Development Curriculum Management Office Integrated Independent Campus Program to Optimize 21st Century Learning for Management Students
Objective: This research aims to develop an impact study curriculum integrated with the Merdeka Campus Program in the context of learning management offices in Indonesia. The Study also seeks to analyze the benefits and challenges that arise during the implementation process of field implementation.
Method: This Study uses the literature review method to analyze the Independent Campus Program concept and office management concept. In addition, the analysis carried out by the industry requires going through surveys and interviews with related companies. Student performance evaluation data is also collected to measure the effectiveness of the integrated curriculum.
Result: Research results show that Curriculum integration benefits from enhancement Skills practical students, empowerment, experience valuable industry, and improvement readiness work. However, challenges in planning, resources power, evaluation, and alignment with need industries are also identified.
Conclusion: The development of a curriculum integrated with the Independent Campus Program has a positive impact in increasing the high relevance of education and preparing students to face the world of office management work. The challenges can be overcome with careful planning and a solid commitment to meet better education goals
Transformation Model of Institutional Arrangements of Indigenous People To Become Customary Villages: Experiences From Indonesia
Objective: this research is motivated by the problem of Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages (Village Law), which forces indigenous people (MHA) to merge and refer to the nomenclature "Customary Village" if they want to be recognized by the state. It is feared that such an arrangement will fail to recognize MHA. This research aims first to analyze the transformation model of the institutional arrangements of the Baduy, Tengger, and Minangkabau indigenous peoples to become Customary Villages. Second, to analyze the Regional Government's policy strategy in creating an inclusive region for MHA.
Methods: the focus of this research will be studied using normative research methods and statutory and conceptual approaches.
Conclusions: this research concludes that first, the transformation model of the institutional arrangements of the Baduy, Tengger, and Nagari indigenous peoples to become Customary Villages varies in form due to having different philosophical, sociological, juridical, and political backgrounds. a) Baduy MHA is transformed into a hybrid form because it adopts the concept of a modern village and customary simultaneously; b) MHA Tengger is transforming into a modern village but is working again as a Customary Tourism Village. c) Minangkabau MHA has been fully transformed into a customary village. Second, the Regional Government's policy strategy in creating an inclusive region for MHA can be in the form of adjusting the needs and degree of recognition and protection desired by MHA. Legal Framework for consumer Data Protection For Digital Business SMES in Indonesia
Objective: The development of digital business in Indonesia has increased significantly. It is estimated to be more than US$ 77 billion by 2022, an increase of 22% from the previous year. The contribution of 64.2 million MSMEs to Indonesia's GDP was recorded at > 60 per cent. However, the development of information technology and the considerable potential of the digital economy are also accompanied by several negative impacts, including threats to citizens' privacy rights and personal data. However, not an absolute human right, protecting privacy remains crucial in this digital economy era.
Method: The study used a seven-step approach. The first is the collection of data from primary and secondary legal materials; the second step is to filter this data based on policies related to data privacy, especially for consumers who conduct digital transactions in the jurisdiction of Indonesia. These policies are then sorted according to the criteria that have been filtered. The on-site policy is then compared to the benchmark policy. This comparison will show the gap between effective regulation and Indonesian legislation on digital business and MSME consumer data privacy. This gap is verified by Indonesian law and legal experts to eliminate false positives. Finally, a proposed set of guidelines was designed based on expert-verified benchmarks and gap policies
Result: This is where legal protection is essential for consumers who transact with digital businesses. So that it can protect legal subjects through applicable laws and regulations and forced implementation with a sanction, legal protection
Conclusion: Legal protection for consumers, especially consumers who make digital transactions, has been regulated in the Consumer Protection Law. However, this law generally only regulates conventional consumer transactions manually, whereas in trading, there is a meeting between traders and buyers
POINT OF VIEW: DEBATE ON PROTECTING CHARACTER WORKS IN COSPLAY ACTIVITIES BASED ON INDONESIAN COPYRIGHT
Purpose: The purpose of this work is to describe the nature of copyright can be applied in the context of cosplay activities and the challenges and obstacles faced by cosplayers in understanding and respecting copyright and brands in cosplay practice.
