O sagrado cinematográfico em Matrix: a ressurreição de Neo: The sacred cinematic in Matrix: the Neo's resurrection
Get PDFRESUMO: O presente trabalho expõe a análise desenvolvida acerca da construção da imagem do sagrado no cinema. Utilizando como fonte o filme Matrix (The Matrix) de 1999, dirigido pelas irmãs Wachowski, no recorte da sequência que leva a ressurreição de Neo e os segundos após este acontecimento. Promovendo um diálogo entre cinema e religião na busca pela construção do sagrado cinematográfico, utilizando como base as reflexões de alguns autores para a fundamentação, tais como Eliade (2010), Eller (2018), Meslin (2014), Vadico (2016), Pieper (2015), Deleuze (2004), Martin (2003), Marie (2009) e Irwin (2005). Traçando a relação de importância do campo do cinema e do campo da religião, seguiu-se em busca dos conceitos norteadores para a observação do sagrado, logo após, os conceitos das ferramentas cinematográficas. Com isto posto, o filme foi descrito para buscar sua relação com o budismo. A partir de então, seguiu-se a disposição da metodologia de trabalho, seguida do estudo detalhado do recorte fílmico escolhido, que foi observado exaustivamente, dissecado, separado e analisado. Por fim, detalharam-se os elementos que construíram a noção de sagrado no filme Matrix durante a ressurreição de Neo. Palavras-chave: Cinema. Religião. Sagrado. Matrix.
ABSTRACT: The present work presents the analysis developed about the construction of the image of the sacred in the cinema. Using as source the 1999 film Matrix (directed by the Wachowski sisters), in the cut of the sequence that leads to the resurrection of Neo and the second after this event. Promoting a dialogue between cinema and religion in the search for the construction of the sacred cinematographic, using as basis some reflections of some authors for the foundation, such as Eliade (2010), Eller (2018), Meslin (2014), Vadico (2016), Pieper (2015), Deleuze (2004), Martin (2003), Marie (2009) e Irwin (2005). Plotting the relation of importance of the field of cinema and the field of religion, followed in search of the guiding concepts for the observation of the sacred, soon after, the concepts of the cinematographic tools. With that, the film was described to look for its relation with the Buddhism. After that, the methodology of the work was followed, followed by a detailed study of the chosen film cut, which was exhaustively observed, dissected, separated and analyzed. Finally, the elements that constructed the notion of sacred in the movie Matrix during the resurrection of Neo were detailed. Keywords: Cinema. Religion. Sacred. Matrix
LA PRESENCIA FEMENINA EN PUESTOS DE ALTA RESPONSABILIDAD EN LAS INDUSTRIAS DE MANUFACTURA AUTOMOTRIZ DE CD. JUÁREZ, ASOCIADAS AL TECHO DE CRISTAL: The feminine presence in high responsibility positions at manufacture industries from Ciudad Juarez, associated to the glass ceiling
Get PDFRESUMEN: El objetivo de esta investigación es conocer los factores por los cuales a las mujeres se les dificulta obtener puestos de alta responsabilidad en las industrias de manufactura automotriz en Cd. Juárez. Haciendo referencia al techo de cristal y a los efectos que este tiene al obstaculizar a las mujeres para obtener puestos de alta dirección, se abordaron factores como lo son: la desigualdad de género, debido a que existe una tendencia de que los hombres ocupen puestos de alta dirección, en consecuencia, las mujeres continúan teniendo puestos de subordinación. El estudio es del tipo de investigación básica, no experimental, y en un periodo longitudinal. Para la recolección de datos se utilizaron cuestionarios y se aplicaron de forma virtual. Para la muestra le eligieron de las 330 empresas de manufactura dedicadas a la elaboración de autopartes localizadas en Cd. Juárez, Chih., dos empresas de manufactura dedicadas a este rubro, de las cuales se convocó únicamente a los directivos, gerentes y asistentes. El número de cuestionarios aplicados fue de 120. ABSTRACT: The purpose of this research was to approach the factors which difficult women to obtain high responsibilities positions at the automotive manufacture industries from Ciudad Juarez. Making reference to the glass ceiling and the effects that it has in blocking women to obtain high management positions, the factors approached were: gender inequality, because there is a tendency where men occupy high management positions, and in consequence, women continue to perform subordinate jobs. This is a basic, non-experimental and longitudinal research study. For data collection, questionnaires were used and virtually applied. As a research sample, from the 330 automotive manufacture industries located in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, were selected two of them, from which only directors, managers and assistants were summoned. EL AMBIENTE LABORAL Y LA “ROTACIÓN” DE LOS JÓVENES MILLENNIALS EN LAS EMPRESAS DE SUPERMERCADO DE CIUDAD JUÁREZ: The work environment and the “rotation” of young millennials in the supermarket companies of Ciudad Juárez
