THE ROLE OF HABIB ZAINAL BIN NUH AL-HADDAD'S STRATEGY IN DEVELOPING MORALS AND ERADICATING ILLITERACY FOR STREET COMMUNITIES THROUGH READING RATIBUL HADDAD
Full text linkThis research aims to find out Habib Zainal bin Nuh al-Haddad's strategy in developing morals and eradicating illiteracy for street people through reading Ratibul Haddad, in Samirono village ct 6/326 Catur Tunggal Depok Sleman, Yogyakarta. Habib Zainal bin Nuh al-Haddad is known as a figure who has an important role in spreading Islamic teachings and improving public morality, especially among street people who are vulnerable to various social problems. This research reveals Habib Zainal's strategy in using Ratibul Haddad's reading as a means to build good character and morality in street society. The approach used is a qualitative approach, this research illustrates how reading Ratibul Haddad is an effective tool in strengthening individual spiritual awareness and morality, as well as helping to overcome the problem of illiteracy. The research results concluded that 1). Habib Zainal's role in spreading Ratibul Haddad reading has had a significant positive impact in improving behavior and helping reduce the level of illiteracy among street people. 2). Efforts to form morals in street people through routine halaqah reading Ratibul Haddad which is carried out regularly every week. Utilizing Ratibul Haddad's reading is an effective step in developing morals and eradicating illiteracy, as well as having the potential to be widely applied to improve the quality of life in society
PESTA BEDERUN BALINGIAN 2023: IMPAK DAN HALATUJU TERHADAP SUMBER, KOMUNITI DAN EKOPELANCONGAN
Full text linkPesta Bederun Balingian merupakan satu pesta yang menyasarkan kehadiran pengunjung luar mahupun penduduk Balingian ke tapak pesta demi merancakkan aktiviti ekonomi setempat. Bederun atau Bededun mengikut dialek Melanau Balingian memberi maksud berkumpul. Sehubungan dengan itu, penganjuran Pesta Bederun ini juga bertujuan mempromosikan pekan Balingian sebagai destinasi pelancongan mahupun persinggahan. Oleh yang demikian persoalan kajian ini adalah untuk menentukan sejauh manakah Pesta Bederun Balingian 2023 ini mampu mempromosikan Pekan Balingian sebagai hub ekopelancongan, meningkatkan taraf ekonomi penduduk setempat dan memperkenalkan sukan rakyat kepada pengunjung. Objektif kajian ini adalah untuk mengenalpasti impak penganjuran Pesta Bederun Balingian 2023 dari segi ekonomi, pelancongan, sosial dan alam sekitar. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan menggunakan instrumen soal selidik kepada 529 responden daripada lebih kurang 9500 pengunjung Pesta Bederun ini. Hasil kajian ini telah mendapati bahawa Pesta Bederun Balingian mampu menarik ramai pengunjung bukan sahaja dari kawasan sekitar Balingian atau Mukah malah dari bahagian-bahagian lain dalam Sarawak. Kesimpulannya, Pesta Bederun ini meningkatkan imej pekan Balingian sebagai salah satu destinasi pelancongan atau persinggahan. Walaubagaimanapun, kajian impak Pesta Bederun Balingian 2023 ini dapat dijadikan sebagai penanda aras kepada penganjuran pesta ini pada masa hadapan dengan perancangan dan perlaksanaan yang lebih baik

Full text linkProjek "Home Sweet Home" bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pelibatan kanak-kanak dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas tabika melalui pendekatan yang lebih inklusif dan berfokus kepada pengalaman positif di rumah. Kajian ini menilai keberkesanan intervensi yang melibatkan kerjasama antara ibu bapa, guru, dan kanak-kanak dalam mencipta persekitaran pembelajaran yang menyenangkan dan interaktif. Fokus kajian adalah untuk mengenal pasti masalah 5 orang responden yang tidak melibatkan diri dalam aktiviti pembelajaran di kelas TABIKA dengan mengadakan Projek Home Sweet Home bersama ibu bapa. Data kajian ini dilaksanakan setelah temubual ringkas bersama ibu bapa responden dan perlaksanaan intervensi dan pemerhatian serta senarai semak. Melalui aktiviti-aktiviti yang direka khas untuk dijalankan di rumah bersama keluarga, projek ini menekankan pentingnya sokongan dan penglibatan ibu bapa dalam memperkaya pengalaman pembelajaran kanak-kanak. Hasil kajian menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam minat, motivasi, dan keupayaan kanak-kanak untuk belajar, di samping memperkuat hubungan antara rumah dan sekolah. Projek ini memberikan sumbangan yang berharga kepada bidang pendidikan awal kanak-kanak, terutamanya dalam mengembangkan strategi untuk melibatkan kanak-kanak secara lebih efektif dalam pembelajaran

