PENGGUNAAN SYAHADAH (KESAKSIAN) DALAM PERBICARAAN KES-KES MAL DI MAHKAMAH SYARIAH
Syahadah (kesaksian) merupakan salah satu kaedah pembuktian tertinggi dalam hukum syarak mahupun undang-undang buatan manusia. Walau bagaimanapun, terdapat beberapa permasalahan timbul berkaitan kebolehterimaan syahadah di Mahkamah Syariah terutamanya status syahadah yang diberikan oleh orang bukan Islam, wanita dan kanak-kanak. Selain itu, terdapat segelintir masyarakat meragui dan kurang mempercayai syahadah sebagai salah satu kaedah pembuktian di Mahkamah Syariah. Oleh itu, kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji konsep syahadah dan perbezaannya dengan kaedah pembuktian yang lain. Kajian ini turut menganalisa syarat kelayakan saksi dan bilangan saksi serta sejauh mana penggunaan syahadah dalam perbicaraan kes mal di Mahkamah Syariah. Bagi menyempurnakan kajian, pengkaji menggunakan metode analisis kandungan. Hasil kajian mendapati konsep syahadah berbeza dengan konsep kaedah pembuktian yang lain. Di samping itu, kajian mendapati bahawa syahadah telah digunakan secara meluas dalam perbicaraan kes-kes mal di Mahkamah Syariah seluruh negara
THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN AUTHENTIC LEADERSHIP AND EMPLOYEE COMMITMENT TO ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE IN HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS
This study investigates the correlation between authentic leadership and employee commitment to organizational change, a critical area that has seen limited exploration in leadership research. Although employee attitudes are pivotal in ensuring the success of change initiatives, few empirical studies have focused on the relationship between authentic leadership and commitment to change. This research aims to fill that gap by examining how authentic leadership influences employees’ commitment to organizational transformation. Using a quantitative, cross-sectional survey, data were collected from employees at higher education institutions in the Southern State Peninsula of Malaysia through an online panel. The findings reveal significant positive correlations between authentic leadership and the three dimensions of commitment to organizational change: affective, normative, and continuance commitment. Specifically, the results demonstrate that authentic leadership is strongly associated with affective commitment (estimate = 0.179, p < 0.001), indicating that employees who perceive their leaders as authentic are more emotionally attached and supportive of organizational change. Additionally, a significant correlation was found between authentic leadership and normative commitment (estimate = 0.155, p < 0.001), suggesting that authentic leadership fosters a sense of moral obligation among employees to support the change. Finally, the relationship between authentic leadership and continuance commitment (estimate = 0.151, p < 0.001) indicates that employees are more likely to stay committed to the change due to perceived costs of non-compliance. These findings contribute to the understanding of how leadership styles influence employees’ attitudes toward change, offering practical insights for leaders in higher education institutions to enhance employee commitment during organizational transformations.

INTERNALIZATION OF CHARACTER VALUES IN THE STORY-PROPHET ADAM IN THE QURAN IN THE CADET BATTALION OF SMKN 1 GEGER
Vocational High School (SMK) graduates are currently faced with the problem of a gap in labor availability that is higher than employment. SMKN 1 Geger is one of the vocational schools in Madiun Regency which is committed to producing graduates who are ready to compete in the global market and have character. Students' hard skills and soft skills are developed through learning and cadetship programs. The cadetship program is a character development program for students. This program instills character values as taught in the Islamic religion, especially character values in the story of the Prophet Adam. Departing from this problem, this research discusses (a) character values in the story of the prophet Adam in the Al-Quran (b) Character development activities at SMKN 1 Geger Battalion (c) internalization of character values in the story of the prophet Adam in the Al-Quran at the Cadet Battalion of SMKN 1 Geger. This research uses qualitative methods with research results: (a) the character values of the Prophet Adam in the Al-Quran are Religious, communicative / Dialogue process, Physical and Non-Physical Values in the creation of Adam / Man, Fit and proper test of Adam as caliph. STUDY OF THE OPTIMIZATION AND COUNTERMEASURES OF PUBLIC ART EDUCATION MANAGEMENT IN CHINESE UNIVERSITIES
Public art education in Chinese colleges is a significant part of higher education, the central link of school art education work and the core content of aesthetic education in colleges. It is designed to enhance the artistic and humanistic qualities of students of different majors (non-art), enhance the artistic perception and creativity of college students, and realize the self-worth of college students. At present, public art education is widely carried out in universities, and important in enriching college life and promoting the creation of campus culture in universities. However, in the current educational environment, some problems have been exposed in the administration of public art education in Chinese colleges, including incomplete management institutions, single curriculum institutions, and insufficient teaching staff, which have become elements restricting the role of public art teaching in universities. To usefully settle these existing issues, enhance the teaching effectiveness of public art education, and bring the significant role of public art education in colleges into full play. This article analyses the status quo of public art education management in universities, and at the same time puts forward several points of problems in education management and elaborates on the optimization and countermeasures of public art education administration in universities

