NUEVAS PERSPECTIVAS SOBRE LA CIUDAD Y SU CONTEXTO ANTRÓPICO
Get PDFIn 2012, the UAA Publishing House published the first volume of the collection Convergences of design and construction: Architecture, Civil Engineering and Urbanism, with the aim of bringing together in a single electronic book the knowledge that was beginning to yield results, thanks to the collaboration of the three disciplines involved. By then, the modality of electronic books was beginning to gain strength in the publishing world. The publication, in fact, represented a conceptual genesis based on anthropic environments, which synthesizes the human habitat as the artificialization of existence (on nature). In this vein, lines of research and scientific production began to develop, in line with specialists concerned about this impact on nature and environmental changes.
The second and third digital books of the collection appeared in 2013: The anthropic environment, experiences in Mexico and Spain and Vol. III of the Convergences collection. The fourth book in the collection (Vol. IV) was published in 2015, and it began to address specific contemporary issues, such as society, urban heritage and sustainability. In volume V of the collection, an effort was made to write about the future of the city, sustainability and conservation, and finally, the Convergences collection was closed with Vol. VI, continuing with the concern for conservation and sustainable elements, but adding the ingredient of interdisciplinarity. It was decided to close this editorial collection because the gestation cycle of the anthropic sphere concept was beginning to mature. However, a new book was published in 2020 with the title Habitat and Contemporary City, resulting in a good product focused on the study of heritage, territory and interdisciplinarity. In the same year, a new book was published, thanks to the joint participation of the Interinstitutional Doctorate Program in Architecture (PIDA) and the UAA: Architecture and Contemporary City. Heritage, territory and environment, emphasizing the three lines of research developed by PIDA.
This is how the eight digital books that precede this one demonstrate investigative peculiarities, related to architecture, urban planning and infrastructure, artificial components of a city. However, how to repair the damage inflicted on nature and improve the coexistence between buildings, infrastructure and their environment remains pending on the agenda. For this book, called New perspectives on the city and its anthropic context, a call was launched in 2021 and 33 chapter proposals were received. However, due to the qualitative demands of Conacyt, especially due to the rigorous parameters of the National System of Researchers (SNI) in Mexico, it was decided to make the peer review system carried out for each document received more severe. As a final result of this process, only 21 proposals were accepted (of the 33 available). The call for the book contained three main axes: habitability, infrastructure and territory, in addition to the 34 sub-axes that group the lines of research available at that time, in terms of anthropic areas.
Therefore, the research and science addressed in this book have their origins in two major areas: architectural-urban and urban/territorial planning. In these, the phenomena related to habitability and territory are protagonists, especially due to the lines of research involved. To achieve the focus on convergences, anthropic areas and new contemporary perspectives, the authors participating in this editorial edition worked successfully on specific sub-axes and problems: Historical studies of architectural spaces, with the study of microhistory and architecture; Built heritage and conservation, with materials, legislation and culture; Technology and educational spaces, with digital environments, COVID-19, teaching-learning; Industrial and intangible heritage, with society and work culture; Urban territorial studies, with public space and quality of life; Urban sociology, with housing and tourist use; Urban morphology, with land value and urban facilities; Design, urban management and sustainability, with gender violence and spaces, citizen participation and models and infrastructure; Urban and regional development, with urban regeneration and social inclusion; and finally Neoliberalism and urban planning, with globalization and socio-spatial transformation.En el año de 2012, la Editorial UAA publicó el primer volumen de la colección Convergencias del diseño y de la construcción: Arquitectura, Ingeniería Civil y Urbanismo, con el afán de reunir en un mismo libro electrónico los saberes que comenzaban a dar resultados, gracias a la colaboración de las tres disciplinas involucradas. Para entonces, comenzaba a tomar fuerza la modalidad de libros electrónicos en el ámbito editorial a nivel mundial. La publicación, en realidad, representaba una génesis conceptual basada en los ámbitos antrópicos, que sintetiza el hábitat humano como la artificialización de la existencia (sobre la naturaleza). En este tenor, se comenzaron a desarrollar líneas de investigación y producción científica, acordes con los especialistas preocupados por esta incidencia sobre la naturaleza y los cambios ambientales.