Full text linkThis article takes Luxshare Precision Industry Co., LTD (referred to as Luxshare Precision) as an example to analyze the current situation, motives, and economic consequences of its equity pledge. The study found that Luxshare Precision has mainly undergone six equity pledges after its listing. The main reasons for Luxshare Precision's equity pledge include rapid expansion of the company, high financing efficiency of equity pledge, and maintenance of controlling shareholder control. BRIDGING THE KNOWLEDGE GAP: CAM -ICU EDUCATION FOR ENHANCED DELIRIUM ASSESSMENT IN A PRIVATE HOSPITAL SETTING
Full text linkAims and Objectives: The research explores the effect with regard to an educational program on Intensive Care Nurses' knowledge and skills in utilizing the Confusion Assessment Method for the Intensive Care Unit (CAM-ICU) to evaluate delirium in a private hospital environment.Background: The early identification concerning delirium in the ICU is critical for prompt intervention and better patient outcomes. This research assessed the influence of a structured educational program on nurses' knowledge and competency in utilizing the CAM-ICU.Design: This research was conducted in a private hospital in Malaysia using a mixed-methods approach, featuring a pretest-posttest design with both control and intervention groups, and supported by semi-structured interviews to assess the effectiveness of the educational program.Methods: Fifty (50) nurses were randomly categorized into an intervention group (n = 25) as well as a control group (n = 25). Note that the intervention group was involved in classroom presentations, demonstrations, as well as hands-on practice with the CAM-ICU. Data were gathered pre- and post- intervention utilising the Nurses Knowledge of Delirium Questionnaire (NKD), adapted from Hare et al. (2009) and Devlin et al. (2007), along with semi-structured interviews guided by a researcher- developed tool. Quantitative data were assessed utilising a paired sample t-test, while qualitative data were examined through thematic analysis.Results: The intervention group showed a statistically substantial increase in knowledge scores from pretest to posttest (<.05). Qualitative findings revealed three key themes, which are barriers to the CAM-ICU implementation. This includes the lack of standardized protocols; factors influencing CAM- ICU adoption, such as improved understanding of delirium and its implications; and experiences of implementing CAM-ICU, with nurses reporting increased knowledge, skills, and confidence.Conclusion: This study provides evidence that a structured educational program may effectively enhance nurses’ knowledge skills as well as confidence in using CAM-ICU. However, organizational barriers, such as the lack of standardized protocols, need to be addressed to facilitate its successful implementation
CYBERCRIME AWARENESS ON ONLINE SHOPPING AMONG UITM STUDENTS AT TERENGGANU CAMPUS
Full text linkIn recent decades, the Internet has emerged as an essential element of our daily lives. The widespread reliance of individuals on the internet has substantially increased their vulnerability to cybercrime. The prevalence of cybercrime has become a substantial peril in modern society. This research aimed to examine the variables that are associated with the extent of cybercrime awareness among students enrolled at UITM Dungun. To achieve the objective, the research was centered on particular research objectives, which entailed examining the attributes of social media that influence the degree of cybercrime awareness among students enrolled at UiTM Terengganu. As a result, 116 students in total contributed to the successful completion of the research. The Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS Statistic 28.0.1.1 Windows) was utilised to gather the data. According to the results of this research, a considerable percentage of students demonstrated awareness and understanding of the concept of cybercrime. There is broad consensus regarding the substantial surge in cybercrime. In contrast, this issue can be effectively mitigated through the implementation of appropriate preventive measures. Users are advised to exercise caution when accessing the internet. The documentation and observation of students can be achieved by conducting a range of educational activities, including seminars, workshops, and conferences
INHERITANCE INSIGHTS: UNVEILING FARAID AWARENESS IN KUALA LIPIS, PAHANG
