การเล่นกระโดดยางมีความสำคัญต่อสุขภาพของนักเรียนในโรงเรียน |Playing Rubber Jumps with the Health of Students in School
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อนําเสนอความสําคัญของการเล่นกระโดดยางของนักเรียน มีความสำคัญต่อสุขภาพของนักเรียน และช่วยพัฒนาสุขภาพ โดยเฉพาะความอดทนของระบบไหลเวียนเลือด และระบบหายใจ ซึ่งเป็นรากฐานที่สําคัญต่อการพัฒนาสุขภาพ ของเด็กนักเรียนในโรงเรียน เนื่องจากการเล่นกระโดดยางโดยเน้นกิจกรรมการเคลื่อนไหวทุกส่วนของร่างกายทําให้ร่างกาย มีการเคลื่อนไหวอยู่เสมอ จากการศึกษา ที่ผ่านมาพบว่า การเล่นกระโดดยางมีความสำคัญต่อสุขภาพของนักเรียนในโรงเรียน สามารถพัฒนาสุขภาพทางกายของนักเรียน โดยนำเสนอผลการศึกษามาดั้งนี้ 1) ความอดทนของระบบไหลเวียนเลือดและระบบหายใจ 2) ความสำคัญของการออกกำลังกายแบบแอโรบิก 3) การเล่นกระโดดยางของนักเรียน 4) วิธีการกระโดดยาง 5) องค์กรรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ ซึ่งจากการศึกษาวิเคราะห์ เอกสาร และงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องสรุปได้ว่าการเล่นกระโดดยางมีความสำคัญต่อสุขภาพของนักเรียนในโรงเรียนและเป็นการใช้เวลาว่างให้เป็นประโยชน์ต่อสุขภาพ
This objective article is to present the importance of The playing rubber jump among students. It is essential to the health of students and improvement of health in particular of the circulatory and respiratory systems, which is the foundation for the health development of schoolchild. The Playing rubber jump is involve the movement of all parts of the body. Moreover, previous studies have supported that the rubber jumping is necessary for heelpath development of schoolchild. The details of this article were as follows: 1) cardiorespiratory endurance 2) the importance of aerobic exercise 3) the activities of the rubber jumping for schoolchild 4) the procedure to play the rubber jumping 5) The result of this study showed that the rubber jumping is important to the health of schoolchild and also use their free time productively
Ultrasonographic diagnosis of reproductive disorders in Murrah buffaloes
The present investigation was carried out in the year 2016 to 2017 at government livestock farm sector-1 and buffalo farm of LUVAS on Murrah buffaloes and a total of 70 post-partum animals were examined using real time B mode ultrasonography. A total of 13 animals were diagnosed with reproductive ailments including granulosa cell tumour, follicular cyst, mucometra, parovarian cyst, pyometra, hydrometra, cystitis and early embryonic mortality
Development of ELISA kit for serological diagnosis of Q fever
In this study, it was aimed to develop an ELISA diagnostic kit that can be used in the serological investigation of Q fever disease caused by C. burnetii. For this purpose, bovine, sheep, goat and buffalo sera were tested with a commercial ELISA kit and home-made ELISA kit developed using two different conjugates. Of the 92 buffaloes blood serum samples tested, 22 (23.9%) were found positive by commercial ELISA kit, 7 (7.6%) and 29 (31.5%) were positive by protein-A conjugated ELISA and 29 anti-bovine IgG conjugated ELISA, respectively. In addition, Q fever positive and negative cattle, sheep, and goat blood sera that were found to be positive and negative for Q fever in a previous study conducted on animals with abortion history were also re-examined in our laboratory. In conclusion, within the scope of the project, an alternative homemade ELISA kit was developed for the serological diagnosis of Q fever and serum samples of the target species of buffalo, cattle, sheep, and goats were tested. Thus, the home-made ELISA kit, which can be used in research aimed at detecting seropositivity, especially in buffalo sera, was made ready for use. It was concluded that the data obtained would contribute to wider ranging epidemiological studies. The epidemiology of the disease can be revealed in detail in the light of research to be carried out with more comprehensive projects in our region
Identification of Chlamydia abortus and Chlamydia pecorum in water buffaloes (Bubalus bubalis) and cows cohabitating the same herd
The aim of this study was to determine the presence of Chlamydia spp. in a dual-purpose zebu and water buffalo-mixed herd cohabitating in a ranch located in southern Mexico. The zootechnical purpose of this herd is milk and cheese production. A total of 52 vaginal exudate samples were obtained from clinically healthy water buffaloes, less than one month after parturition, and two vaginal exudate samples were taken from cows that had recently aborted. L929 cells were used for bacterial isolation. Two of these cultures were infected, confirmed by direct immunofluorescence. Total DNA was extracted for analysis with two types of real-time PCR, a Chlamydiaceae-specific real-time PCR and another species-specific real-time PCR for C. abortus, C. psittaci and C. pecorum. Two Chlamydia isolates were obtained, one from a water buffalo positive to C. abortus and C. pecorum, the other from a cow positive to C. abortus. This is the first report of the presence of C. abortus and C. pecorum in water buffaloes in Mexico. C. abortus was also detected in one cow living in the same herd as the water buffaloes