El segundo y tercer libros digitales de la colección surgieron en el año 2013: El ámbito antrópico, experiencias en México y España y el Vol. III de la colección Convergencias. El cuarto libro de la colección (Vol. IV) se publicó en el año 2015, y en él se comenzaron a abordar problemáticas específicas contemporáneas, como sociedad, patrimonio urbano y sustentabilidad. En el volumen V de la colección se realizó un esfuerzo por escribir sobre el futuro de la ciudad, la sustentabilidad y la conservación para, finalmente, cerrar la colección de Convergencias con el Vol. VI, continuando con la preocupación de la conservación y elementos sustentables, pero agregando el ingrediente de la interdisciplina. Se decidió cerrar dicha colección editorial debido a que el ciclo de gestación del concepto ámbito antrópico comenzaba a madurar, sin embargo, se publicó un nuevo libro en el año 2020 con el título Hábitat y ciudad contemporánea, dando, como resultado, un buen producto enfocado en el estudio del patrimonio, el territorio y la interdisciplina. En el mismo año, se publicó un nuevo libro, gracias a la participación conjunta del Programa Interinstitucional de Doctorado en Arquitectura (PIDA) y la UAA: Arquitectura y ciudad contemporánea. Patrimonio, territorio y medio ambiente, haciendo énfasis en las tres líneas de investigación que desarrolla el PIDA.
Es así como los ocho libros digitales que anteceden al presente demuestran peculiaridades investigativas, relacionadas con la arquitectura, el urbanismo y la infraestructura, componentes artificiales de una ciudad. Sin embargo, sigue quedando pendiente en la agenda cómo reparar los daños infringidos a la naturaleza y mejorar la convivencia entre las edificaciones, la infraestructura y su entorno. Para este libro, denominado Nuevas perspectivas sobre la ciudad y su contexto antrópico, se lanzó una convocatoria en el año 2021 y se recibieron 33 propuestas de capítulos. No obstante, debido a las exigencias cualitativas del Conacyt, especialmente por los parámetros rigurosos del Sistema Nacional de Investigadores (SNI) en México, se decidió optar por hacer más severo el sistema de dictaminación por pares realizada para cada documento recibido. Como resultado final de este proceso, sólo fueron aceptadas 21 propuestas (de las 33 disponibles). La convocatoria del libro contenía tres ejes principales: habitabilidad, infraestructura y territorio, aunado a los 34 subejes que aglomeran las líneas de investigación disponibles en ese momento, en términos de los ámbitos antrópicos.
Por lo tanto, la investigación y ciencia abordadas en este libro tienen sus orígenes en dos grandes vertientes: arquitectónico-urbanos y urbanos/ordenamiento del territorio. En estos, los fenómenos relativos a la habitabilidad y el territorio son protagonistas, especialmente por las líneas de investigación involucradas. Para lograr el enfoque en las convergencias, los ámbitos antrópicos y las nuevas perspectivas contemporáneas, los autores participantes en esta edición editorial trabajaron exitosamente en subejes y problemáticas específicas: Estudios históricos de los espacios arquitectónicos, con el estudio de la microhistoria y la arquitectura; El patrimonio edificado y conservación, con materiales, legislación y cultura; Tecnología y espacios educativos, con entornos digitales, COVID-19, enseñanza-aprendizaje; Patrimonio industrial e intangible, con sociedad y cultura del trabajo; Estudios territoriales urbanísticos, con espacio público y calidad de vida; Sociología urbana, con viviendas y uso turístico; Morfología urbana, con valor del suelo y equipamiento urbano; Diseño, gestión urbana y sustentabilidad, con violencia de género y espacios, participación ciudadana y modelos e infraestructura; Desarrollo urbano y regional, con regeneración urbana e inclusión social; y por último Neoliberalismo y urbanismo, con globalización y transformación socioespacial

No full textIn this work, revised, corrected and augmented, we present, in alphabetical order, 296 characters that we identified directly or indirectly, either in archives, quotations in books and other sources, in the exercise of their skills and knowledge in the field of health care problems of people in the state of Aguascalientes, from 1600 to 1900. They are, then, the initiators of medical care from the establishment of the town of Villa de Nuestra Señora de la Ascención de las Aguas Calientes in the year 1575.
