    Purpose: The development of digital era tourism has become the main trend related to the development of tourism based on smart tourism. The synergy of the triple helix actors, namely the Government, the community and young people (millennials) in order to support the successful implementation of smart tourism is the main key apart from infrastructure issues and qualified technological support.   Theoretical Framework: The hope of conducting this research is to map out in detail the smart village from the point of view of the functions of the government, society, and the millennial generation in smart tourism in Trimulyo Village, West Lampung Regency. The smart village concept is a collaborative use of digital technology, community empowerment and sustainable development in the context of development in rural areas. Within this framework, the Triplehelix actors who are the main subjects of this research are actively involved in decision making, developing a creative economy based on local wisdom, and developing sustainable resources.   Methods: This research is supported and studied with a descriptive qualitative method. All information is collected from the results of interviews, field observations and document analysis.   Results: This research presents important documents from a smart village, including education and training, digital-based infrastructure, local economic development and sustainable resource management. The results of this study are the involvement of Triplehelix actors in smart villages showing positive results, including the creation of sustainable, smart and empowering tourist destinations.   Conclusions: This research makes an important contribution to understanding how the smart village framework increases the participation of Triplehelix actors in smart tourism in Trimulyo Village, Gedung Surian District, West Lampung Regency

    Objective: This research discusses one of the most important issues resulting from the rapidly developed technological revolution, as coercion and electronic extortion have become one of the negative results of that revolution.   Theoretical Framework: the coercion and electronic extortion is the most common negative results of that revolution, particularity that they do not require more tools or effort, as all the blackmailer needs is a picture, or an audio recording, or something that combines both of the picture and audio recording, or even a piece of information, on any social networking site, so that he, then, weaves the threads of his planned crime, behind which he intends to achieve specific goals, which are most cases achieving material or moral gain, engaging in a forbidden sexual relationship, or similar benefits. In addition, this crime is rapid spread due to its electronic nature. Accordingly, it is necessary to learn about these serious crimes.   Methods: The researcher used the analytical fundamental approach to study the crime and its elements and analyze the legal provisions with the objective down to reach forms of the implementation of the crime and its elements and the penalty to be imposed on the criminal regarding this crime.   Results and Discussion: This research work was divided into two sections. The first section discusses the definition of crime of coercion and its conditions, and the definition of crime of the electronic blackmail, and types and goals of the blackmail. As for the second section, it discusses elements of realization the crime and the punishment determined thereto by Law.   Concluion: The crime of coercion and extortion goes through several stages, and the offender’s goal is to achieve his desires, whether material, moral, or sexual

    Objective: This research aims to examine the influence of company resources on digital innovation and business performance, as well as the influence of digital innovation on business performance, both directly and as mediation, among members of the Telkom Indonesia MSME Digital Market (PaDi).   Theoretical Framework: This research is based on the interconnectedness of company resources, digital innovation, and business performance in the MSME sector.   Method: This research is quantitative research through surveys of companies that are members of the Telkom Indonesia UMKM Digital Market (PaDi). The total sample was 400 respondents taken using stratified random sampling technique. The questionnaire is prepared with a rating scale from 1 to 5 points. Data processing and analysis used structural equation modeling with Lisrel 8.5 software.   Results and Discussion: The results of this research also provide managerial implications, especially for MSME players who are members of the Telkom Indonesia Digital Market (PaDi) to prioritize the development of digital innovation through continuous learning of user behavior that appears in the market, which needs to be supported by learning about developments in digital technology, as well as supported by an effective coordination mechanism. In developing digital innovation, companies need to prioritize ownershipinformation resources in accordance with market and technology developments, followed bythe ability to build organizational business relationships/networks and HR capabilities to innovate.   Research Implications: The results of this research provide theoretical implications in the form of developing knowledge regarding the interconnectedness of company resources, digital innovation, and business performance in the MSME sector.   Originality/Value: This study contributes to the literature by highlighting the critical role of company resources in driving digital innovation and improving business performance in MSMEs. The relevance and value of this research are evidenced by its potential impact on guiding MSME players towards effective digital innovation strategies for business success

