Génesis y vida de las micro y pequeñas empresas del sector secundario y terciario de la comuna 2 del municipio de Yumbo, Valle, Colombia
Get PDFLa constitución de nuevas empresas es indispensable para el desarrollo económico de una sociedad. En Colombia, el Valle del Cauca es un departamento que se destaca por el crecimiento empresarial. Por su parte, aunque el municipio de Yumbo es reconocido como la capital industrial del departamento, existe un número importante de micros y pequeñas empresas pertenecientes a los sectores secundario y terciario, actividades fundamentales que aportan al desarrollo económico. El presente estudio pretende conocer las herramientas financieras, administrativas y contables que usaron y usan actualmente las micro y pequeñas empresas de la comuna 2 de Yumbo, que les facilita consolidarse y adaptarse a las necesidades del mercado, así como el cumplimiento fiscal-contable y sus procesos administrativos. En esta investigación se logra establecer la tendencia de las Mypes a emplear herramientas financieras, administrativas y contables tanto al inicio como durante sus operaciones cotidianas, al igual que estas tienen una alta tendencia a operar bajo la legalidad comercial y tributaria</p>
La e - Justicia en Colombia: Una Transición Metodológica y Conceptual
Get PDFLa implementación de la e-justicia es una estrategia metodológica de acceso e impartición de justicia a través del uso de las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación (TIC), que se desarrolla a través de los dispositivos tecnológicos y el agotamiento de la red. No obstante, la realidad social demuestra que se trata de un cambio de paradigma desde el cual se involucran, no solo el uso de dispositivos tecnológicos y la conexión a la red, sino también los servidores judiciales, usuarios y demás componentes humanos que incorporan la base cognoscitiva de apropiación epistémica de las nuevas realidades. Esta investigación tiene comometodología un enfoque básico de corte cualitativo, permitiendo identificar el cambio paradigmal que transforma la secular manera de comprender el funcionamiento y alcance conceptual de la estructura de impartición de justicia judicial tradicional. El puerto de Buenaventura es uno de los más importantes en el país y será el objeto de estudio en este caso hipotético de importación y exportación el cual plantea diversos escenarios en cuanto a costos y procesos operativos. El objetivo del artículo es presentar el desarrollo de un análisis de tipo cuantitativo aplicado a cada una de las situaciones propuestas y así determinar cuál es la opción más adecuada para realizar el proceso logístico incurriendo en los menores costos posibles. Port logistics plays a fundamental role in global economic development, since it is responsible for mobilizing about 90% of the world’s trade. The port of Buenaventura is one of the most important in the country and will be the object of study in this hypothetical case of import and export which raises various scenarios in terms of costs and operational processes. The objective of the article is to present the development of a quantitative analysis applied to each of the proposed scenarios in order to determine which is the most appropriate option to carry out the logistics process incurring the lowest possible costs. Get PDFDesde los años novena, posterior a la elaboración de la Declaración de Taloitres a favor de la sostenibilidad, muchas instituciones educativas han demostrado un gran interés por el campus verde, también denominado campus sostenible. Un factor de importante consideración en el campus verde es el sector arbóreo. En esta investigación se desarrolló un Sistema de Gestión Arbóreo en Unicatólica, sede Meléndez, cuyo propósito fue reducir posibles problemas en la institución a causa de la falta de gestión de este recurso. La investigación permitió diagnosticar de la situación actual, para posteriormente desarrollar y validar la herramienta de gestión, en la que se utilizaron metodologías tales como el ciclo PHVA basado en la ISO 14001 de 2015, pensamiento sistémico, matriz de interesados y DOFA. Finalmente, como resultado se obtuvo un manual y un tablero de Gestión del Recurso Arbóreo para la institución, también llamado dashboard, para uso futuro del personal Unicatólica.