Each person has an identification that indicates how he acted in the field of health, followed by extreme dates that refer to the date of birth of the same or the first date in which he is mentioned in some text or document, together with the date of death or the last date in which he is identified and, finally, the geographic place in which he worked.
This work serves as a modest tribute to the memory of this group of pioneers in the medical practice in Aguascalientes; in recognition of the late Professor Alejandro Topete del Valle, precursor of medical historiography in the state, and as a stimulus to continue the rescue of the regional past in the field of care for the health problems of its inhabitants; that gives us roots, identity and proud belonging to this rewarding and sometimes hazardous struggle in the long task of the local Hippocratic practice.En este trabajo, revisado, corregido y aumentado, damos a conocer, por orden alfabético, a 296 personajes que identificamos de manera directa o indirecta, ya en archivos, citas en libros y otras fuentes, en el ejercicio de sus habilidades y conocimientos en el terreno de la atención a los problemas de la salud de las personas en el estado de Aguascalientes, desde el año 1600 hasta 1900. Ellos son, entonces, los iniciadores de la atención médica a partir del establecimiento de la población de Villa de Nuestra Señora de la Ascención de las Aguas Calientes en el año de 1575.
Cada persona tiene una identificación que indica cómo actuaba en el campo de la salud, seguido de fechas extremas que hacen referencia a la fecha de nacimiento del mismo o la primera fecha en que se le menciona en algún texto o documento, junto con la fecha de defunción o la última fecha en la que se le identifica y, por último, el lugar geográfico en que se desempeñaba.
Sirva esta obra para rendir un modesto homenaje a la memoria de este grupo de pioneros en el hacer médico en Aguascalientes; en reconocimiento al hoy fallecido profesor Alejandro Topete del Valle, precursor de la historiografía médica en el estado, y como estímulo para continuar el rescate del pretérito regional en el terreno de la atención a los problemas de salud de sus pobladores; que nos dé raíz, identidad y orgullosa pertenencia a este gratificante y, a veces, azaroso bregar en la dilatada tarea del hacer hipocrático local
CONTABILIDAD Y FINANZAS SUSTENTABLES EN LAS ORGANIZACIONES
Get PDFCurrently, Mexico and the world are experiencing important -and to a certain extent drastic- changes and transformations in the economy, derived from diverse circumstances (mainly of pandemic origin), and surely the needs of the population will continue to transform in an accelerated manner; and it is here when associating Mexican taxation with such needs of the population becomes a critical goal to be achieved between society and government.
Today there is a demographic bonus in Mexico derived from the average age of Mexicans that, without a doubt, in the short term, will become an extremely critical commitment for the Mexican Federal Government, in which excellent planning and continuing to foster a culture of paying taxes will be essential to manage the risks that lie ahead as a country, and in which, additionally, other associated challenges are to continue fostering efficiency and equity and the payment of taxes. This research clearly shows that we are not very far from Latin American economies with a low average tax collection, and we will also be able to appreciate that in Mexico there is a very important gap between effective taxation versus potential taxation.Actualmente, en México y en el mundo se experimentan cambios y transformaciones importantes —y hasta cierto punto drásticos— en la economía, derivados de diversas circunstancias (principalmente de origen pandémico), y seguramente las necesidades de la población seguirán transformándose de manera acelerada; y es aquí cuando el asociar la tributación mexicana con tales necesidades de la población se vuelve una meta crítica por alcanzar entre sociedad y gobierno.