Theoretical framework: Cosplay is an adaptation of creation, where the process of making cosplay costumes and accessories is carried out by changing the form of a sketch design/drawing of a costume or character design into a costume that can be used in real life. Copyright regulates provisions regarding legal protection for adaptations of works.
Design/methodology/data analysis: The research methods used in this article are analytical and descriptive approaches. Data is collected through literature studies that include articles, journals, books, and other reliable sources. The data is then analysed and interpreted to identify challenges and barriers in understanding copyright in cosplay, as well as to conduct legal comparisons between different countries.
Findings: Copyright protection is important in cosplay, with the potential for infringement if using character and brand works without permission. Cosplayers need to understand boundaries and communicate with the original owner to avoid violations. Cosplayers face challenges in understanding and respecting copyright and brands, including limited legal understanding and difficulty obtaining official permission. It is important for them to continue to deepen understanding and communicate with the original owner to avoid violations.
Originality/value: This article focuses on character copyright protection in Cosplay, where it is necessary to clearly regulate whether cosplay violates copyright or does not violate copyright.
Practical implications: Cosplay creators need to understand well the copyright regulations in a country, to know whether their actions violate copyright or not. Law enforcers need to understand and re-examine whether the act of cosplay violates the economic rights of the creator or not
ISLAM E IDEOLOGÍA DE ESTADO: LA EXPERIENCIA DE MASYUMI EN LA POLÍTICA INDONESIA
Objective: The purpose of this paper is to investigate the history of Indonesian politics, the Indonesian Islamic party, Masyumi, has made efforts to propose Islam as the basis of the state at the beginning of an independent Indonesia.
Method: A descriptive qualitative approach is employed to examine that used is history persfective based on history data.
Result: Masjumi's struggle to make Islam the basis of the country was rejected by groups who supported Pancasila as the state ideology.
Conclusion: The findings reveal that Islamic political parties have consistently been perceived as unpopular, The struggle to establish Islam as a state has not only been challenged but has also marginalized the power controlled by President Sukarno.
Originality/value:This paper gives valuable reference to political elite parties to consider the adoption of policy based on history of partners and conflict management in the construction political institution in Indonesian politics. The work produced by the Islamic ideology political party of Masyumi concerned. Originalidad/valor: este artículo ofrece una valiosa referencia a los partidos políticos de élite para considerar la adopción de políticas basadas en la historia de los socios y la gestión de conflictos en la construcción de instituciones políticas en la política indonesia. Se trata del trabajo elaborado por el partido político de ideología islámica de Masyumi. Hecho por uno mismo, distintivo y personal y el trabajo creado es de producción propia sin citar, copiar o plagiar el trabajo de otras personas.

THE URGENCY OF PROTECTING COMMUNAL INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OF KAMASAN KLUNGKUNG WAYANG PAINTINGS THROUGH GEOGRAPHICAL INDICATIONS TO IMPROVE COMMUNITY WELFARE
Background: Geographical Indication is a sign that indicates the area of origin of goods and/or products which, due to geographical environmental factors including natural factors, human factors or a combination of these two factors, gives a certain reputation, quality and characteristics to the goods and/or products produced. Meanwhile, traditional cultural expression is the result of intellectual creativity of a group of indigenous peoples which has potential commercial value. Intellectual creativity of a group of indigenous peoples which has (potential) commercial value and its natural wealth has enormous potential to increase its value through the protection of communal intellectual property which can further improve the welfare of the Balinese people. This potential, if managed well, will be of benefit to the region as a characteristic of a region and can be used as a trade asset which is ultimately expected to improve the economy of the region where the product originates. One of them is the potential geographical indication of Kamasan wayang paintings which only exist in Kamasan Village, Klungkung Regency, Bali Province.
