    RESEARCH ON FOREST-BASED WELLNESS TOURISM BUSINESS MODEL BASED ON INDUSTRIAL INTEGRATION

    With the improvement of people's living standards and the growing awareness of health, forest-based wellness tourism, as a new form of tourism that integrates natural landscapes, leisure fitness, and health management, has gradually gained attention. This study, based on industrial integration, explores the business model of forest-based wellness tourism. The research uses a literature review method, first analyzing the current development and trends of forest-based wellness tourism, and then discussing the role of industrial integration in forest-based wellness tourism. Next, this study proposes an optimization analysis of the forest-based wellness tourism business model based on industrial integration, including aspects such as resource integration, service innovation, and marketing strategies. The research finds that industrial integration can promote the diversified development of forest-based wellness tourism, enhance the tourism experience and health benefits, and drive the sustainable development of the entire industry. However, the success of the business model still needs to consider the influence of factors such as government policies, market demand, and environmental protection. Future research can further deepen the innovation of the business model, improve the relevant policy system, and promote the healthy development of the forest-based wellness tourism industry

    Exploring Nurses Satisfaction with Pain Assessment Training Programs: Factors Contribute in Transfer of Training into Nursing Practice

    The effective management of pain is a critical component of patient care, and nurses play a pivotal role in pain assessment and management. This study aims to explore nurses' satisfaction with pain assessment training programs and identify the factors that contribute to the transfer of training into nursing practice. Utilizing a qualitative phenomenological approach, the research will encompass quantitative surveys to measure nurses' satisfaction levels and qualitative interviews to gain deeper insights into their experiences and perceptions. The findings reveal that nurses value training programs that are comprehensive, practical, and reflective of real-world scenarios. Satisfaction among nurses is heightened when training leads to increased confidence, competence, and ultimately, a positive impact on patient outcomes. The study also highlights the importance of continuous support and resources as essential elements that facilitate the successful application of training in clinical settings. The findings of this study are expected to provide valuable insights into how training programs can be enhanced to ensure effective pain management in clinical settings, ultimately improving patient outcomes. By identifying and addressing the factors that facilitate or hinder the transfer of training, this research aims to contribute to the development of more effective educational strategies in nursing practice

    IMPLEMENTATION OF THE MINIMUM INVESTMENT RETURN SYSTEM ON THE PROFIT SHARING OF MUDARABAH FINANCING: A CONTEMPORARY MUAMALAH FIQH PERSPECTIVE

    Mudarabah financing is one of the products of sharia banking which has been approved by Fatwa of DSN MUI No: 07-DSN-IV/2000 which discusses mudarabah financing and its provisions. This research aims to determine the implementation of minimum investment returns for Mudarabah financing profits at KSPPS Tamzis Bina Utama Branch Office of Batur Banjarnegara and contemporary muamalah fiqh perspectives on the implementation of minimum investment returns for mudarabah financing profits. The field research study is descriptive qualitative in nature with the research object being revenue sharing from mudarabah financing based on minimum investment returns at KSPPS Tamzis Bina Utama. Data collection by interviews and documentation. The data was then tested for data validity using theoretical triangulation and qualitative descriptive analysis. The research results show that the profit sharing of mudarabah financing at KSPPS Tamzis Bina Utama is in accordance with the theory of profit sharing of mudarabah financing because there are no elements of gharar, maisir, compulsion and disadvantage from either party. This financing is in the nature of a loan so that when members do not make a profit, they are only obliged to repay the loan at the beginning of the contract without any additional profit sharing. Meanwhile, the determination of profit-sharing provisions at the beginning of the contract is permitted by Imam Syafi'i based on sales or money that has been generated from mudarabah financing and KSPPS Tamzis Bina Utama uses a minimum investment return system to determine the profit sharing. This system which is run by KSPPS Tamzis Bina Utama is a form of ijtihad which is used as a reference for the profits that will be obtained, not as a certainty in the profits that will be obtained, and still be negotiated if the mudarib has not met the profits determined by the investment return requirements minimum. So, it can be concluded that the system of minimum investment returns on mudarabah financing loans applied at KSPPS Tamzis Bina Utama according to contemporary muamalah fiqh is legally valid because of the principle of mutual consent, permissibility, and the absence of gharar elements that are uncertain in the transaction

