Conception et réalisation d’une application web pour l’achat, la vente et la location des immobiliers en ligne.
No full textThe internet is one of the most important means of communication nowadays. Thedevelopment of its techniques and services helps to increase the number of its users. Internetservices are numerous and can be see clearly in e-commerce that seeks to develop the onlinebusiness transactions, to facilitate and encourage communication between users. For thisreason, we designed and implemented a commercial dynamic website for immovable. It allowsusers to read and comment the different real estate exposed in the site, it also allows to put theirproposals for sale and / or rental and purchase requests. To realize this project, we used the UP
simplifié development methodology and the UML modeling language for the design and thelanguages and the tools: HTML, PHP, MYSQL, and JAVASCRIPT for the implementation.
The main goal of our work is to make the commerce of immovable more easily for each user.L’internet est l’un des moyens de communication les plus importants dans notre époque car le développement de ses techniques et de ses services contribue à augmenter le nombre de ses utilisateurs. Les services de l’internet sont nombreux, et cela se voit clairement dans le commerce électronique qui cherche à développer les transactions commerciales en ligne, pour faciliter et encourager la communication entre les utilisateurs. Pour cela, nous avons conçu et implémenter un site web dynamique commercial pour les immobiliers. Il permet à ses utilisateurs de consulter et commenter les différentes immobiliers exposées dans le site, il leurs
permet aussi de poser des propositions de vente et/ou de location et des demandes d’achat. Pour

No full textThe project to be achieved during this research consists of designing a client-serverapplication for the utomatic tracking of Mila’s National Pension Fund’s files.The main aim for this application is to allow users to tomatically locate and track themovement of a file within the agency; it also permits users to keep track of each letrafficking between the deferent departments and employees, beginning from its reception bythe National Pension Fund up to its ranking in the archive. In addition to that, it even tracksfiles after their release from the archive for reasons of revision and renewal of parts at anytime.We will resort to the creation of a system based on a 2-tier architecture. Thus, we will conduct a conceptual study following the approach 2TUP also by using UML as modelinglanguage, JAVA as programming language, NetBeans as IDE and Oracle as database management system.Le projet à réaliser au cours de ce mémoire de fin d’études, consiste à la conceptiond’une application client- serveur pour le suivi automatique des dossiers au sein de la CaisseNationale de Retraite de Mila (CNR).
L’objectif majeur de cette application est de permettre aux utilisateurs de localiser etsuivre automatiquement le mouvement des dossiers au sein de l’agence, en gardant la trace decirculation de chaque dossier entre les différents services et employés, à partir de sa réception,jusqu’à son classement dans l’archive de la CNR, et même après sa sortie de ce dernier pourdes raisons de révision et de renouvellement de pièces à n’importe quelle moment.Nous allons avoir recours à la création d’un système basé sur une architecture 2 tiers.
Ainsi, nous allons mener une étude conceptuelle en suivant la démarche 2TUP, utilisé UMLcomme langage de modélisation, JAVA comme langage de programmation, NetBeans commeIDE et Oracle comme système de gestion de bases de données