Get PDFRESUMEN: La generación denominada “Millennials” son los que están ganando preponderancia a principios de la segunda década del siglo XXI, por lo que es pertinente estudiar las razones por las que dejan sus puestos de trabajo, generando el fenómeno denominado rotación voluntaria de personal. Esta investigación se desarrolló en empresas de autoservicio denominadas supermercados, en ella se realizó una revisión literaria para entender qué investigaciones se han realizado en esta generación. Estas investigaciones muestran la búsqueda de puestos de trabajo con horarios flexibles y que tengan un contenido laboral interesante que proporcionan una amplia gama de experiencias. Asimismo, se desarrolló una investigación que abarcó las principales cadenas de autoservicio en Ciudad Juárez, donde se aplicó una encuesta que arrojó información sobre las razones por las que permanecen en sus puestos de trabajo y las razones por las que renuncian, si el salario que perciben lo consideran justos por las actividades que realizan y si aceptan recomendar su lugar de trabajo a otros jóvenes. ABSTRACT: The generation called the “Millennials” are the ones that are gaining preponderance at the beginning of the second decade of the 21st century, so it is pertinent to study the reasons why they leave their jobs, creating the phenomenon called voluntary turnover of personnel. This research was developed in self-service companies called supermarkets, in it a literary review was carried out to understand what research has been carried out on this generation, these investigations show the search for jobs with flexible hours and that have an interesting work content that they provide a wide range of experiences. Likewise, an investigation was developed that covered the main self-service chains in Ciudad Juárez, where a survey was applied that yielded information about the reasons why they remain in their jobs and the reasons why they resign, if the salary they receive They consider it fair for the activities they do and if they agree to recommend their workplace to other young people. INCENTIVOS, BUEN TRATO Y LA ROTACIÓN DE OPERADORES EN LA INDUSTRIA MAQUILADORA: Incentives, good treatment and the rotation of operators in the maquiladora industry
Get PDFRESUMEN: La industria maquiladora en Ciudad Juárez ha desarrollado diversas estrategias para reducir el porcentaje de rotación de personal, especialmente en los operadores de producción que representan más del 85% de la fuerza laboral total. La rotación provoca un aumento en los costos de capacitación, desperdicio de material, baja calidad, entre otros, lo cual representa un costo administrativo considerable, por lo cual se han utilizado incentivos económicos y no económicos para reducir el número de vacantes que se tienen que llenar nuevamente mes a mes; algunos de los incentivos económicos son bonificaciones económicas por puntualidad y asistencia, alimentos y transporte gratuitos, fondo de ahorro con apoyo al 100% de las devoluciones, servicio médico, etc., por otro lado, los incentivos no económicos están relacionados con el desarrollo de un ambiente de trabajo agradable, así como el buen trato que reciben de sus jefes inmediatos. Esta investigación investiga sobre la efectividad de estas estrategias y si realmente afectan la disminución en la rotación del personal operativo de las empresas. ABSTRACT: The maquiladora industry in Ciudad Juárez has developed various strategies to reduce the percentage of staff turnover, especially in production operators who represent more than 85% of the total workforce, turnover causes an increase in training costs , waste of material, low quality, among others, which represents a considerable administrative cost, for which economic and non-economic incentives have been used to reduce the number of vacancies that have to be filled again month by month, some of the economic incentives are, economic bonuses for punctuality and attendance, free food and transportation, savings fund with support to 100% of returns, medical service, etc., on the other hand, non-economic incentives are related to the development of a pleasant work environment, as well such as the good treatment they receive from their immediate bosses, this research will learn more about the effectiveness of these strategies and if they really affect the decrease in the turnover of operating personnel. EL ESTRÉS Y SU RELACIÓN CON EL DESEMPEÑO ACADÉMICO DE ESTUDIANTES UNIVERSITARIOS: Stress and its relationship with the academic performance of university students
