No full text شهد هذا العصر الحديث تقدما ملحوظا في استثمار الأموال في جميع المجالات، في الصناعة والشراكة والمعاملات المصرفية وغيرها، وهذا المشهد يستدعي العلماء إلى الاجتهاد في بيان الأحكام وإيجاد الحلول. وكتاب المعايير الشرعية تصدى للمهمة، واستدل بجملة من القواعد الفقهية، وجاء بحثي هذا مساهمة في خدمة هذا الكتاب، مع إيضاح وتقويم الاستدلال بقاعدة الحاجة في اختياراته. وذلك باتباع منهج استقراء مواطن الاستدلال بقاعدة الحاجة، وللوقوف على أقوال العلماء وأدلتهم، والمنهج التحليلي؛ لدراسة الأدلة وبيان مناسبتها للمدلول، وكذلك المنهج المقارن للوصول إلى الترجيح. واستقرأ الباحث كتاب المعايير الشرعية، ودرس المسائل التي تم الاختيار فيها مستندا إلى الحاجة، مع بيان قوة المدرك والاستناد وضعفهما، في المعاملات المالية. وتوصل الباحث إلى عدم جواز الإسهام في الشركات التي أصل نشاطها حلال، ولكنها تتعامل بالربا إيداعا واقتراضا، وأنه لا يجوز بيع وشراء أسهمها. وأنه يغفر في المعاملات المالية المجتمعة الغرر؛ لعدم إمكان مقابلة النقود بالنقود، والحقوق والديون والآلات بمثلهن. وكذلك يجوز عند الحاجة للبنك المتحول أداء العمليات السابقة غير الشرعية، بعد اتباع جميع الوسائل في الامتناع. ويوصي الباحث بوجه عام مواصلة دراسة كتاب المعايير وخدمته علميا؛ لاعتماد كثير من المؤسسات المالية الإسلامية عليه، برجوع كثير من هيئات الرقابة إليه، والاستفادة منه.
الكلمات المفتاحية: الاستدلال، قاعد الحاجة تنزل منزلة الضرورة، المعايير الشرعية.This modern era has witnessed remarkable progress in investing money in all fields, in industry, partnership, banking transactions and others, and this scene calls for scholars to diligence in clarifying provisions and finding solutions, and the book of Sharia standards addressed the task, and inferred a number of jurisprudential rules, and my research came this contribution to the service of this book, with clarification and evaluation of inference base need in his choices. By following the method of extrapolating the points of inference by the rule of need, and to find out the statements and evidence of scientists, and the analytical method, to study the evidence and indicate its suitability for the significance, as well as the comparison method to reach weighting. The researcher extrapolated the book of Sharia standards, and studied the issues in which the selection was made based on need, with an indication of the strength and weakness of perception and reliance in financial transactions. The researcher concluded that it is not permissible to contribute to companies whose activity is halal, but they deal with usury in deposit and borrowing, and that it is not permissible to buy and sell their shares. In combined financial transactions, it is forgiven gharar because it is not possible to meet money with money, rights, debts and machinery with their likeness. It is also permissible, when necessary, for the converted bank to perform previous illegal operations, after following all means of abstention. In general, the researcher recommends continuing to study the standards book and serve it scientifically, because many Islamic financial institutions rely on it, so that many supervisory bodies refer to it and benefit from it.

