No full textIn the context of contemporary society marked by emotional fatigue and psychological tension, meditative music emerges as a powerful tool for psycho-emotional recovery. This article explores the therapeutic potential of meditative music, examining its structural elements – tempo, dynamics, harmony, rhythm, and timbre – and their influence on the listener’s mental state. Drawing on philosophical, cultural, and psychological perspectives, the study highlights how meditative music fosters inner balance, spiritual renewal, and self-awareness. The role of the performer, the impact of digital technologies, and the integration of music therapy practices are also discussed. Particular attention is given to the non-verbal communicative power of music and its ability to evoke deep emotional responses and facilitate holistic healing. The article concludes that meditative music, rooted in both ritual and innovation, serves as a meaningful resource for addressing the challenges of modern life and enhancing well-being through artistic and therapeutic engagement.W kontekście współczesnego społeczeństwa, naznaczonego zmęczeniem emocjonalnym i przeciążeniem psychicznym, muzyka medytacyjna jawi się jako istotne narzędzie wspierające regenerację psychiczno-emocjonalną. Artykuł analizuje terapeutyczny potencjał muzyki medytacyjnej, koncentrując się na jej strukturze – tempie, dynamice, harmonii, rytmie i barwie dźwięku – oraz ich wpływie na stan psychiczny odbiorcy. Z perspektywy filozoficznej, kulturowej i psychologicznej ukazano, w jaki sposób muzyka medytacyjna sprzyja wewnętrznej równowadze, odnowie duchowej i samoświadomości. Omówiono również rolę wykonawcy, znaczenie technologii cyfrowych oraz zastosowanie praktyk muzykoterapeutycznych. Szczególną uwagę poświęcono niewerbalnej sile komunikacyjnej muzyki i jej zdolności do wywoływania głębokich reakcji emocjonalnych. No full textThe aim of this article is to identify the role played by ICT in the area of social communication. Recognising the particular virtues of innovative ICT solutions, it is necessary to analyse potential cyberthreats to the security of communication (e-communication). In extraordinate situations, the right of access to information, freedom of speech or media pluralism may be violated. The subject of this article is to define the principles of cybersecurity of social communication in the age of disinformation and artificial intelligence. By analysing the topic, the question of the legitimacy of the implementation of so-called cybersecurity policies in social communication will be answered. It is necessary to create optimal solutions of a legal-technological nature which, on the one hand, will ensure the protection of information truth and, on the other hand, will consolidate measures for social e-participation and freedom of speech on the Internet. Undoubtedly, due to the algorithmisation of services, the need to protect against disinformation is increasing, thus the digital competence of the users of cyberspace is becoming an important issue. The paper will discuss issues relating to the essence of cybersecurity in social communication, thus identifying standards for cybersecurity of e-communication. The research method adopted include an analysis of basic legal acts and the literature on the subject.Celem artykułu jest wskazanie roli, jaką pełnią technologie informacyjno-komunikacyjne w obszarze komunikacji społecznej. Uznając szczególne walory innowacyjnych rozwiązań teleinformatycznych, należy dokonać analizy potencjalnych cyberzagrożeń dla bezpieczeństwa komunikacji (e-komunikacji). W sytuacjach nadzwyczajnych może dojść do naruszenia prawa dostępu do informacji, wolności słowa czy pluralizmu mediów. Przedmiotem artykułu jest określenie zasad cyberbezpieczeństwa komunikacji społecznej w dobie dezinformacji i sztucznej inteligencji. Analiza tematu pozwoli odpowiedzieć na pytanie o zasadność wdrożenia tzw. polityk cyberbezpieczeństwa w komunikacji społecznej. Konieczne jest stworzenie optymalnych rozwiązań natury prawno-technologicznej, które z jednej strony zapewnią ochronę prawdy informacyjnej, z drugiej utrwalą działania na rzecz e-partycypacji społecznej i wolności słowa w internecie. Niewątpliwe w związku z algorytmizacją usług wzrasta potrzeba ochrony przed dezinformacją, tym samym ważne stają się kompetencje cyfrowe użytkowników cyberprzestrzeni. No full textPost-adoption depression (PAD) is an emerging phenomenon that increasingly attracts researchers’ attention within the context of emotional challenges associated with the transition to adoptive parenthood. In contrast to postpartum depression, PAD affects adoptive parents and may have distinct causes and outcomes. In Poland, the issue of post-adoption depression remains relatively underexplored. The aim of this article is to present the findings of existing research on PAD. A systematic literature review was conducted using the PubMed/MEDLINE, Web of Science, and EBSCO databases. This review covers studies published between 2009 and 2024. The keywords used during the search included: “post-adoption depression”, “depression”, and “adoption”. Ultimately, 18 empirical research articles were included in the analysis. Preliminary findings suggest that post-adoption depression is a common phenomenon that requires further research and the development of appropriate support programs for adoptive parents. Building realistic expectations and ensuring access to psychological support appear to be crucial for adoptive