Methods: This legal study analyses uses normative legal research methods, as a characteristic of legal science is its normative nature. The nature of this research uses analytical descriptive, and To obtain research results that reach the target, analysis of legal materials is carried out qualitatively.
Result: Good management of intellectual property is a necessity and the key to success in developing and protecting superior regional products with the ultimate aim of increasing local revenue. These steps can take the form of identifying all existing regional potential, implementing a priority scale in developing superior products, providing a conducive business climate, supporting strategic and realistic policies, providing adequate facilities and infrastructure, and guaranteeing security and legal certainty.

HUMAN RIGHTS TO HEALTH AND WELLBEING FOR VULNERABLE GROUPS IN TIDAL FLOOD AREAS: A POLICY BRIEF
Objective: Mental health problems in vulnerable groups in tidal flood areas include impaired self-concept, stress, and anxiety. Many policies regulate flood management especially to manage mental health problems in disaster areas. However, during tidal floods, the implementation of programs to handle psychosocial problems was not optimal. This research aims to develop policy recommendations to meet the need for the right to a healthy and prosperous life among vulnerable groups in tidal flood areas.
Method: This research is a review type of research that examines the policies and legal norms that apply in Indonesia and is related to the tidal flood disaster situation. Prescriptive analysis is carried out by researchers so that researchers can describe problems based on the perspective of policy studies and legal norms that have been studied and analyzed using literature studies.
Result: Various efforts to deal with tidal floods have been carried out, but they still focus on improving the physical environment and dealing with physical health problems. Mental health problems are still ignored because they tend not to be studied and presented by society and the government. Fulfillment of the right to health is unequal because it is not implemented holistically.
Conclusion: Exposure to tidal floods that cannot be changed and prevented requires the existence of policies that regulate the prevention and treatment of mental health problems. Existing policies need to be integrated with each other so that they can be implemented technically by carrying out continuous mental health efforts
THE DESIGN OF THE SUTI (STUDENT PROJECTION) APPLICATION WITH THE PHP PROGRAM FOR EDUCATION PLANNING
Objective: The research objective is to design a student projection application that is needed in educational planning.
Theoretical reference: Student projection is a process of predicting the number of students in the future which is necessary to make plans for the future.
Methods: The research methodology is to design the application using PHP (Hypertext Preprocessing) programme. After that, a trial was conducted to see the effectiveness of the application. The results were compared with data processing manually and through the application.
Results and Conclusion: The PHP application produces a student projection application in education planning called SUTI (Student Projection) application. This application can provide efficiency in the calculation process and also minimise errors or human error.
Research implications: Planning requires the prediction of future data. To get the future data, projections are made. With this projection application, it can help calculate data projections needed in education planning.
Originality/value: This SUTI application is a new thing that can help in the process of efficient calculation of data projections needed in education planning
DEVELOPMENT OF ECONOMIC SUPPORTING INFRASTRUCTURE IN THE NATION'S CAPITAL: A PROPOSAL USING A CROWDFUNDING SCHEME
Objective: This research aims to provide proposals for a comprehensive policy framework and strategic plan to advance economic prosperity through infrastructure development in the New Capital Region of East Kalimantan, Indonesia.
Theoretical Framework: The theory used is crowdfunding from Kirby & Worner (2014). The crowdfunding model includes social crowdfunding communities, loans/donations, and reward crowdfunding. The financial benefits of crowdfunding encompass peer-to-peer (P2P) loans and equity crowdfunding.
Method: The method employed is a qualitative approach using interview discussions supported by participant observation. Twenty-two stakeholders, including policymakers and community members, participated in the study, providing diverse perspectives. The research takes place from September 16 to November 19, 2023, with the research locus in the city of IKN Nusantara.