Full text linkThe distribution of property among deceased heirs can be resolved by the implementation of Faraid, which is a recognised method. The role of faraid in the management of estate distribution is significant; yet, if not administered and comprehended correctly, this method of wealth transfer might give rise to certain issues. According to estimates in Malaysia, a significant sum of RM42 billion in Muslim inheritance has remained undistributed to its legitimate heirs due to various challenges. Several elements have been recognised as contributing to the issue, including the inefficiency of the administrative system, the attitudes of the community, and the attitudes of the heir. Moreover, the limited dissemination of information regarding the legal principles of faraid contributes significantly to the prevailing lack of awareness of the application of scientific methodologies in the process of Islamic inheritance division. The objective of this study is to examine the extent of awareness on faraid within the Muslim community. This research utilised a quantitative approach by administering an online questionnaire to the Muslim community in Kuala Lipis, Pahang. Convenience sampling was employed to gather data, resulting in a sample size of 102 participants. The results indicate that a significant proportion of the participants has a considerable degree of awareness on faraid. However, this conclusion is limited in its ability to generalise to the broader community due to the small sample size relative to the population size. Hence, it is very advisable to increase the sample size for future research endeavours
IDENTITY THEFT: ISSUES AND CHALLENGES FROM ISLAMIC FINANCE PERSPECTIVE
Full text linkIdentity theft is a serious security issue for Malaysians. This study uses a qualitative approach involving an authority and academics to gather their perceptions, information, and solutions regarding identity theft occurring on internet forums. The objectives of the study are as follows: (1) to identify the concept of identity theft; (2) to explain the issue and factor of identity theft; and (3) to analyze the challenges and solutions to identity theft. Apart from that, according to the study's findings, (1) The prevalence of identity theft in Malaysia is on the rise every year, and (2) identity theft can have serious repercussions, including financial losses or the misuse of private and confidential user information to obtain fake documents. This research is hoped to change the way individuals use the internet to decrease the risk that they become fraud victims, and increase their understanding of the numerous issues that cybercrime raises. The government must create comprehensive and successful awareness efforts to Malaysian citizens in order to ensure that the message is received and that they are capable of halting the identification theft in this nation
INTEGRATING AI CHATBOTS INTO HALAL PRACTICES: PRINCIPLES, PARAMETERS, AND GUIDELINES
Full text linkThis study addresses the challenge of integrating AI chatbots into halal practices while adhering to Islamic principles. It aims to identify fundamental Islamic principles governing AI chatbot development, define parameters for their functionality, establish ethical guidelines, and develop a comprehensive framework for their implementation in halal contexts. Employing a qualitative approach through library research, the study analyzes Islamic scholarly texts, academic literature, and contemporary studies on AI in Islamic contexts. The findings reveal that AI chatbots can be considered permissible under Islamic law, subject to conditions aligning with the principles and objectives of Shariah. The study proposes a framework for AI chatbot use in halal domains, emphasizing the importance of accuracy, comprehensive knowledge, user qualifications, and ethical considerations. Guidelines for implementation include ensuring chatbot outputs do not contradict primary Islamic sources, limiting their role to information provision, and maintaining human oversight. The research contributes to the growing discourse on technology in Islamic contexts, offering a structured approach to integrating AI chatbots in halal practices while preserving Islamic values

Aplikasi perdagangan elektronik sebagai contoh Foodpanda telah menjadi aplikasi utama yang digunakan oleh rakyat Malaysia dalam urusan perniagaan, transaksi malahan juga pekerjaan. Maka, berdasarkan kepada kepesatan teknologi yang terdapat pada aplikasi Foodpanda yang merupakan salah satu daripada bentuk perdagangan elektronik, maka akad-akad yang terkandung di dalamnya dilihat semakin kompleks. Agama Islam sendiri menitik beratkan akad yang sah dalam suatu transaksi. Hal ini semestinya bagi mengelakkan berlaku kezaliman atau mencari keuntungan dengan cara yang salah dalam suatu transaksi. Objektif kajian ini ialah untuk mengenal pasti akad yang dilaksanakan dalam penggunaan aplikasi Foodpanda ialah selaras dengan apa yang diperuntukkan oleh syarak. Selain itu, penulisan ini juga ialah untuk mengenalpasti peruntukan undang-undang yang berkaitan dengan aplikasi Foodpanda yang merupakan salah satu bentuk perdagangan elektronik. Tambahan lagi, penulisan ini juga bertujuan untuk mengenalpasti kes-kes yang berlaku berkaitan dengan perdagangan elektronik.
