The scientific, technological and social changes produced in the course of the 21st century and the post-pandemic context, have configured new educational demands for teachers, particularly those who work in rural schools in the Amazon regions, punished by the high rate of poverty and by the lack of access to communication and internet signal, among others. The objective of the study was: to identify roles and challenges of teachers in Amazonian schools, facing scientific and social changes and the post pandemic; through a descriptive and qualitative study, using the phenomenological method and semi-structured interviews to a purposive sample of 12 teachers from 4 Amazonian departments of Peru. The data processing consisted of analyzing the categories and corresponding codes with the support of Atlas. Ti. The conclusions of this study focus on the following: effectiveness in competency-based teaching, full capacities as intercultural education teachers, contribution to the democratic management of schools, construction of inclusive school coexistence open to the community, permanent renewal of their pedagogical practice in the face of demands, compliance with work ethics, and action on the integral wellbeing of students and teachers themselves.
SUSTAINABILITY AND DIGITALISATION IN SOCIAL SOLIDARITY COOPERATIVES: A STUDY IN A CONTEXT OF CHANGE
The COVID-19 pandemic has brought new challenges to Social Solidarity Cooperatives (SSCs), affecting how they conduct their activities. The aim of this article is to analyse the extent to which SSCs’ behaviours have changed in terms of environmental practices and digital empowerment following the pandemic. Behaviour changes were assessed using a quantitative, exploratory methodology based on a questionnaire survey of 80 SSCs in Portugal. The results were analysed using a range of techniques, including descriptive analysis, exploratory factor analysis and cluster analysis. The data analysis process made it possible to group the SSCs into three distinct groups, characterised by different changes in behaviour: (i) a group of organisations with some changes in the organisation’s practices, which are more environmentally sustainable; (ii) a group of organisations that show some changes in terms of the digital transition; and (iii) a third group where there are simultaneously, and more significantly, changes in practices in terms of environmental sustainability and the digital transition. This last group is the one with the largest number of organisations in the sample. The formation of clusters is influenced by the age of the organisation and its location. The COVID-19 pandemic has brought new challenges to Social Solidarity Cooperatives (SSCs), affecting how they conduct their activities.
This article examines the intersection of waste, language, and contemporary North American poetry, arguing that waste is not merely a material crisis but a rhetorical and ideological construct. Drawing on various waste theories, the study explores how poets Martín Espada, Rita Wong, Evelyn Reilly, and Adam Dickinson engage with waste not only as a thematic concern but as a formal and linguistic strategy. Espada exposes the bureaucratic erasure of human disposability through acts of naming; Wong dissects the corporate euphemisms that obscure environmental violence; Reilly mirrors the endurance of plastic through poetic excess and fragmentation; and Dickinson reveals waste’s infiltration into the body itself. By treating poetry as a site of salvage, reclamation, and resistance, these works challenge the illusion of disappearance that underpins contemporary structures of exclusion and disposability. Ultimately, this article argues that waste and poetry share a crucial function: both unsettle categories, disrupt meaning, and refuse to vanish.

This study explores, from the perspective of clinical linguistics, the configuration ofidentity in Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID) through the analysis of semantic profiles, with the aim of contributing to a field that has been scarcely addressed from a linguistic standpoint. Two main objectives were established: (a) to carry out a contrastive analysis of the types of nouns employed by different alters within the same system, and (b) to examine whether, at a lexical level, words with different semantic loads are used from the perspective of polarity, in orderto assess whether the terms employed reflect differentiated stances. The research adopts a quantitative approach based on semi-structured interviews with four clinically diagnosed systems, in which two to three alters per system were analyzed. Based on the resulting corpus, semanticpatterns of nouns and the polarity of adjectives were examined to identify lexical and evaluative tendencies across alters within the same person. The results reveal significant differences in several of the systems studied, particularly regarding the degree of abstraction in noun usage. Moreover, contrasts were identified in the polarity of adjectives, indicating differentiated stances to similar stimuli. This study aims to complement traditional approaches and to contribute to increasing awareness of the discursive perspective on this disorder.

Resilience directly impacts teachers' quality of life and psychological well-being. It is key to an effective teaching-learning process and to maintaining healthy relationships. It also fosters a positive school climate. The objective was to analyze the relationship between resilience and teachers' psychological well-being in a public education context in Chile. A cross-sectional correlational design was used. A total of 146 teachers participated, and data were collected using the Teacher’s Everyday Resilience Scale and the Psychological Well-Being Scale in a face-to-face modality. The results show an average age of 42 years. Resilience (M=5,338) and positive relationships (M=5,252) showed moderate levels. A significant correlation was found between resilience and positive relationships with others (rho = 0,359; < ,001). It is concluded that higher resilience leads to better interpersonal relationships among teachers in schools. Empirical studies are suggested to develop designs that provide greater specificity in variables or effective interventions to work with teachers.
