The Contribution of Digital Banking to The Macroeconomy: Opportunities and Challenges for Indonesian Sharia Banks in Malang City
This study aims to analyze the contribution of digital banking to macroeconomic growth, as well as to evaluate the opportunities, challenges, and policy implications of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) in Malang City. The approach used is quantitative with a survey method on BSI customers who use digital banking services. Data were analyzed using SPSS software through validity, reliability, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study indicate that the quality of digital banking services has a negative and insignificant effect on customer satisfaction. The dimensions of empathy and responsiveness are the dominant factors in shaping this satisfaction. Furthermore, customer satisfaction has been shown to contribute to local economic growth through increased consumption activities, MSME financing, and the intensity of digital financial transactions. This study also identifies that the digitalization of Islamic banking opens up great opportunities in expanding financial inclusion and service efficiency, although it still faces challenges such as digital literacy, data security, and technology adaptation. These findings provide implications for the development of strategic policies for digital-based Islamic banking in the region

The study used a quantitative approach with the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method and involved 203 nurses as respondents. The results showed that safety climate had a positive and significant effect on safety behavior, motivation, and knowledge. Motivation mediated the relationship between climate and safety behavior, while knowledge was not significant and did not mediate. These findings support the Theory of Planned Behavio

Raw Material Inventory Control in Frozen Street Food SMEs: Applications of JIT and MRP Techniques
Food SMEs still encounter multiple challenges in managing their raw materials, exemplified by ABC Cireng Factory, a small and medium-sized enteprise in the frozen processed street food sector located in Depok City, dealing with issues such as recurring supruses of tapioca flour raw materials, causing cost inefficiencies and irregularities in order frequencies and quantities monthly. This study aims to assess the inventory management of tapioca flour raw materials at the ABC Cireng Factory by utilizing the company's approach alongside the Just in Time (JIT) and Material Requirement Planning (MRP) methods; to compare all these methods, and ultimately, to suggest a more effective inventory control approach suitable to be implemented. The study reveals that the company's approach results in a total cost of tapioca flour raw material inventory amounting to IDR 11,197,514,500, with an annual raw material purchase of 525,400 kg and an order frequency of 200 times. Using the JIT approach, the overall inventory expense reaches IDR 35,667,065, with a single order size of 1,035 kg and an order frequency of 502 occurrences. In the MIDR approach utilizing the Lot for Lot (LFL) method, the overall inventory cost amounts to IDR 10,067,554,320, featuring a total raw material inventory of 474,950 kg annually and an order frequency of 44 times. With the MIDR method utilizing the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) approach, the overall inventory cost amounts to IDR 10,790,524,400 for an order quantity of 50,976 kg and an order frequency of 10 occurrences. The MIDR approach utilizing the LFL technique is the most appropriate method for implementation at the ABC Cireng Factory
Productivity Analysis On Company Xyz Using The Production, Organization, Sales, Product, Arbeiter, Capital (Pospac) Method
XYZ company experienced raw material failures that did not meet the company’s quality standards from February to December 2024, resulting in a 10.1% decrease in production and the company continues to suffer losses. This study aims to: (1) measure the level of productivity in production, organization, sales, products, labor, and capital; (2) analyze the factors causing the low productivity index; and (3) provide improvement recommendations to increase the company’s productivity. The Production, Organization, Sales, Product, Arbeiter, and Capital (POSPAC) method is used to measure productivity, while the fishbone diagram is applied to identify and analyze problem causes. The results from January to December 2024 show the greatest decline occurred in the sales element in March -39.430, while the smallest decline was in the product element in January -0.230. The key factors contributing to low productivity are inconsistent raw material quality, absence of quality control, lack of training and competency development, and no HR development programs related to finance. To enhance productivity, the company should establish raw material standards (color, aroma, moisture content), create a coffee quality control SOP based on these standards, conduct training to improve competencies in production, finance and assess the quality of raw materials

The Meaning Of The Implementation Of Sharia Management In Building Economic Resilience Of Halal Busines
The phenomenon of economic uncertainty triggered by global conditions with the character of VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) has challenged the resilience of micro and small business actors in various sectors, including halal businesses. In this context, sharia management has the strategic potential to become a foundation of value in building economic resilience that is just and blessed. This research aims to understand the meaning of the implementation of sharia management in building economic resilience in halal business actors in the food sector in Pasuruan, East Java. The approach used is qualitative with a case study design, involving three business actors, namely Rujak Mak Mut, Catering Ayun Wardah, and Tomoro Coffe Taman Dayu. Data were obtained through semi-structured interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles & Huberman thematic model. The results of the study show that the implementation of sharia management not only functions as a business management system, but also as a moral, spiritual, and social framework that strengthens business resilience. There are three main pillars that make up the resilience of the halal business economy: (1) sharia management as an ethical compass in decision-making, (2) integration of spirituality with adaptive strategies, (3) value-based innovation to maintain business sustainability. These findings confirm that economic resilience in an Islamic perspective is not solely measured by financial survival, but by the alignment between spiritual, social, and managerial strategies. The implications of this study underline the importance of strengthening spiritual and social capacity for halal MSME actors, as well as the need for an Islamic resilience framework model that places sharia values as the main pillar in national halal economic development policies
Solutions For Community-Based Tourism Development In The Mekong Delta Region
This study was conducted to propose solutions for community-based tourism development in the Mekong Delta region (MDR). Qualitative research methods (expert consultation and SWOT matrix analysis) were used to address the research objectives. Financial Performance and Company Value: Systematic Literature Review
This article aims to conduct a systematic literature review of empirical and theoretical studies in the last five years (2020–2024) which discuss the relationship between financial performance and company value in various countries. This research summarizes the most commonly used financial performance indicators, such as ROA, ROE, EPS, and NPM, and evaluates their contribution to company value. In addition, this article analyzes the consistency and variation of research results based on methodology, geographic location, industry type, and theoretical approaches such as signal, agency, and stakeholder theory. The literature selection process is carried out through leading databases (Scopus, Web of Science, Pro Quest) with certain inclusion criteria. The results of the review show that internal factors such as CSR, ESG, green innovation, and risk management generally have a positive influence on company performance and value, depending on the context in which they are applied. It is hoped that this article will become a critical and useful reference for future researchers in developing similar studies
