    Purpose: This research delves into the legal dimensions surrounding the creation of Digital Rupiah, a digital currency, in response to the evolving landscape shaped by technological innovations and shifting consumer behaviors. The primary objective is to scrutinize the legal development necessary to facilitate the integration of Digital Rupiah within the Indonesian financial system.   Theoretical Reference: Grounded in a normative legal research approach, specifically doctrinal research, this study draws on legal theories and frameworks. By examining existing legal principles, the research aims to generate arguments, theories, or new concepts that address the multifaceted challenges associated with the introduction of digital currencies in the financial sector.   Method: Utilizing the normative legal research methodology, the study critically evaluates the current legal structures, substances, and cultural aspects relevant to the financial system. This approach enables a thorough analysis of the legal prerequisites essential for the successful implementation and regulation of Digital Rupiah.   Results and Conclusion: The study's findings affirm that the strategic plan to introduce Digital Rupiah represents a significant advancement in the Indonesian financial system. However, the realization of this digital currency's potential hinges on addressing various legal considerations. Specifically, the convergence of legal structure, legal substance, and legal culture is imperative to establish a cohesive framework supporting the integration of Digital Rupiah.   Implications of Research: This research highlights the pivotal role of legal developments in shaping the trajectory of the Indonesian financial system amidst the rise of digital currencies.     Purpose: This study delves into the intricate legal dimensions surrounding criminal liability pertaining to the unauthorized provision of explosive materials, highlighting the critical issue of individuals and entities engaging in such activities without the necessary licenses or permits. It comprehensively explores the legal frameworks governing the acquisition, possession, and distribution of explosive materials, meticulously dissecting the potential criminal consequences within these complex regulations.   Theoretical Framework: The theoretical framework of this research revolves around the analysis of relevant statutes and case law governing the acquisition, possession, and distribution of explosive materials. By examining the legal foundations that underpin these regulations, the study seeks to uncover the theoretical underpinnings that guide the criminal liability for providers operating without proper licenses.   Method: This research adopts both normative juridical and empirical juridical approaches. The normative juridical aspect involves a theoretical examination of legal principles, doctrines, and regulations related to criminal acts involving unauthorized possession and control of explosives.   Result: The research shown that the criminal liability of those involved in unauthorized possession and use of explosives in Decision Number 1075/Pid.Sus/2018/PN.Tjk is legally proven and punishable.   Originality/Value: This research makes a significant contribution to existing knowledge by offering an in-depth investigation into the legal repercussions faced by individuals and entities involved in the unauthorized provision of explosive materials.     Analysis Of Work Accident Risk In Plywood Production Units Using Job Safety Analysis Method At Pt Intracawood Manufacturing Tarakan City

    Background: The plywood industry cannot be separated from work accidents, so efforts are needed to reduce the number of work accidents by carrying out work accident control programs, namely by implementing risk management. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the risk of work accidents in the plywood production unit using the Job Safety Analysis method.   Methods: This research is a Mixed Methods research with the research method used is the Sequential Explanatory Design method. Quantitative sampling was carried out by means of probability sampling with 175 respondents and qualitative sampling by taking 5 informants. The research instruments used interview sheets, Job Safety Analysis Worksheets and AS/NZS 4360:2004 as well as questionnaires and observation sheets. Quantitative data analysis using the Semi-Quantitative analysis method using the Job Safety Analysis Worksheet, qualitative data analysis using content analysis with source and method triangulation.   Results: The results of the study found that the hazards in the plywood production process included the work environment, the smell of glue and putty paint, the dangers of working tools such as machines. Based on the identification of potential hazards, a risk analysis is carried out on the rotary work unit, there are 2 work steps with a substantial risk level and 6 work steps with a priority 3 risk level. 1 work step with a risk level of the Priority 3 category and 3 work steps with an Acceptable category risk level.   Conclusion: There are several work accidents that are caused by the workers themselves and the work environment. so that control recommendations are given such as making SOPs, providing PPE, conducting training for each work step and providing signs or installing safety signs in places that might cause accidents

    A Ability to advise and support students in educational activities of primary school teachers

