“From Woman to Woman.” Exhibiting Genealogy – Carla Accardi’s Origine, 1976
This paper reconsiders the so far undervalued importance of Carla Accardi’s solo exhibition Origine, mounted in May 1976 at a women’s cooperative co-founded by the artist at Via Beato Angelico 18 in Rome. At its all but neutral location, I argue, the self-curated exhibition, encompassing a larger display of Accardi’s work, rendered visible the private and political entanglement of her artistic practice, significantly expanding its potential meaning. In engaging with the exhibition’s precarious documentation and critical coverage, I will demonstrate that on this occasion, rather than providing a conventional overview of stylistic developments, Accardi temporarily staged, in Foucault’s sense, a context of origin for her becoming in the present: as woman and artist. This paper reconsiders the so far undervalued importance of Carla Accardi’s solo exhibition Origine, mounted in May 1976 at a women’s cooperative co-founded by the artist at Via Beato Angelico 18 in Rome.
The articles of the first decade of “Rosmini Studies” address the twentieth-century reception of Rosmini in a plural way, in the belief that the texts of the (more or less recent) philosophical history, including Rosmini and his reception, should not remain a banner or a laughing stock for this or that party, but a heritage to be discussed critically by everyone. Consequently, from the theoretical side, it is precisely by crossing different points of view that, in these articles, some aspects emerge which, beyond the basic choices on which they were evaluated, represent transversal contents of Rosmini’s thought. An example of this is the reiterated centrality of the infinite being – i.e., of a being in relation to which the interiority of each finite finds its own most significant place, in a perspective that is both cognitive and moral, and, in a not secondary sense, is “charitable” towards all other finites (with such charitable sense of each finite towards other finites being founded and oriented in the charitable being of the infinite itself)
L’autobiografia linguistica è prima scritta in lingua cinese (mandarino), quindi traslitterata e poi tradotta in italiano dall’autrice.

Models of sovereignty and civil religions: a possible dialogue between the writings of Erik Peterson and Eastern Orthodox theologians
My paper focuses on Erik Peterson’s contribution to the classical debate on political theology, especially on his description of models of sovereignty: the divine monarchy model, the King of Persia Model, and the angels of the nations’ model, which form the basis of the Eusebian civil theology. Considering these models initially, I suggest a possible subsequent dialogue between Erik Peterson’s writings and Eastern Orthodox theology. Peterson’s focus on eschatology, ecclesiology, liturgy, and the Church Fathers makes his work relevant for the Orthodox tradition. In addition, his work critically confronts the frameworks of imperialism and nationalism, which represent the principal challenge for the Orthodox space. To a limited extent this discussion has already started, such as in the work of Cyril Hovorun, Pantelis Kalaitzidis or Christos Yannaras. However, a closer look into Peterson’s theological reflections, especially his deconstruction of the Eusebian model of symphonia based on a dogmatic reasoning, deserves further consideration. A critical assessment of the way religious language is used to construct models of sovereignty – first in the Hellenistic world, then later in the Roman Empire – lies at the heart of Peterson’s research. Questions of analogy and order and how religious narratives contribute to maintaining social bonding within a community, and thus the status quo, are central aspects of his work. Hence, engaging with Peterson’s ideas can provide useful insights for Orthodox theologians, who critically assess theological images and language adopted with respect to political realities

The case study of the Gender and City workshops, developed between 2011 and 2015 by the City Council of Malaga (Spain), exemplifies how actual representativeness allows the city\u27s appropriation by those participating. For this, it is essential to start from a gender dimension approach to get to know the city. Collaborative in situ mapping is presented as a methodology for recognising everyday spaces. The first results led to a debate on the problems in the city, starting with identifying individual difficulties to contextualise them in the neighbourhood and the inhabited space. The representation of these problems is fundamental, as drawing can be named. The idea of "what is not named does not exist" is transferred to drawing. What is not marked does not exist. The normative drawing of planning deals with aspects such as typology, buildability, the relationship between full and empty, or the definition of public and private. But everyday qualitative issues such as fear, confusion, discomfort due to dirt, the emptiness of an abandoned lot or the loneliness of productive areas outside working hours are not reproduced in any planimetry and, therefore, do not form part of the disciplinary debate. This fact favours the process of privatisation of the harmful effects of the city on people. The final results showed that collaborative mapping helps to make problems visible and to name them. It also helps to generate a sense of belonging and empowerment among the neighbourhood residents.
Diritto pubblico e diritto privato: elogio dell’inattualità kelseniana
This contribution aims to reflect on both the usefulness and inactuality of Kelsen\u27s thought, delivered in the 1924 essay on public law and private law, moving from the specific perspective of comparative private law. After noting the importance of the Kelsenian critique with respect to the thesis of the ontological separation of public and private law, which is strongly rooted in European-Continental culture but absent in other experiences, the article reflects on the anti-ideological scope of Kelsenian thought, studying its implications for private law theory. In the last part, the contribution reasons about the changing contexts, which on the one hand make the “grand partition” increasingly and on the other hand attract the attention on the transformations of the concept of democracy – as originally employed by Kelsen – relevant for the analysis of private law relationships.
