Audio description fairy tales and their use in speech therapy
No full textArtykuł dotyczy propozycji wykorzystania bajek audiodeskrypcyjnych w terapii logopedycznej pacjentów chorych na stwardnienie rozsiane. Na bazie autorskiej bajki do-konano prezentacji możliwego zastosowania i wykorzystania tej właśnie formy w terapii. Prezentowane rozwiązanie jest przykładem, który można, a nawet należy modyfikować pod kątem trudności logopedycznych u pacjentów. Warto pamiętać, że audiodeskrypcja i bajki powstałe na jej bazie, dają szerokie możliwości wykorzystania nie tylko w logopedii.The article concerns the proposal of using audio description fairy tales in speech therapy for patients with multiple sclerosis. Based on the fairy tale, a presentation of the possible application and use of this form in therapy was made. The presented solution is an example that can and even should be modified in terms of speech therapy difficulties in patients. It is worth remembering that audio description and fairy tales based on it offer wide possibilities of use not only in speech therapy
Sports profile of the linguistic image of Spain in the pre-pandemic „Gazeta Wyborcza”
No full textCelem artykułu była próba przedstawienia profilu sportowego Hiszpanii na podstawie publikacji w „Gazecie Wyborczej” w okresie przedpandemicznym 2019–2020. Przy pomocy metody profilowania Bartmińskiego wyznaczono najpopularniejsze cechy przypisywane badanemu państwu w tekstach sportowych wybranego medium. Wyjaśniono również znaczenie poszczególnych określeń oraz zwrócono uwagę na sposób ich wprowadzania.The aim of this article was to attempt to present a sports profile of Spain on the basis of publications included in “Gazeta Wyborcza” in the pre-pandemic period 2019-2020. Using Bartminski\u27s profiling method, the most popular characteristics attributed to the studied country in the sports texts of the selected medium were determined. The meaning of particular terms was also explained and attention was paid to the way they were introduced
Poetics of affectivity by Michal Tallo
Full text linkMichal Tallo belongs to the young generation reviving certain aspects of anesthetic poetics, which formed in Slovak poetry at the beginning of the 1990s. Anesthetic procedures are directly related to the observed aspect of emotionality in Tallo‘s work. The paper follows the male lyrical heroes from the collections Antimita (Anti-intimacy) (2016), Δ [Delta] (Delta) (2018), Kniha tmy (The Book of Darkness) (2021), and the male characters of the short story Futbal (Football) from the book Všetko je v poriadku, všade je láska (All is well, there is love everywhere) (2024). The paper focuses primarily on one element of Michal Tallo poetics, which is called "admitted affectivity." A Sense of Feeling: The Example of the Gregors
Full text linkThe paper focuses on the short story Maco Mlieč by Jozef Gregor Tajovský. It examines the author’s empathy toward the socially and personally conditioned problems of the world, as well as his poetics, that is the way of artistic articulation of the theme in the short story. The paper traces the shifts in interpretations of Maco Mlieč throughout the 20th century up to the most recent research by Marcela Mikulová. It draws attention to Mikulová’s ability to interpret previously overlooked elements of the short story, thus arriving at a significantly different and more complex interpretation. In conc-lusion, the paper discusses the didactic processing of Maco Mlieč in secondary school curricula, focusing on the possibilities that literary research proposes for the educational sphere.The paper focuses on the short story Maco Mlieč by Jozef Gregor Tajovský. DECISION-MAKING PRINCIPLES IN THE MANAGEMENT OF TEAL ORGANIZATIONS
