Effect of Body Weight Exercises for COVID-19 Survivors
Background: People recovered from the global pandemic of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) are known as COVID-19 Survivors. After recovery from COVID-19, Survivors faced multifarious health problems, still future research is required on disease and its long terms effects. Most of the COVID-19 survivors are suffering with Musculoskeletal system problems and they are affected by acute peripheral and respiratory skeletal muscle dysfunction accompanied by polyneuropathy and myopathy which resulted in decreased muscle strength, limited physical activity, impaired functional performance. Hence our study was undertaken with an intention to provide Body Weight exercises for COVID-19 Survivors to improve muscle strength.The aim of the study was to provide Body Weight exercises for COVID-19 Survivors.
Method: A randomized controlled trial was conducted on covid-19 Survivors by following PAR-Q and ACSM risk stratification. Covid-19 survivors were divided into 2 groups. Group-A and Group-B based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. The subjects were fully explained about the study and after getting their consent. The outcomes used in the study were 6minute walk test, sit and reach test. Group-A was treated with conventional exercises and group-B was treated with Body Weight exercises.
Result: The result of the study showed that there was a significant difference between the group -A and group-B. Statistical analysis of posttest vales of 6minute walk test and sit and reach test revealed that Covid-19 survivors who received Body Weight exercises in group-B showed marked improved compared to Group-A, the p value for both the outcomes are less than 0.001(P< 0.001).
Conclusion: Statistical analysis of posttest vales of group-A and Group-B revealed that there was a significant difference between both the groups. This study concluded that both groups resulted in positive outcomes but group-B with Body Weight exercises showed higher level of positive outcome in improving muscle strength when compared with group-A

SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING FACTORS AFFECTING CONSUMER PURCHASE INTENTION OF COSMETIC PRODUCTS IN JAKARTA, INDONESIA: THE MEDIATING ROLE OF CUSTOMER TRUST
Today, customer depend on social media for product and service information which indirectly lead companies to optimise their spending on it. The research aimed to bridge the gap in the difficulty in quantifying the extent to which social media marketing could affect the purchase intention and impacts customers' purchasing decisions. The study examined impact of information quality on a brand’s social media content and electronic word of mouth on customer purchase intention; social media influencer impact on purchase intention of cosmetic product and trust as mediator of social media influencers and consumer purchase intention on the cosmetic product. Quantitative methodology was used to test the association between social media marketing factors (information quality, e-WOM, and social media influencers) toward purchase intention. 100 customers aged 18 to 50 from Jakarta, Indonesia completed online questionnaire through social media platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and telegram). Smart PLS 4.0 software was used to analysed the data. The findings showed that social media information quality and electronic word of mouth positively affected customer purchasing intention; The effect of social media influencers’ negative direct effect on influenced customer intention. However, customer trust has a significant mediator effect between social media influencers and consumer purchase intention on the cosmetic product. The contribution of findings included better social media advertising; improve information quality; effective EWOM; need the right social media influencer to improve customer purchasing intention. The novelty of the research was that the study was conducted among Indonesian during post pandemic and the insignificant effect of social media influencers on customer purchase intention in Jakarta, which is contrary to several previous literatures
Implementation of an Object-Oriented Goods Inventory Application at PT XYZ
Effective and efficient inventory system management is very important in a company. PT XYZ is
still doing manual recording in the process of managing its goods. The purpose of this research is
to develop an inventory application to facilitate the management of goods and the preparation of
reports. The method used in application development is Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
which can be done modularly and is easier to maintain. The data collection method is carried out
by direct observation and study of relevant research literature. The application testing uses the
Black Box method which has met expectations, menu features and objects run according to design.
This research produces an inventory application that can make the inventory process at PT XYZ
more effective based on test results which show that all application functions are running wel
RELATIONSHIP OF SOFT SKILLS AND EMPLOYEES PERFORMANCE OF HOTELS IN CHINA
More and more companies realize that employees are one of the important factors for the
company’s further development. If you want to develop better in the information age, you must
have a group of outstanding employees. Therefore, the training plan to improve employee
performance is a relatively important work in human resource management. Hard skills are just
our visible professional and technical indicators, while soft skills are invisible indicators, and they
are also a scale to measure a person's ability to handle things. This research aims to investigate
how soft skills affect the performance of employees at Hotels in China. This study adopts
convenience sampling and analyzes the data from 158 questionnaires distributed through SPSS.
The analysis results will find out the more important and useful skills in Hotel. This study was
conducted at the Guizhou Province, China. Three soft skills of communication, negotiation, and
leadership were tested to be positively correlated with the performance of hotel employees. This
research also allowed us to identify which soft skills are most important to a team to enable the
overall team to succeed. This research can provide a reference for the human resource
management of hotels to plan the soft skill development training of employees
Forecasting Member Churn in Medical Insurance through Machine Learning Analysis
The insurance industry faces an escalating challenge with increasing customer churn, spurred by
global advancements in technology. The ease with which customers can compare policies, explore
new offers, and switch providers online has intensified industry competition. This phenomenon
has led to substantial revenue loss for many companies, as acquiring new customers often incurs
higher costs than retaining existing ones. Recognizing the paramount importance of client
retention, this research addresses the issue by proposing a Churn Prediction System tailored for
the medical insurance sector. The system leverages machine learning models to forecast whether
an existing customer is likely to churn, crucial for proactive retention strategies. To determine the
most effective algorithm for this task, four models—Logistic Regression, Random Forest Decision
Tree, Support Vector Machine, and Artificial Neural Network—are tested. The Random Forest
Classifier emerges as the optimal performer which achieve accuracy of 90%

