The Effectiveness of the Self-Help Housing Stimulant Assistance Program (BSPS) in Bandar Lampung City
This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Self-Help Housing Stimulant Assistance Program (BSPS) in improving the social and economic conditions of low-income communities (MBR) in Bandar Lampung City. The method employed is a descriptive quantitative approach focusing on three dimensions of effectiveness: input, process, and outcome. The research sample consisted of 67 heads of households who were BSPS beneficiaries in 2023. Results indicate that in terms of input, funding and material support were relatively sufficient; however, delays in material distribution due to logistical issues were frequently encountered. The process aspect demonstrated active community participation through mutual cooperation (gotong royong), although technical supervision and time management were suboptimal. As for outcomes, improvements were observed in the physical condition of housing and the health status of beneficiaries. However, economic impacts were not yet significant, as most recipients had not experienced income or productivity growth. Therefore, the program is considered moderately effective in physical and social aspects, but it needs to be strengthened with integrated economic empowerment strategies to ensure sustainable benefits

Determinants Of The Level Of Budget Absorption In The Energy And Mineral Resources Service Of Jambi Province
This study aims to examine the effect of budget planning, quality of human resources and procurement of goods and services on budget absorption at Dinas Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral Provinsi Jambi. The research approach used in this study uses a quantitative descriptive method approach. The respondent determination technique is determined using saturated sampling, which means that the entire population in this study is used as a sample, amounting to 64 people. This study is related to testing H1 to H3 in analyzing data using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method in the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the help of smartPLS software version 4. The results of the study indicate that budget planning affects the level of budget absorption, the better and better the quality in planning a budget, the higher the level of budget absorption and can ensure that the budget is used effectively and efficiently. Likewise, the variable of human resource quality affects the level of budget absorption, indicating that the more qualified and competent the human resources available, the more optimal the level of budget absorption. While the procurement process of goods and services does not affect the level of budget absorption, the constraints in the research variables of the procurement process of goods and services obtained from the questionnaire are that the implementation and signing of contract documents by the procurement committee/officials takes a long time, but the Energy and Mineral Resources Service of Jambi Province has used e-procurement to facilitate the procurement process of goods and services.

Management Of Coffee-Based Gastronomy Tourism In Twenty Milli And Secondfloor Coffee Bali
Coffee-based gastronomic tourism has become a distinctive tourist attraction that combines culinary, cultural, and experiential elements. In Bali, Twenty Milli Coffee Roastery and Secondfloor Coffee represent leading examples of this tourism model. This research explores the activities and management strategies implemented by both cafés and evaluates their contributions to enhancing Bali’s tourism appeal. Using a mixed-methods approach, data were collected through observations, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. Qualitative data were analyzed using NVivo software for thematic coding, while quantitative data were processed using Likert scale and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results indicate that both cafés deliver high-quality tourism experiences, fulfilling visitor expectations in key areas such as attraction, amenities, accessibility, motivation (push and pull), and consumer behavior. Twenty Milli and Secondfloor Coffee successfully manage core resources, human, financial, technological, material, and market to build engaging and sustainable experiences. Exploring the Determinants of Local Government Financial Performance: Evidence from North Maluku Province, Indonesia
This study examines the impact of Regional Own-Source Revenue (PAD), General Allocation Fund (DAU), Regional Expenditure (BD), Special Allocation Fund (DAK), and Revenue Sharing Fund (DBH) on the financial performance of local governments in North Maluku Province, Indonesia. Using a saturated sampling method, the study analyzes panel data comprising 60 observations from 10 regencies/municipalities over the period 2019–2024. The financial performance is measured using the efficiency ratio of expenditure to revenue. Data were analyzed through multiple linear regression on panel data with EViews 13. The findings reveal that Regional Expenditure positively and significantly affects financial performance, suggesting that effective and targeted spending enhances fiscal outcomes. In contrast, PAD, DAU, DAK, and DBH exhibit no significant effects, indicating potential dependency on central transfers and inefficiencies in revenue utilization. These results highlight the importance of improving budget management and fiscal autonomy to enhance local government performance. This study contributes to the literature on fiscal decentralization by incorporating DBH as an explanatory variable and providing evidence from an underexplored region in Indonesia