No full text تشهد فلسطين، كما العالم العربي وغيره، ارتفاعا في معدلات الطلاق. وهو ما يدفع المهتمين لتصميم برامج تحضيرية للمقبلين على الزواج، يمكنها تقديم بعض الاقتراحات الوقائية للحيلولة دون وقوع الطلاق وزيادة انتشاره. وهو ما دفعنا لتقديم اقتراحٍ بهذا الخصوص يستفيد من الجهود العالمية ويلائم طبيعة المجتمع الفلسطيني. وقد تم تقديم ذلك ابتداءً كرسالة ماجستير بجامعة النجاح الوطنية، لمدلل بإشراف الشاعر، ثم تمّ استلال هذا الموضوع من تلك الرسالة لتطويره ونشره نظراً لأهمية الموضوع وحيوية المقترح.
عالميًاً، استخدمت كثير من المجتمعات برامج تحضير قبل الزواج. ويُعتبر برنامج Prepare-Enrich (PE) أكثرها تميزاً، وهو يستند على تسعة أبعاد منها: الإدارة المالية، ومهارات الاتصال، وأدوار العلاقة. تمت دراسة (PE) وتكييفه ليتناسب مع خصوصية المجتمع الفلسطيني.
كما ناقشت الدراسة احتياجات المجتمع المحلي مع مختصين في قضايا الزواج في فلسطين ومقارنتها بالعناصر الرئيسة لأبعاد برنامج (PE). تطابقت معظم الأبعاد الأساسية ل(PE) مع وجهة نظر المختصين، وذلك في عدة مجالاتٍ، من أهمها مهارات الاتصال وأدوار العلاقة والحقوق والواجبات. وحازت الإدارة المالية بين الأزواج على إجماع بقوتها في بناء علاقة صحية بين الأزواج. تناول (PE) بُعدي العلاقة الحميمية والأنشطة الترفيهية في حين غض المختصون الطرف عنهما، رغم وجود أصل شرعي لهما.
ختاما: دمج البرنامجُ المقترحُ الأبعادَ الأساسية في (PE) مع وجهات نظر المختصين بقضايا الزواج في منظومة تراعي طبيعة المجتمع الفلسطيني. Lately, Palestine has experienced noticeable increase in divorce rates. Therefore, proposing a premarital preparation program in Palestine becomes a powerful approach to sustain a healthy marriage. This was initially submitted as a master's thesis at An-Najah National University, and this topic was then extracted from that thesis for publication due to the importance of the subject and the vitality of the proposal.
Globally, people have used a couple of premarital programs of which “Prepare-Enrich” has proved to be superior. Prepare-Enrich has been profoundly studied, analyzed and adapted to fit the Palestinian society. Based on an online couple assessment, Prepare-Enrich program classifies relationships between couples into strength areas to enhance and growth areas to develop. These areas include financial management, communications skills, relationship roles, etc.
For establishing a Palestinian premarital program, key elements of dimensions to be considered have been identified and discussed with community specialists. Dimensions of major interest to community specialists, namely religion and culture, match with those of Prepare-Enrich program. Financial management has got significant attention to strengthen couples' relationships. While intimate relationship has been highlighted in Prepare-Enrich program, it has been ignored by community specialists. This is due to constraints imposed by local culture that has no room to mention or discuss this sensitive subject.
The program proposed for the Palestinian society does successfully address issues raised by Prepare-Enrich program and take into account perspectives of community specialists

The Influence of Social Media on Customer Decision-Making: A Case Study of the Real Estate Industry in Saudi Arabia

Effect of Working Capital Management on Financial Performance of Islamic Banking in Nigeria
No full textMuch attention is now focused towards Islamic banking, as some scholars have claimed that it has a uniqueness in managing risk. The objective of this study is to examine the role of working capital management on the financial performance of Islamic banks in Nigeria. Audited financial statements of a famous Islamic bank in Nigeria, Jaiz bank Plc from 2013-2022 were used to extract data for the variables listed. Purposive sampling was used to select the series. Generalized least square was used to test the three hypotheses. The regression results of hypothesis 1 indicated that, day sales outstanding (Murabaha receivables) is positively and insignificantly related to financial performance. The coefficient of 0.000905 signifies that 1% increase in Murabaha receivables will translate into 0.000905 increase in financial performance of Jaiz bank. This finding adds to the continuous debate that Islamic banks should move from Murabaha products that are less risky to profit sharing products such as mudharaba and musharaka. The result of hypothesis II reveals that customers’ deposit (DPO) has significant negative impact on financial performance of Jaiz bank with a coefficient of -0.002438. Hence, one percent increase in delay payment to customers will increase the bank financial performance by 0.002438. This will increase liquidity, and also serve as an opportunity for investing in liquid assets such as Sukuk or other short-term marketable securities. That will motivate customer deposits, and hence improve the bank’s financial performance, and consequently increase shareholders’ value. The hypothesis III shows a coefficient of 0.1135 which reveals that when other bank balance is increased by 1%, financial performance will reduce by 0.1135. Although this is not unconnected with the fact that some balances are with Central Bank and yield no interest. To enrich this concept, it is recommended to extend the study to other Islamic banks, or make a comparative study between Islamic and conventional banks

In the context of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030, which aims to diversify the economy and reduce dependence on oil, IT SMEs are positioned as crucial players in driving economic growth, fostering innovation, and creating high-quality jobs. This study explores the role of technological innovation and digital transformation in enhancing the competitiveness of IT SMEs in Saudi Arabia. Through a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews with IT SME leaders, the study examines factors such as innovation capability, access to digital infrastructure, the regulatory environment, and leadership in driving competitiveness. The findings indicate that digital transformation significantly mediates the relationship between innovation and competitiveness, underscoring the importance of strategic investment in technology. The study also highlights the challenges IT SMEs face, including limited access to cutting-edge technology, regulatory complexities, and the need for skilled personnel. Practical recommendations are provided for IT SMEs to align their strategies with the objectives of Vision 2030, and for policymakers to create a more supportive environment for innovation and digital transformation. This study contributes to the body of knowledge on SME competitiveness in emerging economies and provides actionable insights for business leaders and policymakers in Saudi Arabia
