No full textThe study examind the impact of work stress on the performance of employees at the institute of economic, commercial and managment sciencemila- where its main objective was to highlight the nature of the elationship between work stress and employee performance on the one hand, we also tried to identify the most influential dimensions and this is to help public institutions( universities) focus on reducing work pressures, by identifying strengths and defects in their relationship with him. After addressing the concept of work stress and employee perfor mance and reviewing thar dimenesions, we discussed its types, sources and the relationship between them. We also conducted a field study at the level of the institute of economic, commercail and anagmement science –mila- where the main tool for data collection was the questionnaire from distributed to a sample of the institutes professors, relying on a percentage program to analyze the answers. as a result
of the circumstances surrounding him form provaiding research and teaching means, the prevailing relations between colleagues and management, and accordingly, the more work pressures increase, they negatively affect this perfomance. Based on the results obtained, we have presented a set of recommendations that we hope will help the professors of the institute at the institute at the university centre mila, to deal with and to provide possibilities that in turm improve the performance of employees .بحث الد ا رسة في أثر ضغوط العمل عمى أداء العاممين بمعيد العموم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعموم التسيير –ميمة- حيث كان اليدف الرئيسي ليا أبز طبيعة العلاقة بين ضغوط العمل وأداء العاممين من جية وأساليب التعامل معيا من جية أخرى، كما حاولنا تحديد أكثر الابعاد وأقواىا تأثير، وىذاوخذالمساعدةالمؤسسات العمومية )الجامعات( في التركيز عمى خفض ضغوط العمل عمى العامل، من خلال تحديد مكامن القوة والخمل في علاقتيا بو.
بعد التطرق لمفيوم ضغوط العمل وأداء العاممين واستع ا رض أبعادىا، تناولنا أنواعو ومصادره والعلاقة بينيما، كما قمنا بإج ا رء د ا رسة ميدانية عمى مستوى معيد العموم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعموم التسيير- ميمة- ، حيث كانت الأداة الرئيسية لجمع البيانات استمارة استبيان وزعت عمى عينة من أساتذة

No full textThis research came under the title of Effectiveness of Phonemic Consistency and Formative Harmony in Surat Yassin, where (consistency and harmony) was included in the studies of text linguistics, which is the largest science in the study of the Qur’anic text. This study is based on the textual structural (statistical) method. The entry is entitled (Linguistics of the text), which contains a set of important terms about the text, the Qur'anic text, and the linguistics of the text. In the first chapter (consistency and harmony in theory), it explained the meaning of consistency, its mechanisms, harmony and its tools. As for the last chapter (Surat Yassin, a study in vocal consistency and plastic harmony), the tools that help in the coherence and cohesion of Surat Ya-Sin were identified, and the most important results reached are: - The receipt of consistency The audio in Surah Yaseen made it of an effective value in the psyche of the reader. - Both the mechanisms of consistency and harmony contributed to the cohesion of the parts of the text from its beginning to its end Which made it appear in the form of an integrated body structure semantic and linguisticجاء هذا البحث بعنوان فاعلية الاتساق الصوتي والانسجام التشكيلي في سورة يس حيث اندرج )الاتساق والانسجام( ضمن د ا رسات لسانيات النص التي تعد أكبر علم في د راسة النص القرآني، وهذه البحث جاء لبيان الت ا ربط والتلاحم الموجود في السورة سواء من حيث الشكل أو من حيث الدلالة، وتمت هذه الد ا رسة من خلال المنهج البنيوي النصاني الاحصائي. حيث عُنّون المدخل)لسانيات النص( الذي يحتوي على مجموعة من المصطلحات الهامة حول النص والنص القرآني ولسانيات النص. ففي الفصل الأول)الاتساق والانسجام من الناحية النظرية( بُين فيه معنى الاتساق وآلياته والانسجام وأدواته، أما الفصل الأخير) سورة يس د ا رسة في الاتساق الصوتي والانسجام التشكيلي( فتم تحديد الأدوات المساعدة في ت ا ربط وتماسك سورة يس، وأهم النتائج المتوصل إليها هي: ورود الاتساق الصوتي في سورة يس جعلها ذو قيمة تأثيرية في - نفسية القارئ. ساهمت كل من آليات الاتساق والانسجام في تلاحم أج ا زء النص من بدايته إلى نهايته مما جعلاه يبدو في هيئة جسم متكامل البنيان دلاليا ولغوي

No full textLe programme de ce cours (d'Ecologie générale) proposé et introduit dans les enseignements de 2éme année tronc commun a pour objectif une connaissance des notions générales de l'écologie. En effet, cet nseignement se rapporte essentiellement aux concepts fondamentaux tels que la notion l’écosystème, biocénoses, biotope, de facteurs écologiques, la notion de communautés vivantes : phytocénoses, zoocénoses, biomes. La éfinition, la structuration et le fonctionnement des écosystèmes constituent des éléments fondamentaux pour la ompréhension des milieux et des communautés vivantes. A travers la notion de facteurs écologiques, biotiques et biotiques, et la classification des différentes interactions possibles entres les êtres vivants entre eux et entre leurs milieux. La notion des chaines et réseaux trophiques, des producteurs primaires (autotrophes) et des consommateurs (hétérotrophes) est fondamentale car elle se rapporte aux transferts et aux échanges ’énergie afin de maintenir la vie de manière permanente au sien des êtres vivants. No full textThe current study attempts to investigate the predictive power of grammar. Specifically, it aims to determine whether the students’ grammar achievements can predict their oral