Hoy por hoy se tiene un bono demográfico en México derivado de la edad promedio de los mexicanos que, sin duda, en un corto plazo, se convertirá en un compromiso sumamente crítico para el Gobierno Federal Mexicano, en el que una excelente planeación y el seguir fomentando la cultura en el pago de contribuciones serán esenciales para administrar los riesgos que se avecinan como país, y en la que, adicionalmente, otros retos asociados son el seguir fomentando la eficiencia y la equidad y el pago de las contribuciones. Esta investigación muestra claramente que no estamos muy distantes de las economías latinoamericanas con un bajo promedio de recaudación tributaria, asimismo, podremos apreciar que en México existe una brecha muy importante entre la tributación efectiva versus la tributación potencial

And this is precisely what we have tried to recover in this work. In this way, temporalities, narrative forms and genres, literary conceptions, definitions are intertwined. The narrator of one text can become a character in the following one, and in turn the object of analysis in the subsequent one. A small detail mentioned by one of the authors can become the center of the story in the following chapter. We do not forget that to relate is precisely to weave, to interweave, and that is what we have proposed here.
We find from a broad historiographical account to a series of chronicles, glossaries, specific stories, autobiographies, journalistic accounts, among other possibilities. We hope that this will lead the reader, just as if he or she were in one of these bookstores, on a tour of the shelves, select the entries, decide what to read, be surprised by a find. And although we have established an order at the time of organizing the book, we leave you free to start wherever you want, to explore this territory of bibliodiversity in your own way.Si algo caracteriza a las librerías de viejo mexicanas es que cada estante puede llevarnos a distintos tiempos, a diferentes formatos, a otras maneras de entender la cultura impresa. Likewise, it presents some educational experiences, from different scenarios, oriented to the recognition of interculturality, in order to favor respect for all manifestations of cultural, social and gender diversity.Throughout the pages of this work, the benefits and potentialities of interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary approaches for the analysis of interculturality, heritage and daily life are shown. The thematic, theoretical and methodological plurality of the contributions that integrate each one of the chapters of the book corresponds to the confluence of the characteristic approaches of gender studies, folklore, linguistics, literature, communication, pedagogy and philosophy, in addition to some reflections that drink from the decolonial perspective and sociocultural studies.Este libro constituye un esfuerzo colectivo por mostrar un panorama de los nuevos escenarios en los que se vive la interculturalidad, el patrimonio cultural y los estudios socioculturales, a partir de diferentes aproximaciones a las raíces de los significados sociales, que orientan el actuar diario ante problemáticas cotidianas y entramados sociales, que ayudan o dificultan las formas de relacionarnos, reconociendo la diversidad social y cultural que favorece el diálogo de saberes que enriquece el patrimonio cultural. JUAN REYES UNZUETA: Diálogo intergeneracional con un músico singular
Get PDFFrom the research project Recent history of music education at the higher level in Mexico, registered before the General Direction of Research and Graduate Studies of the Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Aguascalientes (uaa) with the code PIE17-1, different academics and students have joined the task of documenting the life of some music degrees in our country, and their protagonists, to respond to the need to know, organize and interpret their trajectory and trends, in relation to the current historical context (Carbajal-Vaca, 2021).The creation of the uaa\u27s Music Department in 2009, along with other actions of its members, has contributed to music education and the cultural development of the entity. Maestro Juan Reyes Unzueta, who is one of the first professors of this degree, has played an important role in the training of guitar students. Arturo Gómez Romo considers that his teacher has made academic and dissemination proposals that have enriched the cultural environment of the society of Aguascalentense and surrounding regions, so when he took the research course during his bachelor\u27s degree, he considered it valuable to document his trajectory.A partir del proyecto de investigación Historia reciente de la educación musical de nivel superior en México, registrado ante la Dirección General de Investigación y Posgrado de la Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Aguascalientes (uaa) con la clave PIE17-1, distintos académicos y estudiantes se han sumado a la tarea de documentar la vida de algunas licenciaturas en música de nuestro país, y de sus protagonistas, para responder a la necesidad de conocer, organizar e interpretar su trayectoria y tendencias, en relación con el contexto histórico actual (Carbajal-Vaca, 2021). Get PDFThe sociological perspective is nourished by sensibilities that make it possible to see the everyday under a new lens. Learning to look in this light is an imaginative, contemplative and introspective task. Much of this process arises from the relationship and dialogue with those who in different ways become our companions on the journey in the field, in the classroom and in life itself.
