing fictional character costumes as a form of self-expression. In Indonesia, Cosplay has grown rapidly since the late 1990s and formed special communities such as Cosplay Lampung Fun in Bandar Lampung. Through Cosplay, individuals can explore alternative identities that influence their communication behavior, both in public and private spaces. This phenomenon is reinforced by the use of social media, which expands interactions between community members. This study aims to examine contemporary communication behavior within the community. Cosplay Lampung Fun focuses on how social identities are constructed and displayed. The research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, through interviews and participant observation, to gain an in-depth understanding of the communication dynamics that occur. The findings of this study are expected to enrich communication studies, particularly in the context of popular culture and social identity formation
Application Of Article 378 Of The Criminal Code Concerning Fraud In Pre-Project Selling Housing (Study at PT. GSP)
Pre-project selling is a method of selling property before the physical development is completed or even started. In Bandar Lampung, such practices have raised public and legal concerns due to their harmful impact on consumers. A notable case involved the developer PT. GSP, reported to authorities by dozens of buyers in 2023. This study examines the application of Article 378 of the Indonesian Criminal Code (KUHP) concerning fraud in pre-project housing sales and the challenges encountered in its enforcement. Using a normative and empirical juridical approach with both primary and secondary data, the study found that applying Article 378 is legally feasible, especially when fraudulent intent can be proven from the outlet. Elements such as deception, false information, and manipulative tactics align with the legal definition of fraud. However, significant obstacles exist, including difficulties in proving men's rea (criminal intent), the absence of clear regulations governing pre-project selling, legal uncertainty, and weak inter-agency coordination among local governments, notaries, licensing offices, and law enforcement. Strengthening cooperation among these stakeholders is essential to prevent similar crimes and ensure legal protection for consumers

The Implementation of Case Study Model in Social Studies Learning to Enhance Students’ Conceptual Understanding at Public Junior High Schools in Makassar
This study investigates the implementation of the case study model in Social Studies learning at public junior high schools in Makassar, focusing on its impact on students’ conceptual understanding. Using a qualitative case study design, data were collected through classroom observations, semi-structured interviews with two teachers and 60 students, and analysis of student worksheets and reflective journals. The findings reveal that teachers applied the case study model by integrating real-life local issues, such as urban flooding and waste management, into classroom instruction. This approach successfully engaged students in active inquiry, group discussions, and reflective analysis. Students reported higher motivation and found Social Studies more relevant to their daily lives, while teachers observed improvements in students’ analytical reasoning and ability to connect abstract concepts with real-world contexts. The analysis also showed that 38% of students achieved a high level of integrated conceptual understanding, moving beyond memorization to application and evaluation. Despite challenges related to time management and unequal group participation, the benefits of case-based learning outweighed its limitations. The study concludes that the case study model aligns with the Merdeka Belajar curriculum and constructivist principles, offering an effective strategy to foster deeper learning, civic awareness, and critical thinking in Social Studies classrooms in Indonesia