Global trade competitiveness of Indian buffalo meat: Trends and determinants
The study examines the performance of buffalo meat (HS-020230) trade globally and from India, assesses the export competitiveness of buffalo meat export, and identifies the determinants of export growth of buffalo meat from India. The study’s empirical finding reveals that India has approximately 54% of the world’s buffalo population and is one of the major buffalo meat suppliers to the international market. India’s proportion of worldwide buffalo meat exports has increased from 3.34% in 2000 to 11.23% in 2020. During TE 2020, India exported 3052.4 million USD worth of buffalo meat to the rest of the globe, and the single-largest reported destination for India’s buffalo exports was Vietnam, contributing 34% of India’s buffalo meat export. The study determines India’s competitiveness in the buffalo meat sector, and the results showed that China has RCA value greater than one, clearly indicating the strength of India in exporting meat to China. Buffalo population, total livestock population, and GDP of India have been identified as important determinants of the export of buffalo meat from India
Characteristics of the karyotype of Ukrainian buffalos
The article presents the results of studying the karyotype of the Ukrainian buffalo population. With the help of routine and GTG methods of analysis of metaphase plates of chromosomes, it was established that in the studied animals the diploid chromosome set was equal to fifty chromosomes (2n=50), which consisted of 5 pairs of meta- and submetacentric and 19 pairs of acrocentric autosomes and one pair (XX) or (XY) sex chromosomes. The total number of chromosome arms (FN) was 60, which correspond to animals of the water buffalo species (Bubalus bubalis), a subspecies of the river buffalo (B. b. Bubalis). Cytogenetic control revealed wide intraspecies limits of spontaneous somatic mutagenesis: absence of constitutive chromosomal disorders; the frequency of metaphases with aneuploidy, the average value (M±m) of which was equal to 10.5±0.13%, polyploidy (M±m=0.7±0.25%), asynchronous separation of the centromeric regions of chromosomes - (M±m=5.3±2.00), chromosomal breaks (M±m=0.7±0.24%), the proportion of cells with micronuclei (M±m=2.5±0.39‰), binucleated cells (M±m=2.6±0.32‰) and mitotic index (M±m=4.8±0.65‰). การตัดสินใจซื้อทรัพย์สินรอการขายประเภทที่อยู่อาศัยของผู้บริโภค Gen Y ในจังหวัดพิษณุโลก
The objectives of this study were twofold: 1) to investigate the purchasing decisions of Gen Y consumers for Non-Performing Assets (NPA) in Phitsanulok, categorized by demographic characteristics such as gender, marital status, education level, occupation, and income; and 2) to examine the influence of location selection factors and marketing mix factors, from the perspective of Gen Y consumers, on their purchasing decisions for NPA in Phitsanulok. The sample group consisted of 385 individuals residing in Phitsanulok, belonging to the Gen Y age group, with ages ranging from 23 to 42 years old. These individuals had expressed interest in purchasing NPA. Statistical techniques such as frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, one-way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis were employed for data analysis. The results showed that the different occupation levels and income impacted the decision-making process of purchasing NPA. From the consumer's perspective, the location selection and marketing mix factors significantly influenced the decision-making process of purchasing NPA among Gen Y consumers in Phitsanulok, with statistical significance at the 0.01 level. This forecasting equation accurately predicted the decision to purchase NPA at an accuracy rate of 49.80 percent. การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาการตัดสินใจซื้อทรัพย์สินรอการขายของผู้บริโภค Gen Y ในจังหวัดพิษณุโลก โดยจำแนกตามลักษณะประชากรศาสตร์ประกอบด้วย เพศ สถานภาพ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ และรายได้ และ 2) เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลของปัจจัยการเลือกทำเลที่ตั้งอสังหาริมทรัพย์และส่วนประสมทางการตลาดในมุมมองของผู้บริโภคที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจซื้อทรัพย์สินรอการขายประเภทที่อยู่อาศัยของผู้บริโภค Gen Y ในจังหวัดพิษณุโลก กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ประชากรที่อาศัยในจังหวัดพิษณุโลกที่เป็นประชากรกลุ่ม Gen Y อายุอยู่ระหว่าง 23-42 ปี จำนวน 385 คน และมีความสนใจที่จะซื้อทรัพย์สินรอการขาย สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบจำแนกทางเดียว และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า อาชีพและรายได้ที่แตกต่างกันมีการตัดสินใจซื้อทรัพย์สินรอการขายแตกต่างกัน ส่วนปัจจัยการเลือกทำเลที่ตั้งอสังหาริมทรัพย์ และปัจจัยด้านส่วนประสมทางการตลาดในมุมมองของผู้บริโภคมีอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจซื้อทรัพย์สินรอการขายประเภทที่อยู่อาศัยของผู้บริโภค Gen Y ในจังหวัดพิษณุโลกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 ซึ่งสามารถพยากรณ์การตัดสินใจซื้อทรัพย์สินรอการขายประเภทที่อยู่อาศัยได้ถูกต้องร้อยละ 49.8
