COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION FOR SUSTAINABLE INCLUSION OF EDUCATIONALLY DEPRIVED CHILDREN IN SCHOOLS OF NORTH DINAJPUR, WEST BENGAL, INDIA
The paper delves into the sustainability aspect of child education, emphasizing the widespread agreement on the crucial role of community involvement in improving the quality of education. This consensus is underpinned by the Right to Education (RTE) Act of 2009, which mandates the establishment of School Management Committees (SMCs) comprising parents, teachers, and local authorities. The primary objective of these committees is to enhance educational outcomes and create a conducive learning environment. Research consistently underscores the positive correlation between parental engagement and children's academic success. However, it is crucial to note that effective engagement in rural areas must be tailored to local contexts. The paper's focus on North Dinajpur district stems from the region's alarming literacy rates, particularly among females, with only 36.5%. Additionally, the high prevalence of early marriages, affecting 39% of the population, serves as a compelling motivation for this study. Drawing on prior experiences and available data, the present paper sets out to evaluate community-driven initiatives aimed at mainstreaming educationally disadvantaged children into elementary schools. Emphasis is placed on the imperative of a rights-based approach, highlighting that education is a fundamental right for all children, regardless of their background. The study meticulously examines whether social work interventions and community strengthening efforts contribute to the sustainable inclusion of marginalized children within the educational system. It also seeks to unravel the multifaceted dynamics in rural and urban North Dinajpur, shedding light on the challenges and successes of community-driven educational initiatives to mainstream out-of-school children in schools. Ultimately, the paper strives to contribute valuable insights into the broader discourse on education quality and community participation, with the aspiration of improving educational outcomes for all children, especially those facing socio-economic challenges in rural and urban areas
Utilizing Classifier Algorithms to Analyze Lending Activity at The Sumsel Babel Bank's Pagar Alam Branch
Everyday living requires accurate information, and knowledge will play a significant role
in civilization's present and future growth. It is not sufficient to rely solely on operational data
when using existing data in information systems to assist decision-making activities; data analysis
is necessary to fully realize the potential of the information already available. The government and
banking currently work together to distribute foreign exchange credit, which helps MSMEs who
want to expand their businesses by providing additional capital. Bad credit cannot be separated
from lousy credit when granting bank credit, one of the issues that banks nowadays frequently
face. Additionally, a credit analyst must conduct manual research and analysis to evaluate the
business circumstances of potential debtors that are anticipated to affect their capacity to perform
their obligations to the Bank while reviewing the distribution of foreign credit to MSMEs. In this
research, a classifier algorithm was applied to create a prediction model to predict the customer
before the lending application was used and process to pass the lending process in Bank Sumsel,
branch Pagar Alam. The experiment was conducted, and based on our data and model, the result
obtained 85.54% accuracy based on the Random Forest classifier model. The result shows the
algorithm is entirely reasonable in predicting customer data

BEYOND SCREENS- NETFLIX'S SAGA IN BANGLADESH
Netflix, the globally renowned online streaming service, made its foray into the Bangladeshi
market in 2016, offering subscribers access to a vast library of Movies and TV-Series through its
diverse plans. Despite the platform's popularity, the number of Bangladeshi subscribers stands at
approximately 200,000, a figure steadily increasing each month. However, the absence of a robust
tax collection mechanism has left the Bangladeshi government unable to harness the potential
revenue stream, estimated at around $21 million annually. This incongruity stems from subscribers
predominantly utilizing international credit cards and gift card purchases for subscription
payments, contributing to a taxation challenge. In the context of Bangladesh's economic landscape,
characterized by a predominantly low-income population, the adoption of paid entertainment
services, exemplified by Netflix, encounters resistance. This resistance emanates from concerns
about affordability, with a significant portion of the population expressing hesitation to allocate
funds for entertainment purposes. Criticisms range from perceived high pricing structures to
complexities in payment systems. As the dynamics of entertainment consumption evolve within
Bangladesh, this exploration delves into the challenges and nuances surrounding Netflix's presence
in a socio-economically diverse landscape
FOSTERING SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT IN EDUCATION: ADDRESSING PRACTICES AND PERSPECTIVES FOR THE TWENTY-FIRST CENTURY
The importance of education in fostering practices that contribute to sustainable development is
examined in this study. Educating towards Sustainable Development, or ESD, has made
significant progress in gaining recognition from worldwide commissions and organizations
during the past few decades. In 2004, the United Nations proclaimed that the period from 2005
to2014 would be the Decade of Education for Sustainable Development. To equip people with
the information necessary to maintain sustainability in their communities and nations, it is
notadequate to rely exclusively on the formal education system, which only has an impact on
individualsfor a finite amount of time. Fortunately, ESD goes beyond what istaught in traditional
schools and requires coordination in between both the formal and informal educational sectors.
