Jan Amos Komeński w nowoczesnej pedagogice. Badania – konteksty, interpretacje i perspektywy polskiej komeniologii
Get PDFThis article is an analysis of issues related to the development of comeniology in the social sciences and humanities, with particular emphasis on pedagogy as a discipline. It contains a brief historical outline, including research on the life and work of John Amos Comenius. It concerns research not only in pedagogy, but also in other humanities (philosophy, linguistics). It also contains threads of interdisciplinary scientific discourse in the formation of comeniology and its development. The article indicates Polish educators associated with comeniology. One of the chapters is devoted to Prof. Barbara Sitarska, a Comenius researcher, creator, and editor of the Siedlce Comeniological Journals. The text ends with a reflection on comeniology and its further perspectives.Artykuł stanowi analizę zagadnień związanych z rozwojem komeniologii w naukach społecznych i humanistycznych, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem pedagogiki jako dyscypliny. Zawiera krótki rys historyczny obejmujący badania nad życiem i twórczością Jana Amosa Komeńskiego. Dotyczy badań nie tylko z zakresu pedagogiki, ale także innych nauk humanistycznych (filozofia, językoznawstwo). Zawiera również wątki interdyscyplinarnego dyskursu naukowego w kształtowaniu się komeniologii i jej rozwoju. W artykule wskazano polskich pedagogów związanych z komeniologią, m.in. prof. Barbarę Sitarską, badaczkę Komeńskiego, twórczynię i redaktorkę „Siedleckich Zeszytów Komeniologicznych”. Tekst kończy się refleksją nad komeniologią i jej dalszymi perspektywami

Conditions and differentiation of views and practices were indicated depending on the level of civilisation advancement of societies.Artykuł ma charakter przeglądowy. Zaprezentowano w nim różnorodność studiów antropologii kulturowej nad kwestiami niepełnosprawności. Kolejno ukazano wizję dziecka z wadą wrodzoną w wiejskich społecznościach tradycyjnych ze wskazaniem zasadniczych rysów charakterystycznych dla tej epoki. Get PDFThe article raises the problem of female tyranny in private space, in mother-daughter relationships. The author discusses and interprets these relationships as violent behavior of the mother (perpetrator) towards her daughter (victim), taking the form of emotional, psychological, and verbal domestic violence. A little-known novel Jędza by Eliza Orzeszkowa, written in 1889 and published in 1891 makes the basis for this discussion. The analyzes and interpretations carried out show that this kind of violence is registered in fiction, thus refuting stereotypes and patterns regarding female non-aggression, illustrating the face of the mother as a despot, a tormentor who, in close contact with her daughter, becomes an oppressor and harmer.The article raises the problem of female tyranny in private space, in mother-daughter relationships. Get PDFIn this article, I attempt to analyze the motif of marital violence shown in Mieczysław Srokowski’s modernist novel Their Secret, paying attention to the deeply rooted social and psychological aspects of this phenomenon. In the first part of the article, I present the issue of violence, focus on the tyranny and aggression shown, briefly describe their causes, and also present a biographical outline of the author of the novel in question. The main part of the article refers to the analysis and interpretation of the characters\u27 behavior, as well as a psychological exploration of the phenomenon of violence, which reveals to the reader the complexity of marital relations in a world dominated by men. I discuss the important motif of the fatal man appearing in the novel and reveal how man was trapped in social expectations that often led to growing conflict and aggression. In the final part of the article, I emphasize that modernist novels were not only mirrors of social realities, but also a tool for reflection on the nature of violence in marriage and its impact on individuals. Get PDFThis article addresses the issue of actions by forces dependent on the Russian Federation in Ukraine after 2014. The aim of this article is to illuminate the context and highlight the factual connections between the Russian government and events in Crimea and Donbas. The author examines these events in the context of the so-called ‘Maskirovka’ or Gerasimov Doctrine, additionally enriching these considerations with a broader background of civil-military relations in Russia. Therefore, an equally important point of consideration in this article is the Wagner Group, a significant element of Russian actions both before and after the initiation of the ‘Special Military Operation’ by the Russian Federation. The primary research question is: to what extent and through what catalog of entities did the Russian Federation influence the situation in eastern Ukraine since 2014?Niniejszy artykuł podejmuje problematykę działań sił zależnych od Federacji Rosyjskiej na terenie Ukrainy po 2014 roku. Celem tej pracy jest naświetlenie kontekstu i wyeksponowanie powiązań rządu Federacji Rosyjskiej z wydarzeniami na Krymie oraz w Donbasie. Autor rozpatruje te wydarzenia w kontekście tak zwanej ,,maskirovki” czy doktryny Gierasimowa, wzbogacając swoje rozważania ukazaniem szerszego tła stosunków cywilno-wojskowych w Rosji. Omówiono rolę Grupy Wagnera, będącej ważnym elementem działań rosyjskich zarówno przed, jak i po rozpoczęciu tak zwanej specjalnej operacji wojskowej przez Federację Rosyjską.
