The Role of Social Entrepreneurship in Addressing Global Social Challenges
Objective: Social entrepreneurship has emerged as a powerful driver for positive change in an era characterised by tremendous global challenges. The research highlights the need of social entrepreneurship in creating novel solutions that balance market efficiency and social impact, highlighting the limitations of established approaches. The complexity of problems like poverty, healthcare inequities, and environmental degradation calls for fresh viewpoints and approaches. However, obstacles such as limited resources, worries about scalability, and striking a balance between financial viability and social impact can make social entrepreneurship a difficult terrain to navigate.
Method: A new method called Driven Collaboration Networks with Impact Assessment Metrics (DCN-IAM) is proposed. This method provides a structured although adaptable structure for coming up with and trying out novel solutions. The DCN-IAM method assures that offered solutions are additionally new yet practical and effective by fusing creative problem-solving with rigorous impact evaluation. The following instances show how social entrepreneurs might use DCN-IAM to develop effective, scalable solutions to pressing global problems.
Result: In addition, the technique's viability is confirmed by a simulation analysis by comparing its results to those of well-established social entrepreneurship models (SEM). The research project provides social entrepreneurs, policymakers, and stakeholders with the ability to drive revolutionary change by introducing the novel DCN-IAM technique and exhibiting its applicability through instances of success.
Conclusion: The simulation research demonstrates that the method can be more effective than conventional methods, arguing for the continuous combination of innovation and impact assessment in solving global problems

Accupational Cleanliness Health and Safety Management System In Light Rail Transit at South Sumatera
Theoretical Framework: Occupational Accidents and diseases are among the highest cases in the world today. Occupational health and safety is a human right, therefore the importance of a culture of occupational health and safety in every industry and office. The cases that often occur in light rail transit are noise, lighting, temperature, humidity, and cleanliness. The latest finding is that there has never been an audit of the Light Rail Transit Occupational Cleanliness Health and Safety Management System.
Purpose: The aim of this research is to find out which criteria CA2, CA3 and CA4 are most dominant in noise, lighting, temperature, humidity and cleanliness.
Method: The method used in this study was a field survey for taking noise samples using the SM-20-A sound level meter, for lighting samples using a Lux light meter LM-120, for temperature and humidity sampling using a Thermo Hygrometer HTC-2. On environmental cleanliness using a questionnaire on South Sumatra LRT employees. After taking the sample, the researchers conducted an analysis using the univariate method of each independent and dependent variable, which was carried out at 13 South Sumatra LRT stations.
Result an Conclusion: The LRT passes through every bend with a noise level of up to 100 dB (˃85 dB). It does not comply with NIOSH standards at every bend. The lighting test results for the South Sumatra LRT were not complied with at the LRT Depot in the employee's office, with a measuring result of 88,4 lux. Tests on the room temperature at the South Sumatra LRT station revealed that it was pretty high and did not adhere to the work space's maximum temperature standards. Only the CA4 location, out of all the measurement points, met the required temperature of 25 °C. Every station also performed measurements of the air humidity. Each measurement site satisfies the air humidity standard of 70%. The hygiene inspection majority had fulfilled the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for cleanliness based on Cleanliness, Health, Safety, and Environment Sustainability (CHSE). The conclusion is that CA2 is the most dominant case with the highest level in each criterion, especially in the case of noise
Joint Collaboration of the Local Government (Regency, City, and Province) for the Successful Development in East Java Of Indonesia
Objective: This study aims to analyze and describe the Joint collaboration between Local Governments (Regency, City, and Province) in the context of regional development in East Java Indonesia, and evaluate the extent to which the effectiveness of this collaboration is compared to the goals and objectives that have been set.
Theoretical framework: Development is defined as an effort or series of planned growth and change efforts carried out consciously by a nation, state, and government, towards modernity in the context of nation development (Siagian, 2005. Conceptual problems of regional development have been answered through a Collaborative Governance approach which involves the participation of stakeholder interests, which have recently been developed by experts who are members of the new paradigm of public government (Osborne, 2010). According to the view of Ansell & Gash (2008), Collaborative Governance is "a governance arrangement in which one or more public institutions collectively directly involve non-state stakeholders in formal collective decision-making processes. Phillips et al. (2000), suggest defining collaboration broadly to cover a wide range of activities and relationships. Following Bardach (1998) who builds on Braun et al. (1996), collaboration is defined as a joint activity, by two or more organizations, that is intended to create public value by working together rather than separately.
