Una mirada al conocimiento y aplicación de instrumentos contables de las Mypes de Yumbo Valle
No full textEl siguiente estudio pretende identificar el nivel de conocimiento y aplicación de los diferentes instrumentos contables por parte de los administradores de las Mypes del casco urbano de Yumbo, Valle del Cauca. Se realiza un tipo de estudio descriptivo no probabilístico, mediante la aplicación de un instrumento validado por tres expertos, aplicado a 80 Mypes objeto de estudio, obteniendo un coeficiente de Kappa de 0,887, casi perfecto y con una estabilidad temporal muy alta, Rho Pearson de 0,838. Entre los principales resultados se destaca el relativo nivel de conocimiento de los administradores de los procesos contables y administrativos actuales de las Mypes, concluyendo que los administradores aplican herramientas contables a pesar de no contar con un conocimiento sólido sobre los temas, pues tal parece que los emprendedores inician sus actividades sin tener un real conocimiento contable financiero, y que tal vez van adquiriendo en el trasegar de sus negocios
Abstrac
The following study aims to identify the level of knowledge and application of the different accounting instruments by the administrators of the Mypes of the urban area of Yumbo, Valle del Cauca. A type of non-probabilistic descriptive study is carried out, through the application of an instrument validated by three experts, applied to 80 Mypes under study, obtaining a Kappa coefficient of 0.887, almost perfect and with a very high temporal stability, Rho Pearson de 0.838. Among the main results, the relative level of knowledge of the administrators of the current accounting and administrative processes of the Mypes stands out, concluding that the administrators apply accounting tools despite not having a solid knowledge on the subjects, since it seems that the Entrepreneurs start their activities without having a real financial accounting knowledge, and that perhaps they are acquiring in the transfer of their businesses 
Plataformas de trabajo bajo demanda y su inserción en la estructura productiva y en el mercado de trabajo: una lectura en Colombia
Get PDFEn este artículo se analizan las características de las plataformas de trabajo bajo demanda y su relación con la estructura productiva y los mercados de trabajo en Colombia. Para ello, se tomaron como unidad de análisis las apps de transporte y de domicilio que operan en las distintas ciudades del país. El estudio se abordó desde un enfoque cualitativo de tipo exploratorio y descriptivo en el que se trabajó con fuentes de información secundaria. Los resultados permiten evidenciar que este tipo de plataformas propician nuevas formas de trabajo y remplazan otros trabajos tradiciones. Así mismo, las plataformas se han incorporado en el sector terciario, en donde permiten proveer servicios para diferentes tipos de actividades económicas, y en casos como el transporte, ingresan para competir con asociaciones, gremios y empresas legalmente establecidas.
Abstract
This article aims to analyse the characteristics of on-demand work platforms and their relationship with the productive structure and labour markets in Colombia. For this, the transport and home apps that operate in the different cities of the country were taken as the unit of analysis. From qualitative, the study had an exploratory, and descriptive approach in which secondary sources of information were used. The results show that this type of platform fosters new forms of work and replaces other traditional work. Likewise, the platforms have been incorporated into the tertiary sector, where they allow the provision of services for different types of economic activities, and in cases such as transportation, they enter to compete with legally established associations, unions, and companies

Get PDFThis article reflects on the composition of a humanities department from a Catholic inspired University, it is observed as a leading actor in the functions of teaching, research, and social projection that seek to enrich, enhance and facilitate the encounter of the human condition with one himself, with transcendence, with others, and with the world. The foregoing implies that concerning university education, the student can achieve himselfs a human being, based on the experience of training and professional growth within the university, it makes reflexive and hermeneutic analysis of semi-structured interviews of previous projects, the profiles, experiences, university activities and curricular commitments, which as results allow the discussion about interdisciplinarity and transdisciplinarity Christian humanism in the university context.En este artículo se hace una reflexión sobre la composición de un departamento de Humanidades de una universidad de inspiración católica, se le observa como actor protagónico en las funciones de docencia, investigación y proyección social que buscan enriquecer, potenciar y facilitar el encuentro de la condición humana con uno mismo, con la trascendencia, con los demás y con el mundo. Lo anterior implica que en cuanto a la formación universitaria, el estudiante puede realizarse como ser humano integral, a partir de la experiencia de formación y crecimiento profesional dentro de la universidad; se hace análisis reflexivo y hermenéutico de entrevistas semiestructuradas de proyectos anteriores, los perfiles, experiencias , actividades universitarias y compromisos curriculares, que como resultados permiten la discusión sobre la interdisciplinariedad y la transdisciplinariedad del humanismo cristiano en el contexto universitario.