    THE OWNERSHIP OF COPYRIGHTED WORK: A MALAYSIAN LEGAL PERSPECTIVE

    A copyrighted work is a creation by an author, such as a literary, musical, or film work, that falls under section 7(1) of the Copyright Act 1987. The matter of ownership pertaining to copyrighted works that form part of an individual's property is extensively debated during their lifetime. However, the matter regarding the issue of ownership concerning copyrighted works after the owner's demise is hardly addressed. There is a misconception among the public that every copyrighted work automatically enters the public domain or becomes public property after the death of its owner. This article discussed the law regarding the eligibility of works to the copyright protection and the ownership which is applied during the lifetime of the author. This article aims to address the legal position of the copyrighted works ownership during the lifetime and after the death of the owner. The discussion adopts the qualitative doctrinal legal research method and uses content analysis method to analyse the data. This article concludes that the ownership of the copyrighted works owned by the original owner during his lifetime can be transferred to the legal heirs who can enjoy the rights associated with the copyright for a term of fifty years after the death of the owner. However, the principle under Copyright Act 1987 must be read together with the laws relating to the succession of deceased estates. This paper also suggests that it is high time for the relevant authorities to review the current duration of copyright protection by taking into account the life plus seventy years’ duration as applied in other countries such as Singapore and Australia for the benefit of the legal heirs

    THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SERVICE MIX MARKETING AND CUSTOMER LOYALTY TOWARDS UMRAH TRAVEL AGENCIES AMONG NERIDA RESIDENTS IN DENAI ALAM

    The factors influencing customer loyalty among residents in Denai Alam who had gone with Umrah travel agencies and experienced the services are the subject of the present study, about the relationships between three factors of service marketing mix: people, process, and physical evidence, and customer loyalty. This research adopted a quantitative approach, and the required data were collected by distributing questionnaires among the sample respondents who are residents of Nerida, Denai Alam. Findings prove that all three factors have significant and positive relationships with customer loyalty, and the process has the highest result among the three. The results further affirm the crucial role of efficient service delivery, professional interactions of the staff, and a well-maintained physical environment in fostering customer loyalty. Such revelations are useful to Umrah service providers intending to enhance customer satisfaction and induce repurchase intentions. Based on these findings, the research concludes with recommendations for serving the customers through operational excellence, continuous training of the staff, and the maintenance of high standards in the physical evidence that the service creates, to build and sustain customer loyalty

    KESAN MODUL MOTIVATIONAL INTERVIEWING BERASASKAN COGNITIVE BEHAVIOUR THERAPY TERHADAP DAYA TINDAK MURID SEKOLAH MENENGAH

    Kajian eksperimen ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kesan rawatan modul dengan menggunakan pendekatan integrasi Motivational Interviewing berasaskan Cognitive Behaviour Therapy dalam meningkatkan daya tindak dalam kalangan murid tingkatan empat di dua buah sekolah menengah daerah Klang, Selangor. Modul kajian ini dibina sebanyak 10 sesi dan 20 aktiviti bimbingan kelompok telah dijalankan secara mingguan. Soal selidik yang digunakan mengandungi maklumat peribadi dan soal selidik kajian menjurus kepada konstruk kajian seperti Soal Selidik Brief Cope yang telah diterjemahkan ke Bahasa Melayu oleh Yusoff Saiful (2011). Kajian ekperimen tulen ini melibatkan seramai 99 subjek dipilih memasuki dua jenis kumpulan rawatan iaitu Kumpulan Bimbingan Kelompok Besar (KBB) serta Kelompok bimbingan kecil (KBK) dan satu kumpulan kawalan (KK). Subjek kajian berumur 16 tahun dan merupakan murid sekolah menengah harian biasa. Subjek rawatan KBK ialah 33 orang pelajar yang dibahagikan kepada tiga kelompok kecil (R1a=11, R1b=11 dan R1c=11), manakala KBB seramai 33 orang murid dalam satu kelompok besar (R2=33) dan satu kelompok kawalan (KK=33). Data kajian dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif, ANOVA, ANCOVA, MANCOVA dan Post Hoc jenis Tukey pada aras signifikan 0.01 dan 0.05. Dapatan kajian mendapati rawatan KBK lebih berkesan dalam meningkatkan pemboleh ubah bersandar daya tindak dengan perbezaan min ujian pra dan pasca iaitu 2.8 manakala kumpulan kawalan pula tidak menunjukkan sebarang perubahan.     This study aimed to investigate the correlation between transformational leadership and follower organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) within law enforcement agencies. Using a quantitative approach, transformational leadership traits were assessed based on leader perceptions. The modified Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ) 5x Short was used to measure four dimensions of transformational leadership: Idealized Influence, Inspirational Motivation, Intellectual Stimulation, and Individualized Consideration. Additionally, a modified OCB scale was used to evaluate the relationship between these leadership traits and followers' organizational citizenship behaviors, specifically Altruism, Sportsmanship, and Courtesy. The literature review examined the core characteristics of transformational leadership, the dimensions of OCB, and the nuances of the leader-follower dynamic. The findings suggest that transformational leadership positively influences follower OCB, with standardized regression weights ranging from 0.72 to 0.85, indicating strong effects. Despite some model fit indices, such as GFI and AGFI, falling slightly below the ideal threshold, the study provides valuable insights into how transformational leadership significantly shapes follower behaviors in a law enforcement context. Further refinement of the model may enhance the overall fit and deepen understanding of these relationships