Full text linkTeal organizations are a progressive organizational model based on self-management, employee autonomy and decentralized authority. These organizations operate without traditional hierarchies, based on a self-managed structure and the empowering of individuals and teams to take responsibility for decisions through consultations and collective intelligence. The objective of the research was to develop a set of universal decision-making principles in the management of teal organizations. The research methods applied in the study include a systematic review of the literature, along with its critical analysis, observation and logical deduction. To achieve the objective of the research, a conceptual organizational structure diagram of the teal team, a conceptual organizational structure diagram of the teal organization and a set of 11 universal decision-making principles in the management of teal organizations were developed. The research results can be used by managers to improve decision-making process in their organizations, especially in the frames of remote and decentralized work, employee engagement, and the support of self-management and transparency. A promising direction of future research are digital tools and the integration of AI in the decision-making process.Organizacje turkusowe to progresywny model organizacyjny oparty na samorządności, autonomii pracowników i decentralizacji przywództwa. Organizacje te działają bez tradycyjnej struktury hierarchicznej, opierają się na samozarządzaniu, dają jednostkom i zespołom możliwość podejmowania decyzji poprzez konsultacje i inteligencję zbiorową. Celem badania było opracowanie zestawu uniwersalnych zasad podejmowania decyzji w zarządzaniu organizacjami turkusowymi. Zastosowano metody badawcze takie jak: systematyczny przegląd literatury wraz z jej krytyczną analizą, obserwacją i logicznym wnioskowaniem. Aby osiągnąć cel ba-dania, opracowano ideowy schemat struktury organizacyjnej zespołu turkusowego, ideowy schemat struktury organizacyjnej organizacji turkusowej oraz zestaw 11 uniwersalnych zasad podejmowania decyzji w zarządzaniu organizacjami turkusowymi. Wyniki badań mogą być wykorzystane przez menedżerów do usprawnienia procesu decyzyjnego w ich organizacjach, szczególnie w przypadku pracy zdalnej i zdecentralizowanej, zaangażowania pracowników w zarządzanie organizacją, wspierania samorządności i transparentności. Obiecującym kierunkiem przyszłych badań są narzędzia cyfrowe i integracja sztucznej inteligencji w procesie decyzyjnym

No full textArtykuł przedstawia analizę wybranych koncepcji holistycznego podejścia do edukacji i rozwoju człowieka na przestrzeni lat. Zaczynając od Jana Amosa Komeńskiego, przez koncepcję edukacji kosmicznej Marii Montessori i teorię kształcenia wielostronnego Wincentego Okonia, aż po współczesne metody takie jak nauczanie problemowe (PBL). W omawianych koncepcjach pedagogicznych widoczna jest spójność patrzenia na proces kształcenia, niezależnie od czasu. Podkreślają one potrzebę całościowego rozwoju człowieka, integrację wiedzy z różnych dziedzin, zrozumienie powiązań i zależności oraz aktywną rolę ucznia w odkrywaniu świata. W świetle współczesnych wyzwań edukacyjnych, społecznych, cyfrowych takie podejście staje się szczególnie ważne. Budując lepszą przyszłość, edukacja holistyczna wspiera nie tylko pełniejsze rozumienie złożonej rzeczywistości, lecz również budowanie postaw odpowiedzialności i szacunku Analiza wskazuje, że wielostronne ujęcie edukacji pozostaje niezmiennie aktualne i istotne by sprostać zmieniającym się wyzwaniom obecnego i przyszłego świata.The article presents an analysis of selected concepts of a holistic approach to education and human development over the years. Starting with Jan Amos Comenius, through Maria Montessori\u27s concept of cosmic education and Wincenty Okoń’s theory of multilateral educa-tion, to contemporary methods such as problem-based learning (PBL). The pedagogical concepts discussed reveal a consistent view of the education process, regardless of time. They emphasise the need for holistic human development, the integration of knowledge from various fields, an understanding of connections and dependencies, and the active role of the student in discovering the world. In light of contemporary educational, social and digital challenges, such an approach is becoming particularly important. Holistic education not only supports a fuller understanding of complex reality, but also fosters attitudes of responsibility and respect, building a better future. The analysis indicates that a multifaceted approach to education remains relevant and essential in order to meet the changing challenges of the future world