The goal of this research is to execute bandwidth analysis and management so that the bandwidth
obtained by each client is distributed evenly at the Department of Information and Communication
in Palembang City. This department serves as a computer network linked to an ISP (Internet
Service Provider). The issue at the Palembang City Communication and Information Office is the
lack of bandwidth control, which causes the internet access speed to fluctuate. As a result,

FLEXIBLE WORK ARRANGEMENTS IN IMPROVING THE WORK-LIFE BALANCE OF WOMEN WORKING IN PRIVATE SECTOR OF MALAYSIA: A CONCEPTUAL PAPER
This study explores the impact of the Flexible Work Arrangement (FWAs) on the work-life
balance of women employees within private sector organization. FWAs plays a key role in
addressing the realities of today’s workplace for women’s work life balance. In line with this
reasoning, this study examined the relationship between impacts of FWAs such as flexible work
hours, remote work, and job sharing and improving women work life balance in Private sector of
Malaysia. This study will identify the objectives and research questions as well as examines the
relevant hypothesis which focuses on three primary factors contributing to women's work-life
balance such as flexible work hours, remote work, and job sharing. At the end of the study, three
hypotheses will be examined to validate the research's objectives and questions. To collect data on
factors affecting women's work-life balance within specific demographic profiles. This study
employs a quantitative approach that includes survey questionnaires. The research methodology
involves the distribution of questionnaires to working women within the private sector in Malaysia.
The study found that FWAs have a significant impact on women's work-life balance in the private
sector in Malaysia. This underscores their vital role in improving the lives of career women and
contributing to organizational succes
Tensile Properties of Wood Sawdust Fibre Reinforced Epoxy Composites
This study conducts an extensive examination of the tensile properties of epoxy resin
composites strengthened with wood sawdust fiber. It emphasizes the potential of these
composites as a sustainable and cost-effective substitute in the automotive industry. Sawdust
particles with a mesh size of 100 and weights of 10%, 20%, and 30% are mixed with epoxy
resin in this experiment so that tensile stress and tensile modulus under load can be observed
in detail. The fabrication process involved the manual lay-up of tensile specimens. The results
indicate that the tensile properties of composites containing 20% sawdust are an unexpected
30% superior to those comprising 10% filler loading. In contrast, micrograph tensile fracture
examinations unveiled the presence of agglomeration and air bubble, factors that compromised
the accuracy of the findings. The results demonstrate the critical nature of optimizing the
sawdust content to attain the optimal equilibrium in the mechanical properties of composites.

The Comparison between the Strength of Stabilized Cement Clay Columns and Remolded Cement Clay Samples
The addition of a stabilizer i.e. cement or lime changes the clay particles in the
clayey soils. Instead of the plate-like or flaky shape of particles, the formation of CSH or
CAH cluster which has spider or hairy cluster shapes (under scanning electron microscope)
has created bonding which increased the shear strength of the stabilized soils significantly.
According to BS 1924, in preparing the soil samples for unconfined compression, the
stabilized soils need to be compacted to a certain degree of compaction utilizing dynamic
compaction. The author suggested that this dynamic compaction, without any measurement
regarding what was the energy amount being imposed on the stabilized soil samples, might
damage the CSH clusters or CSH matrix gel thus resulting in non-reliable results on the
strength of the laboratory-prepared specimens. This result also does not resemble the
strength developed in cement columns or lime columns in the field. The study is divided
into three major stages. The first was the preparation of samples for UCT based on BS 1924,
which were compacted using static packing pressure (SPp). Secondly is the development of
a small-scale physical model to study the undrained shear strength of the stabilized kaolinite.
Thirdly, the preparation of UCT samples compacted to a pre-determined packing pressure
(PPp). Pre-determined packing pressure is 50% of the (SPp). It was found that reducing 50%
of the (SPp) has reduced the strength of samples significantly. The strength of the samples
compacted to 100% SPp is approximately ten times higher than that of the uncompacted
cement column strength after 56 days of curing. The ionic conductivity trend shows that as
the strength increases, the conductivity value decreases. This finding has led to the
conclusion that electric or ionic conductivity tests can be applied as supporting tests in
predicting the strength development in cement-stabilized kaolinite