Get PDFRESUMEN: El estrés es un mecanismo que se pone en marcha cuando una persona se siente vulnerable. Se considera que todos en algún momento de la vida han experimentado esa sensación de riesgo ante determinada situación. Los estudiantes universitarios, principalmente los de nuevo ingreso, con frecuencia experimentan estrés, sobre todo cuando se enfrentan a los períodos de exámenes. La presente investigación pretende identificar el rendimiento académico y su relación con el nivel de estrés de los estudiantes de la División Multidisciplinaria de Ciudad Universitaria de la Universidad Autónoma de Ciudad Juárez. El estudio fue realizado con una muestra representada por 150 participantes de diferentes niveles de avance en la carrera, inscritos en cualquier de los programas académicos del campus mencionado. Los principales resultados revelan que en general los alumnos manifiestan tener niveles importantes de estrés, sin embargo, confían en ellos mismos y tienen rendimiento académico bueno. ABSTRACT: Stress is a mechanism that kicks in when a person feels vulnerable. It is considered that everyone at some point in their life has experienced that feeling of risk in a certain situation. College students, especially in first semester, frequently experience stress, especially when facing exam periods. This research aims to identify academic performance and its relationship with the stress level of students in Multidisciplinary Division of Ciudad Universitaria from Universidad Autónoma de Ciudad Juárez. The study was carried out with a sample represented by 150 participants of different levels of advancement in the university career enrolled in any of the academic programs on the aforementioned campus. The main results reveal that in general the students report having significant levels of stress, however, they trust themselves and have good academic performance. Direito das favelas e a pandemia de Covid-19: a implementação de normas sociais via espaços virtuais: The Favelas Law and the Covid-19 Pandemic: the implementation of social norms through virtual spaces
Get PDFRESUMO: O pluralismo jurídico é um importante objeto de estudos da sociologia do direito, sendo pressuposto do paradigma sociojurídico. Trata-se do reconhecimento da coexistência, em um mesmo contexto social, de diferentes juridicidades, oriundas de fontes diversas, inclusive (mas, naturalmente, não apenas) não-estatais. Exemplo são os ordenamentos jurídicos que regulam relações sociais em assentamentos irregulares urbanos, como vilas e favelas, em grande parte como consequência de sua situação de irregularidade e de relativa ausência da regulação estatal. Nesse ínterim, instituições e lideranças locais – com especial destaque para a associação de moradores e ocupantes antigos e com um certo grau de respeito comunitário – ajudam a produzir e implementar normas sociais, vigentes nesses territórios. Assim, a espacialidade, seja a nível de rua, vizinhança ou comunidade, é importante para o estabelecimento dessas relações jurídicas. Contudo, a pandemia de covid-19, que atinge a humanidade em escala global desde 2020, provocou uma série de mudanças nas relações sociais em diversas ordens, a exemplo de novas formas de sociabilidade, condizentes com as recomendações médicas sobre medidas de isolamento social. Diante disso, indaga-se: como o direito comunitário de vilas e favelas adaptou-se ao contexto de pandemia? Para essa investigação, foram feitas observações em três grupos do aplicativo WhatsApp utilizados por moradores de uma vila na periferia de Porto Alegre. A partir disso, percebeu-se que, entre uma série de relações comunitárias, a implementação de normas sociais passou a ser feita, também, nesses espaços virtuais. Nesse contexto, sanções como a reprovação comunitária antes feita por olhares, comentários ou práticas de exclusão física daqueles que descumpriam essas normas, foram deslocadas para esses grupos online, onde o constrangimento por meio exposição de práticas contrárias ao direito comunitário foi o mecanismo eficaz de garantir a continuidade dessas formas de regulação. ABSTRACT: Legal pluralism is an important study object in sociology of law, being an assumption of the sociolegal paradigm. It is the acknowledgment of the co-existence, in the same social context, of different legalities, from different sources, including (but, naturally, not only) non-state sources. The legal orders regulations social relations in irregular urban settlements, such as slums, are an example, largely as a consequence of their situation of irregularity and of the relative absence of state regulation. In this context, local leaderships and institutions – specially neighbors’ associations and ancient and relatively respected settlers – help to produce and apply social norms, present in these territories. Thus, spatiality, be it at street, neighborhood or community level, is important to the establishment of these legal relations. However, the covid-19 pandemics, which affects humanity globally since 2020, caused several changes in social relationships in many orders, such as new ways of sociability, according to medical recommendations on social distancing measures. That said, it is asked: how did community law of slums adapt itself to the pandemic context? To this investigation, direct observations were made in three WhatsApp groups used by settlers in a peripheral slum in Porto Alegre. From that, it was noticed that, among many community relations, the implementation of social norms started to be made, also, in these virtual spaces. In this context, sanctions such as community disapproval, formerly made by looks, comments of practices of physical exclusion of those who broke the rules, were replaced in online groups, where the embarrassment by the exposure of actions contrary to community law was the effective mechanism to guarantee the continuity of these regulatory means. A vivência do luto na infância: um olhar sobre o filme “Tão Forte, Tão Perto”: The experience of childhood mourning: a look at the film “Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close”
