IMPORTANT ASPECTS TO CONSIDER FOR DESIGNING AND IMPLEMENTING AN EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE EDUCATORS TRAINING PROGRAM IN MEXICO
Purpose: The purpose of this qualitative applied research was to learn about the most important aspects to consider for designing and implementing an emotional intelligence (EI) training program among educators of Monterrey, Mexico. Using the results of the analyzed data, a list of the aspects that were found to be very important to consider for designing an EI program.
Theoretical framework: For Brackett and Stern (2024) “everyone values Emotional Intelligence, but actually learning the components is another matter entirely” (p. 26). According to Goleman (2020), the components of EI are self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills. Most effective educators based in Goleman’s (2015) view are alike in one crucial way: “they all have a high degree of what it has come to known as emotional intelligence” (p. 1).
Methods: The data were collected using a qualitative method. The participants who were purposefully selected for obtaining data were three Mexican expert practitioners on adult professional development and one expert on EI development.
Results and conclusions: Using the results of the analyzed data, a list of the aspects that were found to be very important to consider for designing an EI program: (a) establish clear goals, (b) analyze the context, (c) use role plays, (d) use experiential practices, (e) provide time for structured reflection, (f) foster collaboration and a sense of community, (g) analyze case studies, (h) have participants set goals, (i) use qualitative assessment, (j) view and analyze videos of teachers using emotional and classroom management skills, (k) identify sources of stress, (l) use relaxation techniques, (m) identify manifestations of stress, and (n) learn ways to cope with stress.
Findings implication: As a result of this study, some of the strategies and aspects recommended to consider within an EI educator training program may be applicable to international leadership educators as well.
Uniqueness/value: All of the foundational aspects mentioned in this study represent great assistance in providing a solid base of data that confirmed the need to foster EI among educators

SORGHUM AND ECO-FRIENDLY AGRICULTURE IN INDONESIA
Purpose: This paper reviews the research results on sorghum plants that use organic fertilizer to increase production.
Theoretical reference: Sorghum plants also need to be fertilized to increase productivity. The use of chemical fertilizers in plants will have a broad impact on the environment and human health, so it is necessary to have an alternative organic fertilizer that is safe and leads to environmentally friendly agriculture, in addition to being a source of nutrients and to improve the properties of infertile soil.
Methods: This research is supported and studied with a descriptive qualitative method. All information is collected through document analysis. The literature taken is the most recent year (the last 10 years). The productivity resulting from applying organic fertilizers is compared to the productivity without applying organic fertilizers. Then see the increase in results. In addition to productivity, the results of research on the quality of sorghum seeds are also seen.
Results: According to various research results, applying organic fertilizers increases productivity ranging from 5.66% to 71.28% with an average of 20.96% compared to without organic fertilizers.
Conclusions: Indonesia is one of the countries with the potential for the development of sorghum which can be done by environmentally friendly cultivation and the use of organic fertilizers because it is proven to increase productivity and improve the quality of sorghum seeds. Sorghum (Sorghum bicolor (L.) Moench) planting can sustainably meet more food needs because sorghum plants have a higher protein content than corn and rice plants

METHODS OF STATE ACQUISITION OF PRIVATE PROPERTY UNDER LAW NO. 23-17 AND ITS IMPACT ON THE PRINCIPLES OF LEGAL SECURITY
Objective: Algeria suffers from a shortage of prepared and suitable lands to attract investment projects, especially in the north of the country. Therefore, the legislator strives every time to find legal mechanisms that allow him to expand the state's real estate portfolio and which is directed to promoting industrial investment in particular. Among these mechanisms is the attempt to acquire lands owned by private individuals in order to re-grant them to investors. With the issuance of Law No. 23-17 on economic real estate and its related regulatory texts, we find that it has included two mechanisms in this regard: the mechanism for the state to acquire private real estate located in areas prepared and capable of receiving investment projects, in addition to the mechanism of pre-emption for the purpose of purchasing any economic real estate owned by private ownership and offered for assignment. The legislator's resort to these two mechanisms raises some concerns about the possibility of their infringement on the constitutionally established protection of private property, as well as their infringement on the principles of legal security, which will inevitably affect the attractiveness of the investment climate in Algeria, especially for foreign investors.
Methods: Through this article, we try to highlight the legal methods adopted by the legislator to acquire economic real estate owned by private individuals, and its impact on economic investment and the principle of legal security, relying on the descriptive and analytical approach appropriate for such topics.
Results: Among the results reached in this field, despite the noble objective of the legislator in developing the national economy, this new mechanism and the right of preemption may encroach upon individuals' rights and diminish the guarantees for the protection of their private property, especially if there is a violation of the principles of legal security.
Conclusion: At the end of this article, we present a set of recommendations that help make the legislative text regulating the state’s acquisition of private real estate of an economic nature a legally controlled process that does not lead to infringement of the rights of owners or the principles of legal security
ASPECTS OF THE PRIVACY OF ELECTRONIC CONTRACTS
Objectives: The rapid and continuous technological development of communication systems has led to the use of modern communication means in the formation of contracts, raising numerous questions about the impact of these modern means on the general theory of contracts or the ability of the latter to encompass the provisions of electronic contracts, despite their relatively recent emergence in the legal environment.
Methods: Recently, there has been a notable increase in the use of such contracts conducted within a digital space over the internet, playing a significant role in electronic commercial transactions.
Results: This situation raises a series of legal issues that clash with legislative gaps, especially since traditional legal texts are insufficient to address this new form of contract.
Conclusion: This has prompted international legislations, including Algerian legislation, to regulate this new type of contract
SUSTAINABILITY OF POTATO FARMS IN THE LIMA REGION
Objective: This study aims to evaluate the sustainability of the potato-producing farms and to propose management alternatives for optimising the potato production system under the conditions of the central coast of Peru.
Theoretical Framework: Potato is a native crop from Peru with a wide genetic diversity and is currently developed in small farms in more than 300 thousand hectares nationwide. This production generates rural employment therefore it is important to evaluate the sustainability of the production system by agronomic practices that are environmentally friendly.
Method: Social, economic, and environmental sustainability levels of potato farms were assessed through the multicriteria analysis, using a survey as the research tool for 127 potato producers in the provinces of Barranca, Huaral, and Cañete (Lima) evaluating the effect of microbial inoculation on the sustainability of the potato production system afterwards.
Results and Discussion: It was determined that the potato-producing farms in the Lima region have a low level of sustainability with a value of 1.76 on the weighted scale of indicators used and that it is necessary to implement measures that reduce the vulnerability of the potato crop in terms of soil life conservation and agrobiodiversity management.
Research Implications: Regarding the sociocultural aspect of this research, the inadequate degree of social integration and the low level of environmental awareness were constraining factors in achieving sustainability. Significant differences were obtained from the inoculation strategy of seed tubers with microbial strains when compared to control plots in experimental conditions.
Originality/Value: It is concluded that the use of growth-promoting microbes in potatoes can be a management alternative to reduce the vulnerability of the crop, increasing the low level of sustainability found in potato production farms in the central coast of Peru
