Objeción de conciencia judicial: un debate jurídico y moral
Get PDFEl propósito en este artículo es hacer una reflexión acerca de las posturas que ha suscitado el derecho de objeción de conciencia judicial en Colombia a partir del análisis del caso presentado, en el que un juez se negó a casar, en tres oportunidades, a una pareja de mujeres. Se hizo una revisión de las variables teóricas, jurídicas y morales relacionadas con esta problemática y se analizaron los pronunciamientos de la Corte Constitucional y sus aparentes contradicciones al respecto, a la luz de la Constitución Política y la Convención Americana sobre Derechos Humanos. En este texto se plantea la posibilidad de la objeción de conciencia judicial, primero dentro del marco de la protección de los derechos fundamentales en cabeza del juez como sujeto de derechos, y segundo, estableciendo unos límites respecto a los temas de mayor sensibilidad social a nivel jurídico y moral.

Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to reflect on the positions raised by the right to judicial conscientious objection in Colombia based on the analysis of the recently presented case of the judge who refused to marry a couple of women three times. On the one hand, there will be a review of the theoretical, legal and moral variables related to this problem. On the other hand, an analysis of the pronouncements made by the Constitutional Court and their apparent contradictions in this regard, in light of the Political Constitution and the American Convention on Human Rights. This text raises the possibility of judicial conscientious objection, first within the framework of the protection of fundamental rights at the head of the judge as a subject of rights and second by establishing limits regarding the issues of greater social sensitivity at the legal and moral level.

Get PDFEl presente trabajo corresponde al desarrollo de un proyecto de investigación el cual se encuentra en curso y cuya finalidad se enfoca en el establecimiento de los criterios, así como la línea base para coordinar las estrategias pedagógicas y didácticas de la Facultad de Ciencias Básicas e Ingeniería de Unicatólica, en especial aquellas que se asocian a los procesos de enseñanza y aprendizaje propios del quehacer de la Ingeniería Industria.

Abstract
The present work corresponds to the development of a research project which is ongoing. Its purpose focuses on the establishment of criteria, as well as a baseline to coordinate pedagogical and didactic strategies for the Faculty of Basic Sciences and Engineering of Unicatólica, especially those associated with the teaching and learning processes of Industrial Engineering.

Get PDFCon el presente estudio se procura contribuir a la discusión sobre los resultados de la calidad en función de las Pruebas Saber 11, para estudiantes en Cali y la relación entre las prácticas pedagógicas de los docentes. Para ello, con el uso de estadística descriptiva se explora el modelo pedagógico subyacente en las prácticas docentes, contrastado con los resultados Saber 11.

Abstract
The quality of education is increasingly on the agenda educational. For this, the Saber 11 tests were configured that allow traceability to the educational processes and thefactors that affect them. Thus, the present study tries to contribute to the discussion on the results of these tests in Cali and the possible relationship between the pedagogical practices of teachers and the results of tests on Saber 11.

El distanciamiento social y la pixelización de lo humano
Get PDFLa imparable virtualización de las relaciones interpersonales entre los seres humanos ha llevado a la pixelización de este mismo, donde todo lo que compone al individuo se percibe a través de pantallas y representaciones parcializadas, fragmentadas. Con el auge de distintas ideologías, gracias a las redes sociales, esta pixelización se ha tornado en una forma de justificación de discursos de odio, convirtiendo así al otro en un enemigo, en alguien de tenerle miedo pues este afecta lo que considero mi zona de confort, que es donde me reconozco entre mis iguales.

Abstract
The unstoppable virtualization of in-terpersonal relationships between human beings has led to the pixelization of the same, where everything that builds the individual is perceived through screens and biased, fragmented, representations. With the huge increasing of the social networks a lot of ideologies has taken force making this pixelation a way to justificate hate speechs, thus turning the other into an enemy, someone to be afraid of because can affect my confort zone, which is where I recognize myself, among my equals.

Desde una lectura litúrgica-devocional a la lectura contextual de la Biblia
Get PDFDevotional reading, inserted in a liturgical or devotional horizon that is characteristic of it, allows us to detect both strengths and new possibilities of its reading. In this sense, taking the possibilities of devotional reading, the intention is to propose a contextual reading of the Bible from three considerations: (1) the condition of the common reader —which is own of each believer who reads the biblical text—; (2) the perspective of the biblical text, as it was written, which demands to be read in community; and, (3) finally, take into account the reality experienced by the subjects who approach it, in such a way that the text illuminates the context. The methodology used is qualitative, based on the critical analysis of discourse made the review of the discursive structures of eight devotionals and the analysis of the perception of those who read such texts, through open and closed inquest.La lectura devocional, inserta en un hori-zonte litúrgico o devocional que le es característico, permite detectar tanto fortalezas como nuevas posibilidades de su lectura. En este sentido, si tomamos las posibilidades de la lectura devocional, la intención es proponer una lectura contextual de la Biblia, desde tres consideraciones: la condición del lector común que es propia de cada creyente que lee el texto bíblico; la lógica del texto bíblico de la forma en que fue escrito, el cual exige ser leído en comunidad.

Deserción académica universitaria y aislamiento preventivo obligatorio en Colombia: Estudio “CHEMA - COVID-19”
Get PDFThe CHEMA - COVID-19 Study, allows establishing how the intention of academic persistence of the students of a university, was related to the changes in study habits and learning motivations (CHEMA, in Spanish) presented during the mandatory preventive isolation (APO, in Spanish) lived in Colombia, following the COVID-19 pandemic. It is an investigation of longitudinal and descriptive correlational scope, with a fixed panel probabilistic sample, which identifies the environmental factors of the student’s learning, the methodology adopted by the teachers and the institutional actions, in a positive correlation with the decision of academic continuity. The results allow us to estimate a dropout rate for the second semester of 2020, and to identify its disaggregated behavior in the educational population and other intervening variablesEl estudio CHEMA - COVID-19 permite establecer cómo la intención de persistencia académica de los estudiantes de una universidad estaba relacionada con los cambios en los hábitos de estudio y motivaciones de aprendizaje (CHEMA) presentados durante el aislamiento preventivo obligatorio (APO) vivido en Colombia, a raíz de la pandemia COVID-19.

Abstract

Los trabajos en la Gig Economy: una mirada desde la precarización laboral
Get PDFSeveral countries worldwide have seen exponential growth in non-standard freelance or freelance jobs through digital platforms. The academic literature recognizes that these activities are circumscribed within the Gig economy framework or independent economy, which blurs the rules of traditional jobs and shows new business models mediated by the technological revolution. This article analyzes the characteristics of the jobs carried out within the framework of the Gig Economy. The analysis was carried out from a reading of work precarization based on the theoretical contributions that have been developed in the debates of contemporary changes in the world of work and organizations. It is concluded that these types of economies promote precarious work and pose different challenges for human resource management and governments in terms of labor legislationDiversos países a nivel mundial han visto un crecimiento exponencial en el número de trabajos independientes o autónomos no estándar a través de plataformas digitales. La literatura académica reconoce que este tipo de actividades se circunscriben en el marco de la Gig Economy o economía independiente, la cual desdibuja las reglas de los trabajos tradicionales, y evidencia nuevos modelos de negocios mediados por la revolución tecnológica.