Method: This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. This approach was chosen to present data in a systematic, factual, and accurate manner regarding the facts in the field. The qualitative approach itself emphasizes the human element as a research instrument. By emphasizing the human element as a research instrument, it will make it easier to adapt research to the realities that occur in the field. Sugiyono in Pasolong (2020) says that qualitative methods are research methods used to examine natural object conditions, as opposed to experiments, where researchers are key instruments, data collection techniques are carried out in triangulation (combined), data analysis is inductive and the results of qualitative research emphasize meaning rather than generalization. The research location taken was in East Java Province and the research site was the Office of the Regional Planning and Development Agency in East Java Province.
Results and Conclusions: The results of the study show that the Regional Development of East Java Province is basically to improve people's welfare based on social justice and is carried out sustainably. Development in an integrated and sustainable manner is oriented toward improving people's welfare. But until now, disparity and poverty are still problems in regional development. Sustainable inclusive infrastructure and economy are a priority for local government policies to reduce regional and socio-economic disparities by increasing inter-regional connectivity.
Implications of the research: This study presents policy implications that can be used by local, provincial, and national governments to encourage successful collaboration between regions. The consequences of this strategy could help develop stronger methods for enhancing regional cooperation.
Originality/value: This research presents an analysis of the paradigm shift from traditional bureaucracy to post-bureaucracy and how this change affects inter-regional cooperation. The study of bureaucratic paradigm changes in the context of inter-regional cooperation is a new contribution because it can provide a deeper understanding of the evolution of government governance in Indonesia
Factor Analysis of Low Birth Weight (lbw) Babies With Hypothermy on Incubator Treatment Success Rates While in the Perinatology Room
Objective: The purpose of this research is Analyzing the factors of low birth weight babies (LBW) with hypothermia on the success rate of treatment while in the perinatology room incubator
Theoretical framework: Low birth weight babies (LBW) are still a problem because they contribute to perinatal mortality, namely 76% die in the first hour of birth and more than two-thirds die in the first week of life. While the cause of perinatal death in LBW with hypothermia has a risk of 4 times the occurrence of death. Efforts to maintain LBW body temperature while in the incubator are very important because the ability to control body temperature is not optimal due to the unavailability of sufficient fat tissue as a heat reserve. This study aims to examine the factor analysis of low birth weight babies (LBW) with hypothermia on the success rate of treatment during the incubator in the perinatology room of Ratu Zalecha Martapura Hospital.
Method: In this study using bivariate analysis with chi square while multivariate analysis using logistic regression analysis. The measuring instrument used is the observation sheet. The results showed that of the 89 LBW babies, the most were moderately hypothermic, namely 54 people (60.67%), while the highest treatment success rate was successful, namely 51 people (57.30%).
Results: The results of the Chi-Square test analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between hypothermic LBW infants and the success rate of hypothermic treatment during incubator, with a p value (0.000).
Results and conclusion: The results of multivariate analysis showed that only fetal age had a significant effect (p value = 0.029) and (OR = 2.941) on LBW infants with hypothermia. The factor of preterm fetal age has a tendency of 2.941 times greater for severely hypothermic LBW babies compared to term fetal age. Efforts that can be made are improving quality services in the form of facilities/facilities that are complete and in accordance with the needs of care for babies, especially LBW babies, such as: adding NICU rooms, incubators, adequacy of the number and functioning of equipment and increasing the knowledge and skills of officers.
Implications of the research: Educational institutions can establish partnerships and collaborate with hospitals to use practice areas, especially perinatology rooms, as learning resources to increase student knowledge and competence

Identifying the Level of Sustainability of Arabica Coffee Farming: Insights from Three Districts of Ainaro, Ermera, and Liquisa in Timor-Leste
Objective: analyze the sustainability of Arabica coffee farming in the three districts of Ainaro, Ermera, and Liquisa.
Theoretical framework: This review examines tourism as a comprehensive, multidimensional activity involving travelers, local communities, governments, and entrepreneurs. Indonesia's Law No. 10 of 2009 underscores its pivotal role in economic growth, poverty reduction, cultural preservation, and international collaboration (Sharma et al., 2008; Frey & George, 2010; GhulamRabbany et al., 2013; Ibnou-Laaroussi et al., 2020; Raftopoulos, 2020).
