Purpose: POSBINDU NCDs is a community forum to carry out early detection, monitoring, and follow-up on NCD risk factors independently and continuously. The research purpose is to analyze the implementation of the POSBINDU NCDs Program policy in the working area of Kapasa Public Health Center. This research uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach. The data were analyzed using content analysis (content analysis). Interviews were conducted with 8 informants including 3 key informants and 5 supporting informants.   Research Results: Communication between implementers was carried out through socialization, several cadres were not active, and the budget was not maximized so the facilities were inadequate for places and equipment for medical check-ups. Several SOP activities have not been implemented and only a few implementers support the disposition or attitude of and are less committed to implementing the program.   Conclusion: In implementing the Posbindu NCDs program policy, the implementer's socialization activities have not gone well so the target coverage has not been achieved in the program. Human resources are still lacking both in terms of quality and quantity and the budget is inadequate so there are no medical check-up tools and facilities are not yet available. The SOP is a procedure for implementing the program based on the implementing SOP from the Makassar City Health Service. Specific suggestions for the Kapasa Public Health Center to be more highly committed to the program by ensuring appropriate target coverage

The study’s findings demonstrate the need to advance the research of authentic leadership in Mexico and Latin America.   Findings implication: Authentic leadership’s predictive capacity it is still in the developmental phase. The study’s findings offer more evidence and new data to scholars in the leadership field that will help them better analyze the relationship that exists between authentic leadership, group cohesion, and work engagement.   Uniqueness/ value: This study represents one of the first investigations of authentic leadership in Mexico and Latin America, and it has some leadership implications within teams and small groups

Objective: The evolution of digital ecosystem has led to highly dynamic developments in buying and selling transactions. A noteworthy recent phenomenon is the objection from Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) in Indonesia concerning the upsurge in cross-border trade through e-commerce and social commerce, posing a significant threat to local businesses. Alongside the challenge posed by foreign entrepreneurs, the quality of domestic MSE products is a major concern, hindering their ability to compete with imported counterparts. Thus, it is imperative to enhance their competitiveness.   Methods: This research employs dogmatic legal research methods, meticulously analyzing and evaluating legal regulations pertaining to MSEs.   Conclusions: The research found that cross-border trade is now an unavoidable reality, necessitating ongoing efforts to enhance the protection and capacity of domestic MSEs. A key approach to safeguarding MSEs involves exerting control over imported products, currently subject to minimal supervision in e-commerce and social commerce. Additionally, enhancing product standards can significantly elevate the quality and appeal of MSEs’ offerings, ultimately boosting their competitiveness