Get PDFRESUMO: A temática do luto, especificamente o luto na infância, ainda causa na cultura ocidental estranhamento, medos ocultos e tabus, pois a visão filosófica e política dessa sociedade está configurada de acordo com seu continente, sua historicidade e ancestralidade, que ao longo da história foi rompendo seu contato com a ideia de refletir e falar sobre a finitude, sobre morte e o luto. Contudo, sabe-se que toda perda significativa exige um processo de luto, que pode ser compreendido como um processo de ajustamento às perdas. Nesse sentido, o presente artigo tem como objetivo elucidar o tema do luto infantil, como também, propõe relacionar a psicologia enquanto teoria e ciência no desenvolvimento de debates e reflexões sobre essa temática ainda pouco discutida. Assim, esse estudo se constitui como uma revisão bibliográfica de natureza narrativa, no qual foi traçado um mapeamento das produções existentes sobre o luto infantil, os quais após leituras e reflexões, foram articulados com o filme “tão forte, tão perto”, o qual discute a temática da vivência do luto na infância, que é vivenciado pelo personagem Oskar, o qual perde seu pai Thomas no fatídico 11 de setembro, e precisa ressignificar a perda e aprender a seguir com a ausência e a saudade de seu pai. ABSTRACT: The theme of mourning, specifically childhood mourning, still causes strangeness in Western culture, hidden fears and taboos, as the philosophical and political vision of this society is configured according to its continent, its historicity and ancestry, which throughout history was breaking its contact with the idea of reflecting and talking about ending, death and mourning. However, it is known that any significant loss requires a grieving process, which can be understood as a loss adjustment process. In this sense, the present article aims to elucidate the theme of child mourning, as well as proposing to relate psychology as theory and science in the development of debates and reflections on this theme that is still little discussed. Thus, this study is constituted as a bibliographic revision of a narrative nature, in which a mapping of the existing productions about child mourning was traced, which after readings and reflections, were articulated with the film “Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close ”, which discusses the theme of the experience of mourning in childhood, which is experienced by the character Oskar, who loses his father Thomas on the fateful 9/11, and needs to reframe the loss and learn to go on with his father's absence and longing. A importância da afetividade no processo de ensino-aprendizagem: The importance of affectivity in the teaching-learning process
Get PDFRESUMO: Quando valorizada, a afetividade dentro do processo de ensino-aprendizagem traz inúmeros benefícios aos seus agentes, já que as emoções implicam diretamente no caminho para o desenvolvimento cognitivo. Partindo dessa premissa, este artigo buscou compreender a importância da afetividade no processo de ensino-aprendizagem, viabilizando aos leitores maior entendimento acerca da afetividade e suas interfaces com a realidade pedagógica. Para isso, foi realizada uma pesquisa de revisão de literatura incluindo os principais autores da área, além de leis, a relação com a inteligência e as ferramentas empregadas nos processos de ensino-aprendizagem. Foi possível constatar que a afetividade ocupa lugar de destaque dentro do processo educacional e a maneira como ela acontece pode ser decisiva na concepção de mundo e de homem construída pelo aluno, assim como na sua reelaboração do conhecimento culturalmente organizado. ABSTRACT: The affection within the teaching-learning process brings countless benefits to its agents when valued, their emotions directly imply on the path to development. This article sought to understand the importance of affectivity in the teaching-learning process, enabling readers to understand more about affectivity. For this, a literature review research was carried out including the main authors in the area, in addition to the laws, the relationship with intelligence and as a tool in the teaching-learning process. It was possible to verify that affectivity occupies a prominent place within the educational process and the way it happens can be decisive in the conception of the world and man constructed by the student, as well as in his re-elaboration of culturally organized knowledge.