JENAYAH PEMERDAGANGAN MANUSIA MENURUT PERSPEKTIF GLOBAL DAN ISLAM
Isu pemerdagangan manusia telah menjadi isu yang hangat dalam beberapa tahun kebelakangan ini, walaupun hakikatnya fenomena ini telah pun wujud sejak berkurun lamanya. Berbilion-bilion dolar keuntungan yang sedang dibuat dengan mengorbankan berjuta-juta mangsa penyeludupan manusia. Lelaki dan perempuan yang harus berada di sekolah telah dipaksa menjadi askar, melakukan kerja keras atau dijual untuk seks. Wanita dan gadis sedang diperdagangkan untuk eksploitasi, dipaksa menjadi buruh pelacuran domestik atau perkahwinan. Manakala lelaki pula, yang terperangkap dengan hutang, menjadi hamba di lombong, ladang dan sebagainya. Artikel ini membincangkan berkaitan isu pemerdagangan manusia di Malaysia dan pandangan dari perspektif Islam berdasarkan pendekatan analisis kandungan ke atas sumber laporan kerajaan, jurnal ilmiah dan akhbar berkaitan. Artikel ini diharap dapat memberi pemahaman terhadap isu pemerdagangan manusia yang mutakhir serta melihat isu berkaitan dari sudut perspektif Islam
ANALISA FAKTOR PERMASALAHAN MEMBANGUNKAN TANAH WAKAF DI MALAYSIA
Pembangunan tanah wakaf merupakan satu elemen yang terkandung dalam aspek pengurusan wakaf. Keadaan ini merupakan suatu perkara yang tidak boleh diabaikan. Di Malaysia, Majlis Agama Islam Negeri (MAIN) merupakan pemegang amanah tunggal bagi harta wakaf. Justeru, dalam memastikan pembangunan tanah wakaf ini dilaksanakan secara baik dan efektif, kertas kerja ini akan membincangkan dan mengkaji faktor-faktor permasalahan pembangunan tanah wakaf di Malaysia. Kajian ini berbentuk kajian kualitatif dengan menggunakan kajian perpustakaan dengan mengkaji pelbagai rujukan daripada artikel, jurnal, dokumentasi dan lain-lain. Dapatan hasil kajian memperlihatkan bahawa terdapat beberapa faktor atau kekangan permasalahan menyebabkan tanah wakaf tidak dapat dibangunkan dengan cemerlang yang menyebabkan tanah wakaf tersebut akhirnya terbiar dan mendatangkan kerugian akibat tidak dapat dibangunkan oleh pihak-pihak baik daripada kerajaan mahupun institusi wakaf
ORPHAN WELFARE PROGRAMS: A COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS USING IMAM SHAFIE'S FRAMEWORK AND TALFIQ
The objective of this study is to do a thorough investigation of orphan welfare initiatives within the framework of Islamic finance, jurisprudence, and ethics. This study aims to assess the compatibility of these programmes with Islamic principles by applying Imam Shafie's framework and the notion of Talfiq within its scope. The utilisation of a literature review approach is employed in order to examine and investigate pre-existing programmes, regulations, and academic perspectives, so establishing a comprehensive and strong basis for subsequent study. The findings demonstrate a complex terrain, shedding light on the merits and constraints of two methodologies, namely Imam Shafie's framework and Talfiq, while evaluating the ethical and legal adherence of programmes aimed at supporting orphan welfare. The study provides suggestions for achieving coherence across different frameworks, capitalising on their individual merits and improving the well-being of orphaned children while adhering to Islamic beliefs. In summary, this research makes a valuable contribution to the ongoing discourse surrounding the optimal provision of support for orphaned children, while simultaneously acknowledging the varying legal perspectives within Islamic jurisprudence. Consequently, it presents a potential avenue for further advancement and enrichment of initiatives aimed at promoting the well-being of orphans, not only within Muslim societies but also in a broader global context
FAKTOR-FAKTOR KEPUASAN PELAJAR TERHADAP PERLAKSANAAN PEMBELAJARAN TERADUN (BLENDED LEARNING) DI AKADEMI LAUT MALAYSIA (ALAM)
Pembelajaran Teradun adalah pembelajaran yang menggabungkan penggunaan teknologi dan kaedah pengajaran bersemuka yang memberikan fleksibiliti kepada pelajar di peringkat pengajian tinggi. Pembelajaran teradun dipercayai mampu meningkatkan aktiviti pembelajaran secara interaktif, kolaboratif dan mengukuhkan keupayaan autonomi pembelajaran pelajar. Kecekapan dan keberkesanan pembelajaran teradun boleh ditingkatkan apabila faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pembelajaran pelajar difahami. Tinjauan persepsi kepuasan pelajar terhadap pembelajaran teradun di Akademi Laut Malaysia (ALAM) di Melaka dijalankan melalui soal selidik ke atas 130 pelajar yang berpengalaman pembelajaran teradun. Semakan dan pengesahan telah dilakukan, hanya data 98 responden sahaja dianalisis. Kajian menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif, korelasi Pearson dan regresi berganda. Keputusan menunjukkan bahawa tahap kepuasan pembelajaran teradun di Akademi Laut Malaysia (ALAM) adalah tinggi. Analisis korelasi menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan di antara variabel pembelajaran, pengajaran dan kurikulum dengan kepuasan pembelajaran teradun. Analisis regresi berganda mendapati bahawa dimensi pengajaran dan pembelajaran adalah faktor terpenting yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pelajar terhadap pembelajaran teradun. Keputusan menunjukkan bahawa model pembelajaran teradun dibina daripada tiga dimensi pelajar, guru, dan kurikulum, menawarkan asas teori dan titik rujukan untuk pembaharuan berterusan juga mengoptimumkan pembelajaran teradun disamping menyediakan pelajar berhadapan dengan era revolusi industri 4.0