families’ well-being.Depresja poadopcyjna (DAP PAD) to zjawisko, które coraz częściej zwraca uwagę badaczy w kontekście emocjonalnych trudności związanych z adaptacją do roli rodzica adopcyjnego. W przeciwieństwie do depresji poporodowej, PAD dotyka rodziców adoptujących dzieci i może mieć różne przyczyny oraz skutki. Zagadnienie problemu depresji poadopcyjnej na gruncie polskim jest jeszcze słabo znane. Celem niniejszego artykułu jest zaprezentowanie wyników istniejących badań dotyczących problemu depresji poadopcyjnej. Przegląd literatury na potrzeby niniejszej pracy został przeprowadzony w bazach naukowych: PubMed/MEDLINE, Web of Science oraz EBSCO. Przedstawione opracowanie stanowi przegląd prac opublikowanych od 2009 do 2024 r. W trakcie wyszukiwania prac do analizy użyto następujących słów kluczowych: post-adoption depression, depression, adoption. Ostatecznie do analizy wybrano 18 artykułów o charakterze prac badawczych. Wstępne wyniki badań sugerują, że depresja poadopcyjna jest zjawiskiem powszechnym i wymaga dalszych badań oraz odpowiednich programów wsparcia dla rodziców adopcyjnych. No full textThe conditions for the success of a homiletic text are most often expressed in terms of formal typological principles. However, a homily requires not only correct form but also practical impact. Hence there arises the interesting question of how a homily may achieve intended practical effects without compromising its structural qualities. This is the present article’s motivation for describing the concept of the speech construction strategy. Firstly, consideration will be given to two different, yet interdependent concepts, namely, methods and strategies. Then, it will be shown how incorporating planned actions into a homiletic text can be an effective way to increase its practical impact.Warunki fortunności tekstu homilii identyfikowane są najczęściej na poziomie spełnianych zasad typologicznych. Użytkowość formy wymusza jednak, by jej prawidłowy kształt łączyć również z praktycznym zastosowaniem. Stąd interesująca kwestia: w jaki sposób osiągnąć zamierzone efekty praktyczne, bez naruszania strukturalnych walorów budowy tekstu? Jest to podstawą do opisu pojęcia tzw. strategii budowania wypowiedzi. Zamierzenie zostanie zrealizowane w następującym porządku. Representing Iran as a Threat: A Critical Discourse Analysis of Obama’s Rhetoric
No full textThe aim of this article is to examine the relationship between personal values and participation in consumer boycotts across countries, taking into account the role of national culture. The study is based on data from the 11th round of the European Social Survey (2023–2024), covering 27 European countries and Israel (N = 46,162). Personal values were measured using Schwartz’s Portrait Values Questionnaire (PVQ-21), while national culture was described by Hofstede’s six cultural dimensions. The results confirm that self-transcendence and openness to change values along with lower levels of conservation values are associ-ated with greater involvement in boycotts. Moreover, the cultural dimension of indulgence was found to strengthen the positive influence of universalism, benevolence and self-direction values on boycott participation, suggesting that a higher tolerance for emotional expression in more indulgent countries may lead to greater boycott participation. These findings extend previous research by demonstrating that the relationship between personal values and consumer boycotts is shaped by the cultural context
The Lock-Up Clause in a Polish Limited Liability Company: A Legal and Economic Analysis in the Context of Private Equity and Venture Capital Investments
No full textThe dynamic growth of Poland’s investment market, particularly for private equity and venture capital, requires effective legal mechanisms that safeguard investor interests and ensure the stability of ownership structures in limited lia-bility companies. One of the key issues in this context is the temporary exclusion of share transferability, implemented through so-called lock-up clauses. These provisions, incorporated into companies’ articles of association, are designed to restrict shareholders’ ability to dispose of their shares for a defined period (typically 3 to 5 years), thereby supporting corporate governance and strength-ening investor confidence. This article provides an interdisciplinary analysis of the functions and legal admissibility of lock-up clauses from the perspective of commercial law and economics. In particular, it examines whether, and under what conditions, it is legally permissible to exclude the transferability of shares in the articles of association of a Polish limited liability company

No full textThis article presents an innovative financing model for renewable energy proj-ects, specifically for small and medium-sized local communities, leveraging crowdfunding, also known as social energy. This concept, studied for over two decades across various fields like sustainable development and finance, is explored as a way to strengthen investment in these communities.
The study investigates the relationship between social energy and regional economic conditions, with a particular focus on North American states. Its find-ings aim to guide project developers and co-funders in making optimal decisions regarding the location and scale of projects. The analysis accounts for economic diversity and demographic trends, illustrating how regional variations influence the success of crowdfunding initiatives.