    Objectives: The objectives of this research are to examine various legal aspects related to the right to a livable environment. This includes defining the right, elucidating its characteristics, exploring its sources and legal basis, and identifying the individuals entitled to enjoy this right. The research aims to contribute to both national and international understanding of how to protect and uphold this fundamental right.   Methods: To achieve the stated objectives, this research employs a qualitative approach. It involves a comprehensive review and analysis of relevant international documents, treaties, and legal frameworks concerning human rights and environmental protection. Additionally, legal literature and scholarly articles addressing the right to a livable environment are reviewed and synthesized to provide a comprehensive understanding of the topic.   Results: The examination of various legal aspects pertaining to the right to a livable environment reveals several key findings. Firstly, the right is defined as the entitlement of individuals to enjoy a clean, sound, and balanced environment while refraining from activities that may harm the environment. Secondly, the characteristics of this right include its universality, interdependence with other human rights, and its recognition in international and national legal frameworks. Thirdly, the research identifies the sources and legal basis of the right, which include international treaties, customary international law, and domestic legislation. Finally, the research elucidates the individuals entitled to enjoy this right, emphasizing its applicability to all human beings regardless of nationality or other distinctions.   Conclusion: In conclusion, this research highlights the significance of the right to a livable environment in international and national efforts to protect human rights and safeguard the environment. By defining the right, elucidating its characteristics, exploring its sources and legal basis, and identifying its beneficiaries, the research contributes to a better understanding of how to protect and uphold this fundamental right. It underscores the importance of recognizing and fulfilling the right to a livable environment as both a right and a duty towards the environment, thus promoting sustainable development and environmental justice on a global scale

    MARKETING STRATEGY AS A KEY FACTOR OF INNOVATIVE PRODUCTS' MARKET DEVELOPMENT

    Objective: The article is devoted to the topical issue of marketing policy and the role of a properly constructed marketing strategy in developing the market for innovative products.   Methods: Scientific and economic methods such as analysis, synthesis, generalization, complex and systematic approach were preferred in the research process. In summarizing the characteristics of theoretical and methodological approaches, in defining more progressive methods, scientific works of Azerbaijani and foreign scientists in the modern era, methodological materials of scientific-research institutes and internet resource sources were used.  Results: The research conducted in the study shows that the increase in the activity of the use of the marketing strategy, the strengthening of the orientation towards innovation, the use of the integrated marketing concept, the preference for improving the structure of market research, the active use of public relations methods and programs, the company's interests are more closely connected with the interests of society and consumers and reconciliation is appropriate.   Conclusion: Marketing strategy, marketing plan is prepared so that marketing activity can achieve maximum precision and effectiveness during the production of innovative products. The correct selection of the target audience, the use of the most effective advertising channels, the sharing of the content most relevant to the audience's interests, and the communication of the creative idea to the customers ultimately increase the effectiveness of the marketing work.The authors conclude that the marketing strategy acts as a key factor in the development of the market for innovative products

    Objective: This research paper aims to highlight the role of digitization in improving the quality of higher education by reviewing the conceptual framework of the electronic public service and the requirements for its application in the higher education sector. It also examines the contribution of digitization to the improvement and development of the quality of higher education.   Methods: In this research paper we relied on the descriptive and analytical method in presenting the information under study by reading and reviewing a set of studies and research that addressed the research topic.   Results: The electronic public utility is a reality imposed by the new transformations in the informational and technological aspect. It provides numerous opportunities for success, clarity, and precision in delivering services and facilitating administrative transactions, with the aim of improving and rationalizing public services. Algeria is among the countries that have moved towards modernizing their public services by adopting the electronic administration project in several sectors, including the higher education and scientific research sector.   Conclusion: The study concluded that the application of digitization in the higher education service significantly contributed to the improvement of education quality, despite the challenges faced by this project

    Objective: The objective of this study is the axiological fundamentals of the system of financing for the social sphere, and the mechanism of the influence of value targets on the system transformation. To substantiate the methodological expediency of the use of an axiological approach and of the institution of values while determining the transformation directions of the system of financing for the social sphere.   Theoretical Framework: The  theoretical  basis  of  the  research  was  formed  by  the  scientific works of leading domestic and foreign scientists on the considered research problem.   Method: The following methods were used: system analysis, synthesis, comparison, correlation and regression analysis, design of integrated taxonometry indices.   Results and Discussion: The expediency of the use of an axiological approach in the scope of the conception of programme-target financing for the social sphere is substantiated and proved.   Conclusion: The implementation of an axiological approach to the transformation of the system of financing for the social sphere will make a definite contribution to the increase in the growth rates of the social effect. The results of the correlation and regression analysis can be used by regional authorities while correcting the social policy. It will let realize the financial potential in the most effective way through emphasizing influence on marked points of growth.   Originality/Value: This research contributes to the literature devoted to the problems of social development within the framework of sustainable development of the state

