INNOVATIVE CULTURE AND PERSONAL VALUES: ENTREPRENEURIAL PERSPECTIVE FROM GRADUATING STUDENTS OF SELECTED PRIVATE UNIVERSITIES IN OGUN STATE, NIGERIA.
Entrepreneurship edification had been indoctrinated in Nigerian university curriculum, yet many graduates still find it challenging to be self-employed. This appeared to make university support on entrepreneurship to students to be inadequate. Thus, the objective of this paper is to investigate the impact of innovative culture, personal values on graduating students’ entrepreneurial tendency. Survey research design was engaged with data from graduating undergraduates’ students of Babcock, Covenant, Bells and Crawford Universities in Nigeria. A multi-stage sampling technique was used, 394 questionnaires were administered but 379 were duly filled and found usable. The descriptive statistics and regression analysis were employed as methods of data analysis. The result indicated that university’s innovative culture does not have a significant effect on personal values of the students to starting a business (R = 0.026, R2 = 0.001, P=0.412>0.05). This paper therefore concludes that private Universities in Nigeria need to be more supportive and encourage entrepreneurial innovative culture
Rejuvenation of Aged Asphalt Binders by Waste Engine Oil and SBS Blend: Physical, Chemical, and Rheological Properties of Binders and Mechanical Evaluations of Mixtures
Due to the poor cracking performance of aged binders, the use of reclaimed asphalt pavement (RAP) in road pavements is limited. When applying a greater RAP percentage, the use of a rejuvenator is necessary. The rejuvenator's unfavourable softening impact, on the other hand, causes the pavement to be vulnerable to rutting. As a result, RAP binders with optimized rutting and fatigue cracking properties are required. Therefore, this study was carried out to evaluate the simultaneous effects of 70% waste engine oil (WEO) and 30% SBS copolymer as a compound rejuvenator (WS-rejuvenator) on the performance of asphalt binders and mixtures containing RAP binders of 30% and 50%. The physical, chemical and rheological properties of asphalt binders were evaluated using the conventional tests, SARA (Saturate, Aromatic, Resin, and Asphaltene) analysis, FTIR test, thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA), DSR, and BBR. The mechanical properties of mixtures were examined using the Marshall, indirect tensile strength, moisture damage, rutting, and aggregate coating tests. The findings showed that WS-rejuvenator at 5% and 10% recovered the physical characteristics of asphalt binders containing 30% and 50% RAP, respectively. Furthermore, WS-rejuvenator was able to compensate for the light components of the RAP binder that were lost over time. As a consequence, the behavior of the RAP binder at high, moderate, and low temperatures was recovered to that of the virgin binder. By mixing the RAP binder with the compound rejuvenator, the oxygenation indices were effectively reduced. The TGA revealed that the thermal stability of regenerated binders was equivalent to that of the virgin binders. In addition, the mechanical properties of regenerated mixes were enhanced in comparison to the control mixture. In summary, the adoption of RAP and WEO-SBS rejuvenator in asphalt mixtures show promising outcomes to enhance greener pavement materials application in the future

Class-based Digital Attendance Management System with Computer Vision
Attendance taking is an age long practice used to validate a student’s presence in class. The traditional attendance system is done with pen and paper where students write their names on the attendance sheet. This method is marred with a lot of irregularities, inefficiencies and proxy attendance(s) where students record attendance for their friends and classmates who are not present in class. This paper, therefore, develops an attendance management system that leverages on computer vision technology to detect and recognize faces and a file management system to record the recognized faces against a spreadsheet of students present in a class session. It employed a face-recognition library built using dlib’s and a deep learning mechanism with an accuracy of 99.38%, OpenCV, Pandas, and web app technology, namely HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and python/flask. The database design was based on the resident computer file system and a CVS file type was used to handle the row-column structure of the attendance records. The panda library was implemented to mimic a structured query language. This research paper has been able to solve the problem of proxy attendance recorded in a manual attendance system by recording the registered students’ attendance automatically as they walk into the class

E-commerce system has become more popular and implemented in almost all business areas. E-commerce system is a platform for marketing and promoting the products to customer through online. Customer segmentation is known as a process of dividing the customers into groups which shares similar characteristics. The purpose of customer segmentation is to determine how to deal with customers in each category in order to increase the profit of each customer to the business. Segmenting the customers assist business to identify their profitable customer to satisfy their needs by optimizing the services and products. Therefore, customer segmentation helps E-commerce system to promote the right product to the right customer with the intention to increase profits. There are few types of customer segmentation factors which are demographic psychographic, behavioral, and geographic. In this study, customer behavioral factor has been focused. Therefore users will be analyzed using clustering algorithm in determining the purchase behavior of E-commerce system. The aim of clustering is to optimize the experimental similarity within the cluster and to maximize the dissimilarity in between clusters. In this study there are relationship between three clusters: event type, products, and categories. In this research, the proposed approach analyzed the groups that share similar criteria to help vendors to identify and focus on the high profitable segment to the least profitable segment. This type of analysis can play important role in improving the business. Grouping their customer according to their similar behavioral factor to sustain their customer for long-term and increase their business profit. It also enables high exposure of the e-offer to gain attention of potential customers. In order to process the collected data and segment the customers, an learning algorithm is used which is known as K-Means clustering. K-Means clustering is implemented to solve the clustering problems