The methodology is rooted in data analysis and statistical inference, includ-ing correlation and regression, to identify key economic variables. We used spatial analysis to pinpoint factors that either stimulate or inhibit investment. The results highlight significant correlations between social energy and eco-nomic conditions in different states. This information offers valuable insights for promoting small and medium-sized renewable energy projects in economically suitable areas. The article suggests that lessons from the U.S. context can be applied to other regions that foster social energy to cater to regional economic needs

Drawing from key biblical texts, the study highlights the role of public officials, including customs officers, in maintaining social order and justice, with a particular focus on moral integrity, fairness, and accountability in trade and financial governance. The article further examines the evolution of customs officers’ professional ethics in contemporary contexts, focusing on Ukrainian legislation and international standards. It explores the role of ethical conduct within customs administrations, drawing attention to key principles such as transparency, impartiality, and the fight against corruption, as outlined in both national laws and international frameworks like those of the World Customs Organization (WCO). While Ukraine has developed a Code of Ethical Conduct for customs officers, the article critiques its limitations, such as the lack of clear definitions of ethical principles, and advocates for the continuous updating of such codes to address modern challenges in customs operations.Artykuł bada historyczne i biblijne fundamenty etycznych obowiązków funkcjonariuszy celnych, podkreślając związek między starożytnymi judejskimi zasadami prawnymi a współczesnymi standardami zawodowymi. No full textThe article is devoted to the legal regulation analysis of professional chaplaincy integration into the healthcare institutions of Ukraine, the identification of the main steps to be taken in the cooperative relations between state authorities and religious organizations in order to guarantee the rights of patients and medical workers to freedom of religion, the evolution of the health care chaplaincy starting from the volunteer movement of the clergy to their further professionalization. Based on the analysis of the legislation and the key aspects of legal regulation of chaplaincy activities in medical institutions of Ukraine, the authors have reached the conclusion that the legal status of hospital chaplains in Ukraine until 2022 reflected the religious component only, defining a chaplain rather as a clergyman, a member and a representative of a religious organization who provides pastoral, spiritual care to patients, and not as a qualified employee of a healthcare institution. Only since 2022, in the conditions of the full-scale war of the Russian Federation against Ukraine and due to the increasing public attention to the issue of regulating state-confessional relations in the field of healthcare, the status of a hospital chaplain was legally consolidated, no longer as a clergyman carrying out his activities on a voluntary basis, but as a professional in spiritual care in the sphere of healthcare. This justifies that the legal status of a chaplain in healthcare today is characterized by the presence of religious and medical elements, which affects the determination of the requirements for professional qualifications, the scope of chaplain’s authority, and the features of his pastoral activities as an employee in a healthcare institution. The article outlines the main problems of legal regulation and substantiates the main directions for improving legislation in the field of health care chaplaincy in Ukraine.Artykuł poświęcony jest analizie regulacji prawnych dotyczących integracji kapelanów zawodowych w placówkach służby zdrowia na Ukrainie, identyfikacji kluczowych kroków w relacjach współpracy między organami państwowymi a organizacjami religijnymi w celu zagwarantowania prawa pacjentów i pracowników medycznych do wolności religijnej oraz ewolucji duszpasterstwa służby zdrowia – od wolontariatu duchowieństwa do jego dalszego sformalizowania. Na podstawie analizy przepisów prawa oraz kluczowych aspektów regulacji działalności kapelanów w placówkach medycznych na Ukrainie autorzy dochodzą do wniosku, że status prawny kapelanów szpitalnych do 2022 r. miał wyłącznie wymiar religijny – kapelan był postrzegany przede wszystkim jako duchowny, członek i przedstawiciel wspólnoty religijnej, który zapewnia pacjentom opiekę duszpasterską i duchową, a nie jako wykwalifikowany pracownik placówki medycznej. Dopiero od 2022 r., w warunkach pełnoskalowej wojny Federacji Rosyjskiej przeciwko Ukrainie oraz w związku z rosnącym zainteresowaniem społecznym regulacją stosunków państwowo-wyznaniowych w sektorze opieki zdrowotnej, status kapelana szpitalnego został prawnie uregulowany – nie jako duchownego działającego na zasadzie wolontariatu, lecz jako profesjonalisty w zakresie opieki duchowej w systemie ochrony zdrowia. Oznacza to, że obecnie status prawny kapelana w systemie opieki zdrowotnej łączy w sobie zarówno elementy religijne, jak i medyczne, co wpływa na określenie wymagań dotyczących kwalifikacji zawodowych, zakresu kompetencji kapelana oraz specyfiki jego działalności duszpasterskiej jako pracownika placówki medycznej. W artykule przedstawiono główne problemy regulacji prawnych oraz zaproponowano kierunki doskonalenia ustawodawstwa w zakresie duszpasterstwa służby zdrowia na Ukrainie