Results and Conclusions: To comprehend the short-medium-and long-term perspectives, these plans require innovative financing methodologies, such as crowdfunding, which is considered an essential element. In the short term, community involvement is targeted through SBSN, facilitating direct community participation in infrastructure funding. This medium-term strategy integrates digital platforms and blockchain technology, increasing transparency and strengthening public trust. A mixed creative financing model is recommended for public transport, aligning crowdfunding with Public-Private Partnerships. In the long term, this study highlights the growing maturity of crowdfunding and its potential positive influence on the infrastructure supporting the economy, setting a precedent that can be imitated in other regions in Indonesia.
Research Implications: In line with national aspirations to achieve advanced status by 2045, this proposal supports inclusive economic growth inspired by China's expertise in optimizing domestic resources. The importance of the Open Government concept was underlined, emphasizing community involvement to reduce foreign dependence and encourage sustainable economic growth.
Originality/Value: This research includes concrete actions, such as implementing Government Sharia Securities, blockchain integration, and targeted financial education campaigns, all aimed at ensuring the effectiveness and long-term success of infrastructure development in the Capital Region
CUMPLIMIENTO DEL DERECHO DE VOTO PASIVO DE LAS COMUNIDADES COSTERAS EN LAS ELECCIONES LEGISLATIVAS REGIONALES EN INDONESIA
Objective: The limitations of coastal communities are an obstacle to fulfilling passive voting rights in elections. It needs a concept to answer these problems. The purpose of this article is to give birth to the concept of fulfilling the passive voting rights of coastal communities as candidates for regional legislatures.
Method: this normative legal research uses legal, principled, and conceptual approaches. Data are sourced from primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, and tertiary legal materials which are analyzed in a qualitative descriptive manner.
Result: the guarantee of universal suffrage is regulated in Article 27 of the Indonesian Constitution, Constitutional Court Decision Number 011-017/PUU-I/2003 and Article 2 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights which guarantees respect for human rights without discrimination. The limited social life of coastal communities, which are classified as marginalized groups, is not a reason for not being able to fulfil their rights to become candidates for legislative members. Affirmative policies are needed to obtain equal opportunities to achieve equality and justice in the fulfilment of their rights.
Conclusion: The presence of law is needed to help the process of changing society towards renewal. Three things are needed to fulfil the passive voting rights of coastal communities, namely the provision of affirmative policies, the pattern of cooperation of all stakeholders, and the improvement of human resources.RESUMO
Objetivo: Las limitaciones de las comunidades costeras son un obstáculo para el cumplimiento del derecho al voto pasivo en las elecciones. Necesita un concepto que responda a estos problemas. El propósito de este artículo es dar origen al concepto de cumplimiento pasivo del derecho al voto de las comunidades costeras como candidatas a las legislaturas regionales.
Método: esta investigación jurídica normativa utiliza enfoques jurídicos, de principios y conceptuales. Los datos provienen de materiales jurídicos primarios, materiales jurídicos secundarios, materiales jurídicos terciarios que se analizan de forma cualitativa y descriptiva.
Resultado: la garantía del sufragio universal está regulada en el artículo 27 de la Constitución de Indonesia, en la decisión del Tribunal Constitucional Nº 011-017/PUU-I/2003 y en el artículo 2 de la Declaración Universal de Derechos Humanos, que garantiza el respeto de los derechos humanos sin discriminación. La limitada vida social de las comunidades costeras, que son clasificadas como grupos marginados, no es una razón para no poder ejercer su derecho a ser candidatos a miembros legislativos. Se necesitan políticas afirmativas para obtener igualdad de oportunidades para lograr la igualdad y la justicia en el cumplimiento de sus derechos.
Conclusão: la presencia del derecho es necesaria para ayudar al proceso de cambio de la sociedad hacia la renovación. Se necesitan tres cosas en un esfuerzo por hacer efectivos los derechos de voto pasivo de las comunidades costeras, a saber, la aplicación de políticas afirmativas, el modelo de cooperación de todas las partes interesadas y la mejora de los recursos humanos.