    Background: This study investigates the competencies of primary school teachers in Da Nang city, with a specific focus on their abilities to advise and support students in educational activities. Purpose: This research examines the relationship between teachers' identification of psychological issues, consulting and support skills, and educational topic development to understand and improve student guidance skills. The research conducted in this study involved 312 primary school teachers from 12 primary schools in Danang City, Vietnam.   Results: The assessment reveals commendable strengths in teachers’ identification of students’ difficulties in learning activities, with a robust mean score of 3.34. Additionally, proficiency is noted in questioning (M = 3.17, SD = 0.815), observation (M = 3.23, SD = 0.832), and the development of educational topics (M = 3.23). However, the study also illuminates areas for improvement, including communication and self-awareness challenges, empathy skills, instructional and feedback proficiency, and the creation and maintenance of psychological counseling records. Acknowledging the limitations of self-assessment and the regional specificity of the study, the results contribute valuable insights for educators, administrators, and policymakers.   Implications: The research not only informs targeted interventions to enhance teacher effectiveness but also adds to the ongoing discussions on effective teaching practices and student support in primary education. By recognizing strengths and areas for improvement, this study serves as a foundation for fostering continuous improvement and enhancing the overall quality of teaching and support for students in primary education in Da Nang City, Vietnam

    Impact of National Political Dynamics on Local Political Dynamics of The 2017 Dki Jakarta Election

    Objective:  Objective: This research examines the problem of Political Dynamics and Conflict of Interest in the Implementation of Government Policy in DKI Jakarta for the 2017-2018 Period with the aim of explaining the response of interest groups and political factions of the DPRD to it, because of the political conflict between the opposition factions of the DKI Jakarta Regional Government in the DPRD DKI Jakarta and the Regional Government of DKI Jakarta, and the impact of the policies of the Regional Government of DKI Jakarta after the national political conflict.   Methods: This research is descriptive qualitative in nature, this writing uses qualitative methods, with primary and secondary data where data from sources using in-depth interviews, as well as documents and other written data, both printed and digital, is processed.   Results: The results of data processing show that interest group responses give rise to political conflict, support and rejection from various groups in different societies encourage the interests of political elites to maintain legitimacy or also to delegitimize. This conflict of interest between political elites is apparently getting bigger due to the influence of the conflict at the central level which occurred previously. This cannot be separated from the influence of conflict between coalition camps at the national level, the interests of interest groups, and the very unique sharing of actors in this conflict of interest. This strengthens the influence of the conflict. at the national level which had occurred some time before and had led to increasingly large conflicts between elements of society in Jakarta.   Conclusions: The results of data processing show that interest group responses give rise to political conflict, support and rejection from various groups in different societies encourage the interests of political elites to maintain legitimacy or also to delegitimize.     Media Utilization and Nationalism Border Communities

    Objective: The purpose of this research is to find out the challenges and obstacles as well as strategies that can be used as an effort to utilize media and nationalism in border communities.   Theoretical Framework: Agenda Setting Theory is used to see how the media influences people at the border then Used and Gratification Theory is used to see how people use the media at the border and Nationalism Theory is used to see the extent of Nationalism of people at the border.   Methodology: The methodology used uses a qualitative or descriptive analysis method, by collecting and analyzing written text (literature study), from secondary data and primary data, using a national interest perspective.   Result: Broadcasting media as a "window to the event" is able to present the outside world amidst the backwardness experienced by border communities, however, the lack of local broadcasting media, community broadcasting media and public broadcasting media, which operate in border areas, results in the lack of border residents getting balanced information, educational information, and information containing Indonesian cultural values. The influx of information from foreign media brings foreign information and culture that can cause border communities to become unfamiliar with their own culture. In the long run, the Indonesian nation will lose its sense of nationalism, the emergence of disintegration, political conflicts, and cultural shifts in border communities.   Research, Pratical & Social Implication: The presence of mass media at the border is a means of communication and information for the community as well as social control and promotion for the development of national values. The lack of local media and the large number of external media that can be accessed at the border make border communities vulnerable to various issues and conflicts that tend to cause division, cause disintegration and loss of nationalism. The presence of public media and community media at the border is not maximized due to the lack of infrastructure and the weak quality of human resources at the border.   Originality/value: The research results of this paper are expected to provide input to stakeholders, communities and media actors to utilize the existing media at the border as 'Guardians of Information' and also to increase the sense of nationalism of border communities in Indonesia