    Objectives: This study aims to explore the Islamic Sharia's guidelines on marriage, specifically identifying which female relatives a man is forbidden to marry and which are permissible. It also seeks to examine the medical implications of consanguineous marriages, particularly in terms of genetic disease transmission and fetal deformities. The study’s ultimate objective is to reconcile religious principles with modern medical advice to ensure both the stability of the family and the health and safety of future generations.   Methods: The study will analyze Islamic Sharia texts and Algerian law to determine the specific categories of female relatives a man is either prohibited or permitted to marry. It will also review medical literature on the risks associated with consanguineous marriages, focusing on genetic disorders and the prevalence of fetal deformities. The research will include consultations with both religious scholars and medical experts to provide a comprehensive understanding of the issue.   Results: The findings are expected to clarify the Islamic Sharia’s stance on permissible and forbidden marriages among relatives, highlighting the wisdom behind these rulings in the context of family stability and protection from diseases. Additionally, the study will identify the medical risks associated with consanguineous marriages, reinforcing modern medicine’s strong advice against such practices due to the potential for genetic diseases and fetal deformities.   Conclusion: The study concludes that while Islamic Sharia provides clear guidelines on permissible and forbidden marriages, modern medicine emphasizes the risks associated with consanguineous marriages. To ensure the health and safety of future generations, it is crucial to consider both religious principles and medical advice. This balanced approach can help prevent genetic disorders and protect the integrity of the family, aligning religious practices with contemporary health considerations

    WAREHOUSE RECEIPT SYSTEM USING TECHNOLOGY ACCEPTANCE MODEL (TAM) FOR AGRICULTURAL ISLAMIC FINANCING

    Objectives: This paper offers an analysis of Islamic banks that are expected to be able to fully contribute to the availability of agricultural sector financing with ease of requirements and guarantees for farmers who need additional working capital for their farming businesses through user-friendly applications. Islamic banks also need other supporting institutions, such as guarantee institutions that are authorized to issue collateral in the form of Warehouse Receipts (WRS), start-up companies for marketing agricultural products, internet technology for information on the feasibility of farmers' businesses, and others.   Theoretical Framework: TAM adopts a causal chain of beliefs, attitudes, intentions, and behaviours as proposed by social psychologists named (Fisbein and Ajzeem,1975). Warehouse Receipt System (WRS) is a trade and financial instrument that allows commodities stored in a warehouse to obtain financing from financial institutions without requiring other collateral.   Method: The TAM method is used to measure farmers' perceptions of the usefulness and ease of use of Internet-based WRS guarantee for agricultural financing with a sample of 193 respondents consisting of farmers and Islamic bank employees in the financing section. Financing/Banking Institutions and Warehouse Managers are no longer unfamiliar with the term Warehouse Receipt. This document of proof of ownership of goods is issued by the Warehouse Manager who is tasked with managing goods that are used as collateral for the granting of credit/financing by financial institutions to the owner of the goods.   Results and Discussion: The results of the analysis show that the direct effect of perceived usefulness has a significantly greater correction with behavior of use, and ease of use on usage attitude has a positive relationship, strong and significant, as well as behavioural intentions of use and actual system usage. But the indirect effect of usefulness and ease of use on behavioural intention of use is positive, weak and insignificant. The direct effect of ease of use on the actual system usage has a positive, strong and significant. The indirect effect of usefulness and ease of use on the actual system usage through usage attitudes is positive, strong and significant, but through behavioural intentions of use, the effect is positive, weak and insignificant.   Research Implications: It means that farmers have expectations in this Internet-based WRS guarantee for agricultural Islamic financing product. However, Islamic banks indicate an uncertain perception.   Originality/Value: This paper is one of the studies that still rarely discuss agricultural financing in Islamic banking using warehouse receipts as collateral. This analysis is an initial study of farmers' perceptions of Islamic bank agricultural financing with this warehouse receipt guarantee. The conclusions and implications discussed in this paper exceed the expectations and desires of farmers, as well as financing products in Islamic banks
