No full textThis project presents a detailed study of a building used for residential, consists
of a ground floor addition (06) floors, located in the wilaya of MILA. This
region is classified as seismic zone IIa according to the RPA99 version 2003.
Using the new rules of calculation and verification of reinforced concrete
(RPA99 2003 version, BAEL91 modifié99), this study consists of six parts, the
first starts we the general description of the project with a presentation of
material properties, in the last part Will be calculated the reinforcement of
structural elements (columns, beams, walls sails, and raft) The study and
analysis of this progect were established by the ROBOT softwareCe projet présent une étude détaillée d’un bâtiment à usage d’habitation
constitué d'un Rez de chaussée plus (06) étages, implanté à la wilaya de MILA.
Cette région est classée en zone sismique IIa selon le RPA99version 2003. En
utilisant les nouveaux règlements de calcul et vérifications du béton armé
(RPA99V2003 et B.A.E.L91 modifié99), cette étude se compose de six parties
nous commençons ainsi par une présentation générale sur le projet et les
caractéristiques des matériaux et on conclura par l’étude des éléments résistants
de la structure (poteaux, poutres, voiles, semelle) a fin d’utiliser le logiciel

No full textrelying on the innovation strategy is today one of the best solutions to ensure continued competitiveness as if allows the introduction of new products constantly that keep pace with technological development and adapt to the rapid change in the desires and tastes of consumers ،this and this study came to demonstrate the role of marketing innovation in achieving a competetitive advantage for economic institutions in one of the most mportant commodity sectors that know a significant acceleration in the pace of competition, which is the cleaning materials industry in Algeria . the focus has been on the first variable of research (marketing nnovation ) .which means the generation and application of new ideas in all elements of the commodity marketing mix , and from in order to measure its impact on the second variable competitive advantage , four different ypotheses were formulated, in an attempt to capture the effects of innovations in all elements of the commodity marketing mix on the competitiveness of the enterprise , these hypotheses were tested through a questionnaire distributed to a sample of workers in the Pac mc factory which numbered :40 copies the analysis led to a set results that can be summarized in general in that there is a positive relationship between competitive dvantage , and product innovation as well as a positive relationship between competitive advantage and price innovation ,and there is apositive relationship between competitive advantage and promotional innovation, and there is
a positive relationship between competitive and distribution innovation and from it there is a role in marketing innovation to achieve competitive advantage.إن الاعتماد على است ا رتيجية الابتكار هو اليوم من أفضل الحلول لضمان استم ا رر التنافسية، إذ يسمح بطرح منتجات جديدة باستم ا رر تواكب التطور التكنولوجي وتتكيف مع التغير المتسارع لرغبات أوذواق المستهلكين، وقد جاءت هذه الد ا رسة لبيان دور الابتكار التسويقي في تحقيق ميزة تنافسية

وتم التركيز على المتغير الأول للبحث )الابتكار التسويقي(، اولذي يعني توليد وتطبيق الأفكار الجديدة في كل عناصر المزيج التسويقي السلعي، ومن أجل قياس تأثيره على المتغير الثاني )الميزة التنافسية( تمت صياغة اربع فرضيات مختلفة، في محاولة للإحاطة بآثار الابتكا ا رت في جميع عناصر المزيج التسويقي السلعي على تنافسية المؤسسة. PAC MC وتم اختبار هذه الفرضيات من خلال استبيان تم توزيعه على عينة من عمال مصنع وكان عددها : 40 نسخة. وقد أفضى التحليل إلى مجموعة من النتائج يمكن اختصارها على العموم في أن هناك علاقة موجبة بين الميزة التنافسية اوبتكار المنتج، وكذا هناك علاقة موجبة بين الميزة التنافسية وابتكار السعر وهناك علاقة موجبة بين الميزة التنافسية اوبتكار الترويج، وعلاقة موجبة بين الميزة التنافسية اوبتكار التوزيع، ومنه هناك دور في ابتكار التسويقي على تحقيق ميزة تنافسي