Estudio Técnico Financiero sobre Eficiencia Energética en Salas de Ingeniería Unicatólica
Get PDFEl trabajo presenta el cálculo para la eficiencia energética al producir laminado de guadua (GLG) de alta densidad. Lo anterior, para evaluar el impacto energético que tendría la implementación de un colector solar en el proceso de producción de (GLG) como sustituto, y/o alternativa de generación de energía térmica en subprocesos mencionados. La metodología planteada; identificó, definió y calculo el tipo de colector solar acorde a la necesidad energética validando la variación de la eficiencia energética de dicho proceso en términos energéticos y financieros. Los resultados establecen que para apalancar la inversión con el ahorro total por consumo de gas natural serían necesarios 12 años, este escenario, aunque viable, no representa factibilidad financiera, por lo cual, se evaluaron los escenarios al 40 % de ahorro y al 100 % con reducción del monto de la inversión.
Abstrac
The work presents the calculation of energy efficiency in the production of high-density laminate (GLG). The above to evaluate the energy impact that the implementation of a solar collector would have in the production process (GLG) as a substitute and/or alternative for thermal energy generation in the aforementioned subprocesses. The proposed methodology; identified, defined and calculated the type of solar collector according to the energy need, validating the variation in the energy efficiency of said process in energy and financial terms. The results establish that 12 years would be necessary to leverage the investment with the total savings from natural gas consumption. La investigación utiliza herramientas de análisis documental y el método hermenéutico interpretativo que permite equiparar los lineamientos gubernamentales propuestos para la enseñanza de la filosofía y un diseño curricular, contraste que evidencia y describe las tensiones que existen entre los planteamientos curriculares, las planeaciones institucionales y la práctica de enseñanza de la filosofía, y demuestra que el tópico de la enseñanza por contenidos debe ser revisada, reemplazada por la educación basada en competencias, misma que reivindica el papel del filósofo educador y propone a la filosofía como eje transversal en cualquier plan de estudios
Abstrac
This article is a preview of the second phase of the research project on the teaching of philosophy and its contribution to the development of critical thinking in high school students of the archdiocesan schools of Cali, developed by the research seedbed Paideía de la Lumen Gentium Catholic University Foundation, which has as one of its objectives, to characterize the teaching practices of philosophy teachers in schools to demonstrate their incidence in the development of critical thinking in students, to this end, the research uses tools of documentary analysis and the interpretative hermeneutic method that allows equating the governmental guidelines proposed for the teaching of philosophy and a curricular design, a contrast that shows and describes the tensions that exist between curricular approaches, institutional planning and the practice of teaching philosophy. philosophy, and so on It shows that the topic of content-based teaching must be reviewed, replaced by competency-based education, which vindicates the role of the educational philosopher and proposes philosophy as a transversal axis in any study plan
Experiencias arte terapéuticas implementadas durante la estancia hospitalaria de los pacientes de la Unidad de Salud Mental
Get PDFEl presente estudio tuvo como objetivo implementar experiencias arte terapéuticas durante la estancia hospitalaria que motive una adherencia al tratamiento de los pacientes en la Unidad de Salud Mental del Hospital Universitario del Valle. Así mismo, se desarrolló con un enfoque cualitativo, con entrevistas semiestructuradas llevando a cabo un análisis de las experiencias implementadas y con un diseño fenomenológico. Durante la aplicación, se evidenció en los relatos de los pacientes el impacto de las redes de apoyo como principal detonante de bienestar emocional generando motivación y total compromiso para su permanencia hospitalaria. En los resultados se observó un adecuado enlace terapéutico en la mayor parte de los participantes y la movilización de sus procesos introspectivos de su diagnóstico generando una concientización de las narrativas alrededor de la salud mental.
