No full textThis study aimed to identify the role of physical evidence and technology in achieving institutional excellence in the eyes of the customer at King Food Restaurant in the city of Mila, The study adopted the descriptive approach, the case study method, and the questionnaire as a tool for the study to collect the necessary data and information, as the sample of our study reached 80 customers, From the restaurant,75 questionnaires were retrieved from the sample, Appropriate statistical methods were used to analyze the study data and test its hypotheses using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) program.The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is the presence of a positive, statistically significant effect of the physical evidence and technology in achieving institutional excellence in the eyes of the customer at the level of morality (0.05), Hence there is a role for the physical evidence and technology in achieving institutional excellence in the eyes of the customer in the restaurant under study.هدفت هذه الد را سة إلى التعرف على دور الدليل المادي والتكنولوجيا في تحقيق التميز المؤسسي في نظر الزبون في مطعم King food مدينة ميلة، حيث اعتمدت الد را سة المنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري ، أوسلوب د را سة الحالة في الجانب التطبيقي، وعلى الإستبيان كأداة للد را سة لجمع البيانات والمعلومات اللازمة، حيث بلغت عينة د را ستنا 08 من الزبائن المتعاملين مع المطعم وقد تمّ إسترداد 57 إستبانة من العينة، حيث تم إستعمال الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة لتحليل بيانات الد را سة وإختبار فرضياتها بإستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) .توصلت الد را سة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها وجود أثر موجب ذو دلالة إحصائية للدليل المادي والتكنولوجيا في تحقيق التميز المؤسسي في نظر الزبون عند مستوى المعنوية) 8.87 (، ومنه يوجد دور للدليل

No full textThis study aimed to identify the impact of work teams on productivity, highlighting the most important concepts related to work teams and their main types, and emphasizing their effect on productivity from the perspective of employees at the University Center Abdelhafid Boussouf Mila. To achieve the study's objectives, a uestionnaire was formulated consisting of two main sections: the first section pertained to personal data, while the second section was divided into two parts: work teams, addressing their main types, and the dimensions of productivity at the University Center Abdelhafid Boussouf Mila. Thirty forms were subjected to the study after data collection and processing using SPSS software. The study reached several conclusions, the most prominent of which are: There is a statistically significant relationship at the significance level α<0.05 between work teams and productivity in the Institute of Economic and Commercial Sciences and Management Sciences.The study also reached several recommendations, the most prominent of which is adopting work teams to enhance the productivity of administrative staff in the Institute of Economic and Commercial Sciences and Management Sciences.هدفت هذه الد ا رسة إلى التعرف على أثر فرق العمل على الإنتاجية، مسلطين الضوء على أهم المفاهيم المتعلقة بفرق العمل وأهم أنواعها و اب ا رز أثرها على الانتاجية من وجهة نظر الموظفين في المركز الجامعي عبد الحفيظ بو الصوف ميلة، ولتحقيق أهداف الد ا رسة تم صياغة استبيانة مكونة من محورين،
المحور الأول خاص بالبيانات الشخصية، أما المحور الثاني تكون من ج أ زين هما فرق العمل متناولا أهم أنواعها وأبعاد الإنتاجية في المركز الجامعي عبد الحفيظ بو الصوف ميلة حيث تم إخضاع 03 استمارة للداسة بعد أن تم جمع البيانات ومعالجتها في برنامج SPSS توصلت الد ا رسة إلى جملة من النتائج كان أبرزها: α توجد علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى الدلالة <0,05 بين فرق العمل والإنتاجية في معهد العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير.
كما توصلت إلى جملة من التوصيات كان أبرزها: تبني فرق العمل للرفع من إنتاجية الإدا ريين في معهد العلوم الإقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيي
