The number of respondents in this study was 275 students. Data was collected using a questionnaire instrument that measures the dimensions of entrepreneurial intention, including entrepreneurial interest, motivation, and readiness to start a business. Data analysis was carried out descriptively using frequency distribution. The results of the study show that the level of entrepreneurial intention of vocational school students in South Sulawesi Province is relatively high, with the majority of students showing a strong desire to be entrepreneurial after completing their education. No students were found in the low or very low category of entrepreneurial intentions. These findings indicate that entrepreneurship education in vocational schools, especially through entrepreneurial practice activities within UPS, has contributed positively to building an independent mindset, risk-taking courage, and students' confidence to become young entrepreneurs. This research makes a theoretical contribution to the development of literature on entrepreneurship education in the context of vocational education, as well as a practical contribution for education policymakers in designing learning programs that are oriented towards strengthening students' entrepreneurial spiri
Teachers, Parents, and Netizens: Social Dynamics in Shaping a Nonviolent Education Paradigm in Indonesia
The increasing number of reports filed by parents against teachers for alleged acts of violence toward students reflects a shifting value system and evolving power relations in Indonesia’s educational landscape. This issue transcends professional ethics and legal considerations, representing a broader social transformation influenced by public opinion in digital media. This study analyzes the roles of teachers, parents, and netizens in shaping a nonviolent education paradigm and examines how online discourse reconstructs authority within education. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, this research employs digital discourse analysis and targeted literature review of academic works, education policies, and social media posts (Twitter, Facebook, TikTok) published between 2020 and 2025. Data were thematically analyzed through the frameworks of Carl Rogers’s humanistic education theory and Paulo Freire’s critical pedagogy. The findings reveal three major themes: (1) the transformation of teacher–student relations toward empathy-based, nonviolent communication; (2) social media as a moral and ideological battleground redefining discipline and child protection; and (3) inconsistencies between child-friendly education policies and their practical implementation in schools. The study concludes that nonviolent education is not merely a normative ideal but a social process requiring a collective mindset shift, the integration of humanistic values into the curriculum, and the strengthening of ethical digital literacy across society. Its main contribution lies in integrating humanistic–critical pedagogical theories within Indonesia’s digital context, offering a triadic model of collaboration among teachers, parents, and the online public to build a peaceful and reflective education culture

The income change index value of 328.08% indicates that after the conversion of agricultural land to nickel mining industry land, the income of the Labota Village community has increased significantly. In detail, the community's income after the land conversion is more than three times (around 3.28 times) compared to their income before the change. Many people who previously relied on agriculture for their livelihoods have now shifted to mining and other sectors, such as trade and entrepreneurship, which have increased their incomes. However, this economic impact has also been accompanied by a reduction in agricultural land ownership. Many people have sold their land to mining companies, reducing the amount of productive land previously owned by farmers. This has the potential to reduce food security in villages and impact the sustainability of the agricultural sector

Career Readiness and Resilience as Predictors of Entrepreneurial Intention: The Mediating Role of Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy among University Students
Entrepreneurial intention (EI) among university students has become an increasingly important topic in entrepreneurship studies, particularly in developing economies where youth unemployment poses major challenges. Although earlier works have acknowledged the roles of career readiness and resilience in shaping EI, the mediating influence of entrepreneurial self-efficacy (ESE) has received less systematic attention. This study investigates how career readiness and resilience contribute to EI, with ESE positioned as a mediating construct.Survey data were obtained from 200 undergraduate students in Indonesia who were not enrolled in business programs. The dataset was analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) via SmartPLS 4. Measurement model assessment indicated strong reliability and convergent validity, while discriminant validity was confirmed using the Fornell–Larcker criterion and HTMT ratios. Structural model results revealed that career readiness exerts a significant effect on EI (β = 0.633, p < 0.001), both directly and indirectly through ESE. Likewise, resilience significantly predicted EI (β = 0.123, p < 0.01) and had a strong effect on ESE (β = 0.521, p < 0.001), which subsequently enhanced EI (β = 0.411, p < 0.001). Altogether, the model accounted for 82.3% of the variance in EI, demonstrating high explanatory power. The findings emphasize the crucial mediating role of ESE as a psychological channel through which career readiness and resilience translate into entrepreneurial motivation. This study adds to entrepreneurship research by linking psychological capital and career preparedness to entrepreneurial intention. From a practical standpoint, universities are encouraged to develop programs that foster resilience, strengthen career readiness, and build entrepreneurial self-efficacy, thereby equipping students not only to enter the labor market but also to create employment opportunities
Carbon Cost Accounting Model for the Indonesian Cement Industry
This study develops a carbon cost accounting model tailored to the Indonesian cement industry, a sector that represents one of the nation’s largest industrial contributors to CO₂ emissions. While Indonesia introduced a carbon tax in 2022, its effective implementation has been constrained by the lack of clear technical guidelines for integrating carbon costs into corporate accounting systems. Drawing upon environmental management accounting, legitimacy theory, stakeholder theory, and the triple bottom line framework, this research proposes a structured model to identify, measure, and allocate carbon-related costs—namely emission allowances, carbon taxes, and abatement costs—within financial reporting. Using a mixed-methods approach that combines qualitative insights from industry practitioners with quantitative analysis of economic and sustainability data, the model addresses critical gaps in current practices, enhances transparency, and supports regulatory compliance. Beyond compliance, it provides a strategic tool for improving resource efficiency, reducing emissions, and strengthening competitiveness in a carbon-constrained economy. Ultimately, the proposed framework seeks to empower Indonesian cement companies to better manage their environmental impact, align with global sustainability targets, and enhance long-term economic resilience.