and writing abilities. For this to obtain, five research questions were raised: (1) Based on students’ grades, does grammar help in predicting EFL learners’ oral ability? (2) Based on students’ grades, does grammar help in predicting EFL learners’ writing ability? (3) Based on teachers’ beliefs, is the proportion of teachers who think that the level of students in grammar reflects their level in speaking the same as the proportion of those who think otherwise? (4) Based on teachers’ beliefs, are the proportions of teachers who think that the level of students in grammar reflects their level in writing and those who do not the same? (5) Based on teachers’ beliefs, is grammar needed more in writing or in speaking? A quantitative mixed-methods design is opted for in the present study. Data were collected through two main research tools: second year EFL students’ (N=216) grades (at Abdelhafid Boussouf University Centre of Mila) and a questionnaire for teachers (N=70). The data obtained from the students’ grades were submitted to a Simple Linear Regression Test while the data obtained from the questionnaire were submitted to a Chi-Square Goodness of Fit Test using SPSS. The results were statistically significant revealing mainly that grammar achievements can be used to predict the students’ oral and writing abilities. Limitations of the study and recommendations for pedagogy and future research are proffered
Prédiction de nouveaux agents Antiangiogéniques à l’aide d’un criblage virtuel basé sur la structure de la cible
No full textThe discovery of the importance of angiogenesis in the mechanisms of tumor growth, in particular of vascular endothelial growth factor , has enabled the development of new molecules which are used in the treatment of various cancers. Among these, the goal is always the same: to block the synthesis and growth of new blood vessels via anti-VEGF action, which stops the development of the cancerous tumor. Nowadays, in silico methods are used more and more in the strategies for discovering new molecules for therapeutic purposes. During this research, we relied on the treatment of angiogenesis based on the inhibition of VEGFR-2 (vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2). An enzyme used to inhibit angiogenesis. The molecular docking program Surflex-dock was developed to aid in the development of molecules with therapeutic activity. With a percentage of 85% of RMSD values less than or equal to 2 Å, it can be said that Surflex-dock is reliable software and can be used with confidence to predict the interactions of the inhibitors tested with the active site of VEGFR-2.
In our work we are interested in the in silico study of enzyme inhibition by virtual screening with Surflex-dock of VEGFR-2. This approach makes it possible to model the interactions between a protein and thousands of small chemical compounds. Indeed, a collection of 800 compounds originating from the ZINC chemical library and a collection of 440 compounds originating from PubChem, were tested against the active site of VEGFR-2. At the end of this screening, the compounds ZINC000000001962 and CID123689476 with affinity values equal to 6.91 M-1 and 10.24 M-1 respectively, appear as new inhibitors theoretically more active towards VEGFR-2. Finally, the in silico prediction of the similar drug positively informs us about the ADME-Tox properties of these new compounds.La découverte de l’importance de l’angiogenèse dans les mécanismes de croissance tumorale et notamment du facteur de croissance endothélial vasculaire, a permis le développement de nouvelles molécules qui sont utilisées dans la prise en charge de différents cancers. Parmi celles-ci, le but est toujours le même : bloquer la synthèse et la croissance de nouveaux vaisseaux sanguins via une action anti-VEGF, ce qui entraine l’arrêt du développement de la tumeur cancéreuse. De nos jours, les méthodes in silico sont de plus en plus employées dans les stratégies de découverte de nouvelles molécules à visée thérapeutique. Au cours de cette recherche, nous nous sommes appuyés sur le traitement de l’angiogenèse basé sur l’inhibition de la VEGFR-2 (récepteur 2 du facteur de croissance endothélial vasculaire). Une enzyme sert à l’inhibition d’angiogenèse et les roblèmes de santé qui en découlent. Le programme de docking moléculaire Surflex-dock a été développé pour aider à la mise au point des molécules à activité thérapeutique. Avec un pourcentage de 85% des valeurs de RMSD inférieures ou égales à 2 Å, on peut dire que Surflex-dock est un logiciel fiable et qu'on peut l’utiliser en toute confiance pour prédire les interactions des inhibiteurs testés avec le site actif de la VEGFR-2.
Dans notre travail on s’intéressé à l’étude in silico de l’inhibition enzymatique par criblage virtuel avec Surflex-dock de la VEGFR-2. Cette approche permet de modéliser les interactions entre une protéine et des milliers de petits composés chimiques.En effet, une collection de 800 composés provenant à partir de la chimiothéque ZINC et une collection de 440 composés issus de la base de composés chimiques PubChem, ont été testées envers le site actif de la VEGFR-2. A l’issu de ce criblage, les composésZINC000000001962 et CID123689476 avec des valeurs d’affinité égale à 6.91M-1et 10.24M-1respectivement, se présentent comme nouveaux inhibiteurs théoriquement plus actifs envers la VEGFR-2. Enfin, la prédiction in silico de la similaire édicamenteuse nous informe de manière positive sur les propriétés ADME-Tox de ces nouveaux composés proposés