Abstrac
The objective of this study was to implement art-therapeutic experiences during the hospital stay that encourages adherence to the treatment of patients in the Mental Health Unit of the Hospital Universitario del Valle. Likewise, it was developed with a qualitative approach, with semi-structured interviews carrying out an analysis of the implemented experiences and with a phenomenological design. During the application of this work, the impact of support networks was evidenced in the reports of the patients as the main trigger of emotional well-being, motivation and total commitment for their hospital stay. In the general results of this research, an adequate therapeutic link was demonstrated in most of the participants and the mobilization of their introspective processes of their diagnosis that will generate awareness of the narratives around mental health
Explorando la violencia de género en las relaciones de pareja desde la perspectiva masculina en América Latina: Un análisis cualitativo de investigaciones recientes (2016-2023)
Get PDFEste trabajo se centra en la violencia que los hombres experimentan por parte de sus parejas mujeres, un fenómeno que a menudo se pasa por alto en la investigación social. A través de una revisión documental cualitativa, se recopilaron y analizaron 20 trabajos relacionados con el tema utilizando fichas de lectura. El objetivo consistió en examinar las investigaciones realizadas en América Latina durante los últimos 8 años (2016-2023) sobre la violencia dirigida hacia hombres en relaciones de pareja. Para lograr esto, se identificaron tres categorías principales: componente sociocultural, familiar y personal, que engloban los trabajos revisados y los aportes necesarios de los autores. Las conclusiones sintetizan la información recopilada, destacando las contribuciones al campo social, las limitaciones y las recomendaciones para futuras investigaciones
Abstrac
This paper focuses on the violence that men experience from their female partners, a phenomenon that is often overlooked in social research. Through a qualitative documentary review, 20 works related to the topic were collected and analyzed using reading sheets. The objective was to examine the research carried out in Latin America during the last 8 years (2016-2023) on violence directed towards men in intimate relationships. To achieve this, three main categories were identified: sociocultural, family and personal component, which encompass the reviewed works and the necessary contributions from the authors. The conclusions synthesize the information collected, highlighting the contributions to the social field, the limitations and the recommendations for future research.
 
Breve aproximación documental sobre las condiciones laborales de los trabajadores de Trabajo Social en Latinoamérica y en Colombia
No full textHere the findings of the academic production at international and national on working conditions of Social Work professionals are registered, which arises as an initiative of the Observatory of Working Conditions of the Association of Social Workers of the Valley, with the objective of retaking the investigative practices of other observatories in Latin America that analyze professional practice. For this, academic databases were used where theses, books and digital articles appear, which were later reviewed and organized to show that the subject has been worked specifically from critical positions in countries such as Brazil, Argentina, Chile and Uruguay, as well as in Colombia, national and regional studies have been carried out with this perspective, which allows having an overview of the academic background of the subject for the development of research in the future En este trabajo se presentan los hallazgos de la producción académica a nivel internacional y nacional sobre condiciones laborales de profesionales de Trabajo Social, lo cual surge como iniciativa del Observatorio de Condiciones Laborales de la Asociación de Trabajadores Sociales del Valle, con el objetivo de retomar las prácticas investigativas de otros observatorios en América Latina que analizan el ejercicio profesional. The failed appropriation of the development model by Afro communities and organizations: case of North Cauca
Get PDFLa resistencia de las comunidades afronortecaucanas frente al modelo de desarrollo dado en un contexto de heterogeneidad sociocultural, en el norte del Cauca, permite comprender su sentipensamiento en torno a la pregunta ¿por qué las comunidades afronortecaucanas no se han apropiado del desarrollo ocurrido en el territorio? Respuesta que se evidencia en el contexto de la apuesta de la planificación regional; con unos resultados que dan cuenta del precio del desarrollo, definido en términos económicos y sociales, con efectos perversos que han ocasionado límites a las comunidades, a su cultura y a las economías propias. En este artículo se responde a algunos de los hallazgos en el proceso investigativo de la tesis doctoral de la autora.

The resistance of the Afro-North Cauca communities against the development model given in a context of sociocultural heterogeneity, in the north of Cauca, allows us to understand their feelings regarding the question: why have the Afro-North Cauca communities not appropriated the development that occurred in the territory? Response that is evident in the context of the commitment to regional planning; with results that account for the price of development defined, in economic and social terms, with perverse effects that have caused limits to the communities, their culture and their own economies. Evidencias de Gamificación Implementada en Educación Superior
Get PDFLas nuevas tecnologías de la información han permitido un trabajo conjunto entre alumno y docente. En ese contexto, este trabajo, analiza el comportamiento de la implementación de la Gamificación con Serious Games dentro de un proceso de aprendizaje. La gamificación se evidencia práctica en áreas como la administración, la educación y la literatura entre algunas ramas del conocimiento, siendo su resultado positivo, destacando la participación integral y el fomento de habilidades y competencias.
Abstract: New information technologies have allowed joint work between student and teacher. In this context, this work analyzes the behavior of the implementation of Gamification with Serious Games within a learning process. Gamification is practical in areas such as administration, education and literature among some branches of knowledge, with a positive result, highlighting comprehensive participation and the promotion of skills and compe