Genaro Zalpa accompanied almost forty generations of sociologists who learned from him his teachings about cultural studies. This became one of the languages acquired to interpret the diverse realities in which we immerse ourselves once we begin our professional path.
The texts presented here describe different temporalities and ways in which we incorporate his knowledge. Each person speaks of a specific way of doing sociology, in which the routes and the views were drawn differently, but, above all, it is possible to glimpse the personal and human part of Genaro Zalpa, which to a great extent served as a reference for us to build our own itineraries.
The trips, the anecdotes, the talks, the walks through the University and life in the classrooms allowed us to discover ourselves in an emotional relationship with sociology.
In a certain way, it allows us to make our way at different paces. To know about redoubled steps, pauses and changes of direction. Each person has seen their lights and shadows supported by “what sociology gives us.”
This is what the stories are about. What Genaro Zalpa left in each of those who write. Present and absent. Because not all of them are there, but those shared references forged over the years are there.
We are talking, then, about a dimension prior to the social science: the emotion and relationship that is forged with those we learn from. From these we also ask ourselves questions and reflect on which we build paths that continually redefine knowledge and its production.
The document was produced in the face of the surprises of time and the uncertainties of agendas, but it is clear that those who collaborated and joined these stories have done so from the conviction that Genaro Zalpa is not only a researcher who contributed to the identity of sociology in Aguascalientes, but who left a deep mark on the personal dimension and sensitivity of his students, and, in turn, on the possibilities of influencing society.La mirada sociológica se nutre de sensibilidades que posibilitan ver lo cotidiano bajo una nueva lente. Aprender a mirar en esta clave es un oficio imaginativo, contemplativo e introspectivo. Gran parte de este proceso se desprende de la relación y el diálogo con quienes de distintas maneras se convierten en nuestros compañeros de trayecto en el campo, las aulas y la vida misma.
Genaro Zalpa acompañó a casi cuarenta generaciones de sociólogas y sociólogos que aprendimos de él sus enseñanzas acerca de los estudios culturales. Ello se convirtió en uno de los lenguajes adquiridos para interpretar las diversas realidades en las que nos inmergimos una vez que comenzamos el rumbo profesional.
Los textos que aquí se presentan describen distintas temporalidades y formas como incorporamos sus conocimientos. Cada quien habla de una manera específica de hacer sociología, en el que las rutas y las miradas se trazaron de forma distinta, pero, sobre todo, es posible vislumbrar la parte personal y humana de Genaro Zalpa, que en gran medida nos sirvió como referente para construir itinerarios propios.
Los viajes, las anécdotas, las charlas, las caminatas por la Universidad y la vida en las aulas nos permitieron descubrirnos en una relación emotiva con la sociología.
De cierta manera, nos permite hacer camino en distintos ritmos. Saber de pasos redoblados, pausas y cambios de dirección. Cada quien ha visto sus luces y sombras apoyados en “aquello que nos da la sociología”.
De esto tratan los relatos. De aquello que Genaro Zalpa dejó en cada uno de quienes escriben. Presentes y ausentes. Porque no están todas y todos lo que son, pero sí están esas referencias compartidas forjadas a lo largo de los años.
Hablamos, pues, de una dimensión previa a lo científico social: la emoción y relación que se forja con quienes aprendemos. A partir de las cuales también nos planteamos preguntas y reflexiones con las que construimos trayectorias que continuamente redefinen el conocimiento y la producción de éste.