No full textThis study aims to identify the most prominent financial products applied in Islamic banks and to highlight the actual situation of these produces in Islamic banks working in Algeria and the ways to develop them.Our results indicate that the financial products in Islamic banks are divided into the products based on the principle of participation, the products based on sales and leasing, the products based on subsidies and islamic sukuk. We also conduced that financial products in Algerian Islamic Banks are limited to financial products that rely on debt-based financial than on participatory financial products.Finally, we proposed a set of recommendations to give more attention to the financial products based on the principle of participation in Islamic banks operating in Algeria. We also recommend activating the agricultural financing products in addition to lunching Islamic sukuk considering their great importance in the national economyتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهم المنتجات المالية التي يتم تطبيقها في البنوك الإسلامية، وابراز واقعها في البنوك الإسلامية العاممة في الج ا زئر، ومن ثم سبل تطويرها. وقد خمصنا إلى أن المنتجات المالية في البنوك الإسلامية تنقسم إلى منتجات مالية قائمة عمى مبدأ المشاركة، منتجات مالية قائمة عمى البيوع والإجارة، منتجات مالية قائمة على الإعانات إضافة إلى الصكوك الإسلامية، كما توصمنا إلى أن البنوك الإسلامية العاممة في الج ا زئر هي ذات نشاط ضعيف إذ تطبق منتجات مالية محدودة، وتعتمد عمى المنتجات المالية القائمة عمى المداينات أكثر من اعتمادها عمى المنتجات المالية القائمة عمى المشاركات. اقترحنا في الأخير مجموعة من التوصيات بضرورة الاهتمام بالمنتجات المالية القائمة عمى مبدأ المشاركة في البنوك الإسلامية العاممة في الج ا زئر، والقيام بتفعيل منتجات التمويل الز ا رعي، بالإضافة إلى تفعيل الصكوك الإسلامية لما لها من أهمية كبيرة في الاقتصاد الوطن
Implication du stress oxydatif dans la toxicité des pesticides
No full textOxidative stress, the main initial cause of several diseases, corresponds to an imbalance between endogenous antioxidant defenses and the production of pro-oxidant molecules (reactive oxygen species, in articular).These reactive oxygen species produced by cellular respiration, are also generated during immune reactions and under the effect of environmental oxidants, such as pesticides. The aim of this work isto provide a brief review of the current state of our knowledge regarding pesticides and oxidative stress. In order to better understand the nature of oxidative stress, the principles of free radical production and the body’s normal defense system are discussed. The pesticides are categorized and discussed according to their ability to produce oxidative stress. We will also discuss studiesthat seem to highlight pesticides as a pro-oxidant agent and natural antioxidants as a way to combat oxidative stressLe stress oxydant, la principale cause initiale de plusieurs maladies, correspond à un déséquilibre entre les défenses antioxydantes endogènes et la production de molécules prooxydantes (espèces réactives de l'oxygène, notamment). Ces espèces réactives de l’oxygène produites par la respiration cellulaire, sont également générées lors des réactions immunitaires et sous l'effet d'oxydants environnementaux, comme les pesticides. L'objectif de ce travail est de fournir un bref aperçu de l'état actuel de nos connaissances sur les pesticides et le stress oxydant. Afin de mieux comprendre la nature du stress oxydatif, les principes de la production de radicaux libres et le système de défense normal du corps sont discutés. Les pesticides sont classés et discutés en fonction de leur capacité à produire un stress oxydatif. Nous discuterons aussides études qui semblent mettre en évidenceles pesticides comme agents pro-oxydants et les antioxydants naturels comme un moyen pour lutter contre le stress oxydatif

Through this study, we discussed a group of servant elements and
supporting it, such as the concept of the artistic image, and the different opinions
of critics about it, as the subject of our study was limited to the diwan of a
certain poet of Andalusia, the poet Rasafi Valencia, where we entered his diwan
and devised and analyzed some of the artistic images contained in the diwan,
which were formed within his poetry through the exquisite improvements and
graphic images contained in his diwan, and we finished this study with a
conclusion that was comprehensive of the various results reached through this