    Utilization of Social Media in Diffusion of Geotourism as a Form of Sustainable Tourism Development in Ciletuh Geopark

    Objective: This article will describe how the CPUGGp Management Board utilizes social media in the diffusion of geotourism as a form of sustainable tourism development.   Method:  The method used in this research is qualitative. The researchers obtained primary data from interviews and observation. Then for secondary data, the researchers obtained it from documents related to the management of the CPUGGp.   Result: Media has a major role in the diffusion of information about Ciletuh Geopark. It is done through various platforms, either mass, non-mass or online media. The results showed that despite the diffusion, the Board faced several social media management problems, from personnel to equipment to third-party management.   Conclusion: The addition of public relations personnel will certainly help the diffusion or communication process to be more effective. Moreover, the addition of hardware will allow public relations to deliver messages about sustainable tourism development in the Geopark more quickly

    The Performance Enhancement Model for Coconut Processed Products Cooperatives through the Value Chain and Livelihood Assets Approach in North Maluku Province, Indonesia

    Objective: This research aims to formulate a model of value chain and livelihood assets in an effort to enhance the performance of cooperatives focusing on processed coconut products in the North Maluku Province. Coconut (Cocos nucifera) is a fruit plant with a crucial role on a global scale, providing a food source for millions of people, especially in tropical and subtropical regions. Due to the numerous benefitsit yields, the coconut is often referred to as the "tree of life" or the "rescuer tree   Method: A total of 206 samples were used in this study, and the analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The determination of the research location is purposive, primarily in the largest coconut-producing areas in North Maluku. The selection of the research location is based on the consideration that this region is one of the largest coconut producers in Indonesia and has the presence of cooperatives in the coconut plantation sector. North Maluku Province produces coconut products in several regencies, including North Halmahera Regency, South Halmahera Regency, West Halmahera Regency, Central Halmahera Regency, Morotai Island Regency, Sula Regency, Taliabu Regency, and North Maluku Regency.   Results: The research results indicate that primary activities, social capital, physical capital, entrepreneurship, and political capital have a positive and significant influence on the value chain and livelihood assets. On the other hand, support activities, human capital, natural capital, and financial capital do not have a significant impact on either the value chain or livelihood assets. The value chain and livelihood assets significantly contribute to the performance of the cooperative.   Conclusions: factors such as support activities, human capital, natural capital, and financial capital do not have a significant influence on the value chain or livelihood assets. These results can serve as a foundation for policymakers and stakeholders to develop more effective strategies and programs to enhance the value chain, livelihood assets, and cooperative performance in the North Maluku Province

    Legal Protection for Children Against the Threat of Addictive Cigarette Substances

    Purpose: This research aims to find legal protection for children under the age of 18 from the threat of dangerous addictive substances contained in cigarette products.   Methode: The type of research is normative-juridical.   Result: The research results show that legal protection for children under the age of 18 from the threat of dangerous addictive substances contained in cigarette products from the perspective of child protection law and the Child Rights Covenant is in accordance with the basic principles of children's rights in the Child Protection Law and the Covenant Children's Rights, namely; the principle of non-discrimination, the principle of the best interests of children, the principle of child survival and development, and the principle of respect for children's opinions . The government should immediately ratify the Framework Convention on Tobacco Control (FCTC) or the Tobacco Control Framework Convention to strengthen regulations for protecting children from the dangers of smoking which threaten their health and growth and development.   Conclusion: The essence of legal protection for children under the age of 18 from the threat of dangerous addictive substances contained in cigarette products from the perspective of child protection law and the Child Rights Covenant is in accordance with the basic principles of children's rights in the Child Protection Law and the Child Rights Covenant, namely; the principle of non-discrimination, the principle of the best interests of children, the principle of child survival and development, and the principle of respect for children's opinion