Abstrac
Since the ninth years, after the development of the Taloitres Declaration in favor of sustainability, many educational institutions have shown great interest in the green campus, also called sustainable campus. An important consideration factor in the green campus is the tree sector. In this investigation, a Tree Management System was developed in Unicatólica, Meléndez headquarters, whose purpose was to reduce possible problems in the institution due to the lack of management of this resource. The research made it possible to diagnose the current situation, to subsequently develop and validate the management tool, in which methodologies such as the PHVA cycle based on ISO 14001 of 2015, systemic thinking, stakeholder matrix and SWOT were used. Finally, as a result, a Tree Resource Management manual and board for the institution, also called a dashboard, was obtained for future use by Unicatholic staff 
Teacher training for the teaching of quantum physics in high school: need for the democratization of scientific knowledge
Get PDFTeniendo en cuenta la enorme necesidad de generar procesos de alfabetización científica en nuestro país, que estén a la par con los descubrimientos y avances en el campo de la ciencia y la tecnología, se presenta una investigación doctoral enfocada en la formación de profesores de ciencias naturales, para la enseñanza de la física cuántica en la educación media. Por ende, el objetivo está orientado al diseño, desarrollo y evaluación de un proceso de formación de docentes para la enseñanza y el aprendizaje de la naturaleza cuántica de la luz en el ciclo de la educación media, a través de la modelización como estrategia didáctica y el uso de las TIC como herramientas cognitivas desde la perspectiva del conocimiento tecnológico y pedagógico del contenido. Además, en el marco de referencia se analizan conceptos orientadores tanto pedagógicos como disciplinares, entre ellos, el conocimiento tecnológico y pedagógico de contenido, los modelos científicos en la enseñanza de las ciencias, la modelización como estrategia didáctica para la enseñanza de las ciencias, las herramientas cognitivas. Así mismo, se presenta la metodología de investigación a través del estudio de caso como proceso de investigación-acción enfocada en la formación de profesores de ciencias, al igual que el contexto de los participantes de estudio. Finalmente, a través de esta investigación se logra evidenciar la necesidad de generar espacios educativos enfocados en los descubrimientos, avances y aplicaciones de la física cuántica, buscando propender a la visualización de nuevas esferas del conocimiento que estén a la vanguardia en el desarrollo social, cultural, histórico, tecnológico y económico, permitiendo la formación de una sociedad crítica, conocedora de su entorno
Abstrac
Taking into account the enormous need to generate processes of scientific literacy in our country, which are on a par with the discoveries and advances in the field of science and technology, is presented, a doctoral research focused on the training of natural science teachers, for the teaching of quantum physics in High school. Thus the objective is oriented to the design, development and evaluation of a teacher training process for the teaching and learning of the quantum nature of light in the secondary education, through the modeling as a didactic strategy and the use of information technologies as cognitive tools from the perspective of technological and pedagogical content knowledge. In addition, in the reference framework, pedagogical and disciplinary guiding concepts are analyzed, among them, technological and pedagogical content knowledge, scientific models in science teaching, modeling as a didactic strategy for science teaching, cognitive tools. Likewise, the research methodology is presented through the case study as an action research process focused on the training of science teachers, as well as the context of the study participants. Get PDFEste articulo destaca las diferentes experiencias y efectos del conflicto armado en Colombia sobre los niños, niñas y adolescentes (NNA), y busca visibilizar, desde el contexto de las ciencias sociales y humanas, dichas voces, para lograr el restablecimiento de sus derechos en la sociedad. La metodología del trabajo es el análisis documental de material en el marco del conflicto armado y la construcción de paz. A partir de investigaciones y documentos de la Unidad para la Atención y Reparación Integral a las Víctimas, Unicef, el Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar (ICBF) y la Comisión de la Verdad. El trabajo establece evidencia en la vulneración de los derechos de los menores, y los impactos psicosociales que los afecta.

Get PDFEste artículo es resultado de una investigación doctoral orientada a comprender cómo hijos jóvenes que crecieron en contextos de migración materna, configuraron sus subjetividades de género. Parte del paradigma constructivista y de perspectivas teóricas feministas para la comprensión de las experiencias subjetivas de los participantes, en particular acerca de cómo encontraron en el estudio, los deportes y las actividades artísticas una manera para afrontar su realidad y conseguir estabilidad emocional. La metodología es cualitativa y desde la hermenéutica feminista se realizó análisis de datos textuales provenientes de entrevistas semiestructuradas y relatos de vida de seis (6) hijos jóvenes de madres migrantes en las ciudades de Cali, Tuluá y Palmira, en Colombia. Los resultados evidencian, en la configuración de estas subjetividades juveniles, la formación académica, deportiva y artística como una opción que les permitió sobrevivir a la contingencia de la migración de la madre y asumir esta experiencia como posibilidad o vacío en su trayectoria de vida

Part of the constructivist paradigm and feminist theoretical perspectives for understanding the subjective experiences of the participants, in particular about how they found in the study, sports and artistic activities a way to face their reality and achieve emotional stability. The methodology is qualitative and based on feminist hermeneutics, an analysis of textual data from semi-structured interviews and life stories of 6 young children of migrant mothers in the cities of Cali, Tuluá and Palmira in Colombia was carried out. Medición Virtual de Pies Mediante APP de Realidad Aumentada Bajo Diseño Deasing Thinking
Get PDFEl trabajo presenta el registro del diseño de una app para la medición virtual de pies mediante realidad aumentada. La aplicación permitirá dar solución a la problemática de las comercializadoras de calzado online por las devoluciones. Éstas devoluciones no siempre son por consecuencias de baja calidad del producto, sino por el desconocimiento de las medidas de los pies de los clientes al momento de realizar una compra online, ocasionando una mala experiencia en su compra. Se concluye que en el diseño de este tipo de app exitosos están asociados con la Inteligencia Artificial (IA), el Big Data, y la realidad aumentada que se incorpore en ellas. Se aporta evidencia empírica de la versatilidad eficiencia de la técnica Deasing Thinking al lograr una APP con un nivel de efectividad del 93%
In the present applied research work, the design of an app for the virtual measurement of feet through augmented reality is recorded. The design of the application will allow you to solve the problem that online shoe marketers currently present due to returns. It was evidenced that the causes of the returns are not always due to the low quality of the product, but due to the lack of knowledge of the measurements of the customers’ feet when making an online purchase, causing a bad experience in their purchase, loss of your time and expenses. Finally, it is concluded that in the design of this type of app the elements that allow an APP to calculate the appropriate size are Artificial Intelligence (AI), Big Data, and the augmented reality that is incorporated into them, evidence is also provided Empirical analysis of the versatility and efficiency of the Deasing Thinking technique by achieving an APP with an effectiveness level of 93% that measures the foot and determines the size in 4 measurement standards