These sectors include nature centers, non-governmental organisations, educators in public health,
and agricultural extension agents. In addition, educating people about the need of sustainability
is a task that never ends. In the best case scenario, these several sectors would work together to
promote ESD to the broader public by concentrating their efforts on certain groups of people and
problems that are relevant to sustainability. On a worldwide basis, there is a growing consensus
that education for sustainable development (ESD) is an essential ingredient in good educational
practise. It is important to note that ESD has been incorporated into both the Muscat Agreement
and the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, both of which are associated with the Global
Education for All Meeting. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships that exist
among human development, ESD, sustainable development, and the Sustainable Development
Goals (also known as SDGs). It highlights the significance of ESD in the global education debate
and emphasises the relationship between education and the attainment of all of the Sustainable
Development Goals (SDGs), with aparticular focus on ESD
Hexyltrimethylammonium Bromide Solutions at 278.15: A Dielectric Investigation on Micelle Relaxation and Hydration
We have examined the dielectric relaxation of hexyltrimethylammonium bromide
solutions at 278.15 K and at 298.15 K in order to investigate the impact of hydrophobic and
hydrophilic hydration on temperature. The dynamics of micelles and their hydrophilic and
hydrophobic hydration of n-hexyltrimethylammonium bromide solutions are investigated at a
low temperature of 278.15 K using dielectric measurements. The concentration ranged from
0.0982 to 0.8534 mol•dm-3, and the frequency range covered from 0.2 to 89 GHz. Four Debye
processes added together fit all the spectra. Micelle relaxation processes are visible below the
critical micelle concentration, which denotes premicellar aggregation. The relaxation
mechanisms were investigated with the aid of Grosse's hypothesis. Due to the radial and
tangential diffusion of unbound and bound counter ions around the charged micelles, the two
low frequencies are consequently ascribed to these processes. The hydrophilic hydration, in
which the water molecules are entirely immobilised, is shown to be temperature independent.
On the other side, at lower temperatures, the hydrophobic hydration rise
The Effect of Reaction Time on the Viscosity and Density of Tetraethyl Orthosilicate from Silica of Rice Husk Ash
TEOS is a material widely used in various industrial fields. One source of silica
(SiO2) is rice husk ash. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of reaction
time on viscosity and density in making TEOS from rice husk silica. Silica resulting from
the purification of rice husk ash is used in the TEOS manufacturing process by examining
the variation of reaction time. One mole of ethanol (58.4 ml) and 0.25 mole (7 gr) of silica
powder were added to a 250 ml round bottom flask, followed by the addition of 1 gr of
CuO/Al2O3 catalyst. The mixture was then refluxed for 30, 35, 40, 45, and 50 hours with
effective stirring at a temperature of 90°C. The FTIR characterization results show that there
are three main functional groups: the -OH, Si-O, and C-O groups in the five TEOS synthesis
results. Wave numbers of the –OH functional groups obtained ranged from 3349 cm-1
to
3315 cm-1
; Si-O functional groups ranged from 813 cm-1
to 606 cm-1
, and C-O functional
groups ranged from 1105 cm-1
to 1040 cm-1
. Reaction time has a significant effect on the
viscosity and density of the resulting TEOS. The findings indicate that reaction time does
not significantly affect the viscosity of TEOS solutions within the investigated time frame.
The viscosity values obtained fall within the acceptable range for commercial TEOS,
indicating successful production of TEOS solutions with suitable flow characteristics.
However, the density values obtained do not meet the requirements for commercial TEOS,
highlighting the need for further optimization
Use of AI to Recreate and Repatriate Lost, Destroyed or Stolen Paintings: The 1785 Parisian Salon Case Study
This study investigates the efficacy of artificial intelligence (AI) in the field of
artwork restoration, focusing on lost, stolen, or destroyed artworks. Employing a dual approach that combines traditional manual restoration techniques with advanced generative AI
tools, the research centers on a case study of the 1785 Parisian Salon. Itspecifically examines
the reconstitution of Antoine François Callet's painting, Achilles Dragging the Body of Hector, unveiled alongside Jacques-Louis David's Oath of the Horatii. The study utilizes Easy
Diffusion and Stable Diffusion 2.1 technologies for inpainting and colorization processes.
These AI tools are employed in concert with manual restoration practices to recreate the
Callet painting. The methodology also includes the use of secondary visual materials, such
as Pietro Martini's 1785 engraving of the Salon Carré, to inform the AI's trained dataset. The
application of generative AI in this context significantly accelerates the restoration process.
However, the study identifies a critical issue where successive AI-based inpainting iterations
lead to a degradation in color fidelity and detail precision. This degradation is evidenced by
the emergence of unintended artifacts and a loss of visual coherence in the restored images.
While AI significantly expedites the artwork restoration process, its integration with manual
techniques is crucial to mitigate the loss of artistic detail and color accuracy. The study's
findings emphasize the need for a balanced approach that leverages the strengths of both AI
and traditional restoration methods. This integrative strategy is essential for preserving the
original artistic essence of artworks, contributing significantly to the fields of art restoration
and digital humanities
Optimizing Rail System Stability: Investigating Wear Patterns in Adjustable Steel Washer Equipped Base Plate Designs
The rail fastening system is a critical component ensuring the secure attachment
of rails, thereby playing a pivotal role in track safety and the prevention of derailments.
Key constituents, including rail clamps, tensioning bolts, washers, elastomer pads, and base
plates, collectively contribute to the system's efficacy. In the context of Malaysia, the base
plate design has remained unchanged for more than a decade. Notably, the adjustable
washer, crucial for absorbing train vibrations, encounters compatibility issues with the teeth
configuration of the base plate. Consequently, excessive rotational force is necessitated
during installation, resulting in initial deformation and wear. This adversely affects the
performance of both the base plate and the rail fastening system. To address these
challenges, this research undertakes a comprehensive investigation and analysis aimed at
enhancing the performance and design of the base plate and its associated components. The
outcomes reveal a redesigned base plate capable of reducing stress on the tooth structure
by an impressive 69.4%
