    This study aimed to explore the role of electronic management in enhancing the quality of public services, focusing on key concepts related to electronic management and its elements. It highlighted its relationship with the quality of public services from the perspective of employees in a sample of municipalities in Mila province (Ferdjioua, Wadi El Nejaa, and Rouashed). To achieve its objectives, a questionnaire was developed consisting of three dimensions: personal data, measuring electronic management elements in institutions, and measuring the quality of public services. After collecting and processing the data using SPSS software, 56 questionnaires were analyzed. The study found that one of the most prominent results was that the elements of electronic management, including hardware, software, communication networks, and human resources, have a significant impact on the quality of public services. The study concluded with a set of recommendations, among which was urging the institutions involved to increase their focus on electronic management across its various components, given its significant role in facilitating tasks and providing better services, thus achieving citizen satisfaction

    The study aimed to identify the impact of knowledge sharing on organizational loyalty among the professors of the Institute of Economic and Commercial Sciences and Management at the Abdelhafid Boussouf Mila University Center. To achieve this goal, a sample of 50 professors was surveyed. The research relied on the descriptive analytical method, and a questionnaire was distributed to collect data. After analyzing the results, it was found that there is a statistically significant impact at the level of (0.05) of knowledge sharing on organizational loyalty among the professors of the Institute of Economic and Commercial Sciences and Management at the Abdelhafid Boussouf Mila University Center.هدفت الدر ا سة إلى التعرف على أثر التشارك المعرفي على الولاء التنظيمي لدى أساتذة معهد العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير بالمركز الجامعي عبد الحفيظ بوالصوف ميلة ، ولأجل تحقيق هذا الهدف تم. استطلاع عينة من الأساتذة والبالغ عددهم 50 أستاذا، واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وتم توزيع الاستمارة لجمع البيانات، وبعد تحليل النتائج اتضح وجود تأثير ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى ( 0.05 ( للتشارك المعرفي على الولاء التنظيمي لدى أساتذة معهد العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير بالمركز الجامعي عبد الحفيظ بوالصوف ميل

    Inflation is one of the economic problems that the Algerian economy suffers from, which is caused by many factors and variables that contribute to increasing its rates and pushing local price levels to rise. Therefore, this study aims to measure the impact of one of the factors that can affect inflation, which is foreign capital inflows through an econometric study of annual data during the period 1990-2019 using FMOLS method. The study concluded that there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between inflation and foreign capital inflows, as well as the controlling variables included in the model, in addition to a significant positive effect of foreign capital inflows on inflation in Algeria during the study period

Each particular area has many bases that need to be organized at the same time. For someone to come up with a schedule that organizes these various tasks without any flaws, it is considered hardly impossible.     This study aims to determine the role that electronic administration provides in improving university performance. The theoretical framework for both electronic administration and performance was presented, and to highlight the role that electronic administration provides in improving university performance. Therefore, the following main question was raised: What is the role of electronic administration in improving the erformance of Algerian universities?In order to answer it, we relied on the descriptive approach, in addition to using a questionnaire tool to collect data, as it consists of two axes, the first related to electronic management and its dimensions. (Computers and devices, networks, databases and human resources). The second axis is related to university performance. In order to analyze the answers, the statistical analysis program for the social sciences (SPSS) was used. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: -Electronic administration has a moderate impact on university performance at the Mila University Center. -All of the dimensions of networks, programs, databases and human resources have a positive impact on improving university performance at the Mila University Center.تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد الدور الذي تقدمه الإدارة الالكترونية في تحسين الأداء الجامعي، حيث تم تقديم الإطار النظري لكل من الإدارة الإلكترونية والأداء، وإبراز الدور الذي تقدمه الإدارة الإلكترونية في تحسين الأداء الجامعي، ولهذا تم طرح التساؤل الرئيسي الموالي وهو: ما هو دور الإدارة الإلكترونية في تحسين أداء الجامعات الجزائرية؟ ومن أجل الإجابة عليه تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي، بالإضافة إلى استخدام أداة الاستبانة لجمع البيانات، حيث تتكون من محورين، الأول متعلق بالإدارة الإلكترونية وأبعادها. )الحواسيب والأجهزة، الشبكات، قواعد البيانات والموارد البشرية( والمحور الثاني متعلق بالأداء الجامعي ومن أجل تحليل الإجابات تم استخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS وقد توصلت الدراسة لمجموعة من النتائج أهمها :- أن للإدارة الإلكترونية أثر متوسط على الأداء الجامعي بالمركز الجامعي ميلة . - أن لكل من بعد الشبكات، البرامج وقواعد البيانات والموارد البشرية أثر إيجابي في تحسين الأداء الجامعي بالمركز الجامعي ميل

    The study examines the role of Islamic windows in raising the financial performance of commercial banks after they set out to establish affiliated Islamic windows concerned with providing Islamic banking services and products. The study traced the theoretical framework of the idea of windows and the motives, requirements and controls for their establishment. The study used the descriptive analytical approach, relying on data and tatistics contained in the annual and quarterly reports of the Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development in Mila. In addition to benefiting from pioneering experiences and as an entry point for the gradual shift towards Islamic banking, and the extent to which they contribute to improving its liquidity, increasing its activity, and raising its profits. The study concluded that the Islamic windows have a role in raising the financial performance of the Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development in Mila, but their contribution was in very small proportions,because this result is linked to the short term with the hope that it will improve in the future, in addition to that the success of the work of the Islamic window depends on and is related to planning in correct scientific ways that include Its proper functioning, with emphasis on the necessity of its compliance with the provisions of Islamic Sharia. The trend towards opening Islamic windows is considered a gateway to the transformation of traditional banks into Islamic banks. The study recommended that special laws must be enacted to accompany Islamic banking and respect its privacy, especially granting it the same privileges as traditional banks in order to chieve fair competition in money market, The bank must work more on advertising and marketing Islamic banking products to various segments of society

    This study aimed to identify the role of digitization in higher education in the following dimensions: nfrastructure, training and skills building, information security and legal system, and the effectiveness of digitization in promoting the institution, in reducing work pressures at Abdelhafid Boussof University Center - Mila. To achieve the study's objective, a descriptive analytical approach was adopted, applied to a sample of 100 employees holding administrative positions at the university center. Our sample selection was random. A questionnaire was used as a data collection tool, consisting of three axes. Using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS), the result indicated that the only dimension directly affecting the work pressures of university center employees is the infrastructure dimension, while the other dimensions have no impact on the work pressures of center employees