    RESEARCH ON THE INFLUENCE OF HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT ON EMPLOYEE HAPPINESS IN PRIVATE UNIVERSITY IN CHINA

    This study intends to examine the effects and mechanisms of human resource management on employee happiness in private universities, illuminating the function and strategies of human resource management in influencing employee happiness under various educational environments(Anwar et al., 2017). In order to understand how private university employees perceive human resource management, this study gathered information on employee happiness mostly using the literature research approach(Anwar et al., 2017; JAVED et al., 2019). The results of the study indicate a significant relationship between human resource management in private universities and the employee happiness, influenced by various factors(Anwar et al., 2017; JAVED et al., 2019; Khairunneezam Mohd Noor et al., 2022; Ullah, 2021).Effective recruitment, training, and promotion mechanisms contribute to enhancing employees' sense of career development, while transparent compensation systems and welfare policies directly impact their material well-being, thereby affecting their overall job satisfaction and happiness. The study also suggests methods for improving human resource management in private universities to enhance employee happiness. This study offers theoretical foundations and useful advice for boosting human resource management practices, raising employee happiness and improving job satisfaction in private universities. Future studies might further examine variations in human resource management between the various types of universities and the effects of external environmental factors on employee happiness

Drawing from linguistic, cognitive and cultural theories, this study delves into the intricate interplay between language, culture, and business negotiation by focusing on the interpretation strategies of Chinese culture-specific terms. This research employs a qualitative approach to uncover the multifaceted layers of meanings that Chinese culture-specific terms carry within cross-cultural business negotiation contexts. By conducting comprehensive literature reviews, examining real-life negotiation scenarios, and doing interviews with experienced negotiators, the study investigates the interpretation strategies of Chinese culture-specific terms and how the interpretation of them can influence negotiation dynamics, and in the end, the overall success of business transactions

    Kelahiran AMANI (Assisting Mothers for Active Natural Instinctive Birth), merupakan kaedah kelahiran yang bersifat natural tanpa bantuan perubatan moden. Oleh yang demikian, kajian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengenal pasti laporan akhbar tentang kelahiran AMANI dan risiko semasa kelahiran bayi melalui analisis wacana. Seterusnya, kajian membincangkan hubungan antara kelahiran AMANI dan risiko kelahiran bayi. Kemudian, menghuraikan risiko semasa kelahiran bayi yang menyebabkan pentingnya justifikasi kelahiran di fasiliti perubatan moden. Pelaksanaan kajian ini dijalankan secara deskriptif melalui analisis teks kandungan tentang kelahiran AMANI dan risiko kelahiran bayi. Selain itu, kajian ini mengaplikasikan Teori Brown & Yule 1983 melalui wacana teks kajian. Keputusan kajian memperlihatkan bahawa wacana perubatan mempunyai kepentingan makna dalam aspek kelahiran AMANI yang boleh menyebabkan risiko dalam kelahiran yang mengalami masalah tidak terjangka. Malah, kecemasan yang berlaku semasa kelahiran mengakibatkan nyawa ibu serta anak dalam risiko kematian. Hal ini demikian kerana, kelahiran mempunyai risiko jika ibu mempunyai masalah keihatan atau berlaku di luar jangkaan semasa proses melahirkan. Antaranya, kedudukan bayi songsang, masalah pembukaan serviks yang tidak sepadan dengan bayi, bayi besar, bahu tersangkut dan pendarahan yang banyak semasa kelahiran. Sekali gus, menyebabkan pentingnya kelahiran bayi yang memerlukan bantuan dalam perubatan moden dilakukan oleh setiap kelahiran kerana dapat mengurangkan risiko kematian melalui bantuan peralatan canggih, kepakaran bidang perbidanan dan sakit puan serta fasliliti perubatan yang sesuai dengan peredaran masa. Selain itu, peuntukan perundangan juga mewajibkan bayi dilahirkan di faliliti perubatan moden seperti hospital bagi mengelakkan risiko kematian. Tamsilnya, kajian ini memberikan manfaat kepada bakal ibu bapa, pengamal perubatan bertauliah dan penyelidik dalam bidang berkaitan untuk dijadikan rujukan