Method/design/approach: This research was conducted in nine sub-districts which took place in three districts from January 2021 to January 2022. Sampling/respondents were taken randomly from as many as 180 farmers. The data obtained were analyzed using the Multi-dimensional Scaling (MDS) purposive sampling approach, namely the development of farming is less profitable for farmers because the income per month for arabica coffee is approximately U. 439,68, which is far below the Ermera district Timor Leste Minimum Wage (MW) of US$. 243.55 per month.
Results and conclusion: Development of natural and organic arabica coffee farming based on 6 (six) namely ecological dimension, economic dimension, socio-cultural dimension, clean energy technologies, unsustainable legal and institutional dimension.
Research implications: The implications of the above study highlight the challenges faced by farmers in the sub-districts and districts under examination during the period from January 2021 to January 2022. These findings indicate that agricultural development, particularly in the cultivation of arabica coffee, results in less profitable income for the farmers. As such, this research reveals the financial difficulties experienced by farmers in the context of arabica coffee cultivation. The implication is the need for strategies and concrete steps to enhance the profitability of coffee farming and improve the well-being of the farmers. This may involve efforts to increase productivity, improve access to better markets, or implement more profitable agricultural practices. Through these means, it is hoped that the economic well-being of the local farming community can be elevated

Objective: The aim of this study is to analyze metaverse application compatibility and application use intention depending on reality level of avatars and examine moderating effects of avatar-self-image identification and body ratio.
Theoretical framework: The Proteus effect is the tendency for people to be affected by their digital representations, such as avatars. The Uncanny Valley effect is a hypothesized relation between an object's degree of resemblance to a human being and the emotional response to the object.
Methodology: To test hypotheses, this study conducted an online and offline mixed survey to 219 respondents. To test validity and reliability of measurement tools, this study did factor analysis and reliability analysis. Hypotheses were tested with t-test and ANOVA analysis. To test mediating effects, it did mediating regression analysis.
Results: The findings of data analysis were as follows. First, the lower the reality level of avatars is, the higher the higher metaverse application compatibility gets. Second, the moderating effect of avatar-self image identification was not statistically significant. Third, the moderating effect of avatar body ratio was confirmed. Forth, metaverse application compatibility was found to have positive effect on application use intention. Fifth, the mediating effect of application compatibility on the effect of reality level of avatars on application use intention was confirmed.
Research, Practical & Social implications: The findings of this study will be good reference data for production of metaverse platforms using avatars, and scholastic and practical use of avatars.
Originality/value: This study is an empirical analysis of outside characteristics of avatars based on Proteus effect and uncanny valley effect
Student Perspective of Learning in Research Courses in Law Under the Flipped Classroom Modality
Objective: The purpose was to determine the factors that best describe the use of learning strategies of Peruvian law students who took research courses using the Flipped Classroom approach.
Method: A Questionnaire (LSQ-U α = 0.88) was administered to 160 subjects, consisting of 57 items scored on an ordinal scale; grouped into three macro dimensions with an acceptable reliability: Motivational Strategies (α = 0.82), Cognitive Strategies (α = 0.73) and Metacognitive Strategies (α = 0.81). An Exploratory Factor Analysis [Bartlett (X2 p: <0.01) and KMO (0.836)] was performed.
Results: Two factors emerged. Factor 1-Self-Regulated Learning (%σ2: 56.889), reflects the use applicability and self-reinforcement, together with organization, generative elaboration, and anchoring elaboration. Metacognitively, they make use of planning and revision. Factor 2-Motivational (%σ2: 17.270), privileges positive association, gradual approach, and applicability.
Conclusion: The Flipped Classroom defines a profile that moves away from memorization, it enhances learning and stimulates the use of metacognition, thus revealing its benefits. The results show that FC is also an appropriate didactic option for virtual classes in the context of pandemic and post-pandemic, whose greatest need is related to a teaching profile and the management of technical computer skills.
Practical Implications: The information obtained from this work can be considered in the design and planning of systematic teaching and learning strategies that focus on students' attention, to support them in their search for better performance and academic success as indicators of the quality of the university system