Ultrasonographic characteristics of prostate and seminal vesicle glands in developing Murrah buffalo bulls
The study was performed in Murrah buffalo-bull calves to assess the developmental dimensions of the prostate and seminal vesicle (SV) glands from 1 to 30 months of age with transrectal ultrasonography. The width of prostate gland ranged between 1.39±0.07 and 2.65±0.14 cm. The rate of change in the mean width of the gland was gradual and almost same from one to thirty month (P<0.05). The correlation co-efficient between width of prostate gland and age was r2 = 0.73. The mean circumference and length of the SV gland at one month to thirty months of age ranged from 6.14±0.32 to 13.05±0.34 cm and 2.61±0.09 to 6.02±0.27 cm, respectively. The correlation co-efficient between length and age, width and age, and circumference of SV gland and age were r2 = 0.68, r2 = 0.55 and r2 = 0.74, respectively. From this study, it is concluded that the ultrasonographic evaluation of prostate and SV along with growth rate could be very practical tool for the assessment of puberty
Polypropylene mesh versus nylon mosquito net mesh for external abdominal hernias repair in cattle and buffaloes
Herein, the effectiveness of locally sourced and autoclaved nylon mosquito net mesh for the repair of external abdominal hernias was investigated. Eleven animals (7 cattle and 4 buffaloes) having hernial ring sizes of 8 to 30 cm in diameter were divided into two Groups 1 (5 animals) and Group 2 (6 animals). In Group 1, nylon mosquito net mesh was used, and in Group 2, polypropylene mesh was used for the repair of defects. The animals were sedated with xylazine HCl and given local anaesthesia during surgery. Over the external hernial sac, an elliptical skin incision was made. The internal hernial sac was bluntly dissected and freed down to the hernial ring. The internal hernial sac was opened, and the hernial ring was repaired with nylon mosquito net mesh or polypropylene mesh using the inlay technique. After hernioplasty, the sac and subcutaneous tissue were repaired with prolene suture material. The skin incision was closed with simple interrupted mattress sutures using monofilament polyamide suture material. Antibiotics and analgesics were given postoperatively, and povidone iodine was used to treat the suture line daily. The skin sutures were removed on the 10th to 15th postoperative day, depending upon the wound condition. Mild inflammatory swelling in Group 1 was observed at the incision line, which had completely subsided by the 15th postoperative day. The wounds healed by first intention in both groups. In any case, no recurrence was seen in a follow-up period of 3 months. Without clinical signs of wound dehiscence, infection, or recurrence, all animals recovered uneventfully
Effect of some non-genetic factors on productive and reproductive traits of Mehsana buffaloes
The records of 7782 Mehsana buffaloes sired by 184 sires maintained at Dudhsagar Research and Development Association (DURDA), Dudhsagar Dairy, Mehsana, Gujarat born during 1989 to 2012 were collected and analysed to examine the effect of non-genetic factors viz. period and season of calving and age at first calving. The least squares analysis was used for estimation of various non-genetic factors on First Lactation Milk Yield (FLMY), First Lactation Fat Yield (FLFY), Average Fat Percentage (AFP) and Age at First Calving (AFC). The least squares mean with standard error of FLMY, FLMY, AFP and AFC were estimated to be 1900.68±7.65 lit., 135.04±0.57 kg, 7.11±0.11 percentage and 1407.18±4.36 days, respectively. Highly significant (P≤0.01) effect of all the non-genetic factors (period and season of calving and age at first alving group) under study was observed on FLMY, FLMY and AFP in Mehsana buffaloes. Further, highly significant (P≤0.01) effect of season and period of birth was recorded on AFC. It is worthy to note that in Mehsana breed evaluation programme these factors should be considered as they have great influence of them
