Intrinsic and Extrinsic Learning Motivation of Elementary School Students: A Descriptive and Empirical Analysis
This study aims to explore the learning motivation of elementary school students, focusing on intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. Intrinsic motivation refers to the internal drive that comes from the students’ desire to achieve personal goals and feel satisfied with their academic achievements, while extrinsic motivation is influenced by external factors such as support from parents, teachers, and rewards received. A survey involving 15 respondents was conducted, and descriptive statistical analysis was used to illustrate the frequency distribution of students’ motivation levels. The study found that most students have strong intrinsic motivation, as reflected in their scheduled study habits, efforts to achieve good grades, and satisfaction with their academic accomplishments. On the other hand, extrinsic motivation, which comes from parental support and teacher rewards, also proves to be effective in increasing students' enthusiasm and study habits. Although there were differences in the level of agreement regarding the influence of parental advice on poor grades, overall, these external factors strengthened students’ motivation to achieve their academic targets. This study concludes that the development of both intrinsic and extrinsic motivation simultaneously can be an effective strategy for improving students' academic performance
Digital Ethics and Public Trust in the Era of Government Digital Transformation
This study explores the critical intersection between digital ethics and public trust within the context of government digital transformation. As governments increasingly adopt digital technologies to streamline public services, ethical challenges have emerged—ranging from data privacy violations and algorithmic opacity to excluding marginalized groups from digital access. These ethical dilemmas can significantly undermine citizens' confidence in government institutions if left unaddressed. This study identifies core themes and ethical concerns that influence public perception and trust through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of scholarly articles published between 2010 and 2024. The findings reveal that ethical misalignments in digital initiatives—particularly concerning transparency, accountability, and inclusivity—can erode institutional legitimacy. Conversely, when digital ethics are embedded into governance structures and service designs from the outset, they can enhance citizen engagement, foster social equity, and strengthen institutional trust. This study highlights the urgent need for public institutions to adopt ethics-by-design frameworks, prioritize participatory digital policy-making, and invest in inclusive digital literacy initiatives to ensure that technological progress in governance is effective and equitable

Developing and Validating Gamified English Teaching Materials to Enhance Achievement in Indonesian Elementary Schools
This study systematically investigates the design, validation, and effectiveness of gamified English teaching materials tailored for Grade 5 learners in Parepare, Indonesia, within the framework of a Research and Development (R&D) based on the Alessi & Trollip model, materials were developed in three phases: Planning (needs analysis), Design (module drafting), and Development (validation and pilot implementation). Sixty students across two schools participated in pre- and post-tests, expert validation (N=3), practicality surveys (teachers N=4; students N=60), classroom observations, and interviews. Experts rated content validity at 92%; practicality exceeded 85%; and paired-sample t-tests showed significant improvement from pre-test (M=61.35, SD=7.12) to post-test (M=80.21, SD=6.45), p<.001. These results confirm that integrating game elements such as points, badges, levels, and narrative quests can substantially enhance engagement and EFL achievement among young learners
Application Of Restorative Justice Towards Perpetrators Aggregated Theft Criminal Act At The East Oku District Prosecutor's Office (Determination Study No. R-1/L.6.21/Eoh.2/03/2025)

The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study type, employing data collection techniques such as interviews, documentation, and literature study. The results show that the implementation of restorative justice for perpetrators of aggravated theft at the District Attorney's Office of OKU Timur, based on Determination No. R-1/L.6.21/Eoh.2/03/2025, provides an effective and humane solution to resolve minor criminal cases by prioritizing the principles of restorative justice.
